This product has most of it’s greens from juices. Dried greens are an estimated 5 times the concentration of the fresh. Dried JUICES are considered to be 5 times more concentrated than dried greens! So a scoop of this has SO much more nutrients than other dried greens brands.
Also; they have part of the many sprouts in fermented form, that is considered even easier to absorb. As for fruits, there is not much – some cherry extract and tomato (yes, it’s a fruit) Etc. but I buy this to cover for lacking greens in my diet.

Please manage your expectation with regards to the taste. Once that’s out of the way, you’re home free. I also won’t recommend taking it on its own or with water; yuck. I personally add a scoop to my unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein shake, half a frozen banana and sometimes half an organic date.

I really enjoy the concept of this product. I have been using these for a few weeks now. I can prepare my serving size appropriate meals the night before. I love the individual components keeping everything separate.
I wish there was a few changes. I needs to have lid options for more of the small compartment containers. This is not a deal breaker more just convenience based. The near deal breaker is that the main compartment of this does not stay closed.
