I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. Ever since January I have been struggling with what I may have to accept is my new normal. My daily walks of 3 miles have been reduced to less than a mile.

My normally 12K daily step count is 3K on a good day but leaves me in pain for a couple days after and barely managing 1,500 steps. For months I’ve been trying to figure out how to get all that needs to be done accomplished even if I cannot hit my fitness goals.

But much of my end of day consists of me grunting, groaning, and even yelping in pain. My husband noticed a couple of months ago that more and more when I am “standing straight” it is more of an obtuse angle.

A friend said her PT suggested this brace to help hers so I have gotten one too. I am bad about remembering to put it on when I start to hurt (as evidenced by my yelping and groaning through making dinner tonight then remembering at the end that I should’ve grabbed the brace!) but when I do wear it in those times it does restrict my motion to prevent me from doing many of the ****** things that trigger the pain.

IT doesn’t help when I twist side to side though. Do not expect it to heal and you should not wear it all the time as it will actually weaken your core muscles thereby being counterproductive. I also cannot wear it while sitting as it just stabs me the same way a corset would, and it gets all twisted and tangled if I wear it while doing a lot of sitting and standing (like when we have to go to a couple of different stores on shopping day this Sunday.

) and it is not a total solution to the pain. That being said, I am able to get more done, I keep my walking posture straight during my morning walks and am hoping as I cause less irritation I might get better results in my efforts to heal.

I have to say, I was not expecting an XL to fit me. I typically wear a 2xl but it may be why it shifts up when sitting and why going from sitting to standing is problematic for me. But I measured from my belly button as directed and it does fit.

I would be concerned anything looser would not provide the support needed.

4. 5 stars The only “bad” thing I can say is that this brace tends to bunch in the front/side, maybe sew some plastic supports to keep it from bunching up a little. ? It’s easily alleviated by readjusting however, being a grocery cashier and in public it is a little embarrassing having to readjust.

Although I may have given Brace Ability another customer in one of my coworkers. After wearing my BA knee brace I found my issue with my knee was made bareable and my knees weren’t the problem anymore,,, my back was acting up, so I purchased a bariatric back brace and WOW what a difference! If you find you are near the cusp of 2 sizes, go with the smaller size, if you want the back support. I made the mistake of ordering the larger size, and found there was not enough Velcro in the correct position to make it tight enough for good support.

Original order shipment was fairly quick, but it took over a week for the post office to return the item for exchange, and a few more days for the exchange item to be shipped. The smaller size gave better support.

Overall I wish there was more Velcro on the sides to give tightening straps more options for tighter fit, but am generally pleased with fit of smaller belt. Thanks.

Many ! I noticed the reviews on Amazon (I know – questionable sometimes) but for about $8 I tried it. Wow. It’s helping ! Seriously. It helps quite a LOT. I’m happy I found it. I know nothing can stop the clock but this sure softens and firms … give it a try.

I noticed there’s one with SPF. Haven’t tried that one yet but obviously protecting this vulnerable area over the years is a good idea.

I just turned 40 and have noticed some slight aging lines on my neck and chest. I started using this product everyday on my neck and chest. Shortly after I only needed it every other day to now once a week.

This stuff really works. Your neck look smoother and moisturized. Due to the ingredient of glycolic acid you do have to wear sunscreen after applying. I do hope in the future spf is naturally added to the product by Gold Bond.

This is a back support. Not big deal, right? Well, when I first got it, I figured it would do its thing and that would be that. I opened up the package and threw it on. Or should I say that I attempted to throw it on.

? Initially, I thought it was too small, as i could not get it wrapped around my “bear preparing for hibernation” mid-section. The initial struggle frustrated me and I figured I would give Ergodyne “heck” for calling it universal size instead of “one size fits most.

” With a few choice swear words mumbled under my breath I tossed it on the passenger seat of my truck and prepared to make do without it. As it hit the seat, a small paper fluttered off the seat and wafted to the ground.

Picking the paper up, I realized it was directions for the back support, thoughtfully provided along with it. Out of habit (I’m a guy that reads everything eventually) I read the directions and realized to my chagrin that the failure of sizing was between my ears, not with the back belt.

After seeing how to properly adjust the fit of the belt I put it on — with a few humorous instances. Everything is adjustable, and relocateable, including the shoulder straps. imagine my surprise when I was stretching the straps over my shoulders and I pulled the front velcro anchor free sending the elastic strap bouncing around.

Once I had the belt on though, It was very comfortable and supportive. This was especially key because my day would be spent moving concrete cylinders. As a construction materials inspector, I often have to make concrete cylinders during pours on job sites.

Once they have set overnight, we have to pick them up and move them to the lab for curing and testing. This means a lot of repetitive motion. properly picking up a concrete cylinder that weighs about 30 pounds is not a big deal.

Now, factor in that it is approximately 50 cylinders, and that you have to carry each one over uneven ground on a job site and place them in a special rack in the back of a pickup truck. There is a lot of bending and twisting and moving and using your back muscles to stabilize your core when you are moving these cylinders.

Normally, it would mean for tired muscles and a dull ache at the end of the day, even with company mandated stretching prior to beginning work. With his support I did not feel the ache even though I had moved a couple of thousand pounds of concrete by day’s end.

The belt did not budge once I had it installed correctly, and it has held up well so far. I use it almost daily, and after I have an opportunity to use it more, I will add further information to my review.

I’ve tried (and returned) several models, sizes and manufacturers of these back braces, all of which claim to provide relief. This one actually works!. Plain and simple! It’s adjustable around your waist and has adjustable shoulder straps.

One word of caution. when you’re considering this. Measure measure measure. I do not usually wear anything that’s 2XL but in this case go one size more than your “measured” waist size so that it will fit over your clothes.

Product failed within 3 weeks of purchase. and only occasional usage. Support stays sewn into the back support area tore through the bottom of each pocket and fell out. First purchase was replaced. Replacement suffered the same fate.

Design flaw renders the unit useless as it no longer firmly supports the lower back.

Is it a great roller? Yes, absolutely. Does that mean you have to pay $37 for it? Nope! Now whether or not your local TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Ross has one of these in stock is up to you to investigate.

Like I said, this was a few years ago; but I encourage you to check them out before purchasing it here. I ordered both the orange regular Grid roller and the Grid X to compare stiffness and I ended up keeping the Grid X only. I found the regular Grid roller to be almost as soft as my old blue foam roller (but the Grid is much better quality).

The Grid X is stiff enough to massage the bigger muscle groups (calf, back). It does not hurt more because it is stiffer (this actually depends on the level of pressure applied, not on roller stiffness).

I find it much easier to use and more effective than a softer roller. I’m very satisfied with this roller and I appreciate the grid pattern.

I have never used a roller to compare it to and found it very helpful. I have got it for the stiff hip flexors that were caused by piriformis syndrome. It is really painful and causes sciatica as well.

These rollers didn’t help with the exact piriformis pain but I have found a way for it to help and it did. First roll hip flexors, then the side hip muscles and thigh muscles. It immediately gives some relief with the tightness (it was always very very tight before I started rolling).

I will then do the strengthening exercises to activate my glute muscles. Overtime my piriformis muscle pain reduced that was going on for 4 months. I just have an injection today as well because the pain isn’t going away and I still have mobility issues but this sure did help calming those tight muscles.

Stop reading and buy this! If you’re reading this you’re might be wondering if foam rolling is right for you- YES- yes it is! I had back problems for years- desk job, working out here and there. This year I had my shoulder blade push a rib out of place (or some weird back thing that made it feel like Satan himself was residing in my core)- went to chiropractor who told me I had to come back 8 times.

At my gym, we use foam rollers after workouts to massage and stretch the muscles. I wanted one for home since it’s also great for self massaging your back, legs, arms, etc, wherever you can reach with the roller on the floor! My gym uses these pro source ones so i bought the same thing.

They are stiff enough that they don’t lose shape and they don’t dent from your body weight. The styrofoam also doesn’t flake and peel so thats great. At my gym we wipe these down with the antibac wipes and those are still fine after being used and wiped multiple times a day.

At home I don’t really wipe it down. It doesn’t smell, and has a slightly shiny smooth surface. Good size and it rolls easily. Satisfied with my purchase!.

I didn’t like the fact that the strip band breaks so easy. I had to keep putting on the strip until I pulled the right spots back on my face, once you put it on an adjusted it you will know haw to use it the next time.

I really like the strips because it will help me look younger to get another job.

Works great if you follow every step. If you leave off any, especially using the tape prior to putting on the item, then it’s not as good. But it really sticks if you follow the instructions. I did have some discomfort on top of the ears by the end of the day though.

They didn’t have my specific brace listed but my brace is very similar to this and also by Donjoy. I’ve had many knee braces after I tore my ACL, LCL, and PCL. I am very satisfied with mine. It keeps my knee stable for the days I’m walking a lot or when I would have to walk in grass or any type of hill.

It fits well and is as comfortable as a knee brace can get. Actually the most comfy brace I’ve had. Highly recommending Donjoy knee braces.

Very good knee brace for my severe ACL knee injury. It is helping with stability and any further damage while I wait for surgery. Hoping it will be good for some light training to keep fitness up. The brace is very rigid to prevent any twisting, but still comfortable to wear all day.

It is quite bulky so will only fit under wider trousers. It must be worn on the skin to grip and fit properly. It takes a few days to get the fit right and to know how tight to do the velcro straps.

I was SO thankful for my donjoy brace. It got me out of that HORRIBLE immobilizer brace I’d been in the first couple months of surgery. I felt like I had way more mobility and freedom and I knew it would keep me safe and protect me from having a reinjury.

I absolutely love this thing! In fact, it is my purchase of the year for 2021. I thought this was expensive for what it was when I first saw it and bought a cheap lookalike from another online store – it was rubbish so I returned it.

I have arthritis in my lower spine and hip (one hip already replaced) and upper spinal issues also which makes movement really difficult. I hoped this would help loosen up the muscles around the affected areas.

It arrived today in super quick time. I immediately opened package and tried it out. Wowser! Unfortunately I initially tried on most painful area, thigh, oh my, was it sore. I swapped the hard attachment for the supersoft and moved to less painful area.

What a difference. If you have any major aches / pains, I’d recommend you use the supersoft attachment first. Strange sensation at first, but it became easier the more I used. I was gradually able to use all over affected areas.

I noticed when out walking my dog later this afternoon that I was walking much better, still painful, but the muscles definitely seemed to be working better. It’s early days, and even if I can’t progress and increase pressure and pulse setting, I think this will be a keeper.

Advancing age and Covid-19 aches and pains combined to leave me nearly unable to move, much less walk. After 3 days of immobility I managed to drive a couple of blocks to the drug store and purchase the Futuro back brace pictured on this website.

I cannot overstate the efficacy of this product – immediately upon donning the brace for the first time, I was nearly pain-free and able to resume normal activities and a normal life. After a few days of wearing the brace, my lower back was able to heal itself somewhat and thus now I only need to wear it when I have pain.

Usually once or twice a week for a few hours each time, I rarely have to wear the brace for an entire day, but now I don’t lift nuthin’ for nobody, not even myself! The brace is available for less than half the price advertised here, but I would have gladly paid 3 times what I paid because the relief that this product provides is priceless.

I previously tried a different brand back support that felt uncomfortable so I decided to give this one a try. This one is very comfortable while providing excellent support. It’s highly adjustable between the two main Velcro straps and the additional smaller ones on each side for a custom fit.

Mine arrived in a lovely gray color which is an added bonus as I thought it only came in white which would discolor quickly with regular daily use. I’m extremely happy with this back support and highly recommend it.

I was in significant pain — back pain and sciatic pain running down the right leg. I wore this brace for one day and the next day my pain was nearly all gone. I was quite impressed and, most of all, relieved.

I can’t say it has provided a complete or permanent fix, but every other day or so I wear the brace for about 4 or 5 hours (from dinner time until bedtime) and I really feel the difference. I would definitely recommend this item.

The foam material is great. Compared to other makers of this product the Velcro strap is very short. On other neck braces that I have used the Velcro strap is approximately 5 inches in length. On this product the Velcro’s strap is perhaps 2 inches in length.

I am overall happy with this collar. It seems to have a bit of a neck curve to it. It offers more support that other similarly priced collars. My disappointment is the foam, really doesn’t seem more firm than other neck collars.

The Mueller brace is about a foot wide, meaning it can be tightened quite tightly without pinching or folding. It has four over lapping stretch belts that help to get a tight, firm, but comfortable grip that does not ride up or down.

I have two disk that have disintegrated and wear it so that I do not get side to side movement in my lower back. It works great preventing muscle spasm’s. It is also the only brace with one belt fitting a wide range of sizes (28in to 50in), which saves on having to buy two belts.

This is my first back brace so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I like it so far but don’t need to wear it all the time. I can bend over better/easier without strain, even picking things up from the floor.

I can accomplish tasks much easier with the brace, such as bed making, rotating mattress, preparing meals (which can take 1-2 hours), without taking a break every little bit. I’m a 75 year old Army combat Vet who does for himself so all these bennies really are appreciated.

Just sorry that I waited so long to get a brace.

I have bought Mueller knee braces before and was impressed with the quality and performance. This lumbar support back brace is just as good; very well made, reasonably priced and very comfortable. I also bought it in conjunction with the cheaper, lighter Mueller lumbar support back brace with eight vertical lightweight stays.

I wear this around the house etc. and wear the heavier removable pad support when I am out walking or doing heavier activities. I can highly recommend both, having bought cheaper lumbar supports in the past which didn’t work effectively, delaminated or tore and even sometimes gave me a rash.

Plus, it feels GREAT after a workout or a long day to release tension in my shoulders. If you’re a man, this will definitely work for you, but you may want to go bigger. If you’re a lady, especially petite, this is enough.

I recommend buying the charging stand too, btw. This is one of my favorite purchases.

I went to so much physical therapy and they tried everything to help get my Piriformis muscle to relax… heat ultrasound, massage, stretches, etc.

The only thing that finally worked was dry needling. … but after six months it was irritating me again… hard as a rock. This thing is powerful enough to really get in there and give relief. It’s not feasible for me to go to physical therapy all the time for dry needling.

This has prevented any further issues, and has really changed my quality of life for the better…. It gives me significant relief. I’ve had this for almost a year and it still works as good as the day I bought it.

I use it at least once per week on average. NOTE: The different settings really just change the speed. You control the pressure by how hard you push, or don’t push. So, as far as power… don’t be worried about it pushing too hard….

You control that. The only thing I would change is the handle…. I can reach almost all areas, but a longer handle would make it easier and more comfortable to reach certain areas (center of the back, for example).

It’s important to note that I’ve never used any other massage guns. However, my sister used this one of mine, and then purchased a much cheaper one (different brand) and said it didn’t even compare. This thing gets it done!.

Best knee brace I know of. There is no hole for knee cap that I find irratating. They launder well and fit as good after washing as before. Lots of support and the stabalizers on each side add support without getting in the way.

I wear for light jogging, walking and golf.

Purchased two of these, and have used them 3-4 times a week for about 8 months. They still fit snugly, and are washable (in cold water in the washing machine in a garment bag, and I let them air dry).

They are as comfortable as you could expect a knee brace to be, and provide what I would consider light – moderate support. I tried several other brands of supports with metal hinges and could not get a good fit.

These are stretchable and flexible, and even though I have a smaller knee give me the compression I was looking for. I use them when working around the house, at the gym, and walking for exercise. I do not do heavy impact sports like basketball or tennis, so cannot comment on how they would work for that.

I will buy them again when these wear out.

I’m in my 50’s & run agility with my dog. For the last couple of years, my knees have become unstable to the point that it made it difficult to run. I’ve tried numerous knee stabilizers and was dissatisfied with the performance of all of them.

They gave me excellent support to the point I didn’t even think about my knees – I was able to run & concentrate on my dog! When I measured my knee, I measured in the middle of the range for medium, and took the advice of the other reviewers to “size up.

” I have slim thighs and the band at the top was a little loose. I had minor problems with them falling down and had to adjust them frequently. I will order size Medium next time. The support was great in the Large, but the continual adjustment became a bit annoying.

This triggerpoint ball is great if you want moderate pressure. It’s listed online as one of their softer massage balls. It’s perfect for rolling out my traps against the wall. If you need something deeper opt for a different massage ball by triggerpoint.

There is nothing I dislike. I prefer it way over a tennis ball and lacrosse ball. It.

Perfect size for getting into all the tight spots. When I bought this I was worried it would be too soft but it’s very firm and works well. One of the best muscle/ fascia release balls I’ve used (I’ve tried quite a few!).

these things arrived quickly. I have carpal tunnel in both hands and have to sleep in braces. these fit pretty snugly and they have stayed on every night for several weeks now without coming undone or any other problem.

my old ones would come undone unless I was sleeping in long sleeves. they seem to be of a higher quality than the same product I have ordered and received in the past. no loose threads or poor stitching.

the spoons are staying in and so far I am very pleased. I toss and turn a lot so I am probably harder on these than most people would be, but they have been doing a fantastic job.

This was one of the WORST items I had purchased on eBay in quite a while!! Talk about cheat made & half assembled!! The only strap that actually works as it should is the center strap. The top and bottom straps , that are the most important to help secure this brace to your wrist do Not even function!! There is little to Nearly no velcro to attach to except for a very very tiny piece on the side that would not even hold onto itself with out any type of pressure applied!!! Extremely Disappointed!! These do nothing for any type of wrist support, so don’t waist your money!!!!! I sure wish I had not!!!.

Im a woman with small hands and wrists. The product fits well, maybe slightly big, but if I tighten the straps all the way, theres no isso. Would fit very well for medium or large, I believe, but may have a slight issue with the thumb hole.

Its perfect for me though. The straps are more than enough long, so much I cut mine to size. They do each have a metal support that can be removed.

Just a strip of rubber, but exceptionally compact. Can be used as a pressure dressing or tourniquet. You wrap it once around the injured limb (or over the compression bandage you’ve applied to the injury) so it overlaps itself, then s-t-r-e-t-c-h as you continue to wrap so the narrow diamonds printed on the surface are elongated to become squares.

I keep a swat-t and a cat in our trauma kits. A swat-t can also be used for a pressure bandage or sling. Multi purpose.

Now I do consider this more of a pressure bandage than a tourniquet, but it is great for EDC. Fits right in my back pocket and I forget its even there.

I have been missing use of a foam roller and the I-T band in my right leg has let me know. This roller is actually longer than the one I used at the gym back before the pandemic. This roller is also perfectly firm as well.

Picture of 6 x 18 roller is actually 6 x 36, and the roller is only half round while the picture shows both full round and half round. Why include full round roller when only stuff you are selling is half round? Lame! One star is what you deserve.

I have a hip giving my problems, and shoulders that are tight, and this works wonders for them. My chiroprator recommend using one and this one is good and firm. I got the 36 inch, and I think I would of been fine with the 18 inch.

BEAUTIFUL! Very easy to work with. My picture was just as I requested with no hassles. Very fast shipping. Only recommendation would be to stabilizing the product in the pkg. The packing was good but left too much room for picture to bounce around.

Never ever order again. I provided billing address and my home address. If sent ups or FedEx should gave been sent home. But was sent to local post office which I don’t use and they sent it back. The post office sent it back to.

Them. Now I realize I wasn’t wrong and neither was the seller but , I was not going to pay 54. 00 $ and pay 14. 50’twice to have it resent to me. This happened with three packages and all three sent them back and didn’t make me me pay postage.
