The Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots are fashionably stunning to me. The specific boots that I like are red and are not too plain and not too over the top. One special thing about the boots that stand out to me would be the red and black checked pattern inside the boots.

There are many other features to the boots that might stand out to others. The top of the boots are padded with red leather. There is an extra pair of red shoe strings on both pairs of boots. If you are looking for work boots then you might want to look for some other shoes that are different from the Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots. Wearing these shoes will hurt for a long period of time and may be hard on the feet depending on the padding at the bottom of the shoe.

I wear these shoes just about everyday and my feet do hurt a little from excessive wearing so I wouldn’t recommend wearing them so much. These boots are loud when walking on hardwood floors. If you have strong ankles and legs then you might not have a problem with doing a little more activities.

I like to dance in these boots and they hold up very well and look good when you do. Overall I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I feel that everyone needs a pair of Timberland 6 Inch Premium Boots in their lives.

I have Timberland boots for 10+ years that are still in great condition. When I needed a quick pair of steel-toe boots for work I immediately checked Timberland. These work boots are comfortable, despite being steel-toe and I wear them all day.

They have a lot of room so feet can breathe. If you are between sizes, always go a 1/2 size up. They look like the standard boots and had it not been for the label, you wouldn’t even know they were safety shoes.

I always get compliments on my boots when I wear them and often get asked if I’m from upstate. Overall, highly recommended. If you’re in the market for safety boots, consider Timberland.

I give the boot a overall 3 stars. I feel like they’re not completely honest with the durability of these boots. At first they’re good but these aren’t even a year old and they already been cracked for a few months, haven’t really cared since I live in Las Vegas and it doesn’t rain.

But already in search for new ones. However back to the point the boots are good for if you don’t believe you’ll need them that long, maybe 6 months thats around the time mine where cracking etc. But for the price I would’ve expected them to last longer at least a year.

My job isn’t even really that bizarre for the boots to be in this condition. If you need something temporary and have no other option why not but if you’re looking for something that you depend on and need to last look for something else worth the money.

Just my honest opinion but do as you wish with this information.

About a year ago a blizzard hit my town and I had to work outside in 2. 5 feet of snow, so like many I pulled out my trusty timberland steel toe winter boots. To cut it short I came home with sore, bruised and cold feet, they were getting old anyways so I went looking for a new pair of boots, so I found these, did my research, and ordered a pair.

First impressions were good, they fit great, extremely comfortable, Felt sturdy. But It wasn’t until I used them in the extreme cold that I truly appreciated them. They kept you warm even with the steel toe, Very durable, they stayed comfortable during extensive work in the cold and afterwards I had no sores or bruises.

Long term durability has been great. Long story short, I’m never going back to timberland or other brands, these are the best winter boots I’ve ever had.

It’s hard to buy from a magazine and I normally look in person before I purchase. This time I didn’t. These boots are awful to get on and off. I would think Rocky would put a loop on the back of every boot they make but nope.

These boots will be the last Rocky boots I ever buy and will list them on Marketplace within the week. These boots are warm but honestly look poorly built. I will be moving brands to Baffin. This is my 5 pair of Rockys and my last.

So here’s what I’m not understanding. I’m an industrial Painter and work about 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week. I’ve had these boots for about a year and these boots have been through chemical plants, Cole mines, salt mines, warehouses, waste treatment plants, etc.

I have (far more times than I’d like to admit) unintentionally covered these boots in paint, oil, grease, mud, lubricants, and even strong solvents like xylene and MEK. I’ve even gone so far as to clean off the toes of my boots with an oscillating tip on a 4000 psi pressure washer.

Despite all of this im only now starting to experience a problem with them. I do see the seems between the sole and toe tearing to be a common problem with these shoes (which is what I’m experiencing) however, they remained comfortable the entire time despite never putting inserts in them and because these boots have gotten me this far and given the price for boots my size (13-14 depeing on brand) im not going to hesitate to buy these again.

Shoes in my line of work tend to be replaced every 6 months and here I am 11 months into wearing these and im just now buying a new pair.

I work in plant laboratories & manufacturing facilities and the flooring / pavement is concrete. So, basically, I am walking around on concrete, not working in heavy construction and mud, or cold. I seldom need to do anything that requires extreme bending of the soles.

I had an older tan leather pair of Skechers that fit me well, but the soles deteriorated after 10yr. These fit the same as my old ones. I was a diehard Wolverine Durashocks customer back in 2005-2010, until Wolverine discontinued my model of boot.

I switched to Timberland Titan Pro. This Skecher and the Timberlands are currently my favorites. I like a lot of padding / shock absorbing for concrete, so I generally buy boots with a molded rubber sole.

The downside is that they’re either not able to be resoled, or the cost is prohibitively expensive, as in more than buying a new pair of boots. You can buy these 1/2 size larger and add a Dr. Schol’s 3/4 length stock insole and vastly improve the cushioning.

These boots are not oversized in the length at all. I buy a 6 in most work boots but got a 6. 5 in these to allow for additional / thicker insoles. Pros: 1. Good price. I was able to snag a pair for $52ish shipped, no tax in my state, using coupon and the recent sale.

2. Nice wide and square toe box keeps the steel toe from contacting my toes. 3. Attractive design and leather that looks quality, if a bit soft for hard labor. 4. Reasonable cushioning in the sole and insole.

I put a pair of Dr. Scholls 3/4 length padded insoles in these boots and it makes them feet bouncy like the Timberland Titan Pros I have that cost over twice what I paid for these Skechers. 5. Black color.

There are few women’s steel toes available in black. 6. True sizing, not longer nor wider. If you need W, buying these 1/2 or 1 size up may work. 7. Steel toe is superior to a composite that is compromised after one good hit.

Cons: Not as shock absorbing as I’d like, but I added insoles.

They look great but the problem is, Skechers version of “wide” isn’t wide at all. It is so painful where you toes enter the steel toe box. It is so tight. Also, across the top of the shoe, on the inside where they encapsulated the steel toe box, they put a huge leather seam that rubs on the top and side of your foot constantly.

Even sitting, you will feel the pressure. I know work boots have to be broken in, and the leather will stretch some, but the metal toe box is just way too narrow.

I work in a warehouse and put 8-10 miles on these boots every workday. I’ve had them for 11 months and can’t believe how well they’re holding up! Still look like new! Even the laces are tough as nails! BEST boots I’ve ever bough! Comfortable, durable, good looking, etc.

I walk so much that I need to swap out the insoles every 30 days but the boot soles show almost ZERO wear! I’ve blown through several heels in my socks but the boots are rock-solid! Crazy! Worth every penny!.

Nice enough boots, just didn’t realize I purchased steel toes. They fit well, but weren’t what I wanted and I ended up taking them to my local F&F. They returned them without issue and I ended up getting Men’s Outline Soft Toe Boots.

They didn’t fit as nice (not as wide at the ball of my foot) and weren’t waterproof, but they were the only ones at a price range that they had in my size. I got some beeswax to seal them up a bit. I got them for stomping about in the snow/wet instead of sneakers I typically wear.

I wore them for 3-4 hours this weekend and walked 4-5 miles in them. They weren’t too bad. Good ankle support, good grip and even after stomping through snow, my feet stayed dry and warm enough. It was only 40F out, so not overly cold and I was moving most of the time.

These boots started out great when I bought them in April of 2021. I had to get used to walking with the wedge style sole, not a problem. In August I blew out one of the eye hooks, it literally broke in two, the front away from the back (rivet came undone).

I lived with them that way for another few months. Then in November, the same thing happened, now outside of the 6 month warranty. I took them to a Red Wing store and they told me they could fix them, no problem, only about $6 an eye.

I told them that was a problem for me, not financially, but just the fact they wouldn’t stand behind the craftsmanship. Since the second eye came off, I started wearing my old boots from another manufacturer about every other day.

I barely had many miles put on the Wingshooter. I replaces the laces with paracord after having one lace shred (maybe from the eye?), and decided to do that with all my boots. I had an old pair of Irish Setters that I wore right into the ground, they lasted MANY years, so I hoped to get the same from these Wingshooters.

not the case. If this is how they will hold up, I will never buy another pair, especially with the limited warranty. I’m enclosing a pic of my boots, you can see they have little wear, just missing the eyes.

I was looking for a waterproof boot for the winter months and wanted to try Red Wing or Irish Setter again. I did not have much luck several years ago but now lived in Minnesota and have several Red Wing dealers close by.

I wore these boots for about 4 weeks. I had applied leather conditioners before wearing but they never seem to feel broken in even after several weeks. My feet have never hurt so bad. I went back to the store to see if there was a return option.

I was just a few days past the 30 day guarantee at this point. The manager said there was not a return or exchange option but that he would “make me a great deal on another pair of boots. ” I said I just spent $200 on these and why would I want to spend more money on a another pair of boots.

I have been wearing Thorogood boots for the last 8 years without a single comfort or construction issue. Again I thought I would try Red wing because of manufacturing issues, I was not finding the Thorogoods in my size but needed new boots before the winter came.

I continue to wear them because of the money spent but can’t wait for spring so I can switch back to my Thorogoods. I will never spend my money on another Red Wing or Irish Setter product.

This boot is greatly lacking in performance and fit. I’ve used Red Wing work boots for may years and have been very satisfied with the products I’ve had from Red Wing. However, I regret purchasing this Irish Setter product, in fact this is my first product review of any type which I felt compelled to write because the design is so poor.

My issues mainly revolve around the sole and the fit. The outsole is claimed to prevent mud buildup, which it does at the expense of traction on any surface other than dry asphalt. The tread (if you can call it “tread”) is simply hopeless and I found myself slipping in conditions my Red Wing work boots (designed for use in factory environments with a smoother sole) could easily handle.

Snow, mud, wet/damp grass or any mildly adverse condition and this boot cannot cope. Additionally, the sole is incredibly flexible. So if you intend to walk any distance your arches will quickly tire, especially if any hills are encountered.

The “UltraDry” waterproof membrane may keep moisture out, but it does not breathe well and I would advise looking for a product that uses the original brand of breathable waterproof membrane. Any basic hiking boot works better than the Wingshooter in the above areas.

I found the fit to also be very poor. The volume of the boot is extremely large such that my foot slides from side to side even in a normal width. Since there is no actual foot retention my feet slide forward and the heel is not held in place and blisters easily occur.

Wrapping the laces around the back of the ankle before lacing up the hooks helps somewhat, but it cannot solve this issue; its like wearing a loose fitting leather sock. Since the volume is so large, even with thick socks, the edges of the lacing eyes meet before I can achieve a decent hold on my feet.

I don’t think my feet are difficult to fit as I’ve never had such issues with any other boot before. I have none of these issues with my steel toe Red Wing work boots and have taken to using those in the field rather than the Wingshooter.

I would strongly advise any potential customers to seek a different product.

I really like my boots and the fit is fine. The only thing I don’t like is that the right boot, although laced up tight, has bulging sides. I can’t tighten them up anymore and it’s still loose. The left boot isn’t like that.

It’s weird because the right boot has more of a gap at the laces looking like it isn’t as tight as the left, but it’ll be in fact tighter. I think it was too big of a cut for the side peices. Emailed Thorogood about it thinking possibly another defective pair (the first pair was definitely defective with the leather at the sole bunching up where you foot would bend) I sent those back.

I recon I would expect a little better quality on these boots, but not unhappy with them. They are comfortable. Much more than my Redwings. I think Redwing is a better quality boot once you break them in.

Thorogood is ready to wear right out of the box. All in all, I might buy another pair of Thorogoods, but might try another brand for comparison. Buying boots is a big deal for me. I think others would agree.

Always purchased redwing boots my whole life. When I could not order them online and the closet store is 50 miles away and they would not answer phone so I left message and they never called back I started looking for other brands then my son in law told me about Thorogood boots I checked them out and ordered a pair.

Best choice I made. You have gained another customer for life. They are the most comfortable boots, fit is perfect and construction seems very well. You gained a customer for life. And I will tell everyone.

Have been delayed in writing this review but so happy I received an email to remind me. Well let me start by saying, these boots Saved my Son’s Foot! My son is a Local 5 Iron worker, and since his Apprenticeship started, he has worn these boots.

Well worth the money! My son will be finishing his Apprenticeship June 2022, with his foot intact Thanks to these boots. He recently (June 9)had the unfortunate accident, while moving a pallet Jack onto a hoist.

The pallet Jack slipped off the 2×4 needed to load the Jack onto the hoist. (Safety Flaw-now noted), and it slipped onto his foot. While this accident could have had a worse outcome this Steele toe boots Saved His FOOT! Since this accident, the Safety Inspector asked if he could have the damaged boot as a Safety Demonstration, as to why Steele toed boots are required.

Got these boots because I’m a doc fan, they have a zipper (saves a lot of time), they seemed like solid, high quality boots etc. The good is that they look great (as a woman with small feet some boots can look clunky and ridiculous), the zippers have been a real time saver, they hold up really well in the field (I work on a construction site).

They are heavier than most boots but of course you get used to it. They were a little rough to break in also, took a couple weeks, first few weeks they tore my ankles and toes up because they were super stiff.

My main complaint though is that however the soles are made they retain and soak in a lot of the moisture inside the shoe so they get stinky so so incredibly fast and now every time you where your shoe, your toes smell like that and for me that’s a deal breaker.

I’m a snell person I guess but I had my previous Timberland Pros for 3 years before they started to stink and I only had these docs a few months before the stink set it. I can’t stand that smell every time I remove my shoe so for that reason I’ll be switching back, but without the smell issue, it would have been a hard choice to make.

I bought these for my bakery job, as we have really slick floors in our kitchen. These babies don’t slip on dish water OR coconut oil! They’re definitely heavy with the steel toe, and that took time to adjust to.

I’ve been wearing 2 pairs of socks to break them in, and have only gotten one blister (and that was after a 9 hour shift). They’re definitely a little big, but I’m a half size so i usually size up. The double socks help with the extra room (very roomy) but I am glad I sized up instead of down.

All in all, a great investment. I’ve worn these almost every day since I bought them. Great boot!.

These were a fantastic purchase and allow me to show off a little bit of my own style, while still maintaining safety in the lab! I got the same size as my three pair of 1460s, and they feel smaller and much more restrained in the toe box.

I think the steel toes are more restrictive, whereas the regular boot would wear in a little easier. I’d recommend possibly going up a size from your regular Docs size, if your regulars are slightly tight and/or want to wear thicker socks.

Despite this still, a fantastic choice for a safety boot.

Excellent boots. Bought them for work and have not been disappointed. A little more expensive than other brands but completely worth it. Not as bulky as some other steel toe cowboy boots, these look good enough to wear anytime.

Very comfortable and have a great insole. Size runs a little large, I had to buy 1/2 smaller than I usually wear. Best part, made in USA!.

The look, materials and features of these are still great as expected from Double H. I had a 3yr old pair of “Grahams” from them that I absolutely loved for the fit. They have made some changes to the seam on the welt and now have a removable insole.

This has made a significant change to the way they fit. 11D used to be perfect but on these new ones I have had to remove the insole to get an acceptable fit and its not what they used to be. The width is good now but they feel sloppy in the heel.

Maybe an 11E would have worked better but I thought they would break in enough after a couple weeks to be good. Not the case. With the removable insole in there it seems to raise up my heel enough where it never really settles in.

Be aware if you are borderline on width. I wish Double H would have left the inside of their boots the way they used to be with just leather and cloth. Beyond the insole issues, they’re great all season work boots.

The ICE soles work really good in the winter until you get them smoothed off, and then they’re still ok. The pictures on this listing show the older style construction.

I bought these for my husband because he blows through shoes so fast and has too big of a shoe size to shop in store. So far they have lasted through rain, snow, and miles and miles of walking without hurting his feet, so i call that a win! They were a little long for him but not so much his feet are sliding around.

Would recommend oiling the boots first thing as they are a bit brittle out of the box. I will definitely buy these again when he eventually puts holes in these too!.

The boot is well constructed, nice appearance, however, after a days’ wearing, I had blisters on my heels and the outside bottom of my ankle bones, both sides, were rubbed raw. I’m a lineman for a utility company and I was hoping to wear these when I was doing installations & would not need the high-top safety boots I normally wear when climbing poles.

I cannot return as I wore them and the money spent, $100 + went out the door.

Sizing is pretty true. I wear wide width and are a hard find so my options are usually limited. Nice boot but definitely plan on changing insoles right away, stock are very thin and give a false feel to the boot.

A good insole changes everything.

Bought these boots based off 100 dollar allowance from company per year just too try. The boots are good quality but very soft leather. They do seem too run large in size compared too the Carolinas i also wear.

These boots were extremely comfortable for the first couple days and are now hurting my feet. I ordered inserts to try with them but wouldn’t recommend when spending this much on boots.

I bought a few weeks ago and so far it’s ok, be careful when your on oily, smooth metal or smooth hard surfaces like painted concrete on the toe’s outsole because, you will lose traction at the front quarter of the outsole underneath.

Also the website says 1. 10LB, it’s actually 1. 45LB per Boot so keep that in mind when purchasing. Waterproof as advertised but have not tried going in puddles deeper than above the laces.

Used daily 8hrs, mowing, maint dept, indoors and out, snow plowing, walking. This is my second pair I owned. Only problem was the sole unglued from the boot on my last pair. Great boot, comfortable, and will but again.

Wish they were composite and stitched and glued at the sole.

I bought this boot about a month ago for my husband and so far it’s been a great purchase. He works outside in the snow and mud so he needs an insulated, waterproof, and comfortable boot which this boot provides.

A Christmas gift for 2021 was a first ever pair of Irish Setter boots. Having worn half cut to full height boots. steel toe or otherwise for over 50 years I’d like to comment that the fit and comfort is good but agree that even “mild” kneeling for home use now has seen premature wear for not just the toes but heels in my garage areas.

After 2 months use it seems excessive vs 2 years of actual outdoor use others seem to have done. My biggest issue is how this style of shoe is laced. The lace is a round, make it a 4 sided cord that won’t be found locally at any shoe store.

It comes with 4 lower eyelets leading to a leather formed over loop to draw the lace through prior to winding it around an upper brass style hook and then tying it. Not once have I not had to stop and re-tie the lace as it doesn’t seem to draw tight enough.

I see the formed over leather loop as a further weak spot as the sawing action of the lace being drawn thru it will no doubt eat thru this loop. A unique and proprietary type shoe no doubt, if not a Christmas gift I would have questioned buying a boot like this and can’t help but wonder “why” Irish Setter (Red Wing) opted for this style in what appears to be 3 different models of boot at first glance.

This is for the Ely leather work boot, not the hiker. 1st. Out of the box, this is prob the most uncomfortable boot in the world. The leather upper is super stiff and the rubber sole is super stiff as well.

The insoles that come with the boot, red wing should be ashamed of. That in sole causes more pain than anything. Left over card board would be more comfortable. Despite what red wing store employee stated, it doesn’t take a week to break in, it takes months.

Months of your feet hurting. So once you get past the initial month break in and get a good insole, I went with protalus, the boot actually becomes a good work boot. I’ve been wearing my current one for about 18 months, applying the red wing mink oil once a month, and they have held up pretty well.

I’m getting some seam splits and they are starting to crack at the toe bend, where the leather meets the sole. 18 months is fairly good for me, I work at a concrete plant, and between cement powder and constantly being wet, boots normally don’t last a year for me.

Yes, with full leather uppers, the boot doesn’t breath very well, so your foot with sweat a little during warmer weather. I just combatted that with some Vermont wool socks. I wear darn tough Vermont wool socks.

So I just ordered another pair. I also ordered a new protalus and plan on putting some leather oil on them as soon as they come in, hoping to break them a little different this time. Will prob try to red wing oil them every 3 weeks, and maybe at the toe bend, every other week.

I bet if red wing put this leather upper on a vibram sole, it would prob be the best work boot ever. It needs a better outter sole and Def needs a better insole. Throw the insole that comes with the boot, right away.

Bought these a little over 2 years ago. Let me preface this by saying I am a backcountry hiker typically walking my dog daily in every condition so a hiking boot style is what I wear. I’ve gone thru many different brands over the years of numerous styles all allegedly waterproof, some all leather, some a combination leather/for sure, typically I get a year or so at best until the bonded sole or the waterproofing fails.

Have a pair of Irish Setter Elk country hunting boots which I really like so went to this brand for the hiking style even though I was apprehensive regarding the bonded soles. Break in period was tolerable, boot is comfortable all seasons sole held up well and waterproofing was good until seam at upper toe section failed and some leather cracking appeared despite numerous Sno-Seal and Mink oil applications at toe flex point.

I would still say the durability was very good and they may even be repairable and put back into service although it appears they are now prone to water permeation. Even though I’m ordering the Ramsey 2.

0 as a replacement for the sewn leather welts. A decent boot for the money don’t waste your money on other boots they just can’t cut it.

These are excellent work boots. They are very comfortable from the start. They are also durable and stands up to hard use. Never had a leak even when standing in hot water with the soles submurged. Traction is excellent and on concrete and steel decking.

The only issue I had was that the rivets were not flush on the inside of the boot and would irritate the top of my feet. I used a hammer and a block and pounded the rivets flush. The boots feel great now.

This happened on two pairs I have had.

I came here to buy wide boots because they are too difficult to find elsewhere. I normally wear 4E shoes, but this 3E is fine for me. SO MANY shoes make my feet feel like they are cramped, so having something really wide was extremely important to me.

It’s not tight around the outer edge of the foot, the pinky toe, or the top of the foot like so many other shoes are. I would recommend tying the laces tight on the bottom part, but somewhat loose for the top three notches.

Fits well that way. Quality is fine, no defects, as pictured, etc. I should also mention that it comes with soles that have that really nice pad for the heel of the foot. I’ve seen them in certain Newbalance brands.

It’s not gel or memory foam. It compresses and bounces back no matter the usage. It’s the best insole I’ve had for my regular shoes and was delighted to see it in this boot.

I have been wearing boots for 35 yrs. I began shopping at STS and have found fantastic buys. Shoes fit perfectly. I have EEEE width feet And STS carries that width. I have a favorite brand boot that I wear and STS is spot in with that brand as well.

I’m a size 6 and have narrow feet. It is difficult to find shoes my size, let alone steal toe shoes. These boots feel slightly big on the width. If you don’t have this problem maybe the width is just right.

Aside from that they are light weight boots and they are very easy to break in. I’m satisfied with the purchase.

The top two lace grabbers are a little sharp and have split the lace once. Gotta watch for that and needs an ankle loop, otherwise so far so good.

Sheplers did a fine job fulfilling the order. Unfortunately Double H boots have met the fate of selling out to Berkshire Hathaway much like my former boots, Justin’s. This is my second pair of this exact brand and model of boots.

The quality of the second pair is much lower than the first. Typical of Berkshire Hathaway, quality will continue to decline. I switched to Ariat after experiencing the quality decline with Justin. This will be my last pair of Double H.

I found the square toe Double H boots fit better than the round/pointed toe boots. I normally wear an 11, but in the round toe Double H boots I have to go to 11. 5 and then the boot is a little lose.

I purchased these boots in an 11 and they fit great. Also, the folks at STS are great! Only suggestion – you need to alert buyers by email when orders are processed and items have been shipped.

I can not say for sure yet on durability. They lack comfort compared to the twisted x boots I wore for year, but they are made in America so they hold an obvious upper hand to me.

I absolutely love this boot. I have worn the exact same boots for 4 years just different pairs of this boots. I won’t wear anything else at work. I even had a warranty issue a few years ago and Timberland honored it and sent me a new pair.

This is the best boot for work with the best protection and comfort.

very comfortable, well made. I work in concrete construction and boots, no matter how expensive, only last 6 months. My last pair of Timberland pro’s were awful. the leather separating from the sole after only 2 months.

It seems the new process of “gluing” the leather to the soul for a true waterproof seal doesn’t work as that was the second paid of timberlands to do so. These boots are sewn to the sole. lets see how they hold up.

My Ariat workhogs have a more pointed toe, and they start to squeeze my pinky toe a little too much. My Justin square toe work boots seem too big and clunky, they feel like skis sometimes. I had my eye on these round toe boots for a while as a compromise between the two, and finally picked up a pair.

They are great and fit really well. They had enough extra room to fit some gel insoles in. They are quicky becoming my favorite. I oiled them up with Red Wing Boot oil and they broke in quickly. The heel is more subdued and so they are not as loud on hard floors.

I get tired of my work boots making alot of noise on tile and hard surfaces. I really like to sole, good traction in dirt and mud, but fairly easy to clean too. I grew up wearing only Red Wings, then switched to Ariat due to the work hog feeling lighter, and now I am definitely a big Justin fan for work boots.

So far the Justin boots are holding up well. These are a replacement for my chore boots on the farm. So I am still breaking them in. I usually purchase Ariat boots, but I saw these and thought I would give them try.

The boot fits well, I wear boot socks, and are comfortable to walk in. Appears to be of sturdy construction. The leather on the lower half is easy to clean and keep maintained with some saddle soap and elbow grease.

The tread on the soles are decent for farm chores. For the price, they are, so far, an impressive work boot. In the past, I have had issues with Justin cowboy/ranch boots. Leather was to soft, stitching became undone, and the soles wore too quick.

But I believe these boots might be a keeper. Will let you know.

I have been wearing Justin boots for about 18 years and they have gone down will terribly. I bought my size and could not get my foot in the boot. Shelper’s was fantastic handling the refund. I got with Justin about the issue and their response was a certain type of ES series boots were running a half to one whole size small, try something else.

I am not sure knowing a boot or several types are small coming out of the factory and not letting retailers or consumers know is how quality companies operate. Letting a factory put out off spec products seems like poor quality management.

I don’t recommend Justin or their many other brands.
