An anti-bark collar is a device that is worn around a dog’s neck and delivers a mild electric shock when the dog barks. The goal of the collar is to train the dog to stop barking excessively. There are a variety of different types of anti-bark collars on the market, and it is important to choose one that is comfortable for your dog to wear and that will be effective in reducing your dog’s barking.
**DOGTRA YS600 No Bark Collar** The Dogtra YS600 No Bark Collar for Dogs is a safe way to help decrease or even eliminate excessive barking. Main Features: \- Ultra-Compact Receiver \- Persistent Bark Indicator \- Accelerometer Bark Sensor \- High-Performance Pager \- 10 Intensity Levels – Low/High Output \- 5/8″ Enhanced Contact Points \- 2-Hour Rapid Charge Rechargeable Battery \- Suitable for Dogs 35 lbs and Larger \- Fully Waterproof No Bark Collar The Dogtra YS600 is one of the leading bark collars for dogs that helps eliminate excessive barking.
Instead of simply emitting the static stimulation, there is a warning high-performance vibration before it, which will get your dog’s attention by itself. The persistent bark indicator will tell you if you need to increase correction levels if your dog was not observed while wearing the collar.
When first using the YS600 anti bark collar, always start at the lowest stimulation level. If your dog continues to bark, gradually increase the stimulation level. Closely monitor your dog’s reaction to find the right stimulation level for your dog.
This collar comes with 5/8” contact points that are made from surgical steel. These contact points are a good fit for short and medium furs. Never leave the bark collar on your dog for more than 10 hours.
Package Contents: YS600 Anti Bark Collar, Charger, PetsTEK Clicker, and Owner’s Manual.
This training collar features a beeping tone and 100 levels of vibration and static shock that are controlled by a push button on a remote. There’s also an automatic anti-bark feature that can be activated when your pups are left home alone.
Bonus? The waterproof collar has a 40 day battery life.
My dog had the bad habit of being aggressive towards the neighbor’s dog across the fence. I got this collar as a training tool and didn’t take much time for my dog to start changing his behavior. After just a few days of using this reinforcement tool he no longer goes into an aggressive posture like he used to.
Still a lot of training but I see improvement! I start with the voice command and if he ignores the command then I use the beep. If he ignores the beep then I hit the vibrate button. I am glad I can go little by little and not just go shock my dog.
I just choose not to use the shock for my dogs because the vibration works just fine for him. Very happy with this collar!.
These work great on my two dogs. One is 6 years old and the other is 9 months old. I trained each dog separately, layering things they already knew how to do on a leash then slowly replacing the leash with the collar commands.
It only took one afternoon and now they can enjoy the front yard off leash when we are outside. I keep the vibration and shock on the minimum setting (which I felt on my palm before I trained them – it makes my hand jump but is not painful).
I rarely resort to the statick shock. My dogs come back almost every time I beep them. The beep is very quiet, which I like because they are the only ones that have to hear it.
I bought this collar because it purportedly had auto and manual mode. However, good luck figuring that out as the instructions are some of the worst and most confusing I’ve ever tried to decode. In addition, the collars are extremely cheap, the interface on the transmitter screen is tiny and impossible to read and it’s set up for 3 dogs, so you have to stop and fumble around to toggle between three channels to get from dog 2 to dog 1 (that is if you can read the screen – bring your readers!) But the deal breaker: the collar beeps my dog when he’s swimming, sticking his head out the window or just shaking his head and needs no correction.
I’ve tried tightening the collar but still misfires. Pretty much a waste of money. (ps: this is nothing against Chewy, I think the website it great!).

DogCare Shock S-Model Training Dog Collar uses advanced technology to start a new communication method with your sidekick.
Our dog (a pure-bred Labrador) had a pretty serious barking problem and the previous collar we had that vibrated or beeped when she barked wasn’t working. I’m not sure why. and it needed weird battery that was hard to find and not cheap.
But this one has a remote and can produce a beep, a vibrate or even a shock – as required – and the batteries of both collar and remote are rechargable using USB and last all day. Turns out our dog has never needed a shock – but being able to control it from the remote is great.
I’d give this an EASY 5/5 except for one thing – the collar seems to turn itself off after some amount of time – it’s not that the battery runs out – so I’m not sure why it goes off. The push button on/off switch has to be held down for 2 seconds – and it’s recessed so it’s unlikely that it’s being pushed by mistake.
I also wish it came with two charger cords so I could charge both collar and remote together overnight – but the battery in the remote lasts several days – so it’s not a huge deal. But at this price, it easily beats some of the $100+ devices – and I strongly recommend it for any medium to large sized dog.
maybe not so good for a tiny dog though – the collar is kinda bulky for a small dog.
good basic trainer, directions are in passable ” pidgeon english”. Great safety set up. it has to be in the OFF mode before you can set the intensity of E setting. the sound and vibrate settings increase while resetting shock mode.
If collar is not going to be used for days would recommend turning OFF. Press button on collar until you see Red flash. to turn ON press button -it will vibrate and flash GREEN. My setter is 40 # and I have to use at least #25 to get her attention.
She does stop for the BEEP and VIBRATE, but not long if she has a scent. Good Luck.
It does the job and has some nice features, but not great. PROS Inexpensive Used but very little signs of use. The lock switch is helpful to avoid unintentional shock Sound and vibrate modes are helpful.
My dog usually responds to these, no need for shock. I like that the remote control will tell you how much battery the control and the collar have left. CONS Feels cheaply made. Very light plastic. Both the remote and the collar are big.
Much bigger than the previous shock collar I had, which my dog chewed up. Did not come with rubber tips for the collar electrodes. The electrodes are a a bit pointy, which has to be uncomfortable around the neck.
To change the shock power, you have to hold a button and turn a knob. Doesn’t make for quick adjustments. Did not include a charger.
The DogWatch BT-7 No-Bark Collar is designed to change your dog’s barking behavior. If your dog barks excessively, the Bark Collar delivers a vibration or a stimulation at a level that is just enough to distract your dog and break the barking cycle.
This Bark Collar has 7 adjustable settings from low to high plus a vibration option so you can select a setting appropriate for your dog. The vibration or stimulation gradually increases within the selected setting if the dog continues to bark.
When the barking stops, the collar resets. The 7 adjustable settings include a vibration setting, 5 stimulation settings and a Progressive setting that begins with Vibration and gradually progresses from Low to High if the dog continues to bark.
The long-lasting, easy to recharge battery typically stays charged for several months. This may vary based on the barking frequency and pattern. Low battery indicator lets you know when it is time to recharge.
Lightweight, waterproof Includes: Bark Collar. Collar strap. Battery charger. Long and short contact posts. Owner’s Manual.
Correct Any Misbehavior and Train with a Push of a Button – Whether its running away, digging holes, barking, biting, chewing, jumping, scratching, etc this shock collar will stop your dog instantly! Training Clicker Included-Combine the power of the clicker and shock collar for faster results Use the clicker before using the shock collar Your dog learns after the click there is a shock and to avoid the shock he will stop barking after the click.
we’ve been using for about 4 months. I was looking for something that i could use on my smaller dog and my black lab great dane mix. These have been perfect! The battery life is much better then other brands I’ve tried and it works just like it’s supposed to.
The only negative I can think of is the charger is double sided micro usb, but you need three to charge 2 collars and remote together. We just charge the remote while the dogs are wearing their collars and are inside.
But even then, the remote only needs to be charged about once a week.
This works great on my Pomeranian. I needed something to keep him from running into the road, onto the school bus with my kids, or into the neighbors yards. I don’t even have to use the shock setting, the vibrate setting on 80-100 works wonders.
He now comes when I call him without me having to use it. The only negative thing about this collar is that you have to pair it every time you recharge it, and one time I forgot. Definitely worth the money.
Petey, my dog (of course) likes to walk out back with me without a leash. Plus, it’s a pain following him around with a short leash, because wherever he goes, I have to go too. Lately, however, he has become more willful than I can tolerate.
He will go into neighbors’ yards, or out into the street. I also have an illegal pit bull living next door (I like pits, but not in a tiny house shut up all day and only taken outside to poo). Just using this thing once made Petey begin minding me again.
I tested the vibrate on shock on myself, just to make sure I wouldn’t hurt him. Then I charged it up and took him out. He got his snoot stuck in a sniff and wouldn’t move. I tried low vibrate, no, he ignored it.
I tried medium and then full vibrate, no. Tried it on what I thought against my skin was extremely mild shock. He screeched and jumped 3 feet nose up straight upwards. After that, I turned my shock down from 30 to 5, and haven’t had to use it again.
He responds to vibrate at about level 30. Caveats: You need to charge this thing up about every third time or fourth time you charge your phone. Luckily that’s quick and easy, since I can charge the collar and the controller from the same cord.
Also, the buttons are in terrible positions. The mode and signal buttons need to be switched. If he was heading toward the road in a hurry, I’d have no time to find the signal button except that I keep my finger on it in my pocket.
Finally, no matter how fun these things look on TV, never shock your dog for fun or as a punishment, and always accompany a shock or vibrate with a voice command. It took only two trips outside for him to learn to listen and obey when he goes out of bounds.
Features :〠SAFE REMOVABLE RUBBER SHOCK HEAD】Extra conductive silicone for the contact points is safer than other metal one, shock head would not contact the skin directly, protecting your dog from skin injury.
The shock head is removable, if you don’t need the shock mode, you can screw the shock head out to reduce the friction on the dog’s neck〠2600ft SUPER FAR REMOTE RANGE】The remote control range of this dog training collar up to 2600ft (875 yards), it is easy to train your dog in both the park or backyard, never worry it runs too far.
You can control each collar separately or together. If you want to control each collar separately, you can pair receivers in different channels. If you want to control each collar at the same time, you can pair receivers to the same channel.
〠BUILT-IN LED LIGHT AND REFLECTIVE COLLAR】Special built-in LED light on the receiver and remote helps you to locate your dog even in a dark environment. And the reflective strap on the collar can reflect the light at night to ensure the safety of your dog, perfect for night walking〠WATERPROOF DOG TRAINING COLLAR】The receiver on the collar is IP65 waterproof, your dog can swim or bath freely with the collar on.
But please make sure the charging port is close when the receiver immersed in water and please don’t put it in the water for a long time. The collar can be adjusted from 7 to 25. 6 inch. This dog training collar is recommended for medium and large dogs〠4 TRAINING MODES】The shock collar for dogs offer customized Static Shock and Vibration 1-99 levels, as well as a Tone mode and Light mode.
Can be used to help correct barking, walking, leash training, sitting, pee, aggression, and other behavioral obedience.
In my opinion, this is the best budget e-collar out there. Both the receiver and transmitter are compact, full featured and have decent battery life. IN USE- I have trained my dog to return to me when I use the vibrate or electrical stimulation mode.
With vibrate mode, she complies the vast majority of the time. Occasionally she won’t respond because she is fixated on something (a scent, squirrels, etc) and I will use a low electrical stimulation (9 out of 100) to get her attention.
The ONLY time I use a higher level (19 of 100) is when her distraction has the potential to cause her physical harm (i. e. – she is running toward the road and isn’t responding to the vibration stimuli).
That being said, I do keep the electrical stimulation level set to 15 as default, since in an emergency I won’t have time to increase it from a lower level and I use the vibration mode 95% of the times anyway.
As good as this product is, there are a few things that could be improved upon. 1. I wish the electrical stimulation button was lower profile- it is too easy to accidentally press. I disassembled the remote casing (easy) and sliced off the top of the rubber ‘shock’ button so that it sits almost flush with the casing.
(I made sure to bevel the edges to ensure that when the button was pressed, it wouldn’t get stuck under the edge of the case causing the dog to get continuously shocked!) 2. The nylon collars are of low quality.
The plastic clips broke and the stitching on one collar failed. I highly recommend that you buy the version with the PVC collars. 3. As to the claims of the receivers being water-resistant well, I don’t know.
I had an older version of this e-collar model (the remote’s styling was slightly different) but water penetrated the receiver and it died. I had noticed that the rubber plug for the charging port fit poorly and was likely the point of compromise.
The good news is that the receivers in this newer version seem to have been improved and the charging port plug has a much tighter fit. Still, I decided to put some electrical tape on the back of the receivers to cover the charging port and help prevent water intrusion.
So far, so good! IMPORTANT- As with any e-collar, make sure that the shock level is set correctly and the collar is fitted properly. Failing to do so can result in the collar failing to stimulate your dog, or worse, it can cause the dog to receive a painful and traumatizing shock! Like most other e-collars, the stimulation can be set to absurdly high levels.
The highest level I have EVER needed was a 15 out of 100, and that was an emergency. Also, remember that the electrical conductivity increases when your dog is wet. A stimulation level that might feel like a slight tingle when when your dog is dry could feel like a painful shock when it is wet.
Adjust the level accordingly! As for the fit, the collar should be quite snug. Tight enough so that the receiver won’t move at all, even when the dog runs. The two prongs need to be in contact with the dog’s skin or the electric stimulation won’t work.
I bought this expecting it to last a year or so, knowing I’d probably have to replace it every 12 or so months. It’s been a year and a half. The batteries are starting to tire, holding less and less of a charge.
I get anywhere from a day to a day and a half now. The original charge time on the collars was about 3 days. The shock feature seems weaker with age. Also, the controller, as mentioned in previous comments, falls into a stand-by sleep and can take 2 pushes to relay a correction; this has always been the case.
The controller also can last me 60+ days before needing a charge. My dog is a huge water dog, and the collars have gotten plenty wet at the doggy splash pad as well as the rain with no issues. The back charge port on the collars have rubber stoppers and I think some people may forget to close those before collaring their dog.
That being said, my dog has not gone swimming with the collars, so they have not been fully submerged. Keep that in mind. The plastic neck adjuster thing that allows you to loosen or tighten the collars sucks.
Simple solution that worked for me was to adjust the collars to fit snuggly with 2 fingers under the collar, and then I tied a permanent knot right behind the slider so that it couldn’t loosen. The prongs that make contact with my dog’s skin have never come off, nor have they rotted or broken or caused problems like some people claimed.
If you want a decent affordable collar, for the price and the usage, this would be your better bet. Expect to replace these yearly. If you get more use out of them, fantastic.
Love this collar. I use this reinforce verbal commands to my very stubborn high drive dog at distances. We live on a farm where she is off leash 100% of the time there are tons of distractions that she fixates on with this collar I am able to use the beep and vibration functions to call her off things like the barn cats or geese at the pond.
I reserve the shock function only to deter her from things that will hurt her worse than the discomfort of the collar, such as if she‘s running toward the road. The vibration is much stronger than any other collar we’ve tried and is almost always enough to get her to return to me.
The light is helpful for when I let her out at night it‘s easier to keep track of where she is. The battery life is excellent the remote has been charged once in 4 months the collar usually needs charged once every two weeks.
The range of the remote is fantastic I have used it to recall my dog at easily 80 yards. The only thing I would change about this device is i wish it were compatible with regular collars as the one that comes with it is narrow and has a plastic buckle.

Proper fit of the collar is quite important. – Please do not use this collar on your puppy for more than 8 hours a day. Long-time wearing may cause skin damage. – Training collars are used to train the dogs instead of punishing.
Shock mode should only be used in case of any emergency. – Pay attention to your dog’s neck during the dog wear the collar. Please do not immerse the dog training collar in water for a long time. – If your dog gets wet please make sure take the collar off for a while after the swim (or heavy rain/snow) to allow the skin to dry.

We just moved to a 5 acre property that has no fence for our dog, whom is used to be letting outside freely within a privacy fence. We hated having to put him on a leash every time he needed to be let out, but if he wasn’t on a leash he would run.
Normally wouldn’t be an issue with 5 acres, except we also live next to a buys highway. We decided to give this shock collar a try to see if he would respond to it, even though he is 5 and NEVER been exposed to one before.
I am please to say it works WONDERS! We have only had to shock him twice, and now we just have to use the vibrate option and he knows if he doesn’t stop or listen to our commands he will get shocked.
The best part is it comes with two batteries, so you can keep one on the charger to have ready when the other one dies. It is IMPORTANT to make sure they are charged, as I made that mistake once. All you have to do is press the light on the remote and the dogs collar should also light up.
Definitely worth the money for such great quality!.
Nice collar if you have dog’s with mild issues. As a 25 year dog trainer, I found the response time for the collar to correct was a bit slow. Timing is everything in training. Even on the highest setting, if your dog is in high prey drive,( as mine are chasing wildlife) they may ignore the correction.
Or learn to work thru the correction. The light feature and water proofing are very nice.
It works but the battery drains very quickly and has to be charged more and more often. The remote does not always connect to the collar whether its from a close by distance or not. And the collar ripped on a third day of use.
I guess my dog pulled a little too strong on it since he is a 70 pound pitbull but then this product should not be called Heavy Duty.
Dogs are our best friends. But our dearest friends can cause problems too, like unwanted barking. The Dogtra YS300 No Bark Collar is a safe alternative to stop unwanted barking. The YS300 is bark sound activated and is made for dogs 10 pounds or larger.
The Sound Recognition Sensor uses a microprocessor to distinguish between the dogs bark and the surrounding ambient noise. The YS300 is the smallest rechargeable No Bark Collar from Dogtra and is packaged in a compact form.
The ME-300 Micro Educator remote e-collar couples our most popular Transmitter, the ET-300 Mini with the all new RX-070 Micro Receiver for small dogs. The RX-070 is an all around smaller version of the RX-090 Mini Educator Receiver at approximately 20% smaller, 20% lighter and 20% less stimulation.
And for even more small dog considerations, the contact points are approximately 20% closer to one another and the collar can be turned 90 degrees on the strap for a “fore and aft” contact point position rather than having the contact points going around the neck.
Like the ET-300, it is still rated for dogs 5 lbs and up, but the newer configuration allows for more options when fitting it to a very small dog.
This is a GREAT product. It’s expensive but it’s worth the price, because of the high quality, “blunted stimulation” and 100 levels. You can easily customize stimulations based on the sensitivity of your dog! The cheap “shock” collars you can get at pet stores are NOT the same thing as an E Collar!!! Those ones can truly hurt your dog, this collar is not the same thing.
I got this E collar based on recommendations from my balanced dog trainer and I spent several session learning how to use the E collar appropriately, teaching her the meaning of what the stimulation means! The E Collar is supposed to be used to enhance what (commands) the dog ALREADY KNOWS.
It is not a magic tool and it shouldn’t be used strictly to punish a dog. I have a golden retriever and the longer prongs weren’t super consistent with contact, so I ended up getting the winged comfort pad as well and now I can use the e collar, at her working level which is a 6-8 usually.
Hope this helps if you’re on the fence! I definitely recommend professional help with the E collar if you’re new to it (either virtual or in person), so that you don’t mess up your dog accidentally!.
This collar has turned our overly excited Goldendoodle into a well-behaved little boy. We were struggling with our boy getting mouthy when excited and getting into things he wasn’t supposed to. Within a day of using this collar we started noticing results.
We haven’t even had to use the stimulation function – the vibration (so far) has been enough to get his attention and deter his behavior. He is more loving than ever and just has happy as he ever has been.
I’m not saying that all his behavioral issues have been fixed, but there’s definitely a huge improvement! The collar itself has a good battery life and many different size adjustment options. The remote takes a little getting used to, but once we thoroughly read through the instructions, it was fairly simple.
If you’re on the fence about getting this collar, I highly recommend getting it!.
This collar worked great for my water loving black Lab, but then it didn’t. It must have gotten wet, and would not charge. A phone call resulted in a new collar coming my way! Wonderful customer service by Ed.
He gave me his extension, his hours and told me to call again if I had any other problems. The collar is supposed to be waterproof, but my dog takes a swim several times a day. So glad this company stands by its product.

My dog responded so well to this product!!!! Before it, I could no longer walk her without her barking at big, noisy vehicles and naturally at any dog within her visibility. Now she wears the collar when we walk, and it seems like she thinks about barking for a second when she sees these triggers then doesn’t, which I reward with a tiny treat.
Occasionally she will bark once then stop. There still are a couple of dogs that she barks at regardless of what the collar is doing, but 95% of the time it works perfectly. When I leave my apartment, I hang it on the inside of the door so that she doesn’t bark at the door as she used to do constantly anytime I left, even when I’d just go down the hall to dispose of garbage.
She also would bark nonstop when I would leave for any reason, causing me to cancel plans and work from home as much as possible. She no longer does this at all. Really grateful to have found this product!.
This collar worked so great that we bought a second one for our female German shorthaired pointer. She had a horrible habit of barking at every person that walked by when we are outside. We did have to turn the shock mode on but after a few days we only use the beep/vibration mode.
These collars have been a lifesaver!!! For any of you that have doggies that have bad habits of barking excessively you have to get one of these collars!! It will be a life changer. They are extremely easy to assemble and the instructions give you the run down on it’s function.
Seems to work well. Love that you can adjust the sensitivity. I had to reduce it to 3 as it was going off when she shook her head if the sensitivity was too high but it is plenty for when she barks. Haven’t had to use the static function yet.
So far the buzz and beep are enough to get her attention. She immediately stops barking and does the quizzical head tilt who’s is pretty entertaining. No complaints. Had it for a week now and haven’t had to charge it yet.
Love that you can just plug it in to charge it overnight when you need to. Great purchase so far.
The EZ-900 Easy Educator is a modern remote trainer-designed with safety in mind, novel features like maximum stimulation setting and lock and set provide safety from accidental over stimulation of the dog.
This medium range trainer is loaded with unique features making it the most humane and effective trainer available. The bar shaped transmitter is especially well-suited for easy operation and is small providing stealth operation when the situation requires discreetness.
don’t be fooled by the small receiver size 6cmX4cmX3cm 68 Grams, it provides plenty of stimulation for most dogs even normal temperament 68KG dogs respond to our blunt stimulation. The unique COS (control of stimulation) technology provides very clean stimulation without the normal head jerking often found with other training collars.
The boost feature is available to provide boosted stimulation from 1 to 60. The tapping sensation employed is similar to vibration, but more intense making it a good substitute to the stimulation. The ergonomic design of the remote allows the user to watch your dog.
The night tracking light is controlled by the transmitter allowing the user to flash or continuously light up the collar receiver for locating your dog after dark. Lost transmitter beeper can be turned on to help locate a misplaced or lost transmitter.
The Easy Educator will turn a smart stubborn dog into a genius. Proudly Assembled in the USA.
First Experience: My male mini Goldendoodle was difficult to train with treats and positive reinforcement alone. I even added a slip collar, but he would still jump up on his hind legs when another dog came near.
I started reading about e-collar training and chose the Mini Educator. Using a balanced training approach I am now able to take him anywhere, even off leash, and have him follow my commands like a pro.
He loves the collar because he knows it means he gets to take a walk. Our world has changed. Second Experience: My daughter was so impressed by how well my dog has been behaving that she asked me to help with her Bernedoodle.
I found that she understood commands, but her compliance was variable and she was extremely reactive to people or dogs on the road. I was afraid that she might hurt herself when I held her back with a leash.
So I decided to gift my daughter an Easy Educator. Within days she has been following all of my commands with no leash pressure. She is like a different dog! I like the both transmitter versions, but lean towards the EZ-900 over the ET-300.
My only negative is that the written instructions for both models are confusing at times. Do yourself a favor and watch a video on setting up your controller and watch e-collar training videos so you do it the right way from the beginning.
Let me say first I am an animal lover -any and all and hate to see any animal abused. I rescued a VERY stubborn, headstrong but SMART young dog. Love him dearly and want him SAFE. Verbal commands with or without treats sort of worked but not to the point of feeling secure he’d always listen.
Investigated numerous “shock” collars and could not bring myself to use any of them on him after trying them on myself. Some were absolutely horrible. Heard about this one and figured lets try it. First it’s very mellow(blunt) stimulation compared to any other – I tried it on myself.
In the 1st month only needed to use very low(#4) setting 2 times then only worked with tone button or vibrate button(which is just like being tickled). It was amazing how fast he learned. I’ve had this collar for almost 2yrs now and after the first couple of months rarely need to use any “button” other than the flashlight button for night time.
I keep the collar by the back door and when he wants to go out he’ll actually get the collar so it can be put on – there is NO fear of it!!! Just love your dog and use it properly!!!!.
I love the easy educator 902. One of the first things I noticed is that I don’t have to make the collar extremely tight for it to stay in place. I previously used the pet trainer products which didn’t allow any slack otherwise it was always moving around, not making sufficient contact and I was always worried of choking my dogs.
Second, the ability to program settings for a specific dog makes a huge difference. For example my male dog responds to a much lower setting than my female dog. With the easy 902 I no longer have to worry about constantly changing the level and pressing a bunch of different buttons to properly correct a specific dog.
I now have a specific button with a specific setting for each dog. Finally, I love that this system also offers tone and vibrate stimulation as my dogs really only need the shock when a squirrel or rabbit cross their path.
My complaint: I really only have two small complaints with the easy 902: 1- I wish you could adjust the vibrate level 2- I wish the light on the collar was positioned differently. My male dog is a lab so it is difficult to see the “night light” due to his fur covering the light.
My recommendation would be to have the light positioned near the top of the collar rather than on the side. My complaints are really me just nit-picking but why not make a great product even better?.

The form and fit of this collar is excellent! I really like that there is the ability to not turn on the shock and that the shock button is at the bottom so the tone button is front and center. I don’t really use the shock feature, it is only there when I notice really bad behavior about to start.
Otherwise I use tone only. And here is where the one big issue resides. The tone feature beeps twice slowly when the button is pressed only once. This is very tough for me since I have trained my dog to respond to a quick beep just to get her attention and then multiple beeps signal her keep coming back to me until the beeping stops.
Eufy. Please release an updated version to use a single beep or a very quick double beep and I will change this to 5 stars!! Still a good collar and I recommend do to all of the other features.

This is the second bark collar we’ve tried and another strike out. Reviews seemed very promising but this collar does not detect my dog’s barks. Have tried highest sensitivity level and different tightnesses and the thing only went off once.
(We have done e-collar training from the get-go so I am pretty familiar with how to put on a collar correctly). It’s strange because it works correctly in test mode. I even tried putting the thing on and barking into it and got nothing (except when it was in test mode, it seemed to function fine).
Not sure if this one is defective or something. Must be if other people are giving it 5 stars. A couple more things I’ll say about this product. My fault for not reading the description but why on earth no rechargeable battery?? Seems ridiculous to have to keep buying batteries.
And why doesn’t this company just make a different size collar for larger dogs? Instead you have to cut off the existing strap and replace it with their longer one. Ends up with extra flaps at the end (which I guess you’re supposed to cut off?? I don’t know.
Instructions didn’t say) Overall I can only blame myself for buying a cheap bark collar in the $20 range instead of investing in something nicer. Don’t waste your money.
I mean it works…half the time…when it wants to. I have a German Shepherd and we are getting ready to move from the country into an apartment in the city. I bought this to condition him against barking at everything.
At first I thought it was working. When he would bark, it would beep, and he would stop. Well come to find out the only reason he stopped was because he associated the beep with his OTHER collar, the one of his containment system.
The collar wasn’t actually delivering a correction. After fiddling with the tightness of the collar and the shock and sound sensitivity settings, the same thing still happens. When I take the collar off and bark while shaking the receiver (as it only delivers a shock when it detects the vibrations of a bark as well as the sound), it will deliver the shock.
I just had a garage sale and left the collar on my dog because I knew he would be barking seeing all the people around. Sure enough, he was barking his absolute head off WHILE THE COLLAR WAS ON HIM. Full sensitivity.
Full shock level. I was trying to give this product the benefit of the doubt as I purchased it many months ago and decided to give it a break. Maybe I wasn’t using it correctly. However this last experience just proved my point.
It’s too late to ask for a refund. My fault. So it was a waste of money on my part. I’ll be looking for a new bark collar.
We bought 2 collars in the hopes they would keep our dogs from constantly barking at our neighbor’s fence. Our dogs have 24 hour access to our backyard from the house and are too excited about our neighbor’s dog on the other side of the fence.
The biggest problem is that our dogs run outside and bark at the fence whether the neighbor’s dog is out there or not. It’s become such a problem that our neighbor has complained about it. We bought these collars in the hopes of curbing their barking and mending our relationship with our neighbor.
They still run outside to bark but my bigger dog barks once then comes right back inside (she’s the smarter one). Our smaller dog has at least shortened his barking time (from 10 minutes to about 1 minute) as he’s just stubborn and insists on barking despite the discomfort.
I’ve upped the level on his collar so expect the next barking session to be more like his sister’s which is one bark and then to come back inside. All in all, the collars work and we are very pleased!.
In 96% of cases, it helps decrease (eliminate) dog’s barking by automatic performance. The 5 sensitivity levels make the collar suitable for dogs with different barking volumes. Rechargeable version.
No bark collar works about 14 days with 1 battery life. Get a full charge in 2-3 hours Action without the remote. The barking control collar works in automatic mode without remote by the combination of sound and vibration.
The intensity of vibration increases with every bark. Adjustable for Small, Medium & Large dogs – no shock bark collar is adjustable for dogs weighing 8 to 110 lbs with neck size of 9 to 22 inches. Adjust the strap according to the size of your dog.
1. It goes off for no reason, confusing the dog. 2. It goes off if another dog makes noice too close – like when they are playing. 3. The three warning tones are annoying and does nothing for/to the dog.
4. Dog completely ignores it at this point, as it is so inconsistent. I would not recommend it.

Should have bought this earlier! After doing some Google research I settled on this company and collar after reading the reviews. I’m so glad I did! My 9 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy was barking all day, waking up family members when someone went to work early.
He was also jumping up constantly, jumping on an older dog (injuring his hips) and not obeying commands when outside. We started the collar on level 2 (nil effect), went up to 3 (sporadic effect), and have settled on level 4.
All barking has stopped and he is quiet and calm. He responds to verbal commands when outdoors after one training session with the collar and remote control. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Simple to use. Incredible overnight delivery! Could not be happier.
We have 2 Great Danes who WERE ignorant barkers. Just would not stop. Neighbours started to complain. We put the Aetertek AT-919C Training collars on both dogs and only set the collar to the ‘beep’ only (not vibration/shock).
After remotely pressing the ‘beep beep’ button ONLY once on 2 separate occasions – both dogs stopped the incessant barking! Truly – it really does work. My dogs are not harmed, the incessant barking has stopped and the neighbours are happy! Win Win.
Just wish we had bought them earlier. Highly highly recommended. Justine.
Hi everyone, I was recently blessed with a gift of an absolutely beautiful British Bull Dog Puppy. His name is Ralph and he is gorgeous and is coming up for his First Birthday in a few weeks time, BUT, he has proven to be quite a handful.
He is very intelligent and knows exactly what you are teaching him and what you want him to do but has an extremely strong willed and stubborn personality. I have had a lot of dogs in my life and for many years I bred and trained puppies for the Show Ring , Successfully taking quite a few through to Australian Champion without any problems but Ralph the British Bull Dog with his stubbornness and such a strong willed nature has stood his ground and when anyone asks what is Ralph doing, I just say “What Ever He Wants”.
I didn’t know what I was going to do as Ralph is just a big full on kid and HE was making the rules and training us. I was getting worn out while he was like the Energiser Bunny where the batteries just never run out.
Then I thought about maybe trying some sort of training collar device. I had never used one before as have never needed to but with Ralph being so intelligent but so stubborn and strong willed with it, I thought it was time to research it a bit more.
I had no idea which one to get and just started searching the internet going through the many brands and alternatives available. There were many cheap and nasty ones so to speak but the quality and working range and features just didn’t seem to measure up for me.
I was prepared to pay a bit more in order to get a quality product with a better remote control range and with Ralph being so full on I particularly wanted a collar that had the capability to first give a warning sound so he knows his behaviour is currently inappropriate and that a second level of correction was coming if necessary and in the case of this collar that would be a buzz with vibration and then if that still didn’t correct his behaviour I wanted the back up of what I anticipated would be used as a last resort being the shock stimulation feature.
I also wanted a collar that you could easily vary the levels of intensity of the features so you could start low and then step things up if necessary. I had also decided that if I was going to buy one of these collars I want one that would do the job as in good quality that would work where and when I wanted it to.
After many hours of research on the internet and comparing the different collars available I decided on the “Aetertek 919C 1 Dog Remote Training Collar ” I ordered it quickly and easily at Aetertek’s online store and the collar was delivered interstate to my door by 6.
00 am the next morning. No Kidding, it was at my door 6. 00 am the next day. I opened it and although it seemed to have plenty of charge I plugged it in to be fully charged and read the instructions in the interim so I knew how to use it once it was ready.
Once the collar was charged and ready I fitted it to Ralph and made sure that it was secure but Comfortable for him to wear. He didn’t seem to have any issue with having it on. I put the remote control in my pocket with intention of using the collar wisely and only when necessary when Ralph’s behaviour needed correction and only after first giving a clear voice command of what I wanted him to do.
My plan was voice command, then sound, then buzz and vibration and shock stimulation if necessary. I must point out also that I tested the shock stimulation on myself prior to placing the collar on Ralph.
If this feature was to be used then I wanted to know first hand what I would be doing to my dog should I use it. I don’t suggest for one second that you do this yourself but I made the decision to do so.
I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t going to be severe or inhumane or cause possible injury to my Dog. After activating it at several levels of shock I was more than Happy and completely satisfied that it would get his attention but was not painful and was in no way going to cause harm to my precious Ralph.
Well all was ready to proceed and to see what result we would get from using the collar to aid us with Ralph’s training. Before we got to any formal training as such, it wasn’t long before Ralph’s Energiser Bunny mode kicked in and as usual completely refused to take notice of any commands and what would normally be followed up with a firmer command and showing what was required of him, and then with positive reinforcement upon obeying.
In this instance now with the collar Ralph was given a command with accompanying hand signals and after given short but sufficient time to obey I proceeded with pressing the button on the remote to activate the beeping type sound.
This immediately got Ralph’s attention but not quite enough to correct the behaviour so the voice command was repeated followed by the beep sound which again got his attention but again not enough so this was then followed up with the combined Buzz and vibr.
Avoids false triggering with sound and vibration, which activate the training mode. Multiple modes allow you to customize according to your pup’s training needs. Give your dog more visibility at night with the reflective tape.

We have a 3 year old beagle that is very very vocal. We have had him since he was a pup. One of us has always been home where he has never really needed to be home alone. Or at least not long periods of time.
Either way he has always had separation anxiety and anxiety towards sprays, certain collars and loud noises. Anytime we have company he has to bark and jump around until he gets all attention. In the car if one of us gets out of the vehicle he continues to bark until they get back in.
We’ve looked for ways to teach him or train him not to but nothing ever helped. I was researching collars and came across this one. The reviews were absolutely amazing and I love that it wouldn’t shock him.
We were out running errands and wanted to see if it would help. The first beep/vibration had him looking around like “what was that” second time he stopped mid bark and didn’t bark after. When we got home we took it off and he did very well the rest of the night.
The next day my mother came over which is when he will bark, jump around and go crazy. We had his collar on and when she came in he barked once and did very well with her. This is an absolute amazing product! I recommend 100 percent!!!.
I purchased product with very low expectations. I have a 8 month old goldendoodle. Like most doodles she is full of energy and little focus. I have been training her but in the area of barking and jumping, I have not been having good luck.
I bought this collar hoping to solve on of the problems but it turns out I solved the barking problem and reduced the jumping. I seems that now that she is not running all over barking her head off, that she has settled down in general.
It is much easier to control jumping now that I don’t have to overcome the barking first. I am no longer giving the “hush” “down” commands in the same sentence. This is one of the best buys I have ever made for my girl.
I caught on really quickly and now knows that she can only bark once. Which is ok with me because that tells me she needs to go outside. She is just a calmer dog overall. Thanks for a great product and great service from the seller.
Some people feel that anti-bark collars are an effective way to train dogs not to bark excessively, while others believe that they are cruel and inhumane. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to use an anti-bark collar on your dog is a personal one.
If you do decide to use one, be sure to closely monitor your dog’s behavior and make sure that the collar is not causing any undue stress or discomfort.
