I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I am not familiar with the game, bought to give as a gift to my Minecraft fan friend but gosh even I loved the small details in this build!! So I guess, you don’t have to be familiar with the game to enjoy this build! Pros: they added a very sweet add-on for growing plants in the barn! What a cute detail.
Another thing I liked the farmer hats are removable!! I don’t I like that when they add more play areas. I also liked that you can fully open the inside and just serves another build to play with. My friend commented that the characters in this build is fun, introduced me to Chicken Jockey with Zombie Hat?! Cons: I just wished the grass area to be larger in terms of the price, they could provide more area for the plants or in general outside.
Second thing, my friend I bought for said they provided the horse and sheep in the same color before so he said it would better in the next set they can offer different color. It is a little pricey, I think they can have larger buys with a little down in the price! Other than that, this set can be adaptable to any other set, not necessarily Minecraft collection!.
Fans will love the realistic features, such as the rear engine that folds up and down for flight and landing, a detailed cockpit, and a jail cell to imprison Omega. There are 4 LEGO Star Wars minifigures of Cad Bane, Omega, Fennec Shand and Hunter with cool accessories, plus a Todo 360 LEGO droid figure to inspire imaginative play.
A fabulous gift idea for trendsetting kids, this construction toy comes with step-by-step instructions so even Star Wars fans who are new to LEGO sets can build confidently. The LEGO Group has been recreating iconic starships, vehicles, locations and characters from the Star Wars universe for over 2 decades, and there is a large assortment of sets to delight fans of all ages.
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is the largest set our family has ever worked on, and it was a blast! My husband and our three boys built this together, and enjoyed every single minute of it.
It was a very complicated set, but in a good way. They have played with Legos for a long time so they are quite good at building. They have watched The Mandalorian and the Boba Fett series together, but getting this set inspired them to start watching the “Bad Batch” series that involves these characters.
They love reenacting scenes from the show with these Lego mini figures. It’s great that it comes with so many! It’s truly amazing how detailed and complex this ship is. I would absolutely recommend this Lego set if you have a Star Wars fan in your home!.
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Moving past the obvious crazy overpriced price tag, this Star wars Lego set is pretty cool. My son absolutely loves it, and won’t put it down.
It has a couple movable parts, and hidden compartments that make it more realistic. My issue with the actual building design is that the whole back looks very unfinished, like no one is supposed to look there, or they gave up at the end.
The front and top look super smooth and sleek, so why no the whole ship? The Cad Bane figure is the best part of the whole set.
This set wouldn’t have been too bad around the 130-140 mark. Now at 170 its incomprehensible why one would buy this set at retail without having a gift card to supplement the overpriced set. Barely has 1k pieces and the figure selection, while interesting, does not help justifying this unjustifiable price for this “justifier”.
I’ll likely use a gift card if I ever want to buy this set, but until its discounted I would never pay in full for it. LEGO has really messed up with this sharp increase.
Super cute submarine. This was one of the easiest Lego builds ever! the packages were used completely before needing a new package! Do not remember that happening before and I have assisted my 6 year old numberous builds.
I love this Lego! It goes so well with my collection of large figures from Yellow Submarine. I missed this set when it was still part of the Lego line, so bought it when I could on eBay, after it was discontinued.
It was straightforward and easy to build, while using many parts that, for me at least, were unique in my Lego experience.
This was so much fun! It’s incredible how minutely detailed it is, on the inside especially, and, needless to say, it is an exact copy of The Beatles’ submarine. The instructions are very easy to follow, and you can build it in a couple of hours.
And even though I kept on thinking: “But I’ll never see all the interior details!”, in the end you find out you will! A great present for a fan of the Fab Four, and for children who have seen the film or know the song, at least.
The rest will miss half of the fun. A big thank you to my wife who got it for my 50th birthday!.

Great for those neat builders who keep track of their toys and like making things. This was a first set purchase to try out. Worth it. Will be buying other sets in the future to complement and begin a collection with legos.
Formerly used duplo, recommend that for our younger crowd.
This is an excellent little Lego set. It has three different builds you can make with the bricks. Once the builds are made the child can make whatever their imagination wants as well. At my house we love all things Lego and this was no exception to that.
Incredible. This set is perfect in every way. The bikes are of wonderful and intricate construction, and the minifigures are so detailed; they look exactly like their counterparts in the film. When my brother and I first saw Tron: Legacy when it came out, we both agreed (at the time) that there should be Lego sets.
Of course there weren’t back in 2010. It was a perfect gift for that brother, and the memories came flooding back. Great set!.
I wanted to buy this product for a long time, so I decided that I would have look on Ebay to see if I could find this product and I was very glad with it when I won the bid for it. When it came it was half-built, however all the pieces were there and I was able to build it and add it to my lego collection.

An incredible set of replica models with unbelievable amounts of detail. Being a huge Lego fan and an even bigger car enthusiast, this was an easy choice. The colours, the intricate details and the quality of each model is really impressive.
There were over 600 pieces to put together and the instructions were easy to follow which was a plus. The Challenger was the easier build of the two with the Dragster being slightly more difficult, but well worth it.
The models are a great size and brilliant fun for racing. Pleased they’re collectible as will continue to build.
Usually buy bigger Lego models, but I am a fan of the Speed Champions range. The car was a straightforward and quick build and suitable for all ages. For a small model, I was impressed with the attention to detail and love the striking blue colour.
The figure sits well in the car and the car is good for both play and display, depending on your preference. I would definitely recommend buying this model.

Got this for my grandson who just turned five. He had a great time putting this together, and then playing with it. These small sets of Legos are really a good idea for our family right now. I have three different sets at our house and sent three to his house.
He reads the directions, puts it together, plays with it, and can do it again. For now, we’re keeping the kits separate so he can easily rebuild them following the directions. I’m sure he’ll jumble them all in soon.
But for now, it occupies him and it’s a good learning tool.
I’m an adult who now loves Legos. They weren’t always my cup of tea but then Covid happened and I decided to try it out with my LEGO loving family. Long story short, this was bought in addition to the space station but I was so happy just to build it for the fact of instant gratification but now it’s my little prized possession.
I have built a ton since this little entry level thing.
I watched my almost 4 year old grandson build this by looking at the instructions and piecing together. As hes been building LEGO pieces for quite a while now , he can grasp what he requires to complete.
He needed a little help in pushing some of the pieces together , however he was able to build it and the joy he had from completing his spaceship was wonderful. I recommend this for any budding LEGO enthusiasts.

This is an awesome build. But from having my collection of legos for thirty years plus I thought lego was super durable. I have had two sets now where pieces seems to crack. And some bricks can just snap and crumble in my hand.
A real nice lego city vehicle because the bucket is made from regular bricks & not a moulded part! Easily customizable & upgradeable with a couple of extra bricks! Great size with excellent big wheels – a cracking build!.
My son got this for Christmas and loves it. It looks real and stays together well. He loves to load it and then drive it somewhere to dump. Lots of pieces but the instructions were pretty easy to follow.

Was released earlier then any other place, aswell as a fantastic price Was a fun build- not too challenging with awesome figures and definitely helped with the boredom of being locked inside 10/10 website would purchase here again.

Track down fugitives with legendary bounty hunter, Boba Fett aboard the powerful Slave I! This exclusive LEGO Star Wars model features a rotating cockpit and wings for flight and landing mode, plus dual shooters and hidden blasters to repel attackers.
Reenact the capture of Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back and take off from Bespin with the carbonite-imprisoned Rebel hero in the cargo hold. Includes 4 minifigures with weapons: Boba Fett, Bespin Guard, Stormtrooper and Han Solo.
Very cool set, with great detail, especially the back. Color looks fantastic, wings adjust themselves effortlessly, and solo’s compartment is practical and accessible albeit cramped. Cockpit is very slick too, and being able to rotate the floating platform forwards and backwards is a nice touch.
Though if you want to seat Boba Fett, you’ll have to remove the wind shield. It’s held in place by three pegs that pull outward, not the traditional style hinge. I wish the panel weapons didn’t use simple droid arms as anchors, even if they’re sturdy and work.
But their design doesn’t make for a smooth opening when you want them exposed, or decide to put the panels back flush against the ship. And despite how impressive this is when on display, not something you can pick up and play with using one hand.
Unless you pinch it from the sides, using the black greeble located directly beneath the outermost shoulder blade. But even then, I wouldn’t suggest doing this for a prolonged period of time. All and all, very respectable build, even if it’s more of a display model.
By far my favorite set ever. Huge ship in mini-fig proportion. Fun to build, though it takes some patience and it is not for small children. To pick it up, you have to hold it from the top and bottom or pieces can break off.
It has an awesome stand that easily holds it in a flying position. The detail on this vehicle is amazing, especially the back side. Comes with stickers (yikes) but still a great set. The cockpit holds one figure and can be positioned upright or laying back.
The side flippers rotate by their own weight. Extras: This Boba is the most detailed version to date, with arm detailing like the old collectible from Cloud City, but with the updated look. His jet-pack tank is still too small, but the detailing on his body is awesome.
Stormtrooper is new, the same that is in the Imperial Cruiser set, and looks great, but only includes one. Bespin Guard minifig looks good, but only includes one. If you are a collector or have a place to display this monster, get it now.
This particular set, I believe will be the one to watch when it is retired. I think this set will be a great investment as well as a great build. I can’t wait to see how much this set will actually be worth on the secondary market.
If you want to put or invest your money in a set, this will be one of the greats. I hope many collectors have more than one of these sets, because it will be worth it in the long run.
Rebuilds into a monster truck or a buggy. Features working steering, rear suspension, chunky tires, detailed engine and headlights. Steer clear of off-road obstacles. Cruise over bumpy terrain with the chunky tires and rear suspension.

This is clearly a Triumph Street Triple (2011 or earlier model). The rear suspension travels and has two rubber bands to act as springs. The kit is pretty large, and looks good on display as well! My boys loved it, but I have a Street Triple so it was also a little bit for me ;).
You can also build a scooter or cruiser – but why would you do that instead of a Street Triple?.
Back to the Future fans, weve got the ultimate project for you: the LEGO Back to the Future Time Machine (10300) model building kit for adults. Indulge your passion for one of the worlds most loved movie trilogies, building 1 of 3 versions of the time-traveling car.
I’m sure everyone else is using “Great Scott!” as their review title! But definitely “Great Scott!” is the first thing that came to mind when I heard the news of this set being released. It flew off the shelves so quick on day one.
and so I waited patiently to order it online. and bingo! It’s a fantastic build with absolutley mind boggling ways the unusual ways the angles line up! I really appreciate how it’s not just build and display, but it’s build, display, and then reconfigure to another movie’s version, display, reconfigure again, etc etc.
Great addition for any collector and still offers heaps of play factor for younger builders! All round – a great set!.
Includes a wide range of LEGO bricks in 33 different colors. Features 8 different types of windows and doors with 8 different frames. Special pieces also include 2 different sized green baseplates, 3 sets of eyes, 6 tires and 6 wheel rims.
LEGO Classic is designed to inspire open-ended creativity with the LEGO brick. Special pieces encourage imaginative building play. Build up a storm with this big box of classic LEGO bricks in 33 different colors.
First let me say that I love Legos, have all my life, and have gifted them to every one of my nephews, nieces, and friends’ kids. That said, I unfortunately have to agree with most of the 2 & 3 star reviews here.
This is not a “classic” Legos set. I still remember my first Lego set — maybe 150 pieces, everything was either red or white, and few doors and windows, and a base plate. I *loved* that set, and I still have it, 50 years later.
What was so great about it was that it mostly consisted of 2X8 and 2X6 bricks that let you do substantial sized constructions, limited only by your imagination. THAT was a -classic- Lego set. Today, by contrast nearly all Lego sets are “theme” based.
Some are connected with corporate franchises like Disney products, others are designed around a specific model — like a rocket or a submarine. The problem with these, and with this “classic” Lego set is that the pieces are so specialized, once you build the intended model, there really isn’t all that much more you can do with it.
As “single use” kits these sets are price-prohibitive for many potential users. As a creative, entertaining, and EDUCATIONAL toy, we really don’t need 75 different shapes and 35 different colors. What we need are kits with a substantial number of large bricks — 2×8 is the classic size — that encourage kids too use their *own imaginations* to create constructs.
A set with 200 2×8 bricks, a good sized base-plate, and a few windows and doors is FAR superior to these 800 piece sets where most pieces are odd-shaped and no bigger than your fingernail. I have purchased several of these “classic” sets, but no longer.
What I do now is go directly to the Lego website and order large quantities of 2×8 basic bricks, and make up my own classic Lego sets for gifts. No child that has gotten one of my “custom” sets has been disappointed, and most have continued to play with them well into their teens.
Others may want to pursue this option. C’mon Lego, listen to your customers. Keep selling the themed sets if you must, but give is also a couple of *basic building sets* with a substantial number of *basic 2×8 bricks* and a few other essentials.
Become once again the fine educational toy that you began as, and not so much the shill of the entertainment industry.
Good classic LEGO set, no issues with the pieces, (and who really needs a review on a standard LEGO set? if you don’t know what LEGO looks like, I wish you warm greetings from us earthlings, and enjoy your stay.
)But my review here is about the box: I liked it because it’s a cute shape, and has aesthetic appeal. And it’s slim and fits on my shelf without occupying too much space. The problem is that the smallest pieces (like the little dots, the eyes, the smallest size tiles, the single leg-like pieces, etc.
) get stuck in the wells on the bottom of the box. Also, since it’s deep, the bottom of the box is hard to see in the light – you can’t really hunt for pieces effectively. So we basically end up emptying the aesthetic but impractical box every time we pull the set out, and that makes for messy play and annoying clean -up, plus added tension whenever have a baby over.
And all this makes me more reluctant to pull it off the shelf. So, in short: Quality toy, great set, cute box, dumb box design.
Grandson (5yrs old) mixed all pieces then I parted them by color then he mixed them again! Realized he enjoyed hunting for the right piece. Enclosed booklet is photos so his not reading well was not an impediment.
He constructed a castle then a bus then a house – and now has 8 creations – yes he followed the directions on his own during his quiet time!Tiny pieces mean must keep away fromHis twin 2 yr old brothers – but allows it to be his special toy to use during their nap time!Colors are bright and strong enough to stand up to his stepping on them repeatedly.
Storage container is bright yellow and also sturdy – and has room for even double the amount of legosAfter one month he explained he is advanced and is making his own creations. He’s learning fundamentals of building and enjoying his own creativity -Best gift ever!!! Duplication is a benefit – more creations which can be made!.

This has been one of my favorite Lego sets in a long time. It is small, but feature packed. What makes this set so special is that it harkens back to the old 60’s/70’s era Japanese giant robot anime that I love.
I bought a second set so I could build the other variation of the 3-in-1 kit.
I love the creator 3-in-1 sets because of all the instructions and different builds that you can use with the same pieces. I personally made the dragon but they’re cheap enough that you could buy three sets so you have 1 of each build to display.
I really liked the quality and simplicity of this item. The directions are easy to follow for little ones. The 3 in 1 feature is really cool and creative to keep interest and inspire to make other creations.
The construction project offers a relaxing change from everyday stress and hours of creative building pleasure. This cool model of a pirate shipwreck island measures 59 cm high, 64 cm wide and 32 cm deep.
An impressive showpiece in any child’s room or on the desk Batteries are not required. Lego bricks are enough to provide a captivating building and playing experience. Simply forget all your worries and find your inner peace when building and create a great showcase model! Is this pirate building set designed for a person who does not yet have Lego model kits? No problem.
The set comes with an illustrated step-by-step assembly instructions so that every fan can confidently get to the factory and tackle the sophisticated model.
I don’t usually write reviews but I had so much fun building this set I just felt the need to talk about it. Pirates of Barracuda Bay is one of the best, most satisfying sets I’ve had. When I was a kid, I always coveted the classic lego Pirate ships, but they were a little too pricey for my parents.
Now, I have my own money to spend on legos, so I decided to indulge my nostalgia, and I was not disappointed. This set is gigantic and crammed with detail. Every part of the build is fun and interesting.
Every time I got to a part that I thought would be generic or routine, there was some interesting detail, or unexpected building technique that surprised me. I’m actually curious about how kids would react to this set; it is fairly complicated to build and took me a few hours spread out over three days, but now that I’m done it feels pretty solid, even compared to some sets that are more directly aimed at kids.
You can definitely move the ship around and put figures on it without feeling like pieces are going to fall off, and there are so many details and nooks and crannies that there’s a lot there that would certainly have sparked my imagination as a kid.
My only nitpick is that a couple of the interior spaces are a little bit hard to get at or display, which is a bit of a shame because they’re all delightfully detailed, although for people with smaller hands that might be less of a problem.
I do feel like there are enough pieces in the set that you could probably also modify the ship to be a bit more kid friendly, of you had the patience to experiment. It’s really hard to overstate how much you get with this set.
One thing that’s kind of interesting is that the original Black Seas Barracuda retailed for about $110, and adjusted for inflation that comes out to about $200, and Pirates of Barracuda Bay includes about three times as many pieces as the original that inspired it.
So, it’s pricey, but I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth, and if anything for how much love and detail went into designing the set it’s actually a pretty good price. I highly recommend it of it’s the kind of thing that interests you, you won’t be disappointed.
Christmas 1989 (or perhaps 1990) at my grandparents house, and my poor parents must have had to cram the original Black Seas Barracuda and its massive box into the car on the long journey. I remember waking at 6am, and ripping it out of the box (no awareness of prospective 2020s resale value back then!).
I resisted this tribute set for so long, and even avoided looking at the pictures too closely, or watching reviews on the internet, lest I be tempted. But slowly and surely this set was burning a place in my heart regardless, and I caved in on my 38th Birthday.
I’m glad I avoided looking at the publicity, as building the set and learning the history behind it was a real delight of surprises and discovery, with lots of hidden easter eggs and references back to the old pirate theme (and Islanders!) sets.
The build is a big one, but only occasionally challenging. More a cathartic trip down memory lane, one brick at a time. There are lots of lovely and clever techniques, particularly the anchor system and shaping of the stern section.
Like so many on here, I expected to jump straight to the finished ship as soon as possible, but I was so impressed with the island that I quickly returned to that form, and even bought a 3rd party lighting kit to make the most of it on display! The only negatives are that the ship is difficult to play with and requires some determined modification to get the cannons into the lower deck.
It would also be good to have easier access to the captains cabin like the original Barracuda – removing the rear panel usually ends up with pieces falling off. But overall the brilliant elements of this set make up for these minor shortcomings, and I cannot recommend it enough for fans of the original lego pirates.
I’ve been a fan of the Lego Pirats line for about 30 years, so needless to say, I was really excited to get this set. Aside from the AMAZING 2010’s Imperial Flagship, we haven’t really gotten a proper pirat ship with this much attention to detail since the early 90’s, so this was a much welcomed addition.
First of all, the complete set in it’s entirety is just massive! And there’s so many little details everywhere, that it feels like a small, living Pirat village – with accommodations for the lower-rank pirats, a kitchen, a tavern, captein’s quarters, and much more.
It was so much fun to build and see it all grow in front of your eyes, and how it all comes together works just brilliantly. It is very sturdy overall – both as a ship and as a shipwreck island. I’m unsure as to what I like the most, the ship or the island – both make for truly amazing displays, both in it’s attention to detail and it’s size.
I could probably go on for a long time about how great this set is, neither pictures nor videos does it justice – it is definitely something you’ll have to see in person. I really hope this is a return to form, and Lego will continue with the Pirat’s line, but I’ll happily take the occasional exclusive or ideas set over nothing – even though is hurts my wallet a bit more, haha.
I’ve rarely felt I’ve gotten THIS much value for my money though, the set is just so massive and filled with detail, that I couldn’t be happier with it. I’d also like to thank all those responsible for making this set possible, as my family couldn’t really afford those great pirat ship’s that came out in the early 90’s when I was a kid, but this more than makes up for it.
Well done Lego, a truly fantastic set – highly recommended for anyone into this line!.
A good rendition of Boba Fett’s Slave I space ship. This set is great for play and display. What really got my attention was the Zuckuss character included in this set. Now my bounty hunter collection is complete according the the iconic scene aboard the Executor in The Empire Strikes Back film.
It was a nice bonus to have 4-LOM included in this set. Anyone familiar with the Star Wars expanded universe will know that Zuckuss and 4-LOM are partner bounty hunters. Parents may find the price tag a little high but Toys R US has sale events often for their Lego merchandise.
It was great when I built it and all, and for 100 bucks I knew it was good. But the box was so so so so damaged. And I’m the kind of guy that wants to display the boxes. The set was much better then I expected (as usual with all LEGO sets)so I gave it a 4 but that box was suuuuuuuper bad.
I know it’s probably not your fault cause on the pictures it seens fine so during shipping it probably got harrassed. Also damn dude the box was so very much taped up. It took me 6 minutes to open the box but I can’t blame you, you taped it up good yet it still got damaged badly.
Overall, I really wish the box could come in better condition but the set was beautiful no problems that were yours.
Really awesome set. Took me as someone who doesn’t build Lego that often a good 3 hours to assemble but the process of building it is smooth, enjoyable, not too hard but hard enough to be a good bit of engineering.
I love how the wings and seat where the Boba mini fig rotates with the orientation of the ship. I also like how it has a built in carrying handle to help prevent dropping. My only real nit pick is I would have liked it if it came with a support piece to display the ship upright.
It is possible to do on its own but it doesn’t take much to knock it over. All in all I would highly recommend this set.

Even if you spend an hour trawling the internet for MOC space shuttle designs, you’ll be hard pressed to beat this one — and for the price, it’s a bargain too! The shuttle here is surprisingly well detailed (things like the angled rocket exhausts and the circular crew entry door stand out) and the overall shape is pretty good given the scale.
The fact there’s a working arm, a satellite payload, and (easily removed) wheels adds to the play value. For sure it would have been nicer with brick-built booster rockets and external fuel tank, but transporter lorry is a nice build even if the scale doesn’t really make sense compared with the real space shuttle.
Easy enough to adapt the lorry with a few extra bricks into a separate model and enjoy it for what it is — a pretty decent rendition of a typical American ‘tractor-trailer’ rig complete with air horns and upright exhausts.
I went through and built every configuration of this set, and I have to say that frankly you can ignore all but the flagship shuttle transporter. I will be treating this as if it weren’t even a 3-in-1, because honestly it doesn’t feel like it is.
But, that is okay, because I love the shuttle transporter. The different reds and whites on the truck cabin itself make a beautiful simplistic build, accented by the different blues on the trailer. This transporter itself is a great build that I adore for its color usage, absolutely great.
Not to mention the shuttle itself. With classic white and black colors it forms a simple but effective little space plane. Not only that, it includes an opening compartment to deploy a satellite, a level of detail I didn’t expect.
Only complaint I have is the back of the shuttle is a little strange with the fluorescent orange discs and strange plate jutting out the back, but I just removed the discs.

My first car was my mum’s VW. Red in colour and similar to this LEGO VW. Same vintage. Used it to travel from Melbourne to SA back in the day! Building this model has brought back so many memories of that trip that I loved every second of the build.
I’m impressed with the solidity of the construction and amazing amount of play the model gives. Bonnet and rear engine cover open to reveal the gas tank and spare wheel and detailed engine at the rear.
A little tricky in parts so kids will need a little assistance. Overall a worthwhile buy and the price is excellent.
Sorry for the English. Whilst holidaying in Belgium i wanted to purchase a Lego VW Beetle. The family told me about Misterbricks. Well, i was stunned! The reaction on my inquiry and subsequent excellent service was simply outstanding.
Without doubt a well managed, service orientated business. Misterbricks have a life long customer now, including my daughter in law and youngest son, keen Lego collectors. I wish them the best of luck.
Fairly difficult Lego Beetle. Took me a total of around 10 hours to complete. Once put together it is fairly robust, I haven’t found that pieces fall off easily, and there are plenty of hinged parts too, such as two doors, the front hood and back engine compartment.
Nice bright colours, plenty of differently shaped pieces and some points were particularly fiddly, difficult and frustrating. Would recommend for teenager/adult :).
As each 12 year old boy’s interests and preferences will differ. However, some possible lego sets that would be popular with 12 year old boys include sets based on popular movies or tv shows, such as Star Wars or Jurassic Park, or sets that allow for creative building and customisation, such as the Lego City or Lego Creator sets.
Ultimately, the best way to determine which lego set would be the best for a 12 year old boy is to ask him directly what he would be interested in.
