Fall is in full swing and what better way to kick things off than by celebrating Beyoncé’s birthday? As the international superstar marks her 37th birthday, we know the rest of the week is going to be amazing.
Plus, we’ve got Beckham family photoshoots and a tear-jerking dorm room drop-off for Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’ son. Here’s the scoop!
It’s Bey Dey!
Beyoncé Knowles was born on September 4, 1981 and, so far, people all across social media have been commemorating her birthday. This includes, of course, sweet messages from the singer’s famous friends and family. Nothing quite beats the sentimental post published by her mother, Tina, though.
On Instagram, Beyoncé’s mother shared an adorable picture of her daughter who, at the time, was just four months old. Tina said that, from birth, Beyoncé was “always thinking, planning, analyzing, strategizing” about how she could make everything she touches better. The proud parent also said she still can’t believe God chose her to be Beyoncé’s mother.
We can relate, Ms. Tina! Becoming a mother is an incredible journey and we think our beautiful children are pretty amazing too!
Victoria Beckham and Kids Cover Vogue
It can be hard for families to get a decent-looking group photo but, apparently, it’s pretty easy for Victoria Beckham and her kids to look absolutely amazing together on the cover of British Vogue. The mother-of-four posed alongside Brooklin, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13 and Harper, 7, for a full feature and photoshoot for the publication in honor of the 10th anniversary of her fashion label.
In one of the interior photos, Victoria sits on the grass with family dog, Olive, and is joined by husband, David Beckham, as their children run around playing with water guns. It doesn’t look like any water fight I’ve ever seen in my own backyard but it was a fun concept!
Congratulations to Victoria Beckham on the success of her label. May it continue to thrive for many years to come!
Catherine Zeta-Jones Posts Sweet Dorm Video
It’s hard to believe that Dylan Douglas, the son of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas, is already 18 years old and attending Brown University. Over the weekend, his famous mama posted a very sweet video of him settling into his dorm.
The black-and-white clip shows him crying as he tightly hugged his younger sister, Carys, 15, goodbye before launching into a montage of adorable photos from infancy till now. The final shot is of him with his mother with the words “Good Luck!” captioning the heartfelt moment.
We’re going to need some tissues over here! What an emotional week for Catherine Zeta-Jones and all the moms who said goodbye to college-bound kids!
