I wasn’t sure how I’d like using a separate spray bottle for mopping the floors, but this still is way more amazing than I expected! I decided to try this in my bathroom. Firstly, I really appreciate the ability to spray a lot in concentrated areas of the room where I know there is a mess that’s going to need some extra cleaner and scrubbing.

The rest of the bathroom, I sprayed just a light layer. Second, this cleaner smells really nice! It’s a little nice clean smell, but with a little bit of sweetness to it. Next, I was really quite impressed with how well everything came up with minimal effort.

Even the particularly dirty are that I had sprayed more heavily came up with just a couple of swipes with the mop. I am kind of shocked and I will definitely be adding this to my normal cleaning routine.

I was gifted the entire Bona Premium Pet Cleaning system, my #VoxBox included the mop with 2 sweeping cloths, a mopping pad and the cleaning solution. I was super excited to try it out because I have lots of fur babies running around my house so you can just imagine how much hair they leave behind.

I have been looking for a cleaning system that is environmentally friendly, easy to use, cost effective but also super efficient and I think I have found that with Bona. Using this surface cleaner combined with the sweeping pads or mop is better than any other cleaning system I’ve used because it removes the hair from virtually any surface with little effort.

Such a great product. Highly impressed.

I have white floors, 3 cats, 2 ferrets, a huge tortoise, and a mastiff. that’s alot of dirty little feet not including my kids’!! I love that this cleaner is pet safe first and a disinfectant second, giving me peace of mind for all the little feet that come across.

It gives an amazing clean and has a very light scent that let’s you know it’s not just water. I have used Bona products for years, most notably the floor/surface cleaner with peroxide in it, and I have always had a great experience.

Making sure my animals are safe with the cleaners I use is very important to me and this cleaner really fills a need for my home and hoe we function.

I purchased this to use on wood floor in bathroom, my dog uses puppy pads but usually misses or there’s some splatter marks around the pad on the floor, and it works very well for that. I wanted a replacement for other antibacterial sprays I have been using due to the film and residue they leave behind, this item does not leave that which is a huge win! My only issue is I would like an item that has antibacterial properties, not just a cleaner for stains and odors that will not leave a residue behind so still looking for that.

If not an issue for you, this item works great – removes odors and doesn’t have a strong scent and doesn’t leave residue/film behind.

It’s tough finding an effective, enzyme-based cleaner that is safe for hardwood too. I use this cleaner a few times a week on areas of my hardwood floor where I notice that my little Yorkie boy sometimes “dribbles” off his pee pad.

This cleans those spots up quickly, smells fresh, and doesn’t dull or leave a film on the wood. (And trust me, I’m VERY paranoid about my hardwood floors!) I’ve used it effectively on tile and rubber mats as well.

About two years ago my cat started urinating on our garage door and it was soaking into the concrete. It took me awhile to figure it out since the litter box is in the garage I couldn’t quite tell it was happening because I just thought the litter box was especially strong.

After that it’s been an uphill battle day in and day out. Spending hours a week scrubbing, cleaning and deodorizing. We couldn’t figure out why she was doing it and I was trying every enzymatic cleaner and homemade cleaner in the world to make it stop.

I think I have finally figured out what it is right at the same time I found this product. $4 Less on chewy then at the big box pet store. It’s actually working! I have used a handheld household steamer on the concrete previously and used it again this week and then soaked the whole area in this cleaner.

Multiple times keeping it wet for a while. The concrete smells like concrete again! Sounds silly but talk about what a relief! I’m constantly sniffing the floor because I know if I can smell it she definitely can! Most cleaners will let the smell come back after a little while so I can’t say for certain this will work forever.

But it is 100% absolutely working right now! I just wish I could buy this in a gallon jug which is the only reason I’m giving it four stars. And the scent is very good. It is not super chemical but definitely smells like a cleaner.

Having a 180lbs dog will dirty your hardwood floor no matter what. I use Quick shine hardwood floor cleaner on a daily basis and my floors look great.

I love this cleaner for hardwood floors. No residue and streak free unlike others i have tried. I use the refill size in my Quick Shine Spray Mop. Easy to pour into the refill cartridge. I definitely recommend this cleaner!.

I love this product! I have lots of wood floors to keep shiny and this product is perfect for keeping my floors nice and protected and shining. When we drop liquids or such as that spot the floor I just put some Quick Shine on a cloth and rub the spot and when its dried it has blended into the rest of the floor.

Never knew that there was a liquid cleaner, that cleaned so well!!!!! I assure you I will always buy from Bissell from now on. Plus they work for taking care of stray pets!!!! This is something I have been doing for the past 21 years on my farm, to date, I have adopted, raised stray dogs I have found wandering around.

I am now raising 2 new ones, All in total I have raised 11 strays, making sure they went to the Vet as needed, fed them well, loved them and as they passed away, I created a cemetery on my farm, down by my pond to properly put them to rest.

I visit their graves daily and let them always know, even though they are gone to a better place, than I will always love them and hold them dear to my heart!.

I used Bona on my Saltillo tiles for years. The new improved formula is terrible: it leaves sticky floors with a black residue. I spent hours cleaning my tiles and will not use Bona again. When I emailed the company with my comments, they gave me a case number and asked me to call them.

I did and now I am even more dissatisfied with the Bona: – The representative was asking me specific questions and expecting a detailed description, but she kept interrupting my answers with “Let me finish what I have to say.

” Alright, then why do you keep asking me if you don’t want to hear the answer. – She told me that I need to spray Bona on 3’x3’ square of my floor, mop it, take the pad off the mop and go to a washroom to rinse the pad thoroughly.

Repeat the process with each 3’x3’ square. – I asked the rep is she can picture the 3’x3’ square and then imagine a house, fully tiled, the size of approximately 2,000 sq feet. I don’t think she got the point.

You see my frustration.

I bought this cleaner refill because all of these rave reviews in which people said how much they loved the cedar wood smell of this hardwood floor cleaner and how wonderful it was. I have very sensitive smelling and can smell gas leaks in houses I went for estate sales in or outside.

This one smelled nothing even close to cedar wood, with a scent that was close to a very cheap perfume (a little bit like lavender but very CHEAP lavender. ) I told my wife to try some upstairs to see how it worked but instead she tried it in our bed room and all of a sudden I was suffocated after smelling all these horrible smell from this cedar wood floor cleaner.

Therefore, for those of you are easily allergic to any perfume especially CHEAP one, be forewarned and try this at your own risk. They really need to put a warning label on this floor cleaner. Do not every trust any RAVE reviews, lesson learned.

Recently we ran out of the Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner and happened to get the new and improved version. Don’t waste your money! It streaks and leaves a sticky film and the With the new and improved formula, the floor is no longer shiny.

It is now dull and shows prints. The old stuff worked great! With the new and improved formula you are to use a damp mop which gets the floor too wet no matter how much you wring out the Bona microfiber mop, plus it still leaves the floor dull, streaked and sticky.

Bring back the old formula and I’ll give it a 10!.

We live in a 2000 sf home with entirely ceramic tile floors. We care for an elderly parent and have a dog; there are frequent spills and/or accidents on the way to the bathroom. This tool has been a life changer for me.

I can leave it plugged in and grab it quickly for small spills or clean the entire house with it on one charge. I wasn’t sure if it would clean the grout, but it does it very well. We purchased several extra pads and it is very easy to just throw them in the laundry after use and apply clean ones.

It leaves the floors very clean, even in the bathroom and is small enough for me to be able to get around the base of the toilets. The house always looks and smells clean! It is necessary to sweep, as this doesn’t pick up loose debris such as crumbs and hair, but it is ever so much easier and quicker that either the previous corded machine or the mop and pail.

It is lightweight and easy to refill.

This was a Christmas gift and I thought I’d give it a try. I was amazed! It picks up a lot! It makes quick work of picking up stray crumbs and pet hair and mopping up all the dust. The battery lasts just long enough to use up one cleaning pad (about 3 rooms unless there’s a lot of dirt.

It’s the perfect solution for my stairs since a broom just makes the dirt fly all over the place and a vacuum cleaner is so bulky. I LOVE IT! I just wish the pads/dirt storage was reusable somehow.

First off, I was surprised by how large the refill bottle is (67 oz). This product will last you a long time. I like the spring clean scent that doesn’t smell like chemical. I love that this is a multi-surface cleaner and not only for hard wood floors.

I frequently use my VACMOP on a variety of surfaces. I like that I’m not limited to the hard wood floors in my kitchen. I can also use this product on the vinyl flooring in my bathrooms and tile surfaces.

The cleaner It is streak free an dries quickly- that’s always a bonus! I hate footprints on a wet floor. This is a product that I will order again. I’ve been happy with my VACOP and will continue using the multi-surface cleaner.

I’ve used Bona for years and their old or original mop was excellent. Good height adjustment, adhesive strips that ran the length of the mop. Then someone decides to make it look good. What idiot came up with an a handle that even at full extension makes me at 5’7” stoop over and get back ache.

Then add a curved edge? Really? I’ve yet to get curved wall edges. And an adhesive strip that only runs partially along the curved edge. So guess what folks? Stoop over and fight with a cloth that falls off at every slight opportunity and scratch plastic along your wonderful wood floors.

I will be throwing out Bona and look for a different and practical alternative.

So we have a pug who enjoys dripping water everywhere after he drinks 😑 we come home and find a water drop trail and have to clean it immediately because we have hardwood floors. Bona is the only product we have used because it’s specifically for hardwood.

It cleans and protects the floor, while adding shine. We actually have to purchase the large bottle to refill from Costco because we use Bona daily. Definitely give this product a try. We have had wood floors for almost 10 years and we get compliments on how shiny it looks.

If they only knew the constant use of Bona because of our pug. 🐶.

I received a sample of this product in my @samplesource box and I cant say thank you enough for helping me discover this product. I’ve always used basic products to clean my floors so this was quite impressive to me.

No smells which is really great, not greasy and easy to use! I just sprayed on my flooring area and wiped it off with a flat head mop(microfiber cloth on it). It took out stains from my cat’s hairballs and kids food stains with no effort.

It didnt leave any streaks neither which is what I hate the most from gloor cleaners I used before. Definately recommend using this product to anyone that want a nice refreshed look for their hardwood floors.

We installed Bella Cera Ruscello GuardaValla engineered hardwood flooring throughout our home several years ago. It comes with a 50 year warranty on the Satin finish. A couple of years ago my wife started applying Bona High-Gloss Polish every few months.

It looks great at first, then over time we started seeing cloudiness and marks. We tried simple ways to clean it, but even the Bona Floor Cleaner wouldn’t clean the cloudiness and marks Their customer support even suggested buying the Bona Polish Remover, but we were at the point if never applying any Bona product again.

We finally called in a professional floor cleaning company who stripped off all the polish and buffed the original flooring, leaving us our original beautiful Satin flooring. It took them 3 1/2 hours and cost us $750 to restore the flooring to it’s original luster.

We will never use any Bona product on our floor again. Just a damp micro fiber pad. We finally called in a 5-star professional floor cleaning company.

I recently bought Bona wood cleaner and I bought a bottle of polish as well after reading the back of the polish and seeing no warnings about using it on pre-treated flooring. I loved the cleaner. I tried the polish on half of my floor because I thought it would enhance the already subtle shine that my pre-treated wood floor has.

WRONG MOVE! Do NOT put this polish on a pre-treated floor or any floor that is already shiny. It created a thin film of gray haze. It was so noticeable next to the half of the floor that I had not used it on.

After trying to order the polish remover online, I found that it was not available at Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depo, Walmart, nowhere! I called Bona and told them my story. At first they wanted to tell me to put more polish on and that I hadn’t put enough on.

I would not listen to that. Then they sent me a free bottle of polish remover which I was pleased about. My husband and I had to get down on our hands and knees doing small sections at a time, lots of work, arm pain, back issues, to get that polish off our floor.

It took about 10 hours and ibuprofen. Be very very cautious of the polish. It SHOULD be clearly marked on the back “DO NOT USE ON PRE-TREATED WOOD FLOORS”. It is not marked. Further, when I went online I found many other horror stories from people.

I will buy their cleaner again! I loved it! I will never buy their polish again and I warn all of you to be very very careful. They say to use on a small area first, but they do not give enough warning to use it on a very small area, let it completely dry, and then compare it to the before.

These changes need to be made within corporate Bona.

I bought this product and applied according to directions. Any drop of water left a ring where the wax looks like it has disintegrated. Called Bona about problem and said I wanted to take off the wax because it looked so bad.

Bought Bona product to remove and it only partially takes it off so now I have an entire kitchen, dining room and hallway with areas of wax on and areas with wax off. It has totally ruined my very expensive hardwood floors.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t even apply in the first place. You will regret it and spend a lot of money applying and then partially removing the wax.

I have my 2 nieces at my house for the holiday. I gave them some of my old makeup to play in. My God why did I do that. They had makeup all on my wooden floors. Like they just stomp it in hard. I used the floor cleaner/ polish to get it all up.

I love it. My floor had a beautiful shine and a nice fresh scent. The price is affordable and it did what is said it would do. SHINE! Make sure you clean the floor first then use the polish. Let it dry completely before you step on the floor.

I had old dull floors that my family used to wax. I vacuumed and mopped them and let them dry. I put on one coat of quick shine and in some areas was dull. I read that I didn’t have enough quick shine on there.

So I put another coat. Let it dry and put on a third coat. I would apply a coat and let it dry completely for a day before I added another coat. I would let it dry for an hour before walking on it. That did the trick.

Awls you need is a microfiber mop and you squirt the stuff out of the bottle and spread it around with them up. That’s simple.

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time.

My Bissell broke and again it hasn’t even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I’d buy my original choice and I’m far from disappointed.

The issues I had with the Bissell I don’t with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn’t pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up.

The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily.

I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn’t have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.

Used it for the first time – all went well until I emptied the water tank. After emptying it I replaced it in the machine so I could continue, but the machine will not turn back on even though the battery is still at 90%.

Checked everything the manual said I should check but will not turn itself back on when I tilt the handle. it’s supposed to automatically turn itself on. Even unplugged it from the wall thinking the internal computer needed to reboot.

nothing! The computer is working – it gives its recorded messages and there is power at the control panel, no blinking warning lights – but will still not turn itself on for use. Worked about 20 minutes and now it’s just collecting dust.

Trying to get Customer Support – so far that’s also failed. Very irritating to say the least !!!!!!! Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews.

My Tineco i floor S3 stopped working after only 8 months. I’ve called and emailed Tineco multiple times only to get the run around on a replacement or refund. This company is absolutely terrible and doesn’t care about the consumer or product quality control.

Buying this product has been a regret. I wish I had k ow how horrible Tineco is and I would have gone with a different company. I will warn everyone not to purchase from this awful company. What a joke Tineco is.

They are just a money hungry company that has absolutely no concern for the consumer after they got paid. Worst decision I’ve made over a product in a long time.

This stuff is awesome. Our living room floor is an engineered hardwood-type flooring that is old as dirt and has seen better days. It smelled just kind of old floor musty but had a really tricky spot where my dog would always pee while we were working on potty training and I’ve just never been able to get the smell completely out.

until this miracle stuff! Admittedly, the concentration of OdoBan to water was probably too high, but I was getting desperate to find something that worked. I used a sponge to scrub it into the floor and after one application it was almost gone, then completely gone after one more pass! I did the whole floor with this stuff and the musty smell is NO MORE!!! The citrus scent is super pleasant without being overpowering.

Even better- the only thing it leaves behind is a clean floor, no sticky residue!.

Have a terrible problem with an older cat soiling my tile floor in the kitchen. Read the reviews on this and felt fairly confident that it should work. It doesn’t. It does not remove the odor, doesn’t really even clean that well.

I’ve used it consistently for the past two weeks. Cat continues to urinate on or around it and I just keep mopping. I was disappointed and will have to seek out other remedies. Seems to have worked with for some, and not for others.

As I spend my day spring cleaning, thought I would rave about this floor cleaner! Having been a little too privileged for many years, I always had a service clean our house. Once I started doing it on my own, I realized I didn’t really know how to effectively clean my floors (outside of a stiffer).

I know. first world problems. This spinner mop and hardwood cleaner are fantastic!! The cleaner doesn’t leave any residue and brings my floors back to their beautiful matte surface. It does not make them glossy, so look elsewhere if that’s the look you want.
