Reviews From Real Customers
Within 1 minute of its’ first use this model #2475 Pet Hair Eraser Turbo had its’ brush roll stop spinning before a small 10×10 foot area was complete. The belt assembly is centre mounted so debris from both sides of the brush roll collects towards its’ centralized belt motor which sits open with nothing to protect it from debris.
This results in it being the furthest thing from the “tangle free” unit it is advertised as. Removal of the head screws holding the bottom cover in place is quite easy so I was able to see what was causing the jam (see picture attached).
The manufacturer claims the unit can accept hair length of 4-8 inches. The longest of the hairs in this pictures is 3 inches, so the job in question should have been well within the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Upon reassembling the base the unit promptly got jammed a second time. After once again removing the clog I decided to give it a different task, cleaning hardwood. This unit has a key feature for those with hardwood floors, its’ brush can turn on/off, saving your hardwood from being scratched by the roller.
Sadly there is very little suction (see video attached). I found without the brush roll spinning the machine picks up essentially nothing. The last major feature this unit is its’ heavily marked “pet hair eraser” attachments.
The Pet Turbo Eraser” is nothing more than the same “turbo brush” or “handi-mate” that has been commonplace on vacuum’s since the 1950’s. The “two in one” pet brush is a traditional fabric brush as is the crevice tool.
There is nothing fundamentally different with these attachments than what is industry standard from most vacuum suppliers. I’ve had Bissell units before, the last being the significantly cheaper “Clearview Alergen Lift-Off Pet Upright Vaccuum.
” It lasted 2 years before dying a few weeks after its warranty expired precipitating the purchase of this Turbo model. All in all a poor vacuum. Don’t buy this.
I LOVE this vacuum. I’ve had it for about 5 years now, I use about 2 times a week. I love all the accessories that came with it. Especially the pet hair attachment. It can’t hold all the accessories that came with it.
I just use a container in the closet to hold the extras I don’t use very often. Everyone in my family including my dog has short hair but I do not. It is my hair that tangles most vacuums. I never had a problem with hair tangles on the brush.
Even if I did, there is plenty of space to get a seam ripper or scissors in and cut the hair away with no issue. I did notice when vacuuming hard surface floors there was a bit of blow back, but it wasn’t much; certainly not a deal breaker unless you are only cleaning hard surfaces.
The belt being 1/3 of the way onto the head, leaves a strip of un-vacuumed floor. However if using a tight V pattern this would not be a problem. I maintain it about ever 2 months. Wash the canister, the filters, the hose, clean the head, there usual spots that get dirty.
It’s easy to maintain, probably why the work horse is still going. I’ve only recently noticed the motor sounding odd. My repair guy says it’s still alive and kicking but to repair it will cost more than a new vacuum.
We have a Samoyed dog, and anyone who knows and loves this breed, knows they have a double coat of fur and when they blow their coat the beautiful white fur is everywhere. My husband (God love him!) helps me out by vacuuming our entire house every day.
Yes, this is absolutely true. I am married to a saint! We have gone through so many vacuum cleaners throughout our married life, that we could start a vacuum cleaner museum. None of them really did a fabulous job, and every day my husband would say this vacuum cleaner is horrible.
While we did read several other reviews that this vacuum was good for picking up pet fur, we still had our doubts. really? all this fur? a Samoyed’s fur? Well when we tell you this vacuum does a fantastic job, we are not spouting hyperbole! The amount of fur and dirt it picks up is unbelievable.
And the ease of getting rid of it all simply by releasing the lever and dropping it into the waste basket is a fabulous feature. My husband is extremely pleased and happy and so am I! Thank you Bissell!!.

The Lupe Pure Cordless takes all the problems associated with cordless vacs and makes them right. Offering some seriously outstanding performance, the Lupe features a fully modular design, so that it can be repaired or upgraded forever.
They saw unnecessary upgrades being used to generate profits, leading to ‘innovation for innovation’s sake’. Instead of designing products with gimmicky add-ons and short life cycles, they wanted their appliances to stand the test of time, whilst providing exceptional performance.
From this philosophy, the Lupe Pure Cordless was born. Offering the strongest and most efficient suction of any cordless vacuum cleaner out there, its modular parts means it can stay with you for life.

Reviews From Real Customers
Review of Lupe Pure cordless sweeper Pros Right out of the box impressed with the packaging with clear instructions Assembly easy We have rugs at entry ways that collect grass and dirt – picked up most everything No bag was a winner – emptying tank was easy We have 3,000 sq ft to clean.
Battery lasted using regular and eco as needed. I thought it would be quieter – but – not so loud that I need my usual earplugs Product is built extremely well with nothing feeling cheap or skimped on.
NO plastic 8. Air from sweeper exhausts high so dirt not low 9. Takes up little floor space Unfortunately none of the above make for an effective sweeper Cons Small brush that you attach to the long nozzle tube could have a wider opening and be bigger….
as it clogs up with hair and also cannot run on eco and pick anything substantial off the floor If you don’t remember to turn off the brush roller after sweeping a carpet, it will suck up any electric cord on the floor.
Attaching the hose back onto the main body is awkward. It requires you to turn the hose around which takes time. Hair on brush is difficult to remove Hair builds up on the sides of the head while sweeping instead of being sucked in.
NO light Attachment holder just gets in the way Cannot get under low furniture like V11 or my corded vacuum. Tested the couch for cat hair removal – okay but hair tangles in brush entry A very big CON is transitioning from sweeper to hand held.
At least 4 steps. ! It is awkward but easier after doing several times – V11 Dyson much quicker Rotation of the head left and right on the floor took a while to get used to because it turns quickly. It tends to pull when turning.
Did side by side comparison with a V11 Dyson and Dyson won hands down for ease of use.
Amazingly simple unboxing experience! The packaging was just enough to protect the vacuum and is easily removed. A big plus for me is being able to package it quickly for transportation, without the use of additional repackaging instructions.
Although I’d prefer having those included in the package. I love the removable battery—it’s quite practical I can charge it outside the vacuum. Unfortunately, batteries are not available for sale at this moment.
For a vacuum of roughly € 730 I‘d also expect a second battery to be included. The attachments are very useful and I don’t miss anything. If you compare the Lupe with the Dyson system, it’s a minimalistic set, which I prefer over dozens of slightly varying attachments.
The vacuum stands on its own, even though it is a bit wonky, so better be careful not to topple it over. I’m sort of clumsy and wouldn’t deduct any points here. The Lupe performs well on the high setting, but I often find it a bit weak on the low/regular setting.
Battery life isn’t great on high intensity, but this is not different from other cordless vacuums of similar size and price. I’m not entirely convinced by its performance when it comes to vacuuming corners or just along the wall.
The cleaner head’s design doesn’t allow for air intake at the front/the sides. So, you’ve got to use the crevice tool to be able to clean closer to the wall. Something my cost-efficient corded Miele can do effortlessly.
I wish Lupe offered an alternative cleaner head, perhaps this will become an option in the future. I also wish the hose were different—less likely to spring back to its original shape as well as slightly longer.
I find myself quite limited by its length when using the attachments; having to lift the vacuum while trying to get into a corner/tight spot is not ideal. Lastly, the customer service is very responsive and has been helpful when I contacted them for an RMA.
I decided to give the vacuum another chance though, so hopefully I’ll grow to love it. Otherwise, the German marketplace doesn’t seem to be aware of Lupe yet, so I’m not sure how high the resell value is at this point.
An amazing vacuum cleaner so far! I love how compact and powerful this vacuum cleaner is. I can store it in a small cupboard and when I need it, I just pull it out, press the power button and it is good to go.
It just makes life so much more convenient! I no longer need to worry about plugging in and unplugging the power cable as I move around the house. The battery is great, my place is not that big and I light vacuum once every 2 to 3 days, I charge it around once a week.
I never really got to use the max setting on it, as the default setting (medium) is good enough for everyday use. The vacuum cleaner comes with all the accessory you need (well, I need anyway), so I don’t have to worry about paying extra in the future for extra parts.
With that said, it is not a cheap purchase, even with the £200 discount, it is still £500, sitting at the high end/premium price point. Don’t get me wrong though, it is indeed a premium product, as far as I can tell.
It feels great to use it and is more powerful than my previous corded vacuum cleaner, which I owned for years and thought it was really good enough. It is also advertised that most, if not all, the parts can be replaced if broken, which adds on to its value.
One minor down side, and it happens to most of the other vacuum cleaners I have used as well, is that long hair tend to get tangled up on the brush. It does not seem to be affecting its performance and I was able to remove them rather easily.
So, if you are interested in a cordless vacuum cleaner, with powerful suction and battery life, and have the budget for it, I would definitely recommend Lupe! Aside from its performance, it is also a nice looking device (in my opinion).
I have not tried any other cordless vacuum cleaners with the similar price point on the market, so I won’t able to make any meaningful comparison. And I hope the unit is reliable enough and will last longer enough to justify its cost.

The IRIS USA Cordless Vacuum has a wide cleaning path to pick up crumbs, dust, pet hair, dander, and other debris. The 2-stage Centrifugal Separation System uses advanced cyclone suction to divide small and large particles, while maintaining suction power at 99percent+.
The power head brush roller (P model only) spins at up to 60,000 RPM for powerful cordless cleaning performance. The rechargeable battery runs ~35 min on Low or ~15 min on High on a full charge, with full suction power the whole time.
The easy-to-read indicator on the control panel shows you how much battery is left, so you know how much cleaning time you have left. A full recharge of the battery takes ~4 hours. For most types of flooring (hardwood, tile, low rugs).
The IRIS USA Cordless Vacuum lays down flat and can flex up to 90 degrees for impressive reach. Swivel steering allows you to clean under beds and furniture with ease. Remove the middle extender tube for more versatility or attach the included crevice tool to make it even easier to clean stairs, upholstery, cars, RVs, boats, and more.
The double filtration system uses both a sponge filter and an exhaust filter to catch fine dust particles and help keep the exhausted air clean. When you’re done cleaning, you can empty the dust cup easily with the press of a button.
This durable dust cup is 100percent washable, and saves you money over expensive vacuum bags. The rechargeable battery and filters are easy to install and remove, so you can replace them whenever you see fit.
The N1 model comes with a lightweight 11. 3” cleaning head.

I received the IRIS Vacuum as a TryItFreeSample. I think it’s the best thing I’ve ever gotten. Both my Husband and I had strokes and our son has to do the vacuuming for us. But with this lightweight IRIS Cordless Stick Vacuum we can do a lot of it ourselves.
It picks up everything so nice and recharges quickly. Plus it weighs close to nothing! Thank You #TryItSampling and Thanks so much to #IRISUSACordlessStickVacuum!! You have each showed us we aren’t totally useless!.
I appreciate how lightweight this vacuum is. I have back problems, and I can pick this up and use it with ease (and no bending over, either!). It worked well for quick cleanups, and I like the compact size.
However, the battery does run out pretty quickly, which is annoying. I wish it had a cord option as well, but getting an extra battery would probably solve the problem for my purposes.
The Iris Stick Vacuum works very well at picking up dust and dirt in our floor. It is cordless and has a pretty decent battery life on it running at close to 30 minutes before needing a recharge. It is also very easy to maintain so you can keep operating at it best performance all the time.
I definitely recommend this vacuum.

Reviews From Real Customers
I wanted to like this vacuum so badly but unfortunately it was just poorly designed. If you want a vacuum that has a functional detachment and can be used on carpet without pulling muscles, this is not it.
First off, It does do a great job cleaning the carpet which is probably how it garnered such good reviews. However, that positive aspect is rendered moot when you can’t even use the vacuum. For example, the auto adjustment for carpet to hard floor that it boasts, hardly works.
Since you can’t adjust the height settings on your own, it sticks way too far down on most carpet and thus is impossible to push around. It did not move with ease on any carpet and needed to be pushed with two arms just to keep it moving.
Furthermore, the hose that detaches for detail cleaning is impossible to use. It has two feet of hard plastic connected to the hose so it doesn’t bend and is rendered unusable unless you want to get corners on a 6 foot ceiling.
Sure, you can use it to vacuum little spaces, if you’re willing to stand three feet away from them and have no mobility or dexterity with the vacuum. I hate to be negative but I don’t want others to get swooned by the design or positive reviews like I did.
Ive used Dyson for the past 20 years. Theyre sturdy, reliable and will keep going for years. I was so pleased to be able to find this model as Dyson seem to be moving away from making cylinders and upright plug in vacuums.
This upright model is really powerful and is perfect for our busy house and constantly malting collie. We have carpets throughout our home which keep our draft old Victorian town house cosy and warm underfoot.
So our Dyson vacuum is in constant use. This model is light and easy to use, especially on flights of stairs. The ball makes it effortless manoeuvring around furniture. It empties easily and cleanly.
There are plenty of attachments including two spinning brush heads, one slightly smaller than the large one on the main part of the vacuum, and a small one which is great for the carpeted stairs. The attachments clip on and off easily and all but the larger brush head can be stored on vacuum ready and at hand to use while your cleaning around the house.
The only downside is the extendable hose and metal tube which are great for reaching difficult areas but are also awkward to use in others. The hose keeps tightening up (I think due to the powerful suction) so its difficult to vacuum away from the main body of the machine.
(My previous Dyson was a cylinder type so I was used to working with it differently. ) All in all, Im very pleased with my new Dyson and I know Ill get used to using an upright again. I love how powerful it is and its always pleasing to feel and see all the muck being pulled out of the carpet so easily.
This is my 5th Dyson machine so I am loyal to the brand. However, this vacuum is horrible… if you want to use it on CARPET. I have a low cut pile in all bedrooms, not a shag, just a normal carpeting.
This machine is so very hard to push, but the most frustrating thing is how the roller just stops randomly, sometimes within seconds, sometimes within minutes. To get it going again, you have to turn the machine off completely, then back on.
And then the process starts all over again. I hate this thing! I can’t speak to all the attachments because I haven’t used any of them since I am definitely sending this machine back. Good suction is terrific, but an upright vacuum should work properly on carpeting since primarily a vacuum is for carpet; this machine obviously has too much suction since it sticks to the floor, won’t move, and shuts down.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The self-adjusting cleaner head, all floors, and whole-home advertising is deceiving. This model is a good choice ONLY if you have NO CARPETING in your home.
I should have read the bad reviews more carefully before purchasing, but I trusted Dyson, and didn’t. Evidently this is a real common problem, because I’m not the only one reporting it. Dyson evidently knows, because seems like they are sending out the same generic reply that it doesn’t work on all carpet when it’s brought up in reviews.
They know, but 1) not fixing the issue and 2) not making that point clear in their “Learn more” details. If you want to vacuum carpet, rethink purchasing this machine.

Reviews From Real Customers
I bought this vacuum for the first time last year. It worked great. I loved how small and lightweight it was. After 3 months of average use it stopped working. The brush head stopped spinning. I did everything the website recommends for troubleshooting and nothing worked.
Called Shark and they tried to help me fix it but couldn’t. Sent me a replacement head, which didn’t work at all, so they instead sent me a whole new vacuum. After 3 months the exact same thing happened.
It stopped working out of nowhere for seemingly no reason, nothing worked to fix it. I called Shark and they sent me a 2nd replacement vacuum (making it my 3rd vacuum of this model). That one broke *literally* the *first time* I used it.
I now have 3 whole vacuums that are practically brand new and do not work. They’re trash. I cannot recommend this vacuum to anyone. I will not be buying from Shark again.
This Shark Navigator freestyle Cordless Upright Vacuum is not only lightweight, easy to maneuver, but has great pickup ability. It is easy to set up taking me just a matter of minutes by attaching the body to the cleaner motor head by snapping into place, next inserting the enclosed screw to attach the handle to the body.
It comes with a charging dock and charger cord that inserts into the back by aligning the arrows, cord measures approximately six feet in length. The charger sits on the floor, there is a cutout slot that the wheels are placed upright in.
Full charge takes upwards to 4 hours, run time depends on which speed I’m using, the lower hard surface speed I get about 20 minutes and roughly 15 minutes while on the higher carpet speed. There is a picture of a foot on the base that is where you place your foot to release the handle which also pivots.
Vacuum turns on by pressing your foot on the button that lights up blue, tap once for carpet, twice for surface, press again for off. Dust cup holds a incredable amount of debris, is easy to remove from the unit to empty and snap back into place after emptying.
I like that it sits in a upright position by itself without it toppling over. Completely satisfied at how well my vacuum performs picking up all the food crumbs, dirt and pet hair off of my floors.
I received this unit for Christmas. I loved it for the first 6 weeks. Then the brush roller stopped working. I looked it up and found that this was a common issue with the unit and called customer support.
They offered me a 50% discount on the replacement part. I paid and waited for 3 weeks for the it to come in. It never came. I called again, and according to the rep, there was an issue processing my order.
So I placed a second order, which this time, went through. I received the new floor nozzle about a week later. I replaced the old nozzle with the new one, placing the batteries from the old unit into the new one.
The vacuum worked, but not the charging indicator light is not working on the new unit when it is on the charging station. The old unit was charging on it before I replaced the floor nozzle. Now the vacuum works, but I don’t think it is charging because it is not lighting up when on the charging station.
I called Shark again and explained the situation and they are sending me a new unit free of charge. I would not recommend this product, or any other Shark product. They do not back up their products and they clearly don’t care about the customer.
All they seem to care about is getting money because they keep a defective product on the market and charge the customer for replacement parts when they know that unit is defective. I am not a happy customer.

The Hoover Onepwr Blade plus 2 is a convenient and powerful cordless hand held vacuum cleaner that’s been designed to perform a number of tasks. The unit also has a couple of features that make life simpler.
Although not as powerful as my large roll-around, I can pick up the Hoover Onepwr off the convenient wall mounted storage unit and get to cleaning up instantly, especially between the big cleanups when i use my full sized unit.
The Hoover arrived with 2 batteries so that the Onepwr can be in use instantly, not having to drag out the plug-in unit, which is a great convenience, in between major cleanups. I had the provided storage rack up on the wall in minutes, it has storage for all the attachments as well as the vacuum itself.
The Onepwr comes with a crevice tool as well as a dust brush and upholstery brush which fit snugly to the hand held unit or onto the extension pole that allows you to stand upright as you are cleaning with the lighted, multi surface, spinning head floor nozzle and carpet beater.
The Hoover runs for just over one half hour, for each battery, giving over an hour of total cleaning time available continuously. A convenient charger is provided to keep your batteries always ready.
One feature that I really like is the ability to remove the dust canister to empty it, separating from the main unit so that you don’t have to try to awkwardly handle the entire unit while dumping the canister contents into the trash.
Again, a versatile and powerful unit that will quickly clean up almost any mess stylishly and easily.
The Hoover WindTunnel High Performance Pet vacuum really sucks! And I mean that in the best way possible. This vacuum cleaner has significantly better suction than our previous vacuum. I was able to fill it twice in a single bedroom and it hadn’t been that long since it was swept.
That may be the best feature of the WindTunnel, but it wasn’t my favorite feature. Upon unpacking it my wife and I were struck by how long the power cord is. Holy cow! Whoever designed this thing has clearly ran a vacuum cleaner and understands the misery of having to move the cord constantly.
Our home isn’t that large, but it isn’t tiny either. I was able to plug the Hoover WindTunnel in in my living room and sweep the entire house including the two bedrooms and family room that are upstairs.
Color me impressed. I was also fairly impressed with how well it handled hair. My pets are short haired and don’t shed that much, but my wife and two of my kids have long hair. It gets everywhere and tends to wind up really bad in the brush on vacuum cleaners.
I don’t know if it’s the design of the brush or the massive amount of suction, but I don’t have miles of hair wrapped around the brush, so that’s a plus. It wouldn’t be appropriate to only highlight the WindTunnel’s strengths, so I’d like to mention a few things I didn’t like.
First, about half of my house has hardwood floors, so we generally sweep a lot with the vacuum on the lowest height setting. I had the WindTunnel sitting on a small runner in my dining room while I was using the hose to suck up dust bunnies around the edge of the room and I heard an awful growling noise.
I looked over to notice that the WindTunnel was trying to eat the runner it was sitting on. That’s how I discovered that the brush never stops spinning. Every vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had turned the brush off when set to the lowest height.
Fortunately the WindTunnel has strong enough suction that it doesn’t fling stuff around, but I did find it strange. I have a really bad dust allergy and I was hoping that the WindTunnel High Performance Pet vacuum might be better than average at trapping allergens.
No luck, I was still completely miserable after running the vacuum. I’m not sure this is Hoover’s fault, but it’s worth mentioning. The last thing I want to mention is the various accessories that came with the WindTunnel.
Most vacuums come with some sort of brush-like attachment for the end of the hose. Hoover redesigned this tool to not have the brush stuff around the edges and instead it has these rubber veins, which I can only assume are meant to avoid hair tangling up in it.
My experience was that these rubber veins are too long and even with the powerful suction of the WindTunnel, I found this attachment to be mostly useless. There’s another attachment that has a small head with a roller that spins around.
I’m not impressed with it either. So both of the attachments that make this WindTunnel for “Pets” weren’t that useful. The long tapered attachment is pretty nice. It has a little groove in the end that I’m guessing is to keep the thing from sucking down too much on a surface, but I noticed it was awesome for cleaning the blades on our ceiling fans.
The little groove fits around the edge of the blade in just a way that you can suck up the dust without knocking down a bunch of dust bunnies. Overall I like the WindTunnel. Hoover knocked it out of the park with the super long power cord and that great suction.
The attachments are somewhat unimpressive and I don’t know how I feel about the brush running on the lowest setting.
I received this Hoover WindTunnel High Performance Pet Upright from BzzAgent for my honest review. This Hoover vacuum was extremely easy to put together. I will mention if you have long nails you may have issues with the power button, but once I figured it out I was able to turn it on with zero issues.
This vac offers a setting for hard floors to low to high carpet. This is a perfect feature for myself since I have vinyl plank flooring, rugs and carpet in my home. This vacuum did a beautiful job picking up dust and pet fur from my vinyl floors.
The real test however was when I used it on my carpets and rugs. Need I said holy suction it did not disappoint. I’ve been using my Shark upright but I noticed right away the significant difference in suction power in this Hoover WindTunnel.
No more having to use my pet lint hair roller multiple times before I vacuum. This Hoover WindTunnel did the job picking up hair, crumbs the kids dropped and all other debris. In comparison to the vacuum I have used I would say his Hoover performs exceptionally well.
I love that this pet Hoover WindTunnel includes the pet attachments for furniture. It’s easy to use for hard to reach areas such as ceiling and is great on stairs. I would absolutely purchase this Hoover WindTunnel Pet Upright for my home cleaning needs.
This is a vacuum that I would absolutely recommend to my family and friends. This would be a great vacuum for homes with pets and children.

I already own the Bissell Crosswave multi surface Wet/dry vac so I am aware of the great quality and customer service of the Bissell company. The Bissel Surface sense Pet Multi-Surface Vacuum continues to impress me.
Opening the box you will find the on board tools which include the LED crevice tool, the brush tool and the powerbrush attachment. Once you remove these from the box you will find the the main the vacuum seperated into 2 pieces as well as the suction hose.
There is a quick setup guide attached to the vacuum that should have you up and running in about 5-10 minutes. All 3 on board tools also have storage points on the vacuum itself. One thing that I love about this vacuum that may seem silly is the power switch is clearly visible and easy to turn on and off.
It seems like many vacuum manufacturers like to conceal the power switch for aesthetic reasons that sometimes make the vacuum annoying to use. Right next to the power switch you will find a switch to turn off the autosense feature that automatically adjusts the brush roll based on the surface you are trying to clean.
I recommend leaving this on auto because the surface sense technology is one of the main features of the vacuum that make it so great. The brush roll speed will automatically adjust in order to optimally clean the surface.
The vacuum does a great job at picking up hair and fine particle. I compared the ability of this vacuum to pick up glitter after a arts and craft accident and it did a much better job at picking up the glitter than a vacuum mad specifically for hard floors.
Also you have a thicker plush carpet you can adjust the suction accordingly via a slider switch on the handle. There is a quick release wand that detached easily so you can clean hard to reach areas with ease.
I find this useful when trying to vacuum the dust from my vents or window treatments. The vacuum also contains the smart seal allergen system so the filters trap dust and dander from being released as you vacuum.
The cord is plenty long at 30ft and canister is easy to empty via the single button one touch easy empty button. I am extremely satisfied with this vacuum and feel like to has made cleaning a little bit easier for me on a daily basis.
I would recommend this vacuum to anyone.
Bissell has done it again. I have been thoroughly impressed with Bissel products, I have their Spinwave 2-1 robotic vac and wet mop unit, I purchased their portable, handheld pet eraser with the original intent of using it for cleaning my dirty car seats, then I became a dog-dad, and it has helped me so much more.
When the SurfaceSense Pet Multi-Surface vac became available, I jumped on it. I’ve had two cordless (battery powered) stick vacs, and the batteries just don’t last as time goes. This unit is corded, and that doesn’t bother me, I prefer having a line of constant power, especially when sucking up pet hair from a fifty-pound German Shepherd puppy.
The neat thing is, I have vinyl flooring throughout my apartment, except my bedroom which is carpeted, and it adjusts the roller speed accordingly and on the handle is a slider that adjusts the level of suction provided.
The best thing I love about this unit is the LED “headlight” that shows you where dirt and hair is hiding, in plain sight on your floor! The unit itself is somewhat heavy, but I have one floor so I am not carrying this thing up and down stairs, in the handle is the hose attachment that slides out and you have three tools: a lighted crevice tool which is very useful in small, dark spaces for deep cleaning, and then the “pet eraser” (my favorite tool) helps with my couch, and uses the negative pressure generated by the vac to power the tool and it does work very well.
Cleaning and emptying the canister is easy, two buttons: one to detach the canister and one to open the bottom of the canister to empty it out. Some of the filters are washable, others are not meant to be washed but that’s okay.
If you have a pet, and they SHED, consider adding this life saver from Bissell to your cleaning arsenal!.
My house can be pretty hectic- we have 4 (soon to be 5) young kiddos, 3 puppies, and 4 cats. Cleaning is something that happens all day long, pretty much constantly. One of the biggest pain points is keeping the floors clean because try as we might, if our youngest isn’t trying to eat something off the floor, the puppies will.
Enter the Bissell Surface Sense Upright Vacuum. This thing has legitimately been life changing. If you have pets, I’m sure you have fought with vacuuming, or sweeping, up their hair. As soon as you get close to it, the hair blows away.
Not with this vacuum. I don’t know what kind of magical technology they put in this thing but it actually attracts and vacuums up the hair, it doesn’t blow it away. Additionally, something both amazing and quite terrifying, the light on the front of the vacuum makes hair and any sort of floor debris stand out like it’s a beacon.
It makes it super easy to ensure that all the hair and debris is cleaned up because you can’t help but notice it with the light. It’s terrifying because it shows just how much hair is truly shed, which is way more than you initially imagine.
I should note that my floor is probably 75% hardwood, 15% vinyl planks, and 10% carpet. The way this thing changes the height of the brush automatically is phenomenal. I can move from room to room with such ease.
I have another pretty high end vacuum ($500) and this one beats it every single time. I can vacuum an area with my other vacuum and then go through with this one and the amount of stuff it picks up is phenomenal.
The one and only downside to this vacuum is that it does not flatten/recline back very far so cleaning under tables and chairs can be a challenge. You can use the extension and the attachments to reach these areas, but it would be way more convenient if you could just do it with the vacuum.
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this product in exchange for my honest review.

First, my vacuum arrived four days early! I have 3 constant shedding dogs; 1 is long haired, one medium length, the other short haired and hardwood floors. My life was sheer hell when it came to dog hair, dust and sand.
Since the arrival of this sweet machine my life has changed. I don’t keep up with sweeping; this his does. Its quiet, it’s thinner than most so it fits under more cupboards than the other brand does, and she does the job! The bin is a nice large size and handles the dog hair and dirt with ease; without a beeter bar!The amount of fine sand the machine picks up shows impressive suction.
This isn’t a machine I would expect to use on a room to clean a serious mess. It is a machine that does not do a miracle deep clean. This is the fill in machine between the deep cleans and causes those deep cleans to be done less often.
This is my second unit, after having used the first one (which is still running) for more than two years, so I speak from experience. Pros: – Battery life sufficient to clean the room thoroughly – Great with dog hair (my German Shepherd was the reason I got the first robot) – Though more of a sweeper than a vaccum, it will pick up dust and other particles you didn’t realize existed in your house – Can be scheduled to run daily to keep your house cleaner between deep cleanings – Actually pretty good at finding its base and “parking” on the charging dock even in limited space – The more you run it the better it becomes.
Cons: (all very minor and don’t impede the functionality) – It sometimes gets stuck on a rug corner and wastes quite a bit of battery trying to move away, but this fixes itself the more you run it – No WIFI capabilities (but it does come with a remote) – It works best on wood/laminate flooring, not super effective on carpets.
– It will get stuck in loose cords and cables so ensure they’re off thr floor before you run it In conclusion, I would (and have) highly recommend this vacuum robot to anyone with pets or small children to pick up after (for me usually at the end of the day) for a fresh start the next morning.
It will not replace your deep vacuum cleaningbut it will keep you from having to do it daily. Test the rugs and transitions you have in the house to ensure it won’t get stuck and if it does, try to block off that area so it can focus on the rest of the house.
We now have two, one for the bedrooms and one for the living areas and couldn’t be happier with their performance, especially given the price. If you’re on the fence – get it!! As for the shipper, great communication, very fast shipping – thank you!.
Conclusion: a good product for the price ($149), although I must see if it continues working long enough to justify the price (I recommend buying the extended warranty). Biggest improvement it could make is to include 2 “virtual” walls.
Must be supervised on its first outing into a new area as it has a hard time getting out of areas the size of its body that only has one way out, and will also “run aground” on furniture with legs that are a gradual inclined plane (music stand and one end table) and will get stuck under items that are exactly its height.
Once you figure out how to work around these obstacles, it’s easy to use. Look under the cardboard in its box for the dust cloth attachment — both Walmart and abetterlife ignored my emails continually about that before I figured it out — bad foreshadowing for future service calls.
I particularly like the ease with which I can empty the “dirt” collection container and clean the filters. So far, I can recommend this product, but will have to see how long it can go before it breaks.
Oh, and I wish the battery charged faster (takes 4 hours, so I run my robot mopper during that time) or could be swapped out for a freshly charged battery. Still, a good product for the money if you don’t have carpets, especially if you have pets (I do).

Reviews From Real Customers
Could not be happier with this vacuum – it provides an incredible amount of suction, it has a high quality construction, and there’s many intelligent features built in that make it a joy to use. This is actually my second Dyson ball vacuum – sadly, my ex-wife took my original 😉 That vacuum was amazing and am super happy to have this newer version.
The construction is top-notch. Everything is tight, solid, and durable. For reference, the original I had was over 3 years old and it performed just like new after many years of using it to clean up after 2 dogs and a couple cats.
This newer version actually feels a little more robust so I am sure this will last just as long if not longer. In terms of cleaning power, this could be the main reason Dyson is so popular. It provides quite of bit of suction for everything from floors to furniture.
The main head on the bottom of the vacuum has 3 different modes from hard surfaces like tile and hardwood to light carpet to thicker carpet and it does a great job at picking up pet hair even with the deepest of carpets.
This version of the Ball Animal 3 comes with a combination tool (nozzle and soft brush) as well as a stair tool. The stair tool has these little velour strips that helps pick up hair from carpets and that works well.
If your pet (or other humans – no judgement) shed a lot hair, you may want to consider the Ball Animal 3 Extra which runs $100 more but that comes with the Pet Groom Tool as well as the Tangle-free turbine tool.
I had the tangle-free turbine tool on my last Dyson and found that to be a fantastic tool for cleaning cat hair from furniture. The other thing about Dyson products are the smart features that make it super convenient and also eco-friendly.
The canister for storing debris easily pops off with a single button and then a secondary button releases the bottom of the canister for emptying easily into a trash can. The hose is built right into the handle of the vacuum so there’s none of that additional hose that you have to loop around the vacuum or anything like that.
It’s all integrated. In addition, there’s also eco-friendly features such as a washable filter as well as even how Dyson products are packaged. 99% of the packaging is completely recyclable. There’s a reason Dyson products are so popular and I’m super happy to add this to my other Dyson products.
So I’ve owned a Ball Animal 2 for about 3 yrs and have had a love/hate relationship with it. And having owned the Ball Animal 3 for almost a month now, I can honestly say I still have a love/hate relationship with this brand.
I purchased the Animal 3 because I was glad to finally see that Dyson opted to change the Cleaning Head to what the UK variant has had for awhile now, which is having a carpet height selector. Now I really have to say that the Animal 3 has so much better suction with having the carpet height selector, but that also has a negative that I’ve found.
I find it very difficult to turn now compared to the Animal 2 which turned on a dime. I will for sure keep it as I don’t want to jump through the hoops of returning it, but I don’t believe I will be making any future Dyson vacuum purchases in the future after this experience.
The cost of these vacuums is very much on the high side and with that you would expect that they would do their own inhouse study/testing and they seem to have failed at this. In the end it basically comes down to the fact that the negatives outweigh the positives when compared to what you expect when making such an expensive purchase.
Yes the suction is probably the best you’ll ever have with any vacuum on the market BUT with negative costs. Being a “BALL” vacuum and unlike the Animal 2 that could turn easily, this thing is a major struggle to turn.
NOT GOOD! The Animal 3 also has the same issues like the Animal 2 in that trying to use the hose is a chore on it’s own. The suction is just so strong that you basically need to have the vacuum right next you or end up having to do things like.
prop the vacuum around the corner of a wall and then stretch out the hose while also having some decent arm and upper body strength to do so with even minimal comfort. The “Cyclone” portion of the vacuum is a very poor design.
Due to a common static charge while vacuuming, it allows for dust to build up in massive clumps within the Cyclone piece. You need to constantly bang the heck out of this piece while over a trash can in order to keep it even somewhat clean.
And they don’t make it so the Cyclone can be easily disassembled for cleaning which is a huge disappointment and failure within it’s design. I also find it upsetting that even though Dyson offers a TON of accessories for these upright models.
they don’t offer one of the most common of accessories. a basic dusting brush! Yes it comes with a combo tool for crevice and dusting. They even offer a wide variety of other dusting attachments. ones that can twist for angled dusting, one that can bend etc etc.
but then not your basic common everyday short dusting brush that’s found on 99. 9% of vacuums since they were invented. Really boggles my mind. No lie. since I still have the Animal 2, I took the combo tool from that one and ended up cutting off basically 80% of the crevice tool portion to make my own “basic short dusting brush!”.
Dyson if your listening: You should have listened to your customer base and address the issue with the hose being difficult to use. I’m sure there has to be a solution. maybe a hose that’s not as stiff? Look into my “home modification” of the basic short dusting brush and release a factory version.
And please look into the problem of the Animal 3 being so much harder to turn compared to the Animal 2.
GOOD – Long cord – Good suction – End-user serviceable design – Fairly compact BAD – Doesn’t steer as easily as other swivel heads – Fixed extension wand can get in the way – Cleaning on hard floors could be better – Runs hot DETAILS Dyson vacuums are well known for their performance and reliability.
My experience with this rendition of their Ball design bears that out, and I’ve been largely pleased with it. The Animal version of the Ball is marketed specifically at people with pets, to clean up the hair from carpets and furniture.
I find it’s also handy if you or the people you live with have long hair. In general, it cleans quite well. It has very powerful suction and the power bar base has three settings for deep pile carpet, normal carpet, and hard floors.
The power bar itself can also be toggled on and off. I found it cleaned my carpets quite well, though cleaning my hardwood left a little to be desired ( the instruction manual recommends turning the power bar off for this, I’m not sure why ).
It also has a very generous cord length. And though Dyson created the Ball design specifically to make it easier to steer the vacuum around corners and obstacles, I find it much stiffer to turn than other current swivel head vacuums.
I appreciate Dyson’s design in the vacuum. It’s fairly modular, making it relatively easy to service and maintain yourself, provided you can get a replacement part. The filters are washable so you can reuse them instead of constantly buying new replacements.
It also keeps things slim and trim so the vacuum is a little more compact than other full-size uprights. This particular model also comes with two extra attachment tools. One is an upholstery brush/cleaner, the other is a pet grooming tool that’s supposed to suck up the shedded hair as you brush.
How well your pet will handle being brushed near a vacuum remains to be seen. But sometimes I think it tries to be too clever. It uses a friction snap instead of a pedal to release the vertical lock.
It’s usually fine, but it also means you can accidentally release the upright lock when you don’t want to, like if you want to tilt the vacuum back and roll it somewhere or even if you pick it up and then set it down.
The extension wand is stored inside the hose in the main column. This is nice for reducing the exterior dimensions, but it also means you have to unwind the entire cord and slide out the entire wand when you want to do some quick spot cleaning.
You can detach the wand from the hose if you don’t need or want the reach, like in a small corner or nook, but in those moments where you just want to quickly clean up some cookie crumbs or dust bunnies, it’s more involved than you might be used to.
The main handle is also reversed to accommodate the extension wand, putting the main column below your hand instead of above it when you’re using the vacuum. This means the vacuum tilts back farther than others when using it.
For myself, I found my legs and knees bumped into main unit a lot since it was now leaning more toward me. Most of these complaints are small quirks, admittedly. They may or may not matter to you. All in all, it’s a well built vacuum, it cleans well, and it stores easily.
It does have a few quirks and the “exhaust” air is quite hot, but these are minor complaints on an otherwise great vacuum.

Reviews From Real Customers
This vacuum has worked well for me. It’s extremely lightweight, and has the attachments I need to maintain a home that includes dogs. It’s very lightweight, and easy to move around. There are however three things that I would hope that they would reconsider if they redesign this model.
It’s a little awkward to get the machine into the proper position on the charging stand. It would be made easier if the bottom element of the vacuum, or the brush is and all the debris is picked up could be set into a stationary position instead of flopping.
Finally, I often find myself using the vacuum, and then wanting to pull out the handheld unit to pick up some spot or a nearby stair or whatever. It’s very hard to use the handheld unit in that way. There is a brush attachment that is stored in the charger unit that makes use of the handheld unit much easier.
the issue is simply the position and the angle of the actual mouth of the device. But my decision to use at handheld unit is usually made when I’m away from the charging device.
As a baby boomer who enjoys some semblance of order and efficiency in my life and home, I have found that my deteriorating joints and muscles have gotten in the way, and my saving grace to maintaining cleanliness easily and quickly has been with using the ergorapido vacuum.
It is the most user-friendly product I own. I so enjoy the minimal amount of effort it takes this otherwise non-mechanical person to keep it emptied and clear. When I clean it, all the buttons and slides and the universal markings to guide me removing the moveable parts are easy to understand and use with my arthritic hands.
I can easily carry the vacuum up and down stairs since it is not heavy. May I suggest you add three letters as a hyphenated prefix and call it the Eco-ErgoRapido, because it is eco-friendly with its minimal size and no need for vacuum bags.
One more thing. if you could have a recycling/restoration program for when the battery finally gives out, that would be the best. I am on my second one and I found a person who took the old one with a dead battery.
It felt better than throwing it in the landfill.
I have to admit, after my last Electrolux ergorspido-the orange one- finally gave up on its batteries, I was disappointed when I couldn’t buy another one. It was the perfect little handy stick vac to clean up spilled litter.
So when I stumbled on the newly released 2022 version, it was somewhat of an impulse purchase. I’m not disappointed. The suction is very strong for a handheld vac, and very effective as a convenient grab and go vac.
For entry rugs, I use low speed, and I was amazed at how much sand and dog hair I picked up. Emptying the washable filter was so quick and didn’t make a mess. The brush roll cleaner takes a moment to figure out, because the instructions are just drawings, but there’s definitely an aha! moment when it works.
Speaking of brush roll, Electrolux has made brushroll servicing, cleaning and unclogging easier than ever with quick release covers. Very impressive machine for a reasonable price.

This machine is so easy to use, lightweight and handy that I’d recommend having one for sure if you have pets or even no pets and hard floors for quick easy cleanup of spills and messes. Something to keep in mind is this is not a carpet shampoo machine and it’s not intended to be.
It is basically a super handy wet vacuum for cleaning up small spills or messes. I now also use it to clean my hard floors. I have a small dog and sometimes though infrequently accidents do happen on the carpet or happen on rugs that require me to dig out the big machine to clean up a small mess which is a pain in the neck.
In addition, the cleaner helps ensure that it’s cleaned up in a sanitary fashion with cleaners designed for it which is a huge plus. This machine eliminates the headache dealing with the big machine for a small quick cleanup job! It sits on a base that charges it so it’s ready to go when you need it and the base holds an extra roller (so you can have a clean one while the other one dries) and your cleaning solution.
The self-cleaning feature works pretty good so that all you have to do after the self-clean is pull the roll out and let it dry or do a more thorough cleaning by hand and let it dry. The battery lasts a decent amount of time about 20-25 minutes depending on the mode you have it on, more than enough to do spot cleans and a quick clean on my hard floors.
If it’s on the turbo mode it doesn’t last as long but on hard floors and low pile rugs the turbo mode really isn’t necessary so I’d say how long the battery lasts is going to depend a lot upon how it’s used.
The tanks are small so you do end up changing/emptying it a fair amount for more thorough cleaning but for a small spill it’s perfect and it’s easy to clean up! The controls, handle and weight are all easy to use and the machine is very light, it actually is VERY light for what you’d expect.
I’d definitely recommend this machine, especially if you have small pets or hard floors with rugs. It’s much easier than dealing with dragging out the large machine to clean up a small rug. Things I like: It’s small, light and easy to use Perfect for cleaning up after pets Great for keeping your floors clean and sanitary Includes two rollers Charging base with storage Included 2 bottles of soap Could improve: More suction/battery life (could make this machine even more versatile to use on thick carpets).
I recently received the Bissell CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro. I am well-acquainted with Bissell floor care products, as they were the first company to successfully release a multi-surface wet/dry vacuum – and having hardwood floors and two dogs in my home, I have always felt that a wet/dry vacuum is essential.
I have owned three previous models of Bissell’s wet/dry vacuums (Symphony, and two models of the Crosswave) and also use the Bissell Spot Bot. This Bissell Crosswave, like all the others, requires the use of a cleaning formula/water mixture.
Although the Bissell Multi-Surface Formula does an excellent job cleaning my floors, I personally preferred having a machine that uses just water/steam to clean the floors (as with the Bissell Symphony, which Bissell no longer makes).
Overall, my husband and I love the Bissell CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro and have noticed many improvements from the other Bissell Crosswave models. Improvement #1: the formula/water mixture is released under the vacuum, where other models had the sprayer at the front of the machine, which sprayed out from the front.
Now, all of the cleaner goes directly to the floor and not all over our furniture and walls! Improvement #2: The CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro does a completely thorough job picking up pet hair. By “completely thorough” I mean, it does not leave behind a single hair! We have two Pomeranian/Chihuahua mixes, who shed like crazy – and this vacuum delivers on it’s name! Improvement #3: The CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro’s self-cleaning function is shockingly good! Unlike our previous CrossWaves, we have been using this feature after every use because it actually does what it is intended to do: Cleans the vacuum! This improvement in the self-cleaning capabilities has greatly cut down on the amount of time spent maintaining this machine.
Improvement #4: It’s Cordless! Not only is it cordless, but it has a long battery life after each charge. I have not timed the running-time yet, but it has never died on me mid-use! Despite all the improvements, there is one “con” on my list: Decreased range of motion.
Our previous CrossWave had an excellent swivel head and the ability to reach far under furniture. However, this model does not swivel, nor does it extend out to reach far under my coffee table. Overall, I would highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro to anyone with pets or children in their home! It works equally well on carpets/rugs as it does hardwood and tile.
Not only is it excellent for cleaning up quick spills and messes, but powerful enough to be the only vacuum in your home! I received this product for free from BzzAgent in exchange for my feedback. My review is base solely on my personal experience & was not influenced by any other factors or parties.
I really like this wet/dry cordless vacuum from Bissell. I wanted this particular vacuum because I have a cat that sheds a lot and sometimes will peep on our carpet because her litter isn’t changed as frequently as she would like.
We also have kids that can sometimes be messy and spill food on the carpet. Another primary reason why I got this Bissell wet/dry vac is because I also have hardwood floors. I have always owned a big bulky deep cleaner for the carpet because of the fur baby and our kids.
The big cleaner has always worked, but it isn’t very convenient to get it all set up if I just need to clean a small area. Now that I have this Bissell Crosswave X7, I can tackle those stains right away.
This Crosswave is very easy to get started on those stains and plus they give you 2 cleaning solution bottles. It has worked well at cleaning some pet stains, but also food stains made by our kids. What makes it convenient, besides it being easy to set up, is that it is light weight, cordless and easy to clean up the machine after you are done.
I no longer have to spend a lot of time prepping and cleaning afterwards like I used to do with our bulky carpet cleaner. Another reason why I am grateful for this Bissell is that I can also use it on my hardwood floors and area rugs.
I will usually do the hardwood floors in the morning and let the machine recharge and in the afternoons I will then move on to the area rugs. The charge time is 4 hours with this machine, which is really not bad considering all the work that it does for you.
It does a pretty good job on my hardwood floors, but I think it does better on my carpet and area rugs. Overall,, I am very happy with the performance of this wet/dry vac as it allows me to tackle the different floors that I have in my house and it is very easy to use.

Reviews From Real Customers
This vacuum was on my radar for 2-3 months before I pulled the trigger. Historically, I’d never considered purchasing a Shark product that was somewhat comparable in price to a Dyson. It sounds silly, but does it really? Dyson seems to have the “market” convinced that they’re the king of suction.
I currently own 2 Dyson vacuums (handheld and upright) and they a do a great job on hard wood and tile floors, but stairs and car interiors were a huge hassle to clean regularly. In addition to those 2, I own and use an additional 6 handheld or upright vacuums in combination against German Shepherd glitter.
The Shark ® Vertex ™ Bagless Corded Canister Vacuum in Black/Copper has blown all of them all away! I’m not particularly strong, so the overall weight of the canister and the attachment is significantly important to me.
It’s so versatile and powerful out of the box and I think this is due to the actual power cord vs cordless vacuums. In my opinion, corded power is significantly stronger. I’ve been able to clean all areas with ease using the vacuum head, power handle, and attachments.
Hard to reach areas behind the toilets, the dust on baseboards, windowsills, light fixtures, inside drawers, behind/between car seats, lint catch in the dryer, my dog’s bed (twice a day), and so many other things that I hated doing because the other vacuums are so much heavier or cumbersome.
The brush roll attachment is not too wide and not too narrow, as it covers a great amount of space but it able to navigate tighter spaces that my uprights cannot. I was so impressed with it’s performance that I purchased additional attachments on the Shark website.
The Self Cleaning Pet Power brush is phenomenal! They should really sell a version that includes this brush for pet parents, because the brush is insanely good. I spent an additional $160 for 4 attachments plus tax/shipping, but only the power pet brush was really necessary.
Overall, I wish I would have purchased this much sooner! I purchased it when Costco had it priced much lower than BBB, but with a sale and a BBB Beyond + membership, it was still cheaper and only a few bucks more than the non-duo clean version.
The only con, is that the dust cup does get dusty when it’s emptied- but like someone else said, that’s normal with any vacuum. German Shedder (Shepherd) mom approved!.
My Shark canister vacuum was a Christmas gift. We have a Shark lift away upright; which I love but I wanted a canister vacuum to be able to clean everything from one room to the next. Unfortunately, thus one just doesn’t do the task for me.
I cannot go very far with this vacuum as it tips over while trying to get to the attachments or if you are trying to vacuum from the floor the hose isn’t very bling or an addition metal hide attachment is needed.
I like to vacuum my drapes, window shades and window seals and furniture. If I try to reach my curtains the entire canister lifts up which makes it difficult for me to get my chores done. I also do not like the attachments being attached on the outside as they get In the way and fall off.
The canister unit needs to have a self storing compartment under the lid for additional attachments. The beater bar unit needs to be able to stand up by itself without falling over. I must definitely would love Shark to have a model canister that I can use from one room to the next with just a switch of attachments.
Including a separate floor attachment for hard floors along with the crevice and small wand for furniture would be awesome. An additional metal wand that would extend so I could reach my ceiling fans and drapes would be amazing.
Having a detachable beater bar unit along with the separate hard floor attachment would ever so helpful and will save on the beater bar unit getting dirty from kitchen and bathroom floors. If you could take these added features with the awesome cleaning power of the Shark; you would have a winning machine.
I hope these suggestions will be welcomed by your designing department. Thank you for allowing my review of this product. In do love the cleaning power of your uprights; I just really like the all in one canister vacuum.
Shark Vertex Bagless Corded Canister Vacuum with DuoClean PowerFins is shocking. We had another shark cordless and this by far cleaned up more than ever before. We had no idea what our other vacuum was missing.
Anti-Allergen Complete Seal traps over 99. 9% of dust and allergens… this is totally noticeable once we cleaned with our other and then tested immediately with the Shark Vertex. We have 4 kids & 3 dogs, you can say it gets messy.
But we haven’t had any hair get caught in the PowerFin roller. I’m able to get it high places and under items much easier with the wand. The wand is multi flex so it bends in multiple directions, it has attachments that are helpful for our couch, chairs any upholstered items, even hard to reach cracks and small areas are easier to reach.
The tubing is long too, so I’m not restricted while cleaning. There’s an LED light that allows me to see well under items without moving around, making sure I don’t suck up something not needed. Perfect for the entire house cleaning.
There are super convenient buttons on the handle that allows me to power on/off, low or high pile, hardwood and 3 different levels of suction, it’s a beast! The overall weight is light. Super smooth to move around my home.
And it’s SO quiet! I do wish the cord was longer, being used to my cordless, I have to unplug and reconnect a lot with our large home. But it’s retractable, so no need to wind this around any part of the machine… overall this machine is worth it for the amount of suction, cleaning power and ease of those tough areas to reach.
Bonus here, the look of this vacuum is gorgeous! Sleek, modern, it’s not something that you want to hide, looks beautiful & easy to fold down for storage, I place this in my laundry room, unhidden.

IšverstiShow in original languageI was a little skeptical of bothering with this particular wet/dry vac from Tineco for really no other reason than I had never heard of the brand. That apprehension quickly vanished a few minutes into getting the iFloor 3 up and running.
Everything is straight forward upon unboxing. You have your charger, base, clean tank (CWT), dirty tank (DWT), and the vacuum itself. I put it all together and let it charge for ~30 minutes even though there was a nominal charge on the battery initially.
We had just finished having the floors on our entire first floor redone and even after getting all the dirt and debris off, they were quite filthy from smudges and whatnot. I figured this was the perfect opportunity to see how the Tineco performed.
It didn’t let me down. Room by room the iFloor 3 performed great, and far exceeded my expectations. The CWT lasted me the entire ~1,000 sq. ft. area that I cleaned, with roughly 1/4 tank left over. The DWT was nice and dirty, so even if I paid zero attention to the floors themselves (which looked great) I could easily see it was actually scrubbing and cleaning.
After emptying the DWT and placing it on the charger base (roughly 2 minutes) I went back around the rooms to inspect and found that every area sans the very last one I had done was already dry. Perfect for ensuring a space doesn’t get dirty or marred up again due to residual water and kids/pets/etc etc.
This tells me the suction power it more than adequate and that unlike the aforementioned kids/pets, the iFloor 3 can pick up after itself. Easy recommendation as it performs just as well if not better than the competition at a lower price-point.
IšverstiShow in original languageThe Tineco iFloor 3 Plus arrived a few days ago. Assembly was simple and took just a few minutes. After a couple hours of charging the vacuum, I filled the clean water tank, put in a capful of the included cleaning solution, and went to work on my floors with the iFloor 3 Plus.
I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. It is lightweight, cordless, and easily maneuverable. The self-propelled motor makes it easy to push across the floor. It did an excellent job of cleaning my hardwood and ceramic tile floors.
It mops and vacuums at the same time to save cleaning time. It did not leave any streaks as it cleaned, and the floor was quick to dry with no stickiness left behind. It is easy to see how well the vacuum is cleaning the floors by the look of the water in the dirty water tank.
There is a LED display that shows remaining battery life, if it needs water, if it needs to be cleaned, and if it has sensed a blockage. Battery life is about 25 minutes on low cleaning power and about 18 minutes on max cleaning power.
It was enough time to clean about 1,000 square feet of flooring. After I finished cleaning my floors, the iFloor 3 Plus was very easy to disassemble to clean. I emptied and cleaned the dirty water tank, cleaned the filter, and put it on the charging station for a self-cleaning cycle.
The self-cleaning function automatically flushes the brush roller and inner tubing of the vacuum. After self-cleaning, I cleaned the dirty water tank and swapped out the brush roller and filter with the included spares to allow them to dry in the charging station.
A seamless process from start to finish. The iFloor 3 Plus has changed the way that we clean our floors. For years, we have used a standard cordless vacuum and a spray mop to clean our hardwood and ceramic tile floors.
No more mops or wet jets…it is the iFloor 3 Plus from here on out. The iFloor 3 Plus is easy to use, saves time, and leaves our floors shiny and clean. Highly recommended!!!.
IšverstiShow in original languageOut of the box it was easy to get things set up. Just a few pieces to click into place. Plug the charging base into the wall and set it into place. It charged up quickly and I was ready for the first use.
In the past I have avoided this kind of device as the thought of clean up kept me at a distance. However, this unit has a self cleaning function that works great. With two chambers, one for clean water with a cleaning agent and one for the dirty result of your efforts this aspect is also easy to manage.
Typically I use a steam cleaner for the kitchen and bathroom. But the kitchen poses issues as the messes that are sometimes present have more moisture then my steam cleaning pads can absorb. Here is a unit that picks up dry and wet messes easily and effectively.
Battery operation means no cords and quick pick up and go. The main thing is that the floor is really clean when you finish. In fact I had just cleaned the floor and when I did a quick test run the dirty water compartment showed considerable soiling meaning that it was more effective than my regular mopping.
As mentioned earlier the self cleaning process is a real benefit coupled with effective cleaning makes this a truly useful and “easy to use” product.

If ALL you want to do is just vacuum a floor then this vacuum is fine. Otherwise don’t waste your money. I bought this after my Dyson animal died after 16 years. Problems are as follows:- First the hose is so short without any give.
I was trying to vacuum under my sons bed (so the vacuum was fairly close) and after I had the hose attachment ready to go I turned on the machine and it contracted so hard it flipped back on me and hit my sons beautiful, black, southern style shutter bed and left a huge gouge from when the handle whacked it… It is impossible to vacuum with the hose extended any length – you will simply fight with the machine or need someone to hold it down for you.
– The stair attachment is total garbage. Has no suction and the beater bar will stop multiple times while trying to use it. – The beater bar on the normal vacuum never turns off when you are using the hose attachment.
– No bare floor setting- The cord needs to be about 5’ longer So you can decide for yourself. Very frustrating especially for my damaged bed.
I needed to replace my old heavy vacuum from several years ago. First I had borrowed a friend’s dyson animal vacuum just to try it, and since our carpet is a little higher pile, I was really afraid it was going to damage our carpet.
When I would slow down, it felt like I was trying to take a toy away from a dog. So I called the family owned carpet business where we had purchased all types of flooring for many years, and they suggested the Bissell.
He explained the vacuum needed to just go over the top, viabrate, and extract the dirt that way, or it could damage the threads. It needed to have a manual adjustable head to do that, since the automatic sensor ones like in other vacuums don’t work as well in doing that.
He was correct. On the Bissell, I use the knob to turn it to the height adjustment on my carpet or hard floors and it works wonderfully. The amount that was picked up in the cannister compared to my old vacuum was amazing.
It’s very easy to remove the cannister, take it to the trash can, and press the button to open the bottom to remove the dirt too. The vacuum is much lighter than the old vacuums, and stays put when putting it back up upright to store (the dyson would fall occasionally and had to redo the upright position a couple of times.
I like the way the vacuum easily swivels too. We have a house with large rooms, and it works in all of them including right next to baseboard in carpeted rooms, and in the kitchen, and right along side the cabinets.
(A little longer cord would be nice, but this one works fine. ) I also liked the attachment to clean the stairs. Since the vacuum is light, it’s easy to move up and down that area. The price was the kicker on top of it all.
So much more affordable. So. even if it does last a slightly shorter time than the other highly advertised brands, you haven’t broke the bank buying a vacuum. Great vacuum – the locally owned flooring center was right! Bissell is the brand to purchase for many reasons!.
I chose this vacuum based upon my previous experience with another Bissell product. A few years ago we sold our house and moved into a motor home to travel the country with our German Shepard ( German Shedder).
I gave up my Oreck XL 21for the house and bought a Bissell cordless upright for the motor home. With the ” Shedder” , one must vac. daily. The little Bissell never failed to impress me, every use produced another dog in the canister.
Once we settled into a home , I still used the cordless to chase dog hair but was looking for a unit with greater hair capacity. That’s why I chose a Bissell above any other brand. It fits my need perfectly.
I still use the cordless in its detachable hand held feature as a ” bug sucker” here in the Midwest as all the crawling critters seek a winter home. If you have a furry pet or two, look at the Bissell line first, you won’t be disappointed.

I have purchased this item for 170(tax included), it worth THIS PRICE. would i buy it for 400? NO! Let’s go for the specifics, we have a dog that loses a lot of hair and this thing SAVE US A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT.
we use this every 2 days and i can say it does 90% of the job we used to do ourselves! So now i need to pass normal vaccum ONCE a week or less(used to do 3 time/plus a week). I would DEF recommend this for anyone with pets.
It’s noisy ? Not for me. its way less then a normal vaccum, i work from home. let him do his job, close the door from our workspace or just put some headphones. et voyla! no noise at all! Even our dog is not bother by it and she HATES high noises.
My understanding is, this is for a home with not a lof of thing on the ground, if you have it, lift it up and job will be done quicker and better! We just put up our chairs from dinning room and let him do his thing.
but if you have a lot of things laying around maybe this is not the tech for you. this thing need free space to act otherwise will lose a lot of time bumping arround. This is a bumping kind of vaccum, so it will bump into stuff, however i find it gentil when doing that.
will not get your walls marked or anything!.
I’ve had this for a year now and it’s so convenient. Just make sure to get all cords off the floor before you hit clean. The side brush did stop working but I opened it to remove the built up grime and it was back in business.
It runs for about 30 minutes to cover my 500sqft of carpet which takes 10-15 using a manual vacuum and actual effort. This is partly because it doesn’t map like BestBuy’s description claims. It moves randomly and turns when it bumps into an obstacle and so ends up repeating many areas.
Do realize that it isn’t as powerful and won’t clean as well. I ran an experiment where the Roomba had first run and removed all visible dirt. I then went over immediately with the full sized vacuum and it still picked up enough dust to clump together.
So I run the Roomba weekly and force myself to manually vacuum every month or so.
This is my second Roomba 615, my previous one lasted 5 years. Great alternative to sweeping floors especially if you have pets. I would recommend this more for hardwood floors than carpets. More of a sweeper than a vacuum.
It’s not quiet so you may want to be in another room when using. The unit does require some basic maintenance every month if you want to keep up best performance as the brushes and filters require regular cleaning or replacement.
Cleaning is easy to do and cheap replacement parts and tools are easily found online. An air compressor or compressed air comes in handy for cleaning. I would rate this a 9 out of 10 for hardwood floors and maybe 7 out of 10 for carpets.
Good basic unit, especially if you find it on sale.

I was unsure of what I was getting when I picked up this stick vacuum. I’ve never owned a Tineco before and I was eager to put it through its paces and see how it compared to the Shark vacs I’m used to.
I’m happy to report I am extremely impressed and would definitely recommend it to others. All of the parts are very well made. All feel sturdy and will more than stand up to the rigors of regular cleaning use and the odd accidental knock or bonk.
Everything fits together seamlessly and parts are easy to snap together and separate. I really like the design choice of having the charging port on the battery itself rather than integrated into the vacuum base.
If you’re like me and keep multiple batteries on hand for your stick vacs this allows you to charge one while using another. The dock/base that comes with the unit is also very sturdy, fairly aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtfully laid out.
I especially like the battery compartment at the top and the fact that all of the accessories that come in the box fit in the dock at the same time. Usually a manufacturer will include a “bonus” attachment in the box and it ends up being the “odd one out” when it comes to docking with an included stand or base.
Battery capacity is essentially what I expected it to be. Stick vacuums don’t last terribly long, but with this one I consistently got between 20 – 30 minutes of continuous use mixing and matching the 3 power settings as I went.
Speaking of the power settings, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with the suction I get with this unit. Especially the highest one. I have 3 dogs, all of whom shed, and it’s a constant battle to keep all that at bay.
It gets everywhere, Under tables, under beds, under sofas. You name it. One of the first things I look for in a stick vac is “Will the suction be enough to get that tuft of dog hair that somehow ended up dead center under the bed? I am happy to say this one is up to the task.
All in all, I am VERY happy with this vacuum. I didn’t think I’d ever like something more than my Sharks, but this one has me wanting to check out the rest of the Tineco lineup.

It seems that our family likes cordless stick vacs. They do seem to be very handy to have around for quick floor cleaning in between the deeper cleanings (when we use our canister vacuum), especially with our three cats.
We have been using two cordless stick vacs over the past three years, a Samsung Jet 70 Pet and another one from a big-name vacuum company. And since between the two we had, the batteries never lasted long enough on singe charges to get all the floors done, we decided to get another one.
Although I had mixed feelings about the Samsung Jet 70 (but we still use it quite a bit), I felt like giving the Samsung Jet 60 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum a try to see what improvements may have been made in the last couple of years.
The Jet 60 is Samsung’s current entry-level cordless stick vac model (with 70, 90, and Bespoke levels rounding things out), and the Pet version is the highest 60 version (well, of two, which it just includes more attachments), Overall, the design is pretty much exactly the same.
The only difference is the tube being a bit thinner overall on the new Jet 60 (just the outside, the inside is the same diameter). And the Jet 60 comes with a bit smaller, differently designed motorized brush head (the Jet Fit Brush).
I’m not sure what kind of a difference it makes, but the bristle rows are not angled as much. I do like the smaller design, and it is a bit quieter than the 70’s Turbo Action Brush, but the bristles use seem to get fur and (and my wife’s long) hair entangled around it more quickly (I had to remove and clean it just after the first time using it).
At least the way the roller is removed makes it very easy to get out and remove the fur and hair (slide a little lever on the side and it pops right out). It also comes with several accessories that can be used with or without the main 27″ tube: a long reach crevice tool (that extends another 6.
5″), a combination tool (sliding dusting brush), and a mini motorized tool. The mini motorized tool is still the same design as the older one, which I was hoping would be a little better this time around.
With the way it was designed, the rotating brush really doesn’t come in contact with the surface (it has some plastic guards). While it was eventually able to get most of the embedded cat fur in the cat trees (that they seem to spend a lot of time in), I had to use the Max section mode (more on the modes in a moment).
The motor is similar, but there may be some changes with it as the sound at the differeny suction levels are a little different pitch. At Mid, it sound a little quieter overall, but that may also be attributed to the different, smaller motorized brush head.
The power is still decent enough to get the dust and fur around, but as with most rechargeable vacuums, the higher the power level, the less time you have to run (more or later). There are two suction control buttons, to go between Min, Mid and Max, but there is no display to tell which mode is active.
The removable (which is still a plus) battery is still the same capacity (21. 6V/1. 6Ah) as the older Jet 70 (was hoping it would be at least a little more), and will last for up to 40 minutes, but when only running on Min and probably only hard flooring.
When running on Max and using the mini motorized tool, I found that it only ran for about 7-8 minutes. Mid will probably get about 15-20 minutes or so. Now, you could buy an extra battery to swap out, but for the price, I think waiting to recharge isn’t that bad.
The charging dock is wall-mountable and can keep two accessories attached. When mounted, you can place the whole vacuum head in to charge the battery, or you can remove the battery and charge it by itself (which could be handy if you do not have a place to mount the dock).
If not mounting, the accessory holder flips to the back so the charging dock on a table or counter and still store the two accessories. One thing I was hoping would be a bit better this time was the packaging protection around the motor head, but unfortunately, I was still disappointed.
There was still no protection of all the parts on all sides. Just imagine sitting an object in a bowl and placing it in a box where when the box lid was closed, it is touching the object with no other support around the top.
That is basically how it is (and was) packed. I could see where the dust bin was rubbing against the outer box panel, but luckily it was not damaged more during shipping. While this isn’t quite the one to clean an entire house (unless you live in one of those mini houses you see on TV), if you need a cordless quick vac to do some quick cleaning, this is definitely one to consider.
The Samsung Jet 60 Series is Samsung’s entry level stick vacuum. For an entry level model, it shares the same 5-Layer Filtration system and 0. 8L dust bin capacity found in their higher end models, it attaches the same crevice and combo tool, and it even has a detachable rechargeable battery.
The similarities end here, with the Jet 60 providing up to 40 minutes of runtime between charges with a smaller battery, paired with a 150W suction motor. That being said, we find ourselves using this much more often than what we currently have at home because of one subtle but huge difference: it’s super lightweight.
Weighing in at a tad over 5 pounds, using the Jet 60 is one of the most effortless vacuums to use around the home. Moreover, the Slim Turbo Action Brush is an all-purpose motorized lightweight head attachment that can transition from hard floor to carpet and back without the need to swap out heads.
My current vacuum has both the soft roller brush head and the carpet brush head, but I do have to swap them out when appropriate; the Slim Turbo Action Brush is both of those things, and it works great overall.
And yes, it is very slim enough to get under couches and hard to reach places. The Jet 60 Pet variant comes with the Mini Motorized Tool to help remove fine dust and pet hair on furniture, typically where I find my cats hanging out.
It has little issues clumping and removing my cat’s dander as there is lint remover material alongside the roller brush to further help the removal of unwanted dander stuck onto furniture. The Jet 60 is not bright and fancy; it doesn’t tell you what speed setting you’re on, it doesn’t tell you how much runtime you have left…it doesn’t tell you anything, to be honest.
The only indicator you have is the 3 blue led lights on the battery itself that tell you how much battery life is left. And quite frankly, that’s okay. After using the vacuum for some time, you’ll know how much runtime you’ll have to clean your entire home relative to what power level you use.
Charging the Jet 60 requires that you wall mount its base to your wall, high enough for the wand to clear the floor. I for one am not a big fan of wall mounting my vacuum to the wall, so for now I remove the battery from the main unit and attach the charge base.
If you’re not a wall mount vacuum kind of person, then this vacuum is probably not for you. The Jet 60 is one of the louder stick vacs that I own at home, especially at max settings. It’s not obnoxiously loud, but it has that higher whistling sound overall.
My home is mostly hard floors accented with low pile area rugs, and this vacuum really has no problems cleaning these areas daily. But with those folks with high pile rugs, I can see this vacuum not performing well as you probably need stronger suction.
The Jet 60 does have a max suction setting, but you’re not going to break 10 minutes of runtime at this setting. I would think any stick vacuum would underperform more often than not in these situations and a plug-in vacuum would be best.
So if you’re like me and have a similar home setup, then I recommend you give the Jet 60 Pet a try.
Samsung – Jet™ 60 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum review is mixed for me. It came in a nice sturdy box and was packaged pretty well except the main unit should have been protected by Styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect it instead of thin wrap.
The 4 accessory pieces were all individually packaged in plastic bags protected under cardboard. So let’s start with the instructions – how do you use this, charge the battery, mount the charger, put it all together… well that part for me was not good at all – a picture guide that was difficult to follow.
Thankfully there are a few QR codes and verbiage following the picture guides – should have put the verbiage and QR codes first, and the picture guide within or following – backwards if you ask me. Anyway, I figured it all out while grumbling and using a few of the QR short videos to get started.
You have to charge the battery about 2 hrs for a full charge, and then it only lasts between 20-40 minutes. You can use the wall mount piece and fold the attachment holder to make a flat surface to charge the battery, or you can actually mount that piece to the wall and charge from there.
Which leads me to this…. The wall mount option is nice only if you actually have a place on wall with an electrical outlet near the area! I don’t so that is not going to work for me, and I like to stand my vacuums up in my utility closet – that is not happening with this vacuum because it doesn’t actually stand on its own! That is a big CON for me with any vacuum – it needs to stand on its own! The Dustbin and filters are easy enough to disassemble to clean, however they are small – as this is a smaller cordless vacuum.
It fills up quickly with cat hair when vacuuming our family room and is more difficult to use in this room as there is a higher pile carpet here. The bedrooms have a low pile so it is easier to maneuver there, as it is on the bare floor areas.
So, this is a small lightweight cordless vacuum that is good for smaller areas – for a backup cordless or corded vacuum. It is not as good as another branded cordless vacuum that I own and love, and the price is higher than others on the market that I think are much better.
I would ONLY recommend it to someone who doesn’t care about price point but wanted a vacuum that can be hung on a mount in a laundry room and mainly used for smaller areas. This is not something I feel would be a great “main” vacuum.

I luckily scored this vacuum on a Black Friday deal from Canadian tire ($200 off!). When I unboxed, I couldn’t believe how immediately aesthetically pleasing it was – very sleek with the copper detailing.
I never thought I’d call a vacuum beautiful, but here we are! I put it all together and plugged it in to charge. As soon as it was fully charged (in only 2 hours), I got to work. Within a couple of passes on carpet vacuumed only 3 days prior, I could already see so much hair and dirt accumulating.
This made me realize just how terrible my last vacuum was (a relatively new Miele). I think because this product has an effective beater bar, it really does get into the carpet and lift the dirt and hair.
What really impressed me was the light on the end of vacuum head and how I could easily redirect it around corners and furniture. This is going to make vacuuming a BREEZE. I can’t speak to longevity yet, but so far so good!.
I just bought this vacuum 2 days ago and I wish I didn’t. The good: Light bar Good suction Versatile Can use on carpets The Bad: Terrible battery life (like literally TERRIBLE) It does not stand on its own (have to lay it down to change out tools) Not great hard floor – carpet without changing the roller (not great on hardwood floor) I wish I had purchased a Dyson.
I did not even get to finish vacuuming 3 rooms before the battery died. Really disappointing. The suction is good but so short lived its not even worth it. Would be okay in a very small apartment.
The model of this one is 2894. The BISSELL ICONpet Edge Cordless Vacuum is the best vacum I’ve used. It’s definitely a must have for homes with pets. It works really well on hard flooring, carpets and rugs.
It has great suction and picks up everything, especially my dog’s hair. What I really love is that it’s cordless and lightweight, that makes it easy to handle throughout the house. The attachments are fabulous, you can use it in corners, walls also great for the stairs.
The led lights on the front are so nice, you can see everything in the floor and under the furniture. I’m beyond happy with my BISSELL ICONpet Edge Cordless Vacuum it makes my life easier in so many ways! I highly recommend this product.
