As someone who follows the keto diet, I can say that one of the most important things you can do is plan ahead when it comes to the upcoming holiday season and meals. If you think you’re going to be in a situation where you will have limited options and/or an abundance of temptation, create a strategy. My biggest worries are sweet treats, but fortunately, there are so many great low carb products on the market for us to enjoy!

Catalina Crunch Maple Waffle Cereal

There’s just something about a bowl of cereal. It can serve as breakfast, a late-night snack, or even comfort food. Unfortunately, most brands on the market are filled with sugar and wheat, which means keto eaters should probably steer clear.

Catalina Crunch Maple Waffle Cereal

One brand that I thoroughly enjoy is Catalina Crunch. They make several different flavors of cereal, but the one I’ll be reaching for this holiday season is the Maple Waffle. Just like regular cereal, I’ve had this as an afternoon or late-night snack, and this year, when everyone is gorging on pancakes and syrup, I’ll pour myself a bowl of mapley goodness!

Catalina Crunch Cheddar Cheese Bites

One thing that many keto diet fans miss is crunchy snacks. Continuing my love for Catalina Crunch, I’ve got to say that I really like their Cheddar Cheese Bites. I’ll admit that I was skeptical at first, but now I’m a believer!

Catalina Crunch Cheese Bites

They taste just like cheese and have a nice crispy (but squeaky!) texture. We use them in the place of things like Cheeze-Its and Goldfish. These work really well as a snack or even as part of a low carb lunch (I’ve paired the Cheddar Cheese Bites with pepperoni and cucumbers, for example!). Best of all, they contain just one ingredient—100% grass-fed cheddar cheese.

Enlightened Ice Cream

The holiday season is filled with all kinds of cakes, pies, and cookies, which can leave you feeling a little left out if you’re following a keto diet. That’s why Enlightened Ice Cream is such a great option. When the desserts start rolling out, you’ll have something to enjoy, too!

Keto Collection Enlightened Ice Cream Bars

While they’ve got delicious pints in a variety of flavors, my daughter and I recently stumbled on their collection of keto-friendly ice cream bars. With less than 1g sugar and just 1g net carb per serving, we treat ourselves whenever the cravings strike! Some of these types of products on the market are pretty gross, if I’m honest, but these really are tasty!

Wonderful Pistachios

Ever since adopting a low carb lifestyle nearly two years ago, a few products have emerged as my go-to snacks. One of them is Wonderful Pistachios. My purchases alone probably account for a third of their annual profits, that’s how much I love them!

Wonderful Pistachios Chili Roasted Flavor

There’s something about the holidays that makes me reach for them even more. The only problem is that my non-keto family members want some, and I don’t want to share! I’m a bit of a purist and love the original roasted and salted, but I think I’ll spice things up this holiday season with the Chili Roasted and Honey Roasted flavors!

Lily’s Sweets

Hands down, without any doubt, my favorite keto-friendly sweet treat is Lily’s Sweets! There are so many types of products that work in different situations. Really, I could sit here all day and sing this company’s praises because these products help keep me on track almost every single day.

Lily’s Dark Chocolate Crispy Rice

In the evening when I want something a little sweet with my tea, I’ll have three squares of dark chocolate. My absolute favorites are the Almond and Crispy Rice varieties. If I’m feeling a little more indulgent, I’ll splurge on extra carbs and have the Salted Almond in the milk chocolate style.

When I’m making keto cookies or fat bombs, I turn to Lily’s chocolate chips. Not only are they great for baking, but if my sweet tooth is really nagging me, just one or two on the chips is satisfying. Then, I can move on with my day without guilt!

Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Peanut Butter Cups

For those times when I’m really craving some candy, I reach Lily’s Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate Covered Almonds, or Chocolate Covered Peanuts. All of these sweets come in dark chocolate or milk chocolate style and they are seriously delicious!

Avoiding holiday temptation is getting easier for low carb fans because amazing products keep entering the market. This list does not contain affiliate links or sponsored content, these are just genuinely great keto options! Expect to be tempted this season and plan ahead by stocking your pantry with things you can enjoy without remorse. You’ll start the new year feeling prouder than ever!
