Clean look. Quiet operation. Simple installation (compared to many other fans). Full function remote control including being able to reverse the rotation. Not many fans have that feature. Improved light output with LED over older models.

Previous models used a halogen that wasn’t that bright nor was the light evenly distributed across the shade. I used to only recommend these if the light kit wasn’t going to be used or wasn’t the only light source.

The LED module changed that. I have installed more than a few fans over my 20+ years as an electrician. This is the one I recommend.

Great fan! Out of the box, it is perfectly balanced so there is no wobble. Very quiet and move a ton of air efficiently. I love the look overall, but I can’t give it a perfect 5 stars. That’s only because the blades are plastic, painted to look like wood.

They did a pretty good job but you can tell once you install it, it is not as classy as real wood would be. Then again, real wood would double the cost and wouldn’t be balanced. you get what you pay for.

Beautiful fan, good size, and quality build. Quiet operation, stable and excellent in every regard but one: airflow. We bought this to help cool our overheated master bedroom in the summer. Even on its highest setting you can barely tell it is pushing air.

The fan spins fast on high, but if you want the “box fan” experience where you can feel the coolness from moving air, then do NOT buy this fan!.

We purchased this for our 2-story great room and hired an electrician to install with a 72” rod. When it was turned off, the motor made a loud grinding noise. It came in a box for a different fan, and had the manual for the other fan motor.

When I called, I was told that this Casa Viejo motor goes with the Possini blades, yet the Possini fan has 6 wires to attach and the motor in the one in the manual has 3 wires. The quality of the materials are poor and it doesn’t look like a $560 fan.

The light also looks like it is of poor quality for the price. I’m waiting to hear back from Lamps Plus regarding getting a refund or a new fund, and now am left with rehiring the electrician to come back and install a second time.

This is a beautiful fan and certainly looks great once installed. The only bad thing I can find is that it does not come with a remote as part of the purchase, so that’s an extra expense you will need to incur.

Otherwise, the item comes very well packaged and certainly does not disappoint. Air flow is great as well. All in all, while a more expensive fan than the typical Homedepot / Lowes fan, the looks, quiet operation, and airflow certainly make up for the price.

Everything was included but the instructions which I found online. I got everything installed but the light kit and tested fan. Lots of wires to connect. It wouldn’t power up. Plugged in light kit and it all worked.

I was amazed that one connection would make the difference. Going to replace all my fans now. This was a great deal and wife is happy.

I would have given a five star rating except for one item. The fan is quiet, remote work well and was relativity easy to install. My only complaint is that the light is way too dim, even at it’s highest level.

I would put it a higher watt/output bulb, but the instructions state to place a bulb no higher than the bulbs that come with the fan assembly.

I was forced to pay for the electrician to do the initial install and then to assess the problem, only to have to return the product due to a faulty watt limiter inside the lamp fixture itself. The company offered no financial assistance for the faulty fixture and labor fees.

The fan is perfect for the covered patio area. The wall control that it came with is not as well designed. It requires batteries for the remote controls to work. Battery replacement is not readily accessible.

If they need changing, the wall plate will need to be removed and unit pulled out. Since it is wired to the AC power, this means potential exposing the electricity. Batteries should be changeable without having to expose the wall cover and its electrical connections.

We are mostly happy with the fan. I do wish its top speed was a little faster and the wall control was better designed.

Bought a pair of these for an outdoor patio and they are great. So you don’t make the same mistake, they do not come with a true remote control. The control is wireless but meant to be hardwired into a wall similar to an indoor application.

It was recommended I buy the universal remote #99123 but that is incorrect – does not work and I wasted $60. After some research I bought remote #K6266-02. Follow the installation instructions and you should be good to go.

Bought this fan for outdoor covered patio a month ago. Very disappointed as it puts out very little air. Is really useless. And now the blades are beginning to sag. Build. com will not refund as it has been installed.

This was the best decor I picked out for my house! It really stands out and catches your eyes. One down side is even on the lowest setting, its pretty darn fast. Im afraid to try any other higher settings.

I love the fan. It certainly dominates the room. I have a few nitpicks. I wish the lowest speed were a little lower. The initial start up instructions didn’t work as advertised. I was supposed to power up the fan.

Then the fan was supposed to through an automatic 5 minute max speed run, and then shut down automatically. None of that happened. Instead, I had to use the remote to make the initial start. subsequent starts look odd to me.

It takes a few seconds for anything to happen. Then the fan makes a couple of quick false starts in both directions. Than it starts. Is this normal?.

We hung this Hunter fan in our upstairs playroom to replace a 20-year old fan that was original to the house. Installing the fan (and removing the existing fan) took about 45-50 minutes. The instruction manual from Hunter is very good.

The instructions are easy to follow. The illustrations are well done. And the bags with screws/parts are very clearly labeled. The fan blades are not made of wood. They are plastic or some type of composit material.

You can’t tell once installed, though. The fan is very quiet, and I love that it comes with a remote that allows you to control the speed and the lights. I set up our Google Home to work with the fan, too, which is really cool!.

The Hunter Neuron 52 fan is a nice fan, exactly what you’d expect from a name like Hunter. The insulation was fairly easy. The fan looks stylish, much more than typical ceiling fans. The fan is quiet and seems to do a good job circulating air.

The adjustability of the fan and the light is a nice feature. Well worth the money. This fan seems ideal for a smaller room like a bedroom or small living room.

An A+ fan. It’s very streamlined and universally appealing to any room. Is well constructed and as easy to install as any other ceiling fan. Was able to sync it with the app and echo very easily. It’s very nice to be able to walk into a room and activate or deactivate via voice command.

The light is dimmable, but provides plenty of light at top setting. The fan has 4 speed settings to match your preference. Love this fan.

Got our fan from a surplus store, and two fan arms were broke. These fan arms are the exact match and very fast shipment.

Though this fan is expensive, I currently own two of them! They are absolutely silent, very aesthetically pleasing, very clean looking, easy to assemble and both the models with and without the light kit are easy to operate, and both come with a remote.

The hunter Rhinebeck without the light kit comes with a wall-mounted remote that essentially goes where your original fan switch would be, and the hunter Rhinebeck with the light kit comes with a hand held remote control that you have the option to hang on the wall.

I highly recommend this model of thin! The price is a little daunting, but I have six Hunter fans in my home, and they are worth every penny!!! Very happy with my purchases.

Beautiful! And very efficient. I love the color, I bought it in gray and I love the control, the light is super bright I thought it wasn’t going to be enough light when I first saw it because the light is kind of small but it lights all my living room even more than my older fan.

I’ll be buying another one in a different color for my master bedroom even if I don’t find it here :-).

First and foremost we buy only Hunter fans, we have 3 in our house. The quiet operation and reliability in my opinion are unsurpassed, making them well worth the cost. The Rhinebeck is installed in our great room where I now have set up a home office and prefer absolute quiet.

I replaced my 30 year Hunter as it was beginning to whine a bit with this fan. It’s motor is rock steady and absolutely silent at all speeds. All I hear is the blade windage when on high. The styling is awesome as the blades look exactly like an old airplane wooden propeller, which pleases this old aerospace engineer.

Visitors usually notice the blades and comment how ‘çool” it is! Of course Build. com delivered it to Indiana in 2 days, as they’ve done on all my other orders (2 bedroom Hunters and multiple bathroom fixtures for my remodeling efforts.

Great product! We have the version with the motion sensors for the front door. Having purchased both the photocell and the motion sensor product, I can say that the photocell is finicky. If your light is under an awning, it will never be able to tell the difference between daylight and night.

The glass on one of the fixtures was slightly sheared. Can’t complain about the quality for the price though.

Poor quality. Glass is thin and does not seat securely when assembled. Back plate is small and allows fixture to move with stronger wind. Looks good. but I should have returned them and not paid to have them installed.

Regrets!.

It is big! I read the size before ordering it but still was surprised.

The Minka Kola – XL is an awesome fan. This fan was purchased to replace one just like it, that had been in place for approximately 7 years. The first fan was that was damaged due to a power surge. Excellent fan, quiet, well built.

We installed this 44-inch Hunter – Minikin with LED Light In our breakfast room/office today and it totally completes the look I was going for in there. My son-in-law, who is the Maintenance Director of a large Senior facility, installed it for me and said that it was a relatively basic and easy installation job.

He said that as long as you follow the instruction booklet included with the fan that pretty much anyone should be able to install it. He asked me to make two points about the installation though. One was that he had a minor problem, and he said to emphasize the word minor, with getting the screws and the screw holes lined up at times.

He stayed at it and eventually got them lined up. He also said that part of the chain to turn the light on and off was missing but that it’s something he can easily pick up at the hardware store to fix that so that was really no big deal.

We also noticed that when you pull on the chain to the ceiling fan, even though it is installed flush to the ceiling, that it wobbles some. It is installed tightly and securely so we’re not sure why it wobbles on pulling the chains on it but there is absolutely no wobble at all when operating the fan on any of the speeds.

So, we’ve decided not to worry about that. As for the look of the fan, to me it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I like the cylindrical look of the housing, the flat edges on the ends of the blades and the rounded glass of the light fixture.

I really like the “tabs” that are where the blades meet the housing. It looks modern and that’s exactly what I wanted. The light is plenty bright for the small room that it is in as well as being very quiet when you run the fan.

All in all, I like this Hunter fan a lot.

This is a good fan without remote control but includes LED lights. I would buy it again based on its good looks and reasonable price. The instructions were specific but lacking in a few areas: 1) no reference is made in the text for connecting the light plugs that hang from the motor.

I did it based on common sense, but if anyone follows the directions line-by-line they’ll miss that needed step. 2) the screws are identified by the bag they are packed in rather than screw type (i. e.

#10-24). The light kit throws decent light in the room, and I prefer the pull chains since I have enough remotes everywhere.

Fan works well at all speeds, looks great, pushes a ton of air for a bedroom, lights well; is quieter than average, and is well-designed and manufactured. Very nice job packaging (arrived pristine), parts were in easily identified packets for each step, and good instructions in general and especially on electrical.

This isn’t a 15 minute project. Installation took over two hours. I did use the balancing kit, which is the first time I’ve ever had to do that on a Hunter fan, it was easy, but added another 15 minutes.

All in all I give this fan five stars.

This is the best fan I’ve ever owned! I love the remote for it, and it comes with a wall cradle that you can mount beside your bed so its less likely you’ll lose it. The remote allows you to quickly and easily (and without having to get out of bed!) change the speed of the fan, the directions (to switch from summer to winter use), and lets you dim the lights too! This fan looks very modern, classy, and sleek.

The six blades move a good amount of air, and even more impressive is that its quiet, really makes sleeping more enjoyable and comfortable and easy. The install wasn’t too bad, and the instructions provided were easy to follow, but I’m also pretty handy around the house so these kinds of things come a little easier to me.

The fan came with two down rods (short and a little longer) so you can have some versatility/flexibility in the mounting of your fan. The fan doesn’t feel cheap, so I don’t question its durability. My next project will be to replace all other ceiling fans in my home with this Hunter Sotto fan, I can’t recommend this enough!.

The fan/light is used in the kitchen (large area with domed ceiling) and I was expecting a certain brightness that just wasn’t there. They provide 2 9 watt bulbs which is the equivalent of 2 60 watt (120 watt total) incandescent bulbs.

The instructions are little confusing but I think that you can use15 watt bulbs (100 watt equivalent). Hopefully that will help but not be a cure because the light that it replaced had 4 100 watt equivalent bulbs.

Hunters Sotto fan is a simple, elegant addition to any space that helps move air about while providing ample lighting. We found the installation to be intuitive and without issue. The instructions were clear and graphics helped.

We were a little put off that the LED component is LED light bulbs – not an LED panel. The remote provides a good deal of control of the fan speed and light level that we enjoy. And, the finish is nicely done compared to other ceiling fans.

Hunter makes some beautiful lighting. They are a trusted brand and I use them a lot in my business and in my home. This Grantham light is no exception. This fan is 60 inches and it looks very big and bold.

It is easy to install following the instructions included in the box. Anyone can install this fan with little tools. I like the beautiful bright white colors of this fan. White is so on trend and will look good in any room of your house.

It has 4 beautiful glass light holders that you can see through very easily. The LED lights are so energy efficient and bright for any location. What a great piece of lighting to have in any household and in any room.

The dining room is where we have ours and it makes a great statement.

I installed the Hunter Grantham 60 inch Indoor Fan with LED lights in my family room as it is the largest room in the house so having the larger blades is a plus. I love that this has 3 mounting options of low, standard, and angled ceiling as the ceiling is lower than normal so finding a low profile fan is a must for me.

I have my house done in oak, so the blades and overall color look great in the room. I like the 4 clear glass globes for the lights. The style is very similar to the fan I have in the dining room so I am happy to have found this design.

The lights are bright and the fan cools the room nicely.

This hunter grantham ceiling fan is one of the best products. I’ve probably ever seen or at least compared to the one’s that was put in my house when it was being renovated. The instructions was easy to follow.

The lights are nice and clear not frosted covers and the bulbs included are very bright. The fan has a modern and not traditional brown country look. I love that it puts out so much air and I have to say that it is very quiet ceiling fan.

this fan is really gorgeous, and completely quiet regardless of what speed it’s running. People who see it always remark about how sharp it is. I love the motor housing style, with its cylinder shape — no nooks and crannies to trap dust.

Just a perfectly modern fan with beautiful wood tone blades (looks perfect with our hickory floors) that moves a TON of air. I really resisted spending this much money for a fan, but now that we’ve experienced it for four months (running virtually non-stop) I’m considering buying a second one, to put in our living room!!.
