For those wondering: (1) Casein mixes much better when your milk is at room temperature (I use almond milk FWIW) (2) MuscleFeast has the cheapest high-quality casein I’ve found. It’s not even close. This protein is excellent, and I love the price point.

This is incredible value. (3) The taste is pretty bland but it doesn’t bother me. It reminds me of old school protein. Kind of chalky. But hey, no additives, fillers, or artificial sweeteners. That’s a huge plus in my book.

Having had it for a week now, I find myself enjoying the chocolate flavor more and more. It can coagulate quickly though, and so it’s best to consume quickly.

I really believe Muscle Feast is the best — most balanced and cleanest — protein powder I have found. I recently read Bigger Leaner Stronger by Mike Matthews (which gave me tools I’ve needed for YEARS, and explained why my workouts are not having the effect I’d wanted — it was diet).

While I use Muscle Feast’s “Recover” product immediately after my workouts, I use the PREMIUM protein blend for protein snacks at other times of day to bring my protein levels up. I do this while cutting for fat loss because I am trying to maintain or even gain muscle at the same time — heaven forbid I LOSE LEAN mass.

I usually mix one HALF scoop with 8-10 oz. of 1% milkfat milk, or else unsweetened Almond milk (the latter to keep calories down for my cut; I’m going for 1800 calories a day, as a 147lb 5’8” male at 29 years old).

Doesn’t taste as SWEET as other brands like Gold Standard, but now, when I go back to try those other brands, they taste way TOO sweet and artificial. As long as they keep their prices reasonable, I’m sticking with Muscle Feast for the long haul.

Overall this is a good protein. I mixed with 8 oz of water initially and found that to be way to waters down and pretty horrible to drink. I dropped to 6 oz which was still too watery and the taste of course didn’t improve.

I changed to 6 oz of almond coconut milk which gave the mixture at least some flavor and it became tolerable. I believe this is a good protein, especially since it is right at 90% per serving. I like that and the fact that it doesn’t have any artificial sweetener.

The taste is bland and bad with just water and taste a bit soured. Not knocking it, I expected this since I was used to drinking flavored whey. In my opinion no whey product taste great, they are tolerable at best.

On another note, the unflavored caseine is horrendous!!! Terrible taste and does NOT mix well even in a shaker bottle. Very clumpy and terrible taste. Will not purchase that particular product again, I’m considering throwing it in the trash.

I’m used to another flavore caseine that I seriously looked forward to drinking every single night before bed. It did have artificial sweetener hence the reason I wanted to try this product, well if I can’t even stomach it, It’s not worth trying to be more health conscious and get away from artificial sweetners.

So, back to researching other caseine and maybe just going back to what I know taste good and is a pretty decent product but not quite the macros of muscle feast.

2 scoops + 8oz milk = Desert. i usually can’t drink meal replacement shakes with milk, too thick. Backstory: I have tried pretty much every brand/flavor out there and I honestly have always fell back to the same Brand/flavor every time when it comes to meal replacement shakes.

I have never heard a bad word spoke of 1st Phorm, so decided to try the protein also. i have listened to Andy’s podcast longer than I knew he was the CEO of 1st Phorm which is crazy to me in the sense that he doesn’t talk his products up, they speak for themselves, as do the athletes.

I used to see the shirts in the gym and think “what an Advocare type triangle scheme that must be” because it IS a worldwide community of individuals in my experience at the local gyms. When I don’t chew something, my stomach is gurgling. It doesn’t matter if it’s 100k grams of protein. However, when I add Level 1 Blueberry Protien to a small keto plain or vanilla yogurt, it’s a 100% game changer.

It absolutely fills me up and it tastes SO DAMN GOOD! It takes a bit to mix in when you don’t use any liquids, but it’s well worth it. Now I include it in baking too. Why not have blueberry pancakes or muffins with blueberry level 1 plus real blueberries? This allows the taste to be throughout the whole item instead of just where the blueberries are.

I’ve yet to try a recipe (or just finagling around) that didn’t taste good. Now I add PB2 with it, and it’s game over. It’s pure creamy deliciousness. ***Only reason for a 4, is that something has to beyond wow me or help solve something major for me to give it a 5.

I enjoyed the product from the first scoop. The texture of the powder is soft and fine, which in my opinion helps the product to mix well. I can mix it in a regular bottle, without the mixing ball. The product mixes well and has great flavor (vanilla ice cream is awesome).

Because I got a more neutral flavor, I enjoy adding this to my smoothies also. Great taste ✔️ Great consistency ✔️ Last but not least my sis Emily Laskinsssss was explaining to me how to use this product and she sold me on the reasoning for getting this product along with the Formula 1.

I personally like smoothies for breakfast and she recommended using Pure protein as a quick protein source (Formula-1 after workouts) and then a meal replacement like Level-1 in my smoothies for breakfast.

The product has directions for peak performance on the bottle. Only negative would be that it took me an extra 30 seconds to find the scoop when I opened it the first time. But I’m not lazy so it took me an extra 30 seconds to find it!! Just do yourself a favor and buy this product.

I’m always skeptical whenever a product has as many 5 star reviews as this one. When a product has a perfect score, it’s usually because the manufacturer curates the reviews to include positive ones or pays fake reviewers to increase its rating.

I love the taste and feeling when I take this preworkout! I’ve had the Hawaiian shaved ice, and the rainbow candy! The rainbow candy is literally like drinking liquid skittles, it’s amazing! I loved the focus, energy, and pump that I have when I take this preworkout! Another thing that is amazing about it is that you do not get that terrible crash later in the day.

I love the focus with this preworkout and I love that most of the products are gluten free, it has been so hard switching my supplements around to work with my celiacs. Glutamine is an important amino acid with many functions in the body. One of the reasons I take it is its importance to the digestive track and the immune system. I take glutamine for prevention so, as long as I stay healthy and don’t get sick, I’d say it is functioning for what i want.

Most proteins are 25g of protein per serving. I suppose 24g isn’t terrible. When you have to get 1g per lb of body weight you count everything. The product has a good flavor. It tastes like a vanilla milkshake.

The powder is really chalky. Be careful dumping out the scoop. If you do it really fast the powder will fly everywhere. Overall, this is a good protein supp. , especially since it has multiple sources of protein.

I saved this one for one of my more intense workouts and I absolutely loved it! The flavor was so good and it did not have any of that chalky, grainy feel to it. It gave me such a nice boost without that jittery feeling that some pre-workouts can give you.

I felt so good after my workout, not tired, just energized. It blended perfectly in my shaker bottle (no little residue) and again, it tasted so good! I will definitely be purchasing this again and now would love to try out the other flavors Beam has to offer.

This one is a win for me! I dont like overly sweet or fake fruit type flavors. This one is a touch sour which makes it the first pre-workout ive ever liked to drink. The only amino acid supplement I’ve found with a complete complex of amino acids! I’ve read amino acids are better absorbed when taken as a complete complex. Great ingredients, great value and great price! I’m taking them for overall well-being and especially for post workout recovery as well as my hormone, gut and female issues.

I’ve read that they help balance hormones in women and encourage healthy gut and vaginal bacteria but haven’t been taking them long enough to say if they are effective for that. Definitely a must buy just for the workout benefits, anything else is a nice health bonus!.

Love this creatine! I got it not sure what to really expect. First, the videos are no joke. It really dissolves 100%. There’s no gritty texture or even noticeable taste. My first week I just used it in water to test it.

I even mixed it up and let it sit for an hour. No sediment at the bottom of my glass. I’m amazed. If you are looking for a good creatine that mixes well and works well I recommend this supplement company for sure.
