When it comes to a July 4th get together, I like to focus not only on the food but also the fashion. Breaking out those reds, whites and blues for Independence Day can really be fun if put together well.

If there is one clothing company who always gets it right when it comes to red, white and blue, it’s Tommy Hilfiger. These are the colors that make up their logo, and they certainly know how to put together some stylish options. Here are three looks from Tommy Hilfiger for your July 4th parties and picnics.

Red, White and Blue Look #1 – Fun in the Sun

If you plan on spending a lot of time out in the sun, this outfit is perfect. It features a lightweight tank, rolled up cargo shorts and a very cute hat to protect your skin from the sun. The blue wedges and white eyelet tote bring the entire look together. You’ll stay cool and protected while hanging out at the beach or BBQ’ing in the backyard..

Red, White and Blue Look #2 – Chilling on the Yacht

Do you have plans to float and chill out on your neighbor’s yacht, boat or possibly on dry land at the lake? Then you need to have a casual yacht worthy outfit. This look is all about the stylish plaid button down shirt and red, white and blue boat shoes. Obviously you don’t have to wear boat shoes on a boat, but why not? Since the shirt and shoes add so much color, accessorize with a white hat and bag.

Red, White and Blue Look #3 – Let’s Get Dressy

This red, white and blue look is stylish and a little dressier than the others. If your July 4th picnic requires a dress, this Polo wrap dress from Tommy Hilfiger is comfortable and easy to wear. You can dress it up a notch with an anchor necklace and red, white and blue resin bangle bracelets. I instantly fell in love with sequin anchor tote, which compliments the charm necklace. Finish it off with a pair of dressy wedges and you have one stunning, yet comfortable July 4th look.

When it comes to your outfit for those July 4th get-togethers, do you go with a red, white and blue theme or do you prefer to save those colors for the decorations and fireworks?
