Awards season and Valentine’s Day are already behind us. Where’s the time going? It feels as though every headline is about the coronavirus or politics at the moment, so why not step away from the drama for a few minutes? Our favorite, famous moms have been really busy lately, so there is a lot to discuss. Are you all caught up?

Kate Middleton Gets Real About Mom Guilt

While she might be the wife and mother of future kings, Kate Middleton still has moments that most moms will find very relatable. After opening up about how terrified and overwhelmed she felt after giving birth to her first child, Prince George, 6, she went on to say that she feels mom guilt when she has to leave him and his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1.

“Yes, absolutely, and anyone who doesn’t as a mother is actually lying,” the 38-year-old royal admitted. “Yep, all the time. You know, even this morning, coming to the nursery visit here, George and Charlotte were like, ‘Mummy, how could you possibly not be dropping us off at school this morning?’ It’s a constant challenge… [You’re] always sort of questioning your own decisions and your own judgements and things like that, and I think that starts from the moment you have a baby.”

Amy Schumer’s IVF Journey

Comedian, Amy Schumer, and her husband, Chris Fischer, welcomed their first child, Gene, in May 2019. The actress was very open about how much she struggled through that pregnancy, during which she experienced intense hyperemesis gravidarum which causes frequent vomiting. Despite the difficulties, the couple have expressed their joy over parenthood and their eagerness to give their son a sibling.

Schumer has been undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) and happily shared their progress. “Hey! So ivf went like this for us,” Schumer wrote. “They retrieved 35 eggs from me. Not bad for the old gal right? Then 26 fertilized! Whoah right? For all of those we got 1 normal embryo from that and 2 low level mosaic (mosaic means there are some abnormal cells but can still lead to a healthy baby). So we feel lucky we got 1! But what a drop off right?”

She also thanked her followers for sharing their own IVF stories and vowed to continue doing the same. “I am so grateful for our son and that we have the resources to get help in this way,” she added. “I just wanted to share and send love and strength to all of the warrior women who go through this process.”

Are Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Expecting?

There were many, many reports this past week that Sophie Turner, 23, and Joe Jonas, 30, are expecting their first child together. Just Jared was the first site to break the news, quoting a source who reportedly said, “The couple is keeping things very hush hush, but their friends and family are super excited for them.”

The pair, who tied the knot in May 2019, have not commented on the news (nor have they denied anything). Instead, they were spotted taking a leisurely stroll in Zurich, Switzerland, looking happy as can be. Could they be enjoying a quick babymoon? We’ll find out soon enough!
