Pan Fried Potatoes:
I’ve finally found the perfect pan-fried potato recipe. A little bit sweet, a little bit spicy and prepared to make them golden and crunchy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. The thing I love about this recipe is that you can use different kinds of potatoes for different results. My kids love it when I use sweet potatoes and my husband is obsessed with russets. As for me? I will prepare any pan fried potato using this method and will eat them plain, dipped in ketchup, even on top of a salad. It’s so easy, quick and cheap to make, you’ll love this dish as much as I do, I’m sure!

Minty Fruit Cocktail:
My go-to side dish to bring to summer get-togethers is this Healthy Delicious, Minty Fruit Cocktail.
