20 Best Lip Liner To Prevent Feathering (2022 Updated)

As a former manager and makeup artist for a top brand cosmetic line that has been a Revlon customer for well over 20 years. I found the Colorstay line comparable but cheaper in price and loved it for many years but I have to say that when you changed your formulas that no longer rings true and unfortunately I will move on to another line.

My disappointment lies not only in the new formulas breaking, not lasting and no longer has staying power and the colors are truly just not good any longer. I have used the revlon eyeliner in every shade and loved them all for years but what I found is that when applying the liner the tips of the liner just keep breaking off, doesn’t apply smoothly nor smudge well, (the new angle smudger is awful) product no longer last, instead of my liner lasting well over a month, Im lucky to get 2 weeks.

at first I thought I just got a bad one in which it does happen but it happens to them all and I now have wasted more money for a product that doesn’t last. The lip liner shades no longer good, I’ve used nude a daily neutral and the new formula the shades dont match up and the color is now awful, and the product just breaks off so again in 2 weeks, Im ready to replace, the formulas no longer last and the shades are way off.

The eye shadow well, not pigmented again a waste. I wanted so badly to keep using for Revlon is all I’ve known and loved for so many years but unfortunately color stay no longer lives up to its name.

These days consumers cant waste their money on products they have to replace constantly, time to find another brand. Very disappointed, what happened Revlon? your products were great! Now former customer.

I’m only giving the new formula One Star because I can’t give it zero Stars! I have been using ColorStay lip liner for years and absolutely loved it and recommended it to all of my friends. Until you change the formula.

The old formula was firmer and stayed on all day! I never had to replace the lip liner during the day, I just renewed my lipstick after eating or drinking etc. I wore the Natural and after applying my lipstick you couldn’t even tell I had lip liner on! But it did its job.

My lipstick never feathered. The first time I bought a tube of the new formula and applied it, I knew it was a disaster. It is soft, it smears, and it doesn’t prevent my lipstick from bleeding at all! Immediately purchased all of the old formula I can find at my local drug stores and Walmart and Amazon.

Now I’m down to my last tube of the old formula, and dread the prospect of having to work my way through hundreds of lip liners on the market to find one that’s comparable to the old Colorstay in quality and price point! Revlon, pleeeeeeeease bring back the old formula!!!!!!.

First let me start by saying that if you a beginner looking for a lip product that has high pigmentation, zero transfer and affordable pricing, blindly go for Milani lip products. They are just amazing! You will simply love their collection.

This lip liner is a staple for me, everytime I want to go out I use the liner first before applying the lipstick and I have the color on my lips for the entire day. Thank you Milani for the lovely lip products.

This really deserves a five-star rating, but the sharpening issue brings the score down. If this were retractable or easily sharpened, it would be *legendary!* It’s smooth (its softness means the tip breaks off or rounds out quickly, hence the sharpening problem), glides on easily, has no discernable [to me] scent or taste, and it keeps whatever lipstick and/or gloss you wear neatly within bounds.

I used to maintain a matching lip pencil liner for every one of the more than 30 lipsticks that I own, but that got expensive and cumbersome. Also, since I’m in my mid-50s, I find that colored lip liner can look a bit harsh.

The anti-feathering liner is absolutely transparent, giving your lip color that “perfectly-in-place” look without lines. Even better, it’s cruelty-free (a must for me) and inexpensive. If the sharpening problem were resolved, Milani wouldn’t be able to keep these in stock.

I have found that rotating the pencil as I apply it does help somewhat in maintaining the tip, but I still wish this pencil were easily sharpened.

Milani Anti-Feathering Lipliner is one of very few I have used and is a favorite. I use this brand because it applies well and does not smudge easily. I am a big fan of Milani products for their price and quality.

Milani is not a brand that is easily found in my area but when I do, I am sure to purchase this lipliner if it is available. Milani is comparable to some of the more expensive brands of lip liners I use and does not cause any irritation or drying to my lips which is very important to me.

I would recommend this product.

This is my absolute favorite lip liner out of dozens I’ve tried. It is richly pigmented, super creamy but extremely long wearing. I’ve never found another lip liner that was this creamy and stayed on the lips forever like this one does.

It doesn’t budge, even after meals it’s still there. I fill in my entire lips with it and it’s even longer wearing than a liquid lipstick without the dryness. The key to lasting power is not wearing oils or balms under it so it can really grip.

Once it does, it’s not going anywhere. If I need some moisture, I’ll add a little gloss on the center.

Pro MUA here. When it comes to products, I use high-end brands with price tags to match, along with drugstore options – both new and old. In my mind, if it works, it works – regardless of the name on the label.

That being said, this product is definitely on my list of favorites. It’s a smooth formula that glides on well without being waxy or clumpy. It’s sooo creamy that it will smudge out beautifully if you want a Smokey eye.

My favorite way to get a true smokey eye is to start from the lash line and work my way out – with the darkest, most intense pigment being on my lash liner and the lightest on the outer edges of they eye, versus doing a heavy full-lid or darkening the crease of the eyelid.

The pencil works so well for that. I apply one eye at a time so I have time to smudge it out smoothly and evenly before it sets. Once this formula sets in place, it’s THERE! It’s so rare to find a liner that is truly waterproof or even water-resistant, and this one is the closest thing you’ll find.

When you’re building a dramatic eye from the lash line or even just wearing a winged or graphic liner, it’s crucial that the liner itself stays where you put it. This formula does that. You can even use it as a base and apply powder shadows on top for more punch, but you definitely don’t NEED the powder because the liner itself is super pigmented.

It smokes out on the bottom lash line so well, and because it is truly a waterproof liner, it’s also one of the few pencils that will last on the waterline all day long. This is by-far my favorite pencil liner, and I have it in several different colors.

I highly recommend this product and keep it in both my personal and professional makeup kits. It’s worth every penny this is a “splurge” (that’s not even truly a hefty splurge) that is leaps and bounds above any dupe or other competing product.

If you’ve used and liked either the Marc Jacobs creme eye liner pencil (RIP 🪦) or the Makeup Forever Aqua Resist Color Pencil eyeliner, you will LOVE the UD 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. If you’re in the fence, buy it.

Just do it. Trust me.

I was beyond thrilled to have been selected to try this out! I know these eyeliners aren’t cheap, so I never splurge on things like this unless I see reviews etc. From the time I opened the product this was a mess.

I received Electric Empire, which has glitter of some sort in it. I also have hooded eyes, so having a colorful eyeliner vs fighting with eye shadow had me SO excited. as soon as I opened the product, the entire tip of the product snapped right off.

No way to sharpen, either, so I attempted what I could with what was barely left on the pencil. This was so easy to glide on first attempt, however without the point on the liner itself I can’t speak for creating fine lines etc with this pencil.

I was able to get enough product to halfway complete one eye. The color is a beautiful, mermaid teal/green/blue color with golden glitter. In different lighting it actually seems to color shift, and the pigment did pay off for sure.

The glitter, however, caused MAJOR fallout and glitter creasing due to my hooded eyes. Dry skin rubbing did not remove the product or smudge it, but the second my hand started to sweat, it smeared. In less than an hour.

For $23 USD a pencil, I was expecting quite a bit more out of this, like a sharpener built in, but its not. Yes, it was very easy to apply, but as I said, this formula is so creamy to spread/blend that it practically destroyed itself when I tried to swatch it.

It did have smooth application as claimed, vibrant color payoff as claimed, and cruelty free, but when it comes to lasting all day, smudge/waterproof, I don’t believe it’ll hold up on its own. Once again, the glitter fallout, that I still haven’t figured out how glitter is falling out of a cream pencil, is insane.

All over my face, hands, anything that came close to the pencil now has golden glitter. I truly don’t know on this product, especially for the price point. So excited to defeated right on camera for everyone to see.

I’d try to snag a travel size or a cheaper version before committing to the claims made for this product. It is very pretty, though!.

Absolutely love this eyeliner by Urban Decay and I always have one or two colors in my makeup bag! My go to color is the classic black (Perversion) and it really helps to make your eyes pop and makes your mascara look even bolder.

This pencil is super smooth and it glides on and blends effortlessly. The pigment is super vibrant and doesn’t dry out or crack after applying like some other pencil eyeliners out there. I usually used this eyeliner primarily on my waterline but switched to their Waterline Pencil for everyday use—however I still like to use this one when I want an even bolder look since it’s a bit thicker line.

If I want to use colored eyeliner, this is the brand I reach for and Goldmine is one of my faves. My only complaint with this eyeliner is that the cap somehow falls off quite often no matter how hard I press the cap down and the actual eyeliner falls out into my makeup bag.

I started having to put it in a separate baggy within my makeup bag to keep this from happening. Also, if you decide to purchase this eyeliner, do yourself a huge favor and make sure you also purchase their Grindhouse Eyeliner Pencil Sharpener, because you will not find another sharpener that will work and you’ll end up wasting a TON of product.

With Urban Decay’s sharpener, it’s super easy and you’re not wasting anything. Overall, I highly recommend this eyeliner. It’s high quality and it’s not too expensive. My favorite colors are the black and white version, along with Goldmine Try it out! :).

I have used this liner and color religiously for over a decade and wore it every day. The last few times I purchased it I have been very disappointed with the change in hardness of the pencil. It is now made so soft I have to sharpen all the time and I go through it in a month.

I thought it may have just been the individual pencil, but it was the same with the next two I bought. I have to apply it very very lightly as to avoid bending the color stick ‘point’ and/or get a dark blob on my lip.

Wasting a lot. It does not matter if the climate is warm or cold. Why did Dior make this change to a perfect product? I cannot use this anymore. It was a great product until this change was made.

The Dior lip pencil has a lovely creamy texture and just glides on. Amazingly, it really does stay on, and is transfer resistant! Oh joy!! My only disappointment was I thought it was going to be more ginger in colour – the pencil nib colour shown on the Dior website looked exactly what I wanted, but in reality, it was more of a deep plum/pink colour on my lips.

But saying that, I have just ordered another colour from the range in red. This is a truly fantastic lip pencil and IT REALLY STAYS ON!!! And it came in a glorious Dior gift box and ribbon. Great service!.

I’ll be honest, I REALLY wanted to love this, but I am not impressed. I bought this as a recommendation from a YouTuber in the shade Jungle. I love that it comes with a brush at the end. The colors are very pigmented, which is fantastic, but being that the formula is very very creamy, it causes an issue for me of feathering.

If you are younger, this might work for you, but I’m in my early 40’s and I do have a few fine lines around my lips. No matter what u do with this, I end up with feathering. I LOVE Dior and I adore many of their beauty products, but this isn’t one I would be repurchasing again.

The packaging was such a turnoff, but the quality is phenomenal! I’m beyond excited, that I tried this. Terra Cotta is simply gorgeous! I just bought some more products from this brand’s website, so I could use a 25% off discount code.

I am truly mind blown! If they changed the packaging, this product would be for sale at luxury prices. The packaging is literally the only downfall for this brand. I highly recommend this USA brand!.

This is my favorite color from the Zuzu Luxe lipliners. It’s a gorgeous pop of color for light skin that manages to look so natural. The lipliners are my favorite from this brand. Highly recommend!

I think they are working on a new formula for the Zuzu lipliner because it seems like they have changed something. The color is different and it applies more evenly. I’m not sure what it is, but I like it! It’s a great lipliner.

I bought this lip pencil in the shade 08 Spice. I am obsessed with the shade, texture, how long it lasts and everything about this liner! I also love that it comes with a lip brush side. I paired it with a light layer of the in the shade Pillow Talk.

This lip pencil reminds me a lot of the because of the shade, but I would say that the is smoother and softer on the lips. Definitely would repurchase this lip pencil because it is prime quality. Totally justifies the price!.

I love this product! The lip liner is creamy and doesn’t drag on the lips, the lip brush is a good quality and if you’re stuck for space in your bag, you can load the lip brush with lipstick and because it has a cover; you can use the lip brush for a refresh instead of carrying a lipstick! It never disappoints me I always get the quality, and I love the fact that Estée Lauder Holiday giving us a really great packaging I never throw it away when they MT I do keep them. This lip pencil is absolutely stunning I use it on my lips alone and just put a niceLip gloss on top and it gives me this amazing finish but sometimes I would put on a lip balm and then put this on top and I have a picture that I posted on my Instagram I will upload now for you to see it’s absolutely amazing so whether you’re a medium to darker skin tone this can go as a lip color, without a lipstick.

However you do have to sharpen this almost after every single time you use it. But if that’s not a dealbreaker for you you will love it.

Excellent lip pencils with very beautiful shades, excellent pigmentation and durability. They stay on the lips almost all day and are able to withstand several snacks. A great option for a date 🙂 I prefer to apply the pencil completely on the lips, and then cover with lipstick or gloss.

Although this option requires a good hydration of the lips with a balm, but it’s worth it and you can forget about lip makeup for a very long time. I recommend it!.

Usually my experience with By Terry products is either very good or very bad. These pencils are from the very good side. They are smooth, buttery, non-drying, have a good staying power and fade away well, bot leaving you look awkward.

Rose contour is very neutral for rosy lipped girls.

I bought the Dolce Plum on sale and am very pleased. Gorgeous colour with a deep, long lasting pigment. Goes on smoothly due to its creamy texture but stays in place. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it comes with a bonus sharpener.

Definitely a top end product.

The lip liner was OK. Fantastic color but I didn’t really like the mint aftertaste. If they could make the product a little less dry feeling and take away the meant it would be perfect. The color stays pretty well.

I do recommend it.

Easy smooth application + super comfortable. I use Aveda’s lip balm before applying liner/lipstick, so don’t experience any dryness or uneven application. I have all the colors (other than pomegranate – sold out) & and they are fun & pretty!.

The Raisin is a nice subtle red that blends well with most reds. I use it all over as well as for lining, the creamy consistency makes it work well for both. Unfortunately it’s this same creaminess that leaves it with a bit less staying power hence the four instead of five stars.

Still a really nice product and the Raisin is a nice neutral softer red.

Listen! The quality of these products are the best. I love the way it glides and shows up on the lips like fine wine. No stickiness nor build up. I LOVE THEM ALL. The lip liners are very bomb; the way it glides and outline with the first try.

Like most you have to run over the line of the lip. With THE LIP BAR products you don’t. This is gold here. Keep making the products. This is like my third buy within days or a week apart.

I absolutely am in LOVE with my straight face lip liners that I purchased a while ago. The liner goes on with ease and blends in perfectly with the matte lipstick. It is so worth the price because it goes on and stays on until you take it off.

First time buyer: Loved the color and was going to ve a repeat customer BUT when I went to sharpen the product fell apart. First, the container is so stiff it didn’t sharpen evenly and secondly the product is too soft inside that it just falls apart.

Sorry, but it has to be better. I support BOB at every opportunity but I was disappointed. If, they improve the product, I will be back.

I am more of a nude lip kind of girl but I have to admit I felt adventurous when picking this shade I was gifted by Lawless Beauty and ended up falling in love with it. This shade “Burnished” looks so nice against my complexion.

It looks bold on me but not crazy and I actually like to use it alone outlining the lips and then filling them in. I don’t like bright reds. This is a nice deep, dusty brick color, love it! As for the formula it is super creamy so you have to be careful when lining the lips.

Once the formula set, it didn’t feather out and it was very comfortable. It does transfer very lightly when I dab my lips on a napkin, but the pigment stayed in place. I really like the formula and will be purchasing one of the lighter shades to wear along with my every day lipstick.

This lip liner was gifted by Lawless Beauty. I have the shade Honey Rose, which is the perfect mauve with a brown undertone. This shade is versatile and universally flattering for a winds range of skin tones.

I love using this lip liner with so many different shades from nude to pinks. The lip liner is very creamy but you can still get a defined line from it. The creaminess allows you to blend the lip liner for a softer look.

Once this lip liner sets, it lasts for hours. It’s very pigmented and a light touch is all you need to get this liner to trace your lips. Love this lip liner and I highly recommend it!.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and had high hopes. One said this was a cool toned pink and it is not. It is a warm nude pink I have a fair to light cool skin tone (1R03 ) and this looked horrible on me (a bit orangey on my pink lips).

I did like the creamy consistency as it was not drying (like most others). Some said it was too creamy but I didn’t find that to be the case- it was perfectly creamy. I can’t say anything about longevity since the shade didn’t work I didn’t wear it more that a couple hours around the house.

It came off when I ate like any other non long wearing/waterproof brand. I would def purchase again if they had a shade that suited my skin tone. Until then.

The Laura Mercier Lip Pencil is a great lip product to line your lips and to be worn alone. The packaging is elegant and classy with the color tip on the end of the pencil. I enjoy the reflective design and typography on the lip pencil.

The pencil is very easy to use to complete your full look. I have a few colors in my collection, and absolutely love them. I prefer to wear them alone because they have good color payoff. Great companions for Laura Mercier lipsticks.

In terms of the finishes, I noticed that I have a few mattes and satin. I prefer mattes for the long staying power. For cost, they are at the mid range in pricing which they tip the boat on higher end to compare to other higher end lip pencil on the market.

I enjoy the few in my collection.

Love this lip liner. I was recently watching videos of celebrities doing their makeup. One celebrity used this lip liner in chestnut and I had to get it. Not only is the colour gorgeous but it lasts ages! The texture is on the rougher side.

Not an easy glide which isn’t a problem for me. But it just means you have to be more precise with how you apply it. Definitely will purchase other shades in this range.

I love this colour (it’s like a rosy brown nude) and it wears so comfortably. I don’t need a lipstick on top of this and it doesn’t look too dry like other lip liners. In winter, I just tab some lip balm onto this and it wears like a really nice lip gloss.

It also functions well to line your lips for more intense colours like red or darker lips, but works well for light or pale colours too. Also it’ll last you for years. I had the same pencil last right up until it was smaller than the cap.

It’s definitely my top lip product and I’d recommend it to anyone. I’ve tried many high end brands (Chanel, Dior, etc) and always come back to this.

This liner has very vibrant color and applies very smooth. It’s lite weight and goes on easily. Works well with lipsticks and glosses. The color last a long time without having to touch it back up. I will be buying more colors.

Love the lip liners So Much! They have lasting color that doesn’t get all “last call” looking after a couple hrs, and are so much fun to play with. My only comment is that i wish there were more colors with semi-mate finish, or even a little shimmer for the cupids bow part of the lip.

I really liked this lipliner, it looks awesome and doesn’t flake off. It isn’t bad but it isn’t out of this world However one lipliner came in 4 different boxes and other packaging, it completely turned me off, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

I will not buy again from this company online until they change their packaging for less waste.

The liner goes on creamy and Adored matches the natural color of my lips perfectly. Wu Me was too peachy/beige for me. I feel like it’s easier to figure out the true colors of each if you go to the Jason Wu Beauty website since they have better photos.

Love that this is a clean beauty product. ALSO, like other reviewers, I had a hard time figuring out how to get more product out – there is no part to twist. I emailed Jason Wu Beauty customer service and they said to sharpen down the plastic part surrounding the tip to get more product.

I’m not sure if this will totally ruin my sharpener (and/or the pencil), but I’m going to give this a try!.

This is the best lip liner I’ve ever tried I think. I used to never use lip liner thought that it was just an extra step but this changed my mind! It’s so affordable and the colors are so beautiful! It feels high end! Do not sleep on this product! I own it in 4 shades and I want them all!.

I have light skin and I normally use pinkish shade liner or lipstick. I wanted to find neutral natural shade, but all of them are brown. This lip liner is perfect colour. Love it

This is the first Guerlain lip pencil I have purchased. I was considering the higher price but loved the color in the store. Our Nordstrom just started carried Guerlain make up and I am happy. The liner is beyond amazing.

Very smooth, no feathering and it lasts. Great contouring and I have worn it alone. I have 45 Terra Cotta and people have stopped me to ask about my lips! I was asked if I had them done!! I bought Guerlains lipstick to go with it.

Both are excellent and compliment each other. It is pricey but worth it. I don’t reapply and you can make it intense for night or use it daily. It is my must have and I am getting more! I purchased the push up lipstick & want to try Kiss Kiss next! I do not need a gloss with it either!.

I have used this product for years, I tried other makes for a while but cannot find anything thar matches. I love the colour and texture and its just fabulous.

Wanted to love this but I ended up returning it. The color was beautiful, but the formula was a total miss for me. It’s waxy yet dry, I can’t explain it. Swatched great on my hand but on the lip no. Just no.

I had to really work at it to get it to transfer to my skin, and then the tip of the liner would get crumbly and leave crumbs on my lips. For the amount of work I needed to get it to apply nicely it was just a miss.

Cool concept for a liner but I’m a sharp point kinda girl so it just didn’t work. Go for the Anaheim line instead.

Really loving this lip liner. It is so awesome for many different reasons. I love how the tip is precise, so I am able to control the product and line where I want to. I overline at the center of my top and bottom lip and along the edges of my lips.

Then I am able to easily fill it in and blend it out with the lip brush that’s on the other end. It is seriously a magical product and gives the perfect color payoff. I love putting gloss over it for a glossy look.

I received this product free from Influenster and Too Faced Cosmetics in exchange for my honest review. I received the shade Fierce Vibes Only which is a medium chestnut brown. They sent me the lipstick in the shade Take Over and I do not think these colors work well together.

Maybe it would if the lip liner was a darker brown. The color of this on the brand website on the models looks accurate but the swatch of it by itself on the website is not. I wore this together with the lipstick and experienced feathering.

I wore it on its own, lining my lips and also filling them in and I liked that much better. It didn’t budge for about 6 hours even through a meal and hot coffee. After that I topped it with a lip gloss and then it did wear off but I was pleased that it still looked good and wearable in the way it faded/wore off.

But it does help that my natural lip color is a brownish mauve. I’m not a fan of the packaging in which you click a button on the bottom to make more product come up sort of the way you click a pen or mechanical pencil.

You can’t retract it. It’s a very soft and creamy feeling lip liner as you put it on and dries down quickly to a matte finish. It’s so soft though that I feel like I use quite a lot at a time. When I wore it all over my lips I liked the matte finish because it was not drying.

Perfect amount of creaminess, without being too emollient to increase longevity. Solid nude color for my fair/cool skin. Love the fact that the pencil is automatic and doesn’t need sharpening. This is one of the most saturated lippies I’ve used- too faced lip products are new to me.

I look for the intersection of hydration and long-lasting in my nude lips. This accomplished both. This lipstick could last on its own for 8h with normal amounts of drinking (1 glass of water per hour) and light eating (e.

g. a side salad, but probably not a sandwich) and it’s longevity is enhanced further by the accompanying liner. The color is most similar in my collection to A Mauve Story by Dose of Colors and the opacity is most similar to Bite Beauty’s lipsticks (swatched here in Meringue), but the longevity is better compared to Bite.

Thanks to Influenster and Too Faced for the gifted product – I look forward to repurchasing myself in additional colors, especially a more blue toned nude and red.

I hadn’t bought any new Too Faced products in YEARS. But these were on sale for $12/each and I’m on the hunt for Great lip products! First off, this really is a long-wearing lip liner. It goes on creamy and dries down within a minute and then doesn’t budge for hours.

Just what the doctor ordered. I also love the component. It has a push-up click-button style dispenser. Is super cute looking with the heart on the end. I also like that the lip liner is an almost squared-cylinder shape, so it won’t roll away on me.

I do have a couple minor gripes though. First, is that it’s not easy to apply in a thin precise line. I prefer to wear these as an allover matte lipstick so I don’t mind this too much really. and the 2nd thing is the shade range.

We need more shades please! I would love to see more brownie nudes and purple-leaning grungey tones.

First. THANK YOU for making this a wooden pencil and not plastic! Wooden pencils give you more bang for your buck. Pencils also give you more control over how sharp your tip is. So, thank you again! I like the creamy formula, it’s not drying on the lips, But not quite as hydrating as I’d hoped.

I wore this twice on my lips with nothing else on, and found it lasts about 2-3 hours with normal drinks and light snacking. I can’t see it lasting with oily food. It also smudges fairly easy, so don’t touch your lips once applied.

This is only long lasting (or not) according to your personal definition. I’d rather have it be a creamy and emollient formula whether it lasts or not. I’ll repurchase as soon as they release more cool toned muted shades (brown with purple undertone, purple mauve, muted eggplant purple, etc.

). The current shades aren’t to my liking. For example: Cherished Rose doesn’t match the photo swatch. It has a slight orange rusty hue to it, which doesn’t compliment my neutral and cool skin tone. Please release more deep and muted cool toned shades and colors!.

I LOVE THIS PENCIL. I got it because it was plastic-free, reclaimed wood and CLEAN at Sephora but then I fell in love. The pink is the perfect just a notch above nude and it makes your lips appear fuller.

The color is gorgeous and creamy without any feathering or bleeding at the edges. I tend to have dryer lips and have to re-apply lipliner/lipstick normally. This was hydrating for me! I put it on in the morning and it last about 8+ hours without any lip balm necessary.

I didn’t layer lipstick on top either, it functioned as both. This is the perfect casual / office lip. You could also dress it up with smoky eyes for a night out. I love it. Absolutely love it. I am getting all the colors.

Absolutely wonderful! I love this lip liner. I wear a natural make-up look and the Blissful Blush liner matches my lips perfectly. It lasts all day, but my favorite part is that it does not feather. I like the fact that I can sharpen it to my liking.

However, when sharpening the pencil, the wood breaks and cracks and the tip of the pencil gets jagged edges, so you kind of have to work around that to get a precise line without snagging your lip. That’s the only con about this lip liner, and it wouldn’t stop me from purchasing the liner again.

I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for long-wearing liner that doesn’t transfer.
