Callaway ERC Soft Triple Track Golf Balls 2021 – White ERC Soft is Callaway’s longest golf ball with soft feel, and it’s built for increased control around the green. To create all that distance, Callaway have developed a High Energy Core that promotes maximum speed and total performance from tee-to-green.
The ERC Soft features a new Hybrid Cover made with a PARALOID Impact Modifier from Dow. This high performance, multi-material construction promotes high launch and low spin for long distance, along with great feel in a durable offering.
Around the green it provides outstanding control, so you can play aggressively on approach shots, and in your short game. The PARALOID allows Callaway to make this ball so fast, and with so much spin.
To complete the impressive design, Callaway’s High Speed Mantle works with the core and cover to further enhance ball speed and greenside control. Callaway’s popular Triple Track alignment utilises Vernier Hyper Acuity to help you choose the right line for better putting accuracy.
I have been playing ERC soft for 2 years now. both models (1st and second generation). The ball is great for mid to low swing speeds. Mine is around 85mph. It goes high and straight if u hit it good.
I have a power fade shot that is pretty consistent with this ball. Approach shots 7 iron down can actually hold the green if u can get the ball in the air which is no problem for me. If u hit low shots it’s gonna run out on you.
not the balls’ fault!!! It has decent spin around the greens but NOT great!! U have to play the roll out and/or control it with trajectory. U must learn this or it will roll out on u big time. This is the only reason I’m not giving it a five star.
But if u can and love hitting greens’ without paying $50 a box for the extra spin. this could be your ball. The putting lines r a plus too if the lines don’t distract u on approach shots. I’m 50 yrs young and a 9 handicap.
I went from Pro V’s, to Chrome Soft, to the ERC. I haven’t seen any noticable differences in distance or handling. However, even at a slightly different price point, I would expect a ball to not show gouges, scrapes and worst of all, cut marks after 1 or 2 hits.
By the end of the first 9 holes, I’m generally on my 3rd ball. Sometimes 4th. No exaggerating. At the end of the full round, I usually throw them in a donate pile of use them as a scrub ball on a tricky hole so if it gets lost no big deal.
Bought these instead of my usual Chrome Soft since I don’t play much anymore and the Chromes are now quite expensive. These balls feel good off the drivers/woods with good distance and control. Pretty good with pitch shots from 70 yards down offering good spin.
Feels good off the putter and when chipping. Overall I’m pretty satisfied. They probably don’t match the Chromes but for how I play, I think they are great substitute. Would be happy to buy again.
Enjoy crisp, detailed visuals while gaming with this 49-inch Samsung dual QHD curved monitor. AMD FreeSync technology delivers stutter-free visuals for fast-paced gaming, and the 3000:1 contrast ratio offers sharp images.
This Samsung dual QHD curved monitor has flicker-free technology to help minimize eye strain during long gaming hours, while the HDMI, DisplayPort and USB ports allow connection to a broad range of devices.
49″ curved-panel QLED for immersive gaming. Ultra-clear panel delivers vivid, detailed images. 178-degree horizontal viewing angle lets your share games with friends. 3000:1 contrast ratio enables accurate color reproduction.
5120 x 1440 maximum resolution at 120Hz for a bold display.
This monitor does it all. It’s perfect for being able to play all of my consoles and multitask. Optimal for watching videos and movies, playing games (both competitive and cinematic), and productivity.
I’m able to stretch the timeline for music/editing software and fit more on the screen. HDR is stunning, and multifunctional. As consoles and PC support for HDR grows I find more of my library being accessible and exciting to experience with high quality.
PBP is very nice for being able to play a console and monitor a stream, or watch videos or walkthroughs, etc. No compromises experience. High refresh rate, high resolution, and a very bright and beautiful visual range that helps you fully experience a detailed scene without getting washed out or blurry picture quality.
G-sync/Free-sync support even adds more to that no compromises experience as it lets you reduce screen tearing without adding latency. The monitor itself has a very good build quality as well. The design isn’t distracting and has accents that don’t feel out of place in most setups.
The back light is customizable and looks very cool. The I/O is also very functional. I find it supports just about any device I’d use with little to no difficulty. The only thing that it leaves to be desired is more local dimming zones to make the HDR a bit more involved which is solved by the succeeding model the Neo G9.
Any other deficiencies are due to other technology being behind (HDCP and HDR in particular. ).
I bought this monitor for flight and racing simulation. It has definitely enhanced the experiences for both simulators. In racing, I can now see further into corners without having to change the viewpoint.
As far as emersion goes, it’s nice to be able to see the driver’s side and rear view mirrors at the same time. Depending on the vehicle, sometimes you can see both side mirrors, which feels nice to me.
It’s use for flight simulation is even more pronounced. Situation awareness doubles with half the movements. Immediately, taxiing and landing become easier because of the side references. It’s also easier to track gauges during these operations because of less viewpoint changes.
Of course, looking out of the window on VFR flights is stunning. It is also a great monitor for having multiple pages open. I can have 4 pages of notes open simultaneously with no problem. I did have to adjust the font size for this type of operation, but once adjusted, everything is great.
Here’s why the monitor looses a star. When you are looking around (changing the viewpoint) in flight simulation, the outer quarters to thirds of screen will begin to distort and elongate. It’s usually not that bad, but I thought it is worth mentioning.
Really 4-1/2 or 4-3/4 stars is more accurate for this monitor.
I have enjoyed having this monitor as my only monitor for gaming and daily computer use. There has been many firmware updates, each improving bugs one at a time. There should have been maybe four updates since this monitor came out, each containing more fixes and features, but they haven’t.
It updates randomly and I need to check reddit to find out, or go through many hoops to find it on Samsungs site. To update the firmware, you have to pull the monitor out, pop the cover off, and then connect a USB formatted a specific way in order to update the monitor.
If they are going to continue updating this to address the bugs that still exist, they should have a way for you do it over the USB hub. I got this in December of 2020 from Amazon for $1100 new. That is the very max I would recommend paying for this monitor.
Other than the annoying firmware updates, the random flickering that occurs with multiple windows and opening certain games makes it feel like you are paying to test the product for them. I will end on a good note and say this monitor works great with PS5 and PC with PS5 on HDMI and PC on DP with it split 50/50 and looks great too.

This is a PS officially licensed internal storage. If you’re like me, you probably ran out of the 660~ GB on the internal storage for the PS5, so like me youve might have bought a WD Black external storage (not this) thinking that you would be okay, only to find out some important details as that led to my purchase: (1) You cannot play PS5 games from an external drive.
(2) You can store PS5 games to an external drive but then you’d have to copy them over to the console storage from the external drive to play them [which is probably faster than deleting and redownloading but who really has time fot that?].
(3) You can store and play PS4 games on an external drive for the PS5 but 660~ GB for PS5 games isn’t enough with some of the larger games out there…. which brings me to the WD Black internal SSD with heatsink.
Got this for $280 (2 TB) because its officially licensed and playstation has a video on their site showing how to install it (just need a screwdriver) and a couple minutes of your time. Once the PS5 was powered back on, the SSD was formatted and then I was able to change the download location for PS5 games to the SSD.
I really wish I didn’t have to do this at all (build it with more interal storage to begin with playstation!) but if you need storage for PS5 games, I’m definitely happy with this choice! Had no issues with formatting, copying PS5 games to it or playing PS5 games from it.
Filled my internal storage on my PS5, so I spent time researching external HDs to for more space. After weeks of reading reviews, I went to my local BB to buy an external. An employee who helped me asked why I was getting an external and not an internal….
I said I didn’t want to open my console and deal with installation. He chuckled and said it couldn’t be any easier to install, and far more convenient than having external. So I took his advise on a whim and got the PS5 licensed WD black 1tb internal ssd drive.
Installed it that same day in a matter of minutes and all has been perfect since. It actually gave me 1tb worth of storage which was nice to see as well. Simple formatting, and away you go. Would definitely recommend going internal for ps5 users after this experience.
I bought my WD black sn850 2TB beginning of December 2021, keep it storage for a while and yesterday decided to finally take it out and installed in ps5. Installation was smooth and simple, ps5 started format and 1 minute later it went from 13% to 100% showing the message PS5 was not able to format the drive.
I try multiple times, removing the ssd, placing it back, with and without heatsink and is all the same. No way PS5 is able to format. Going to test the ssd with a PC tp see if able to work, but right now for a ssd out of the box that is supposed to be ps5 compatible, this is a joke.
BTW I look for this error and multiple users had the same problem.

With the monitor’s 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, you’ll be able to see the picture from almost any position. Adjust the screen’s tilt to optimize comfort or install the monitor onto a wall, compatible arm, or multi-monitor stand using the 100 x 100mm VESA mounting holes.
So before I begin, I represent the unfortunate crossroads of that guy that wants a single monitor that does *everything* well. First of all, I game (quite a bit), and want a monitor that games well (low input lag, fast refresh, and hey, HDR would be nice these days).
If it stopped there, I’d be in luck. there are *fantastic* gaming monitors these days, even huge curved ones, that are really reasonably priced! Sadly, the next bit is the wrench I like to throw. and super critical for my work.
I also happen to be a professional photographer/artist/developer that demands color perfection for my graphics work. With this in mind, I switch between two systems (OSX for my normal work) and PC for pure gaming.
This gives me a few key requirements: – easy input switching (I’ll leave the PC on. DisplayPort and the Mac on HDMI) – no unbearable issues (e. g. backlight/IPS glow, black smearing, etc) – fast/responsive (less of an issue as I’ve always had slow monitors due to the color requirements) – easy to calibrate – more real estate than I previously had on my 27″ Eizo CS2730 (really need the side-by-side space for graphics and programming) So with that in mind, I began the quest to upgrade my Eizo, which, while *fantastic* for color, was falling behind in terms of all the rest.
Plus everything looked a bit. “flat”. My first choice was the newly released 38″ LG 38WN95C. It was a beast, an IPS panel (typically far better for color reproduction), and $1000 cheaper than this one.
I got it in, set it up, and was immediately underwhelmed. The IPS glow was even worse than my Eizo (which I was also extremely frustrated with in this regard), to the point that I couldn’t even take a phone snapshot of artwork on the screen (which I often to for BTS shots to Instagram).
The bloom was simply way too bad for this! Secondly, the LG controls were *terrible*. A single joystick on the bottom was supposed to do everything, but in practice was really fumbly, slow to respond, and was no longer a simple process to switch inputs (nothing beats the double tap of a single button on the Eizo, to be fair).
On top of this, the monitor would regularly “blink” during games, or cut out entirely. Simply not cool for a monitor that costs as much as it did. So what did I do? Sent it back immediately, and decided to throw even more money at the problem.
with this unholy beast of monitor, the ASUS PG25VQ. While super-not-excited about the cost outlay, I figured it was worth the experiment, if nothing else. and if I wasn’t happy, I’d return it too, and just wait it out with my trusty, but aging Eizo.
Spoiler Alert: I may be keeping this one. So here it is. this will be a direct comparison of the 38″ LG 38WN95C and the 35″ ASUS PG35VQ. BLACK LEVEL/GLOW: ASUS wins handily. The IPS glow on the LG was extremely evident, especially in a dark room (which I’m usually in while working/gaming).
The ASUS VA panel has blacks that truly disappear for an incredible experience. It’s very close to the best of the HDR LED TVs I’ve been seeing lately. SIZE: Obviously the LG wins here. The extra 3″ of diagonal was noticeable for sure, AND thanks to the lighter weight of the screen itself, and the better stand design (IMO), the LG was able to sit back further on my desk.
It just felt great. SCREEN SURFACE: ASUS comes ahead again here, with a much better matte surface that seems to be a fair bit better at combating screen glare (I have a couple French doors directly behind me which is challenging for light glare/reflections).
On top of that, and this one is a little hard to describe, but the ASUS image just appears painted on the surface of this matte screen, as opposed to the LG that almost seemed to have a slightly “recessed” image (think: early iPhones that had that thick glass layer above the actual pixels).
The ASUS just looks better here, hands down. CONTROLS & OSD: ASUS wins again, easily. Their joystick is fast and fluid for navigating menus, compared to the spongy, clunky one on the LG. On top of that, the menus on the ASUS are just much easier to navigate, and much more intuitive.
As a UI designer myself, there’s no excuse for a crappy OSD on a monitor over $1500. INPUT SWITCHING: ASUS wins (the OSD and menu is just much faster to get to the input switching selection), but really neither are as fast as the Eizo.
I really just want a single button somewhere that cycles the inputs. Ideally, with the ability to remove unused inputs via the OSD. I guess most people don’t even have the need for multiple inputs? Dunno.
HDR CONTENT: Both are way better than my non-HDR Eizo, but the ASUS wins again thanks to it’s where-the-heck-did-my-screen-go black levels, and eye-scorching flashes possible with its backlight array (this was Full Array Local Dimming/FALD, but now called Variable Backlight in the OSD).
All last night I was literally just pulling up HDR videos on YouTube and watching in awe. Plus a few HDR games I’ve tested so far (Ori, Shadow of the Tom.
Let me start off by saying that I did a ton of research online before making this purchase and to be honest, I was nervous this would be awful after reading and watching every review on the net. But now that this glorious monitor is sitting on my desk, I realize just how outrageously nit-picky the tech reviewers online can be.
Most of their complaints are about tiny differences in specification numbers and subjective opinions that at the end of the day, are virtually imperceptible. A lot of reviewers complained about the bezels being wide, but I think they’re fine.
I’ve heard complaints about text being illegible but text looks just fine to me at 125% scaling with no ClearType tweaking. They said the pixel response times are slow but it feels extremely snappy to me.
People whine about the stand not having height or swivel adjustments, but I think it looks dope and the tilt is all I care about. Others complain that you can’t do 10 bit color at 120Hz without chroma sub-sampling, which is true but I’ll be damned if I can tell the difference between 8-bit and 10-bit color.
One guy complained that it was way too big and nobody needs a monitor this big, but it’s just perfect if you have a grown-up sized desk with a keyboard tray that positions you ~4 feet away. I even saw a review that complained about how no cables or remote batteries were included, but they must have had an engineering sample because mine came with every cable you could ever need and batteries in the remote.
Ignore all the nonsense. This monitor is pure awesome! I am totally blown away at how much of an incredibly massive upgrade this is from a 1080p HDTV @ 60Hz. The refresh rate makes everything feel silky smooth as long as you have the video card to drive it and configure your game settings properly.
The colors are really bright and vivid. There is no perceptible backlight bleed or dead pixels. The 4K resolution is beyond amazing. The brightness is so intense I actually turned mine down a bit from the factory default.
When you shut your computer off, the monitor only displays a brief message about no signal then the screen goes black, so you can just leave it powered on all the time if you want.
I’m really pleased with this monitor. For office use it’s just perfect. Great picture, no blurring. I was slightly disappointed it didn’t come with VGA cable and there’s no mention in the description if it’s included.
Also, it would be nice if I could regulate the height of the monitor. I have it on the stand anyway, though, so it works for me.

I have purchased several of these Samsung 870EVO drives recently for PC client notebook upgrades. The price was a little higher than what I would usually install but the Samsung name and reliability helps to sell the higher price.
Installation is easy and Windows 7/10 recognizes the drives without a problem. The Samsung website has updated drivers while the Samsung Magician software monitors the TRIM on these SSD’s to keep them in reasonable shape (If the client wants the software installed).
I have not experienced infant mortality for any of the Samsung SSD’s I have purchased and no complaints either which is a plus for me. The drives seem to run cool enough in the notebook PC’s even with High CPU usage and heavy read/write activity.
Older PC’s and ones with poor cooling have been an issue in the past, even with SSD’s. My only real concern is the VNAND technology combined with the warranty, stated MTBF, and TWB from Samsung for these VNAND SSD’s.
In high read/write applications (large video file transfers and Video Processing), the lifespan of these VNAND SSD’s is sub-optimal. This is especially true when using this drive as a primary OS drive in combination with it being used as a storage drive.
The relatively large size of the drive is supposed to mitigate the cells wearing out. I do not necessarily believe that for high write/read cycle applications with very large files but, time will tell.
For most applications, these SSD’s will work fine (IMO). I still prefer TLC technology for SSD’s that have high read/write requirements to give better longevity. The slower speed and higher price for large capacity makes them less desireable for most PC applications (gaming?) so I can recommend these Samsung 870EVO SSD’s for them.
nice, inexpensive option to add speed to your PC with an old rotational HDD. Easy to install, and the samsung tools make it super easy to transfer your OS and files from your old drive to the new one.
Would recommend to those with lesser/lacking technological knowledge for that reason. These drives are fast given that they’re SATA, and I’ve had zero issues over 3 years with my original 870 evo up until a few hiccups leading to a total failure in early November.
Luckily I had preemptively created a drive image and had it ready to go when the last failed. I have no hesitations with using another new 870 EVO to replace the one prior that has failed, as I’m quite sure the failure was caused by recent power droops/spikes in the local power grid with our cold weather, as the drive had tested with 0 failed sectors the week prior to failure.
If your motherboard doesnt support m. 2 or PCIE ssd options, I’d recommend this to anyone looking to wake up an older PC with a new drive, or replace a recently failed SDD. With that said, I fully expected my 1tb WD Blue Sata SSD that was purchased at the same time to fail first as it’s my game drive and is always virtually completely full, and gets used often, but it’s still running strong after the EVO failed.
If you possess the knowledge to do a complete drive transfer on your own, are willing to pay for file transfer services from a technician, or prefer to do a fresh OS install, I may be tempted to suggest a WD SSD over at least this model of Samsung SSD for that reason.
I don’t know about longevity, but, here’s what I observed after swapping in the 1TB version of this SSD to replace a 500GB WD mechanical drive on a Lenovo ThinkPad W530. The WD only had 228GB on it. The SSD read/write performance increased by 50%; start up increased by 3000%.
What took 5 minutes to fully complete when using the mechanical drive now takes 20 seconds (from Win10/64 boot to all apps loaded). This performance gain ended my debate as to whether or not I should replace the W530 ThinkPad with a newer model.
No need to now. For only $100, the 870 EVO 1TB SSD has proven to be among one of the better upgrades I’ve made to any PC in recent memory. If you have a laptop that is using a spinning HD, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that you swap it out for one of these.
It’s truly a performance upgrade that is immediately noticeable. Every app will snap and run faster than what you are used to. I didn’t know what to expect but now that I’ve done it, I have to say that I am quite impressed.
BTW, the Samsung migration software I used to copy the entire contents and OS from the spinning drive to the SSD worked without a hitch and in less than 15 minutes. Just be certain to run CHKDSK, disable your antivirus, and place your wireless on “Airplane mode” before the migration.

Six single-speed models, ten 2-speed models, plus two special-purpose tournament style sailfish designs cover all the bases for saltwater anglers from inshore and near shore to offshore and the canyons.
All Saltiga LD reels feature a one-piece machined aluminum frame and side plate to assure precise alignment of bearings and gears for amazingly smooth performance, less flex, more power and reduced binding even during the fiercest battles.
Oversized, super-hard, polished and meshed stainless steel main and pinion gears fit together perfectly to drive the kicking gear with extra strength and nearly silent precision while large spool bearings reduce side load so anglers can concentrate on fighting fish rather than the reel.
Daiwa’s acclaimed Advanced Tournament Drag System (ATD) keeps each Saltiga LD cool during the heat of battle while providing consistent maximum pressure through the end game. A machined aluminum spool won’t bend under high drag pressure or outwardly expand as you tightly wind on line.
A machined aluminum rod clamp always keeps your reel tightly secured. All single and smaller two-speed models, along with the high-speed tournament sailfish reels, boast soft-touch rubber handles for fast, comfortable retrieves.
The larger size 50, 55 and 60 2-speed models feature a long “T” style offset aluminum power handle to improve leverage and comfort without blistering your hand when the fight is on. The Saltiga LD series also incorporates all CRBB ball bearings for a longer reel life and more consistent performance.
A substantial spool clicker is just loud enough to not be overbearing. Max drag ranges from 22 to 45 pounds for most models while line retrieve per handle turn runs from 39. 9” to 47. ” The tournament style sailfish models have a max drag setting of 22 pounds and line pick-ups of 54.
3” to 56”. These are the reels you need when second best just won’t do.
Improved from the old model! I thought Accurate BV300SPJ, Shimano Ocea JIgger 1000HG/1500HG/1500PG, and Saltiga 10/10H/15/15H were the one to buy for jigging/Slow Jiggng, but I believe size 10H/35JH is the one to get for this Saltiga LD.
Big improvement for spool edge, drag lever and handle arm. The only one thing I don’t like about is the handle knob. I will change it soon.
I own One 20, 1 35JH 4 of these 50’s and 2 60†s. There are many great reels out there no doubt but these are the perfect reels for me! So smooth and powerful. Dead sexy IMHO. QC is top notch, 5 year excellent warranty with free cleaning and inspection, you can not go wrong!.
I now own the the 15, 20, and 55 sizes in 2 speed. Already pulled on 40-50# class bluefin out of san diego with the 15 and 20 size. Flylines a live sardine amazing, smooth drag , smooth reel w lots of power.
Very happy with it, can’t wait to catch a 100# plus on the 55 size.
Store and transfer files with this WD easystore desktop drive. The 18TB capacity accommodates the largest games and applications, and the transfer rate of up to 5Gb/sec. lets you quickly share large files.
USB 2. 0 and 3. 0 connectivity make this WD easystore desktop drive compatible with a wide range of computers and other devices.
This is a great little drive: It has a massive amount of storage at a very reasonable price (if you can catch it on sale – at full price, I wouldn’t say that it was worth the dollar to TB ratio simply because of the faults I found which I’ve detailed below), in a relatively small and attractive package, was plug and play and thoroughly easy to use even without installing the Western Digital software that came with the drive (I also did not have to format it out of the box, although on a Mac you will assuming you don’t have an NTFS driver installed on your Mac).
I gave it four stars because of two things. Please read on to learn more: PLEASE NOTE: The read and write speeds and temperature readings demonstrated below were not achieved with ‘laboratory software’; these were real world values that someone copying or moving large HD or UHD video files (or other similarly large files) to the drive may experience.
The first reason I docked a quarter star is the write speeds the drive demonstrates. Although nowhere near abysmal, they are not as fast as it’s 12TB brother across the same USB 3. 0 hub on a different port (I may be able to squeeze a little more write performance out of it by connecting it directly to my PC, but I haven’t tried that yet as the performance is satisfactory for my needs – that’s it was only worth a quarter star).
The 12TB easystore WD hard drive pulls a Windows Average of 198-220 MBs writing where the 16TB drive only comes in at around a Windows average of 123 MBs writing under load (i. e. , large file transfers of +10GB or bigger).
It’s not bad just not as fast as I was expecting nor was it as fast as the smaller drive which surprised me a bit. Read performance is stellar: Windows average of around 300 MBs to an internal SSD across the same USB hub.
Again, the 12 TB drive is a bit faster across the same hub, different port, but not by enough to complain about. So not much to bring up on the read side of things. The other three-quarters of a star I knocked off because of how hot this drive runs.
And this drives runs HOT! Very hot. Particularly under load. Small file copies are not a problem. I saw no discernable temperature increase when copying small files, even large numbers of small files, but when larger files (i.
e. , +10 GB or greater) are being copied or moved, the temperature climbs rapidly. When I first started moving files to the drive from my internal SSD, the temp readings on the WD drive shot from a balmy 32c to a whopping 58c in about three minutes and continued to climb from there.
It got so hot, in fact, that I was afraid the drive was going to cook itself if I didn’t find a way to cool it down (I mean, beyond shutting off the file move – which I ultimately had to do until I found a way to cool the drive).
The problem was easy enough solved: I had an extra table fan that I sat the hard drive on top of to force copious amounts of air through the hard drive case and that brought the temps back into a much more normal range of 30c-35c.
So if you are planning on getting this drive, get some form of active cooling with it (a fan to sit on top of or underneath it, something to force large amounts of air through the case to sync the heat away from the drive) if you’re going to be putting it under heavy load because it will heat up very quickly to a point that hard drives should not heat up to.
All-In-All, I’m very pleased with this drive. Again, large capacity, easy on the wallet, and hey it’s fits with the black decor of my rig. If you catch it on sale, I highly recommend it (with an active cooling solution, of course).
If you simply looking for a drive to manually transfer files from your computer to the drive for backup you should be okay. But if you want automatic backup and you are not tech oriented you are going to have a hard time getting this drive setup.
It comes with NO user manual in the box. The tiny foldout pamphlet that is included (with print sop small I could barely read it with a 6X magnifier and my reading glasses) has a URL to a page that SUPPOSEDLY has a manual but it does NOT! A quick Google search turned up an online PDF manual that I downloaded.
This was not much help however, because it had instructions for software that is supposed to be on the drive but is NOT! The manual tells you how to setup WD software but in reality you are going to be using Acronis True Image For Western Digital software.
I had to jump through several hoops to figure out how to find it for download and then find a manual for using this software with this drive. Much more difficult and confusing than it needs to be. After several hours I finally got it all setup and it now runs my backup scheme on my schedule.
And it does so in the background without slowing my PC down at all, so bonus points for that. Western Digital used to be a leader in the field of digital drives and storage but sadly this is not the case anymore.
If you are looking for a simple drive to just manually backup files and folders there are cheaper alternatives out there. If you have more technical needs like automated backups on a schedule there are products out there that are easier to configure and won’t cause you to have to make multiple Google searches to find everything you need.
Sorry Western Digital, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.
This is a really good value for storage. 14TB is more than I could fill in a couple years, but it’s good to have the storage. The physical product is great, but the software included as well as the updated and recommended versions of the backup software are horrible.
They are incredibly slow and bring my very high end PC to a crawl (R9 5900x, 64GB RAM, RTX 3080 and the OS on an NVME SSD). I ended up using an open source backup software that works much better than anything Western Digital provides.
I have one other major issue with this product, which may be down to Windows 10 itself, but also the slow 5400rpm drive used inside this device. My bootup time is multiplied when having this drive connected.
My PC typically boots in under 30 seconds, startup programs all launched and ready to use with no lag. When the drive is connected, my PC can take up to 5 mins to boot. No program is launchable, nothing is interactable and my wallpaper doesn’t even fully load for those 5 mins.
This may be because Windows has to scan and load the whole 14TB available before the PC is useable, but also because this drive isn’t very quick. I have to keep this drive unplugged, until I have some file ready to move over or a backup scheduled, so my PC will boot in a reasonable amount of time.
I definitely recommend this drive for storing large, or a lot of, files that only need to occasionally be stored or backed up. The amount of storage you get for the money is great. This drive isn’t such a great option for constant access to files.
It takes such a heavy toll on your PC every time you boot up. For more constant access, maybe the wifi/NAS version would be better as that is treated as a network drive and wont slow your PCs boot time, but requires a little more initial setup.

It’s a great monitor overall, though I should’ve bought the higher refresh rate model. It was a bit bright, so I played around with the brightness and HDR, and it’s been much better. Was surprised to see speakers included, they’re decent enough.
21:9 was a bit wack at the start with all the black bars, but it’s overall pretty fine. You might be a bit surprised on how big the monitor actually is, smaller or curved desks may have a bit of trouble accommodating this monitor.
Picture quality is great, can’t really complain too much. Comes with 2 usb ports at the back, 2 hdmi, display port, and a hdmi cable included. It’s really easy to assemble, and it’s not very heavy. Overall, if you’re looking for a decently priced productivity monitor, this is great, and if you’re looking for a more gamer experience, would go for a higher refresh rate model.
The good: I’ve been using a 27” curve VA monitor, so I was a bit skeptical about getting this flat 34” monitor. To my pleasant surprise everything seems normal, at least for now. I sit about 32” away from the monitor and I don’t notice any need for a higher resolution than 1440p.
I use my monitor mainly for work and some gaming. MS Flight Simulator 2020 is unreal beautiful on this monitor, while using the Nvidia 3070Ti video card. Colors are great and brightness is good. There is almost no-bleeding!!! Very little IPS glow but this is not OLED.
Blacks are OK. Text is clear and crisp. Having speakers in a monitor are a big plus – even though they don’t sound exceptional or anything. And getting the monitor to use 75 Mhz is tricky as you have to turn on FreeSync.
The bad: Lacks the USB – C port and could use a slight curve. Only height and tilt adjustments. No DP cable and no USB A-B cable are provided. Finding the proper MS Windows drivers and OnScreen control software was a mess! You will need higher level of computer expertise to get the drivers installed properly.
The Ugly: ONLY 75 Mhz! I really wished it to be 120 Mhz. No USB ports on the bottom or on the sides. Overall this is a great monitor at the sub $500 price point. Disclaimer: This review is part of a chance to win a GC.
I have owned several ultra-wide monitors and this LG 34WL750-B ultra-wide monitor is extremely good. The first thing that one will notice is how easy it is to unbox and setup this monitor. No tools are required.
Simply take out the base, attach it to the upright column using the hand twist bolt on the base. Next, carefully take out the display, align it with the two tabs on the top of the upright column and click it into place.
Assembly is complete. Attach the monitor with an HDMI cable or display port cable to your computer and you are ready to configure the display. The display comes with a CD, but not much useful content on the CD.
To get the correct configuration I had to go to the LG website and download the On Screen Control software, which apparently contains the drivers as well. After my computer restarted I was able to select 3440×1440 for the resolution.
This monitor can go to 60 Hz, however I was only able to select up to 50 Hz, most likely due to the video capabilities of my computer. However, the quality at 50 Hz is quite good. I originally used the HDMI cable that came with the monitor, but the monitor complained that the cable being used may cause problems, so I switched to an Ultra HTMI cable and the message went away.
Something that really surprised me about this monitor is that it has some very nice sounding, downward facing speakers. I discovered this When I plaid a video file expecting the sound to come out of the computer speakers and was pleasantly surprised by nice quality sound coming out of the monitor.
The audio is being delivered through the HDMI cable to the monitor. I definitely give this monitor two thumbs up. As for how I use the monitor and why I need an ultra-wide monitor, I am a programmer and my development environment requires a number of windows and sidebars to be open to effectively work.
This monitor gives me the screen real estate to efficiently work. In fact at my work everyone has now added an ultra-wide monitor to their systems. We now buy ultra-wide monitors for our customers and are building our software to allow our customers to use the full capabilities of an ultra-wide monitor.
These LG monitors are perfect with their non-glare screens, sharp images, and ability to be divided into multiple regions using the LG On Screen soft In full disclosure, I received this monitor at a discounted price in exchange for providing a review.

reliable product. couple of my friends score average 100 and they really love this ball. Long distance and great durability. When I have golf tournament or outing, I always buy this ball and give them as awards.
I bought these golf balls after bouncing around from cheap balls to more premium balls. I can’t say these are much better than anything I’ve tried but they are no worse either. These are just solid balls.
The FOXPRO Inferno gives you a lot of bang for your buck? with a compact design, 75 high quality FOXPRO sounds, and an upgraded remote control with FOXBANG Technology. This unit offers maximum portability with extreme volume and sound quality.
Connect an external speaker to the jack on the side of the unit for even more volume. FOXPRO? s Inferno remote is easy to operate and navigate through sound categories. The Inferno remote has two preset buttons, a mute button, volume up and down, and much more.
Upon discharging a firearm, FOXBANG automatically reacts by engaging a predetermined setting. All of these features in one amazing, compact, high quality unit makes the Inferno an incredible value. Its packed with great features and innovations from FOXPRO.
I have not had opportunity to use it in the field. At home use, I like the new controller as it is much easier to see the menu items. It has more calls that fit my needs on it than the old Foxpro. The caller is essentially the same as the old model, so not much to comment on.
It works fine. I did get the external speaker which does provide additional volume.
Very nice game call. Loud, but wish it could go a little louder. Only way to stop a call once actuated is to use MUTE button. If you actuate a call and turn off the remote the caller still calls. I find it odd.
Lots of extra calls online at FoxPro, but you have to download their software and to do so you have to get a special USB to printer USB cable to download FoxPro software as their calls will not work on any other software.
The game call is small, with a 1/4″-20 female thread on the bottom so you really need a small tripod for taller grass if you want to use the FoxJack 5 Decoy so that is shows above the grass – BUT FoxPro does not offer a Tripod.
I’ve tested the remote at over 200 yds and it works.
I have had a couple of electronic collars before this one very good. Programming to my Windows laptop was relatively easy, once you figure out some of the nuances of how their program works. The sound library is pretty good it has a lot of different animals in it.
I bought this because of the warranty It’s Made in America with a 3 year warranty. If you really have a problem you can actually get a live heartbeat on the other end that can help you with your problem, which is kind of rare nowadays.
I noticed a review of a similar Primos caller and they had a hard time getting a similar caller warrantied. They got the run around stating that the caller wasn’t built in the United States so they didn’t know what was in it and what happened or anything to that effect.
So if you’re going to spend this kind of money at least you have some assurance that if something goes wrong that at least someone’s going to try to help you to fix your problem. I do like the ease of use of this caller and it is easily upgradable.
If you needed more sound, which it is pretty loud, like if I was going to hunt 600-plus yard Fields I’d probably get the additional SP speaker for it. But for most sets in the north-east that I hunt it is perfectly fine.
You can also hook the fox Jack 5 to it, which makes this call a very versatile and is also controlled from the remote which is a great feature. The fox bang technology works really well. The guns got to be within about 5 feet.
I have been pleasantly surprised how well thought out this product is.
The GC300 offers an outstanding remote technology that is unrivaled in the industry at this price. Up to 300 yards with no line-of-sight required to activate the main speaker unit. The advantages of having this unit with preprogrammed calls from Wildlife Technologies is that you can play two calls simultaneously.
That features increases the level of sophistication and betters your odds of pulling in and keeping in coyotes with a wary disposition. No more confusing programming or long number sequences to memorize to play a high-quality audio call, simply press one button and the call does the work for you.
Once the call file has played the unit will pause for 30 seconds and replay the sequence. This pattern will continue until you select the stop button, at any point in the sequence you may add a second call by simply selecting the second call button and pressing it down.
Lightweight, compact, easy to operate, fantastic quality audio calls from a leading bioacoustics company, very long range remote, low power consumption and one of the lowest prices available for a great call.
The ICOtec GC300 is how predator calling was intended to be. Dead Serious! Guaranteed Secure Checkout.
So we were at our second stand of the day with this bad boy hunting for Coyotes. We had seen some sheep farmers and so talked to them and they said they heard some probably two small hills over, about 2 ish miles walk.
So we walked all the way around and start calling. Did the rabbit for a while and the coyote calls for a hot second. After about 40 mins, my brother and I here some foot prints behind us and some low huffing.
I work for the US Forest Service and have heard my fair share of huffing from animals and my first thought was that there was a bear behind us. Well our hearts kinda dropped as we heard is give a loud deep grunt.
So I slowly set down my. 223 and took off my. 44 mag from my side holster, slowly turned around, to see walking directly in-between my brother and I, straight towards our current coyote howls from this machine, a GIANT, easily 250+ lbs white sheep dog.
He ran straight over to the call, really confused why there were no coyotes, and then came and sat next to me under the juniper tree I was under. So. Moral of the story, have called in a coyote yet, most likely cause it’s not the best of times to do so right now, April, but man does this call work.
We were easily 2 miles away, and though this box doesn’t make the loudest noises, if you can get the echo off hill walls, you are set. Sounds are hyper realistic and anything and everything will come.
5/5 in my book and I am looking forward to finding some coyotes soon with it.
Bought the icotec gc320 unit a little over a month ago and so far its worked great! Have used the call at least a dozen times and called in and shot 6 coyotes so far. Seems to be very durable and compact, fits nicely into my backpack.
The decoy works great and keeps the coyotes attention on it. The sound is clear and is more then loud enough to call anything in within a mile on a calm day. The one thing that I’m not a fan of and I’ve read this a lot is the fact that the remote is super sensitive.
It’s happened a few times where I’ve set up the call and I’m walking back to where I’m gonna sit and some how bumped the remote and the call starts going off before I’m ready! Other then that the call works great.
Says right on the box BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED so be sure to pick up batteries before u get home with it!.

The Base runs on a variety of power options including AA alkaline and lithium batteries as well as solar power accessories from Moultrie. With both Verizon models of the Base available, choose the carrier with the strongest connection at a particular hunting location.
I I bought this camera less than a month ago. I had previously bought a camera from another brand, and the experience was good. With the Delta Base camera, I could say that many of their problems would end if they gave the first 30 days free, doing that, we customers would become familiar with the product and how operates.
However, this is not the case, and in the meantime, we customers get frustrated. My frustration was with not understanding the system, and not with the camera itself. Now that I understand I can say that I give the camera an A+, but Moultrie could do a better job with this camera.
I don’t know if they are like that with others, but their plans (service contracts) are not friendly when you don’t know how they work. Then you learn to know how it works. As for the image and video quality I have nothing bad to say since it is very good.
The other thing I don’t like is that it needs 12 AA batteries to work! Yes, 12 batteries! Although most cameras run on 8 AA batteries, I ran a set of new batteries dry in 4 days. On the other hand, the customer service I must say is first class.
I called them and they immediately solved the problem I had with the setup. In short I will repeat. It is a good camera, but with a data plan not optimal. Perhaps the previous camera of another brand that did give me 30 days free predisposed me for this.
This was my first cellular camera. I am very happy with this purchase. Pros: 1. Even though my cell strength averages 27%, I have not missed any notifications and my HD videos have been delivered without issue 2.
Requested image picture and video is great. The quality is what you would expect from a higher priced camera 3. Very simple to set up 4. Picture range is as advertised. I have some brush between my camera and a walking trail.
Trail is about 35 yards. I have picked up deer and horse riders even though there is some brush to disrupt the movement. Con. The only con I have is with the App. For the most part the app works great.
The only issue I have experienced is after selected a thumbnail to view. If I try and zoom in on the pic, the image either moves to the next or the app freezes and shuts down. For me, this is not a big deal because most of the time I can tell what I am looking at without having to zoom in.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I have already suggested this camera to a friend whose struggling with a competitors camera.
I’ve been using Moultrie game cameras for 5 years now. MoultrieMobile is a game changer! I bought 2 delta’s last year and they did a good job, especially not having to go pull SD cards and getting real time deer movement during hunting season was amazing! I’m a disabled veteran so that made my quality of life during hunting season even better.
For Father’s Day all I wanted was a new MoultrieMobile camera and my family delivered. I was gifted a new Base Model and I’m telling you this thing is out performing my Delta 2s. Great Job Moultrie! The Base Model is just plain brown at first glance, not very exciting, BUT! This “bad boy” has a faster response, better pixels, better nighttime pictures and finds a single very fast, so when you set it up in the woods you are in & out in no time.
For under $100 dollars, try one, you will understand what I’m saying….

Reviews From Real Customers
I purchased the Tactacam Spotter LR 10 days ago. I’m trying to like this product, but there are some things that need to be addressed regarding quality, price and firmware. Below are some things I would like to address.
Quality and price 1. The plastic lock/release that secures the camera to the clamp fell off. It is a design flaw due to its small size and cheap plastic. 2. The cam lever on the clamp feels like cheap plastic and is guaranteed to break over time due to the required tightness that is necessary to secure the camera.
3. SD card slot – Always look at how you are feeding the card into the slot. If not, there is a slight gap inside the slot that you may accidentally shove it into the main housing. – Design flaw and low quality.
4. There is no lens protector when the camera is detached for storage or travel from the spotting scope. 5. There is no case for the camera unit. Only the silly box it came in. Firmware 1. All video and image files will have a “Tactacam” watermark.
You can not turn the watermark off. At times you may be able to scale up the image to omit it from the image or clip. Although, not always. This is a worthless hassle during video productions. Tactacam limited there product just for home movies.
2. Camera Settings – When clicking the arrow function down the settings selection, it passes the firmware option , then goes to the next page. When I contacted Tactacam regarding the watermark, the individual’s reply was “Sorry for the inconvenience”.
They have no intention of making that optional. I guess Tactacam thinks they are ahead of the curve. All other camera makers, or spotting scope camera makers have not made this an issue. App 1. APP freezes randomly.
(IPhone 12) 2. No + – option in landscape mode to zoom in or out when connected to the phone and Tactacam WIFI. I could go on, but hopefully anyone reading this should want to look into this more before purchasing it.
I have used this on several different models of spotting scopes but usually on vortex. This allows you to not only record what you are looking at but also can get a little extra zoom in and get great videos.
We have used this while hunting and also at archery competitions. Great price, buy and will even allow others to see what you are looking at on the screen. Very lightweight and definitely a need to while trekking through the mountains chasing elk or looking at pronghorn on the prairie.
This allows you to have access to the footage you watched and also with a shot placement review if that’s what you choose to do. Great product and is worth every penny.
I’ve had mine for about three weeks now. Great on so many levels. Multiple people can view at the same time on their own cell phones. App is user friendly and easy to maneuver around. Kids and the wife can no enjoy what your seeing.
No more spending time trying to line up the cell phone. Decent pictures and videos.
Primos has been trusted by individuals for decades. Products that are made of quality material and designed to withstand the toughest environments. Trust the brand that others in the field use and don’t settle for less.
Quality materials used for all Primos products 100 percent designed and tested for the toughest situations and environments whether you are a professional, recreational user, or even casual, Primos will fit the mold for all types of people.
This product appears to be of good quality as far as manufacturing and probable durability in field usage. Factory packaging is very good. The call I received was not as loud as the two other original cans that I own.
The only reason I bought this call was to reach out farther so I am disappointed. The duration of the bleat may be longer but is not significantly longer than my original cans. I intended to use this call on bobcats and coyotes as much as deer.
I called up 2 bobcats in the last 3 years of hunting deer in the mountains of West Virginia by bleating 2 or 3 times at 15 minute intervals. I may return this call to Primos because it is not typical of the many other products from Primos that I use.
This can call is small, but that’s doesn’t diminish its effectiveness. The sound is great and plenty loud enough, in fact better to emulate a doe or fawn, since the sound is somewhat gentle. olume is less.
Too loud is a deterrent, I think. Smaller is better, for not taking up much room in your pack or pocket.
I couldn’t believe it when this can actually shipped to my house. At first, I believed it was a gimmick because of how low the price was! I bought the Great Big Can for the same price of the Original Can.
This is such a great value. It has a longer bleat than the original can, making it useful in the later parts of the rut. I would definitely recommend this product to an avid hunter!.
Caliber is known for making stable trucks that are great at speeds. Well, this 50° edition certainly does not stray from its origins. But with the altered angle you also ad a dimension of turnability and control in tight cornering moves.
This is sought after specifically when riding pumping/carving setups and longboards where you utilize the turning to get that asphalt surfing feel. A solid choice for the freestyle/dance trend that is currently popular.
This Caliber II 10″ 50° is born with a set of barrel-cone bushings which further enhance the turnability. The bushings are Blood Orange bushings with Ultra High Rebound Polyurethane with a durometer of 89A.
Like all Caliber Trucks, the kingpin is made of grade 8 steel to ensure your trucks will stay in one piece, no matter how hard you push them.
They are great trucks. They have great clearance and they fit the perfectly on my 36 inch cruiser running 70 mm wheels with no wheel Vite whatsoever. Great piece. However they came with a few scratches that looked like they came from factory.
The Bushnell 6×24 Engage 1300 Laser Rangefinder is designed to give you the cool confidence to take that long-range shot secure in the knowledge that your first shot will hit where you want it to. The powerful infrared (IR) laser can range out to 1300 yards to a reflective target, or 600 yards to a deer.
Integrated into the ranging system is an inclinometer that measures the relative angle between you and your target and displays an adjusted range distance for you to more accurately estimate your ballistic drop compensation (BDC) and improve your shot accuracy.
You can choose to spot range to a single stationary target or scan the terrain, metering multiple targets or tracking a moving target, and select from Brush mode that ignores the interference from brush or tall grass in the foreground if your game is walking through grass or woodlands and Bullseye mode that selects smaller targets when you’re varmint hunting.
The simple and uncluttered LCD display is easy to read in all light conditions without interfering with the view, while a simple two-button interface makes navigating the system functions and options quick.
A collar around the eyepiece brings the view into sharp focus, with a comfortable eye relief that won’t cause eyestrain. Designed to withstand inclement weather, the housing is rated to IPX4 to keep rain and snow out of the electronics, with a slip-resistant grip.
The compact form factor is ergonomically designed to be used one-handed, and with a weight of under 7 ounces, it can be carried in a pack or pocket all day without any trouble at all.
I purchased this as my first ever rangefinder. From what I understand this is the newest model, replacing the previous Prime line of finders. The product is well built and is ob obvious quality. However, it comes with no manual and instead an insert that reads that the manual can be found online on their website.
Haha! I went onto their website and this one is not listed anywhere under their product manuals. Even the prior Prime 1300 manual is not listed. This despite the fact that the product itself is listed under their products site.
I have called them twice thus far and have held for nearly half an hour both times. no representative has ever picked up the line. I have also emailed them for assistance on obtaining a manual for this and have received no reply.
It appears that with Bushnell the left hand isn’t keeping up with what the right hand is doing as they do not have user manuals it appears for any current products listed. Needless to say I am less than impressed with Bushnell.
From what I have found online customer no-service is nothing unusual for them.
This is a high quality precision instrument: I was looking for a rangefinder that could easily accommodate golf or hunting & this has all the features I required for both: high magnification, quality optics, a number of different targeting options, elevation adjustment (that can be turned off if required), ease of use (the manual is down-loadable from the Bushnell website).
I would have liked an illuminated reticle but there are limited rangefinders with this feature at this price. It was inexpensive & delivered quickly.

In comparison to the Primos Hoochie Mama squeeze call this mouth call is half as good. The squeeze call is much better because it makes the exact same sound every time and it sounds perfect and is just as loud as the mouth call.
I thought if I bought the mouth call it would be better because it would allow me to use both hands to shoot my bow but you need to hold the mouth call with your hand. If you try to hold the call in your mouth without using your hand it will not sound right.
Also it is impossible to wear a headmask while using a mouth call. I plan to use the squeeze call next time.
I’ve used this call for a couple seasons now since it came out, and I absolutely love this call! By far the best call I have in my pack! last season I started calling in this meadow, up in this “bowl” on the mountain.
Within seconds I had 5 screaming bulls literally racing one another as to who could get to me the fastest! Finally a decent 5×5 came blitzing through the trees and gave my brother-in-law a 15 yard shot!.
We just returned from an unbelievable trip out west. My buddy who is much more experienced than I in the elk woods some how forgot his dearest cow calls. I purchased the Imaka Da BullCrazy about a month before our trip.
Since he is a much better caller than I, I allowed him to use this call. He practiced less than five minutes, and we headed out. He worked the first bull within 100 yards until I spooked a calf at less than 10 yards.
It spooked some cows and the show was over. In less than 10 minutes, we were working another bull. I am not sure whether he called the bull or the cows, but the cows came through and the bull was screaming in the rear.
He came through at 50 yards and I managed a good release. A couple of days later he called another bull in at ten yards for another person. I was happy with the call, but he may have been happier. Check the other reviews for the call I was using.
The Bushnell Bone Collector Edition Laser Rangefinder is lightweight and small enough to fit in a shirt pocket, the Michael Waddell Bone Collector Edition 4x21mm laser rangefinder packs a monster dose of accuracy and is as easy to use as a laser rangefinder can be.
For long-term dependability, the Bone Collector Edition Laser Rangefinder features a rugged, rainproof housing. The Realtree Xtra camo pattern blends perfectly year round in a variety of habitats. Bright, crystal-clear optics get you on game with speed, even in low light.
Features a 4x magnification and 21mm objective lens, capable of ranging out to 600 yards. Its compact size and handy vertical configuration make it a favorite with bow and gun hunters alike. Instantly, with the tap of a single button, you know the exact distance to your target from 10 to 600 yards.
Will range deer within 200 yards. Will not range a tree or hillside past 300 yards, if you are lucky. Add to that, have tried to contact Bushnell Customer Support several times, and nothing. Two months have gone by, and still no response.
I used to love Bushnell products, but they have lost my confidence, and my business.
It works on solid white targets out to 300+ yards, but not on elk reliably beyond 300 yards. Mine also developed lots of black spots and flecks in the field of view suddenly and it’s only a couple of years old.
There are many factors to consider when choosing a long range caliber for big game. The most important factor is the animal being hunted. Different animals require different levels of penetration and energy transfer.
Another important factor is the terrain being hunted in. Open, flat terrain requires a different caliber than thick, brushy terrain. The third factor is the hunter’s experience and skill level. A novice hunter will need a different caliber than an experienced hunter.
The best caliber for long range big game hunting depends on the individual hunter and the situation being hunted. There is no one “perfect” caliber.
