What’s one of the best things to come out of this whole social-distancing, Coronavirus, world pandemic situation? Getting the chance to really ace home workouts! Now you can sparkle and glisten (that’s gym talk for sweat) through all-new fitness programs and routines. Here’s a rundown of all the ways you can hone your health at home. Because let’s face it … Tiger King only lasts for so long and staying active is one of the best ways to strengthen your immune system. Now, I’ll race you to the list!

Barry’s Bootcamp is offering boutique-style fitness classes via Instagram.  Equipment-free and only 20-minutes long … you have nothing to lose when you test it out. There are two daily classes including one with resistance bands.

Beachbody OnDemand has hundreds of workouts from Barre Blend to HIIT, lifting, and even family-friendly programs you can all do together. Start a three-week retreat in yoga or pick a 21-day program to count off the next few weeks of quarantined days. The first two weeks are free with this subscription. After that, there are options for various monthly contracts.

You had me at Chris Hemsworth. That’s right, for six weeks you can workout with Chris and his Centr app. This celebrity-founded app has a six-week free trial that gives users a chance to box, do yoga, and HIIT in classes that run 20-40 minutes. You choose the intensity level, get some guidance on nutrition and even meditate.

Instagram is where it is at for all things positive and funny and now Orangetheory is offering free at-home workouts on an Instagram Live schedule through their account. These intense circuit-based workouts will burn off loads of those couch calories, so you don’t have to feel bad about how much so sofa and sweets time you’ve been logging the last few self-isolated days.

Planet Fitness is everywhere and now that includes live streaming online through its Facebook page.  Every weekday at 7 PM EST a 30-minute, equipment-free workout is available. You can also find it on their YouTube Channel.

People love their Peloton bikes. Now digital membership is free for a 90-day trial period. That’s up from the typical 30-day trial. Access 20+ different live classes and thousands of on-demand options like walking, meditation, indoor cycling and strength training.

Love to dance? Then groove on over to 305 Fitness which offers free Zumba classes along with other dance cardio options. Their YouTube page is where the dance party is at so pick any one of their 10-to-45-minute classes and join in the fun.

Downward dog and yoga are just what the doctor ordered for a lot of us these days. Has homeschool got you harried? The telecommute Zoom lifestyle wearing on you a bit?  Try some yoga for a bit of zen through Corepower Yoga, Down Dog Yoga, and Yoga Works. All three are offering free online classes for people of all ages and stages in their yoga practice.  Class duration varies but there is something for everyone.

What free online workouts have you tried during self-isolation? Which ones do you want to check out?
