Excellent value for what’s included. Out of the box the light weight of them did not represent the quality. They are pretty terrific. Even heat, non-stick, great clean-up. The lids are sturdy, but not bulky to store.

It is a very nice set but smaller than I would have hoped. I was looking for a unicorn and this hit the mark. I wanted no screws on the inside of the pan (much easier cleaning) and something that could withstand a 400 degree oven.
This is one of the only ones that I found. Overall the only reason I gave it 45 stars was simply the size.

I have had Analon cookware for years. They say you can use metal. No, no you can’t, because eventually the get scratched just enough to no longer be slick. I had decided, even before I got Misen, to not use metal utensils regardless of what the manufacturer states.
So, when I read no metal utensils, I was all in. As light as these pans are they heat perfectly. And cook like a dream. I must say, for once I got a great product. Thank you. JanZ.
Bought 10 inch fry pan almost 4 years ago. Have used in high heat, forgot was on burner in high heat, have run though dishwasher many times. Fantastic pan to have lasted 4 years used many times a week.

It took me a little longer to write this review as I really wanted to test out all products. At first when I saw the colors on these I didn’t think I was going to like them at all but once we washed them and put them in our cupboards it was perfect, finally gave a much needed hint of color in there!! So, yes these products are all very nice to look at but they are also excellent to cook with and to clean.
The other two major factors. They are non stick which is always something I look for and they are very easy to clean which makes a world of difference! I love everything about all of these products and would recommend to all.
One thing to note: when it says 10 piece that is including the lids. This may be something this is normal for cookware but I was confused as I considered a pot with a lid one piece. Thanks for reading!.
This cookware set would be perfect for a housewarming gift, for a student going off to college, or for yourself! Everything you need is included in one package, which is very nice! I love the fun colors! The utensils are very durable, unlike a lot of utensils that you get in cookware packages- I was pleasantly surprised! As for the cookware itself, I am over the moon! The handles really do stay cool to the touch while cooking, and everything has cooked evenly thus far.
The kid’s fit perfectly and help aid in smoke-free cooking!! The pots and pans are very easy to clean with a little dish soap and a scrub brush- I have had no issue, even with eggs! I highly recommend considering this set if you are looking for an upgrade!.
This cookware set is perfect for what I was looking for and needed. The number of pots and fry pans. I prefer to cook with. I use the microwave to a minimal because. I like cooking on top of stove better.
The nonstick is what I wanted, the handles don’t get hot and the bottom of cookware don’t burn up. I actually cook on low/med temp. [never a high flame], which I believe preserves the actual pot and pans.
and the color [GREEN] is very festive. If bottom turns a slight brown later from use. just begin immediately to use a steel wool to gently wash off with “DAWN” detergent. Not the color section. Just outside on silver bottom.
“GENTLY” I like to display my set on the stove and hanging up. I keep looking nice by wiping with Windex. on the color section and lids. My kids/grandkids have learned to preserve things and keep them looking nice.

The Good: The regular frying pan and saute pan work great. This really is a great deal for the pans included. You can sometimes pay $50 for a lone saute pan and this one is 5qt! The like that they included wood utensils and that the pans are dishwasher safe.
They are visually appealing, I got the green and its a nice subtle color. The not so good: They say they are metal safe but in my experience using metal even one time really damaged my pan. I used a metal masher in the larger sauce pan and it severely damaged the nonstick at the bottom.
This was the first time I even got to us that pan. I was very disappointed. The handles got hot while in used and I burn my hand. Other pans I have handles don’t get hot so if your not used to having to use a towel or potholder for handling pans I would suggest getting something that handles heat better.
I have a gas stove and the bottom of the pans started scratching on the bottom almost immediately. Lastly I think the design is visually appealing but performance doesn’t hold up. I ended up returning bc I don’t think metal safe pans should scratch on the first go.
I wouldn’t have even given these a star but it made me. I bought a whole set (bakeware as well) at the beginning of the year. I wish I would have saved my receipt!!! After just a couple uses food was so stuck I have to use a Mr Clean magic eraser to get the residue off (and even that hasn’t taken everything off), the handles get extremely hot, the metal around the lids warped and everything has burned using the bakeware.
Never have I placed these in the dishwasher (the site & manual recommends that you don’t). I have never been so disappointed in my life with regards to cookware. Currently I am saving my money to replace this set with something of more quality and that will last longer than just a few months.
Blue Diamond cookware is quality cookware. It’s easy to cook with and clean up is fast and easy. I ordered the $199/20pc set and after it arrived I found the same set marked down on Walmart’s site for $129/20pc set.
If your not a baker and don’t need cookie sheets, muffin pans then order the 12pc cookware set for $99, catch it on sale for even less. I did end up purchasing separately the Dutch oven, the flat griddle, the extra large high sided skillet for deeper frying and the grill skillet.

The first time I purchased T-fal was for my Mother in the early ’80s and now I have and use that skillet. In 2014 I purchased a full set which is perfectly fine, but there were a few pieces I didn’t have and wanted.
The price was right and this brand keeps getting better with style and ease of use. When and if you see a bad review on this set it’s due to the owner not using the item correctly! Season before use according to directions, Hand wash if you want them to stay looking brand new, and NEVER cook on high heat! Treat them like the jewels they are and you will not regret your purchase and will be a life long believer.
I ordered these after reading multiple reviews on how good of pots these are. I usually buy tasty pots because they’re great, but I decided to give these a try. Wasted my money. The bottom is supper slick so they slide all over the stove, and when I walked away the pot fell from the stove and bent.
This was my first time using them. I’m going to stick to what I know from now on.
Have this set in red for about 2 years. Very easy to clean. The handles do tend to become very loose after a few uses. You can retighten them, but you shouldn’t have to. They are nonstick pans which are great.
These will last me about 2-3 more years before needing to purchase new ones. They are great quality and pricing is affordable for the amount of pots and pans etc.

Love these top-quality pans. The set includes all that you would need for everyday cooking and also a lovely big steamer. They work perfectly on my induction hob and are not heavy. They are also super easy to clean and are definitely non-stick; I have been able to cook without any oils which is just what I wanted.
Just one criticism, whilst they do look stylish, they are NOT bright copper as shown in the image (and on side of the box) they are a ‘muted/pale’ copper colour, which might put some off, as they are not as described.
However, I quite like the pale colour and the hammered finish does add a designer touch. Not sure why they don’t just show the true colour in advertising? This is the only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars, as I like totally honest advertising.
I don’t like products to be ‘enhanced’ in images and there was no need to do this with this pan set as it’s quite lovely anyway.
Buyers Beware: This product is junk. The non-stick material comes off after heating water in the larger pot to steam vegs over time. I wonder what effect it’s going to have on my health. Additionally, it is advertised as non-stick to use with metal utensils.
The utensils make marks on the frying pan. When I wash the largest pot the sponge I use slides rough over the bottom of the pot because the non-stick material has been boiled off. I can feel the difference when I use the same sponge to wash other pots from the same set because these pots have not been used as much.

I recently moved my large family into a camper while we build our house. I did a LOT of research on pots and pans before purchasing these. What do I love? I purchased the yellow set… they are a beautiful muted yellow.
They heat quickly and my food doesn’t stick to them (so far). It came with decent cooking utensils. What do I hate? They scratch SO easily. I have them in a cabinet by themselves and they scratch one another on the inside just being stacked together.
I don’t even want to call it scratching, because my large pot actually has a chunk out of it. The bottoms were tore up (scratched) after the first use on my camper stove, which is gas, even though I avoided moving them around.
The handle on one is burned, even though I cooked on low that time, and the pot was completely over the flame. One of the lids seems to be bent a bit and I have to maneuver it just to get it on a pot.
Based off what I read, the set seemed to be able to accommodate cooking for my family of 6, however most of the set is much too small to use to make food for such a large family. This was a huge disappointment.
They came with instructions, and I followed them… I only use plastic cooking utensils and medium/low heat when cooking, etc. I was hoping they would be great, so I could purchase another set when we move into our house, but I am just disappointed.
I’ll be finding something better quality when the time comes.
These are beautiful pans and they distribute heat/clean so nicely! I originally bought the purple set of pots and pans and liked them so well that I quickly went back and bought the large, navy sauté pan.
After two uses with the large sauté pan I noticed scratches on the bottom. I didn’t do anything crazy or use sharp metal against the pan or anything like that. I contacted the company and all they said was that they were still safe to use.
Don’t get me wrong! I’m glad they’re safe to use despite the scratches. I’m just confused as to why there would be such an emphasis on aesthetic for it to come off so easily. Since then the sauté pan from the original purple set had quite a few dings on the bottom and I’ve only had them for a couple months.
They’re still great pans but my goodness do they scratch easily.
I bought these as a house warming gift for my friend because he loves coming over and using my green life pans. I cook all the time and then my roomate uses the pans after me so they gotten used everyday for the past 2 years and sometimes even twice a day (thus equivalent to 3 years of wear and tear).
I bought them because my step mom has had them for 4 years and they still look and function as new. I hand wash and use silicone cookware just to be cautious. The pans also heat so quickly and cook food evenly which is nice because I hate when food in the center cooks faster.

Overall pretty good pans! Definitely my fault for choosing the light pans and that they get dirty quick. After the second use the two bigger pans (the two i use the most) have a lighter stained color from the foods.
No matter how much I try to clean it. Also, the bottom of one pan after just the first use looks like it’s burned. I don’t ever go past a medium on my stove top so not sure how that happened. But overall the non stick feature has been holding up well so far.
Also really love the spatula it came with and think they should include them with all their sets. I think next time I will definitely purchase their darker pan set.
I have only had a chance to use this less than a handful of times. This set is beautiful and matches my aethetic perfectly. They are very light weight. So far the nonstick aspect has held up as promised.
Most food rinses right off if cleaned imediately after cooking. I have not noticed any staining so far, after putting it to the test with making spaghetti. My only concern with this set it that I have noticed there are scratches around the rim of the pan after using an ordinary scrubbing sponge.

I have had these for many years now I only used plastic utensils. I am just enlightened to know they can go into the oven. None are loose or tearing down. I cook alot and have used these for many many meals.

I bought the red set. The next day the price went up from 69. 99 to 89. 99 so I had to double check and make sure I got it for 69. 99 and I did. Delivery was fast, within two days. After reading the reviews I was scared I might get dented products.
I checked all the pots and pans and lids, luckily everything was in tacked and good condition, no dents, no broken pots, lids or pans. So far easy clean up and cooking is great, no complaint so far. I own a couple of t-fal single products so I took a chance on this set and am not disappointed.

I have an electric stove and never, ever go above medium heat when using any non-stick coated cookware. You’re not supposed to use high heat with non-stick coated cookware, not even the expensive stuff.
I also hand wash my pots and pans. My set is still shiny and bright as the day I purchased it as a result with the exception of one small brown mark on the bottom of one pot where I believe there was something stuck on the burner that caused a reaction.
I’ve had no problems with this set, I use it daily, it washes up well, the non-stick is great. If you take proper care of this set you should have the same experience. I don’t expect it to last years and years, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t last a year or two.
If you use high heat that will burn and warp such a thin, lightweight piece, it is thin and lightweight. If you throw this in the dishwasher with powder detergent or water treatment that will cause etching, you will lose the shine.
I don’t know how this would hold up on a gas stove, but I would imagine a lot of the complaints about burn marks and warping are due to too high of heat or open flame. Having said that, this is a great starter set.
I LOVE that the saute pan has a lid! This is also a great set for seniors who may have trouble lifting heavier cookware.

I am in love with my new set of Calphalon Select hard anodized nonstick pans. I know there are those that don’t value non-stick cookware, but I absolutely love it! Why not use something that makes your life easier? The pots and pans themselves are beautiful! I love the way the metal looks dark and professional on my cook top.
Thankfully, all the pieces except for the cast iron are washable in the dishwasher. You can’t ask for any easier than that. The nonstick coating works like a dream, which makes cooking and cleaning up afterwards super easy.

I saw this set marked down because the 1. 5 qt pot was missing. Regardless, it is a good set for $92 minus the small pot. I just used the pan to fry an egg with a spritz of canola oil. It slid around the pan easily and the egg DID NOT stick to non-oiled areas of the pan.
Bought this to replace Tramontania set that had non-stick coat that was peeling and chipping off. Grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches were nicely toasted with nothing ruining the flavors. Looking forward to using this for the duration.
Even though this says dishwasher safe, it is better to hand wash this set. If you do put in the dishwasher, TURN OFF the heat drying function and HAND DRY OR AIR DRY your pots/pans. Otherwise the aluminum finish will get oxidation.

I’ve been using this set of cookware for several weeks now and completely satisfied with their performance. The quality of the cookware is top-notch. The pots heat up quickly and retain heat, perfect for when I make chili and soups.
I’ve used the pans numerous times, cooking eggs, fish, sauteing onions, mushrooms, etc. and never had an issue with the food sticking. Clean up is also quick and easy. Only downside, and I might be nitpicking, but I would have preferred round/oblong handles rather than the flat ones.
So far, I am loving these pans. For the last several years, I have been using a set of pans from a competitor which I paid almost three times as much for. They are way to heavy and the diamond coating was coming off.

Over all construction and weight is good I purchased one in the past and it did not last too long, so first impression of Gotham Steel was not good upon receiving the product. Frying pans have been used daily and thus far they have been durable and continue to retain the properties you would expect from a non-stick pan.
The test will be how long they will retain the non stick properties by next year. People usually buy a pan and they expect to keep it a long time, so longevity is a must for a product like this to do well over time.
The pots and pans also appear to be of good quality and have performed well over the short term that I have had them. I inspected the frying pans for any scratches or wear. I recently found one of the frying pans has a small scratch in the bottom from use.
We typically use only plastic spatulas, but one of my daughters may have forgot that rule and used a metal one. My new impression of Gotham Steel is much better, although the real test is longevity. The overall number of items that came with this sample was very good, it may have been too much for a sample test.
I have not had time to use all the pieces that came with the set, but I have used about half of them and they all performed well, again, as a consumer the real impression will be made a year from now.

RETURNED before ever using them. They smelled AWFUL. Opened the box and let them “air out” in the garage for over a week and we could still smell the awful, indescribable smell. My suspicion is that this box may have sat for months in a container ship and the smell may be linked to that.
