When the cool or cold weather hits, make sure you’re prepared to stay warm all season long with the Portable Electric Infrared Space Heater with Remote. With 5,200 BTUs of infrared power and a heating radius of approximately 1,000 square feet, this space heater packs a serious punch.
It is designed for use in any room in your home and comes with a couple of important safety features like 12-hour automatic shut-off timer, overheat protection and even tip-over protection. This means you can still use this heater even with young children or pets around.
Convenience is key and this heater is convenient because of its portability and included remote. Portability allows for you to easily move this heater from room to room, while the remote allows you to kick back, relax, and dictate the heat with the remote in the palm of your hand.
Save time, money, and energy while keeping your family and home properly heated this winter when you use this whole room space heater.
Cool-touch cabinet and grill, non-glowing heat element, automatic tip-over and multi-level, over-heat protection. Simple to use turn-dial thermostatic temperature control knob. Heat the room to a comfortable level and then turn the dial back until the heater shuts off.
The heater will then maintain the temperature within 3 to 4 deg. Whisper quiet and has advance safety features to provide worry-free use. Compact design allows for out-of-way placement in home or office.
Plugs into any household outlet, no batteries needed. Dimensions of 11-7/8 in H x 9-1/2 in W x 11-3/4 in D. Maximum output 5118 Btu/hr on high heat, 2559 Btu/hr on low heat or maximum temperature. Usage, large room 16 x 16 ft with 8 ft ceiling.
To start with: this is a *tiny* heater/fan. It’s meant for *small* applications, like under desks, or in my case, heating a tent went I travel-camp. That being said-it’s perfect for MY needs. Tip-over protection and a cool-to-touch housing and face means it’s not a danger to fabrics.
Two heat settings, so I can use it on cool nights to keep the condensation down in my tent without it turning into a sauna, and a high setting that really heats a tent space up quick. It’s not completely silent, but it’s quiet enough to sleep next to.
Fan only mode is not adjustable in speed, but it generates enough breeze to keep the air moving and cool things down. The fan moves more air than some other 1500w heater/fan units I’ve owned in the past, so it’s really nice for tents.
Finally, I would say with certainty that if you were to use this in an office cubicle or other small workspace needing quiet and a small footprint for your heater-fan, you would find this to be a superior product for the money.
I own a couple of the larger Vornado fans that I try to keep running for as long as possible through the spring and summer months before I have to turn on the air conditioning, and they’ve never failed me through all the heavy use and cat hair I throw at them! Hope this review helps.
Peace, go camping, and remember to love your Mother Earth!.
My original purchase last year of this product stopped working after 4 months of use. Vornado made good on its warranty by asking me to cut the cord and throw away the heater. – Not exactly a sustainable way to recycle a product!! The replacement of VH200 has 3 settings that are all exactly the same- no difference in heat production or fan.
The heat on my original item last year was efficient and heated a room quickly. This one, due to poor heat production does not ever heat a small room. It is inefficient and I would call it a room warmer, not a room heater.
The electrical cord is stiff, inflexible and hard to manage if you don’t need the entire length and it also does not uncurl. I also bought a fan that has the same stiff cord. I will not be purchasing another product from this company.
Surprised at how well it heats a medium-sized room, even when the temp outside is in the low 20s. which is what happened last night. It was TOO warm. Note that it is NOT good for direct. personal heating.
That is: you do NOT want to aim the heater at yourself. The fan is strong enough that it feels cool! But aim it away from you and let it run for awhile and the room gets nice and toasty. My only real complaint: I wish the temp control was in degrees instead of unitless numbers.
Without temperature markings it (naturally) takes awhile to find the right temp setting. I’ve had great experience with Vornado product support in the past, so I feel sure they’ll honor the 5-year warranty on this unit.
The Heat Storm Deluxe Wall Unit is a great solution for any bedroom or small room where there is not much floor space. At 1000-Watt this heater will easily heat up your room but you will not have issues tripping your breaker if you want to run other electronics.
This heater is safe to touch, even on the grill, making a great choice for anyone. This unit has two power modes, one uses the full 1,000-Watt (red leaf), while the second mode (green Leaf) uses only 500-Watt.
Each unit contains our Patented Heat Exchanger with HMS Technology that allows maximum heat from the infrared quartz bulbs without any heat loss from the unit.
Super confused on the efficiency of this unit, was replacing a Vortex small space heater hoping to gain a little quieter and some Wi-Fi abilities. Wi-Fi worked great but the heater was showing 76 degrees when it was 67 so I had to blast it to get my room at a comfy temp, took forever to get the room comfortable.
Room is a small Master bedroom and should have been plenty with the specs of the heater. And it is not quiet!!! Overall disappointed, was hoping to get a good heater with Wi-Fi but it just didn’t heat worth a dang.
Plugged my old heater in and it was magical compared to this one……I will look into some other brands with Wi-Fi, this one just seemed reasonably priced and had all the features I wanted but it just didn’t perform well.
First off, the heater works as do any. Eco mode is 500 watts, high is 1000. The problems are many however. It does have some positives. It has 2 side intakes with cleanable filters. It mounts on the wall and very low profile with a short cord.
Now the bads. You can set a temp and it’ll kick in eco mode while within 1 degree of it. The problem is it’ll run a few minutes and then say the room is 10 degrees warmer than it is. So if you ONLY want it to run in ecomode, you have to babysit it adjusting the temp constantly.
Once it kicks off it turns on the blower randomly to check air temp. This sounds like a mini jet engine powering up. It’ll do it then go off after a few seconds then do it again. Next, after a few minutes the temp disappears from the display and you suddenly don’t know what it is set to, nor room temp.
I could see this being useful for keeping the led lights minimal if it wasn’t for the randomly firing jet engine as said above. Next when in full power mode it is fairly loud. Again you have no control over it.
I’ve never had a heater, let alone one costing this much where you couldn’t set it to low or high manually. You are forced to play watch the temps. They tried very hard ( and failed ) to make a heater that was “smart”.
Instead it will only do what you want it to if you babysit it and even then it is frustrating. Also the remote changes inputs and functions on my Vizio sound bar AND led lighting in the room. I should have returned it but it was cold and returns are not super friendly so stuck with it.
Love these! They work great in the winter time to heat colder rooms that the primary heat doesn’t regulate so well. Thermostat seems to be accurate and the auto mode works well. I love that they can be controlled via WiFi.
Makes it very easy to adjust the temperature from across the room. I wish they had the option of to be self standing rather than only wall mountable. I use them with my google home smart speakers too.
This Full Circle Warmth Ceramic Heater is part of the Elite Collection from Lasko. This uniquely designed ceramic heater projects warmth around the room with 3 heat sweep settings: 90, 180, and 360. With 3 heat speed settings, an Auto-Eco thermostat mode, and an auto shut-off timer (programmable up to 8 hours), this powerful space heater provides many options for customizing the comfort in your home.
Easy controls feature a large digital read-out and touch sensing technology, plus the multi-function remote adds convenience. Move this space heater from room-to-room with the built-in carry handle and save on your whole-house heating by warming just the room you’re in.
The easy-vacuum filter on the back of the unit makes regular heater maintenance a breeze. This electric room heater comes with built-in safety features, including overheat protection, tip-over safety switch, and cool-touch exterior housing.
Bought this thinking it had a constant hot air all around however the top spins and it only blows out hot air in a certain direction. Should have read more thoroughly so that’s on me. Tried to use it for the living room although it is too small so it was struggling to keep up although it was going an OK job if pointed directly at you.
Switched it to the restroom instead and it heats it up in no time. The remote control is easy to use although feels cheaply made. The heater itself seems to be well made and sturdy.
The Lasko 1500 Watt Full Circle Warmth Ceramic Heater with remote control was purchased at the end of January 2022 during some of the freezing temps we experienced. It was especially welcomed because our oil delivery was delayed for nearly a week.
It was an easy assembled job and we felt the circle warmth of the Lasko in a matter of minutes. It replaced the chill in the room with a comfortable warm feeling and we were delighted. Also, the remote control made it easy to adjust the temperature.
Great heater. Has a 360 degrees motion that heats the room quick. Not loud at all. Very easy to use touch controls. Also comes with a small remote that is also easy to use. It’s made of cheap plastic so try not to bang it on anything when moving around the house or garage.
The first one I ordered arrived broken. A piece fell off the casing. Took it back to Best Buy, got my refund and reordered and within a few day got the new one. All is good.
Dimensions: 11. 63W x 9. 25D x 12H in. Stay-cool plastic case. Max setting: 5118 BTUs. Heats up to 256 square feet. Adjustable high/low thermostat. This compact heater is perfect for the bedroom or the living room, featuring an Auto-Climate Control function that maintains a constant room temperature.
The fan is outfitted with Vortex technology that keeps the air circulating so that the entire room is warmed evenly. The unit features a high/low thermostat and comes equipped with tip-over automatic shut-off protection.
Before I bought this 2-power-level heater I bought I a 3-power-level one thinking the “Low” setting in the 3-level one would be very quiet. A heater being quiet is important to me since I use it in my home office during many hours of day in which I’m on the phone.
However, the 3-level one’s “Low” mode was too noisy for me. I returned it and bought this one. This one’s “Low” mode is much quieter than the other one and it heats the room even better than the other one (low mode to low mode).
In the “High” mode, it’s louder but not disturbingly so for me. The other thing I like about this one is that there is a recessed slot in the back for carrying the heater – it just basically works great.
The other heater didn’t provide for a hand-hold for the thing; you would have to use two hands or cradle it to your body to carry it. (Note though, this heater does not have a self-timer for turning itself off.
That would be nice to have, but I can happily use it as-is. ).
We purchase our first for my daughters rooms on the north side of our house. It works perfectly and keeps her room the right temp and is so quiet. I love the tip over feature since i was concerned with the possibility of her knocking it over.
She hasn’t but it offers good piece of mind. I bought a second this fall for my office and will be buying a 3rd. I did have an issue with the button breaking on the second but just asked for replacement.
I know these are good quality and sometimes flaws happen in production.

Easy-to-read digital thermostat. Multi-function remote control operates heater from across the room. Self-regulating ceramic heating element with automatic overheat protection. Features easy-to-clean filter.
Simple stand assembly required. Package includes heater remote control 2 AAA batteries manual and warranty.
Piece of junk. It’s hardly been used since I bought it a few years ago, because it’s VERY expensive to operate. Not energy efficient in the least. I use it only during weather emergencies. Got it out of the closet to warm up water pipes in the kitchen during 0-degree weather, and discovered that the sensor/thermostat is malfunctioning.
It will not hold the 56 degrees I had set it at, but cranks itself up to 90 degrees, beeping all the while. I can run it only on manual, with me there to plug it in and unplug it (power button doesn’t work).
Which means being up in the middle of the night, babysitting it. That’s probably the only safe way to run it, however. Having read many accounts of this heater melting electrical outlets and melting its own plastic top, I would be terrified of letting it run overnight, unattended.
This heater is quite functional and is designed well. The thermostat or temperature of the heat is adjustable. It also comes with a remote control and you can make it rotate 360 degrees or less. Apparently there’s a filter that needs to be cleaned periodically which I haven’t done yet.
That’s extra maintenance and I wish it had a built in handle to pick it up. Otherwise it is a good purchase.
This Lasko heater offers a convenient carry handle that makes it easy to transport. Take it from the floor to the table or wherever it is needed the most. With three settings and an adjustable thermostat you can set it to your liking and comfort level.
This home heater is also suitable for use in a garage, basement, cottage or cabin. It features a self-regulating ceramic element. This Lasko heater comes with an automatic setting that prevents it from getting too hot.

I have 3 of these heaters — bedroom, library and home office. Takes the chill off the room without having to heat up the whole house with central heat. Heats quickly and best of all reasonably QUIETLY.
Best features: (*) 2 heats and a fan setting for circulating air on hot, stifling days when I don’t want to use the central air conditioning. (*) Adjustable thermostat keeps the rooms at an even temperature so the heater doesn’t have to run all the time.
(*) Tip Over Switch if the heater falls over. (*) VERY well made. Prior purchase of the bedroom heater lasted 15 years. A real workhorse ! I’ve seen this heater rated highly on several lists of recommended portable heaters.
I have over 6 or so of these over the years and have been generally happy with these. But over the last few years of buying these, they have become unreliable. The temperature senser is inaccurate, making room either too hot or too cold.
Always have to readjust this thing very frustrating especially at night. Keep all rooms warm no matter the size except for the bathroom which is small to medium in size. Puts out rated heat, used a watt meter to test.
The thermostat sensor is a deal breaker. Spend a little more money on a better unit and avoid this due to the unreliable temperature sensor.
I got this for my office, which has no windows to let in warmth from the sun, and is always freezing. Imagine wearing layers of sweaters, corduroys, and a fuzzy blanket in the summer in Atlanta. Anyway, my old space heater was starting to give off a burning smell, and wasn’t really warming the room quickly.
I found this Lasko unit while searching online for a replacement that was also quieter, since it’s for work. This little guy pumps out so much heat on the lowest setting, and warms my office quickly.
It’s not super-quiet, but not as loud as the old one. I’m amazed at the heat output for such a small unit. I keep it next to my chair on the floor, so it blows near my ankles, and it’s actually too hot sometimes.
Love it, very happy with the purchase. It’s only been a few weeks, so I can’t speak to its longevity, but it works great. Too bad it’s not more stylish, considering all the options out there, but I’ll take substance over style any day.
If they made it in fun colors though, I’d like it even more.
AirNmore has brought quality back to the heater. The Comfort Deluxe is the newest and most reliable heater on the market today. Comfort Deluxe is an Infrared Zone Heater ideal for Small to Large Rooms.
It uses a state of the art Copper PTC heating element so you never have to worry about bulbs burning out.
I love this new space heater. I was about to return it at first because it wouldn’t heat my 2 car garage and it took a while it heat up my bedroom. After a several hours, this thing started kicking. The room got super hot and super dry.
The auto temp works flawlessly as it kept the 10×12 room pretty warm. I would not recommend for this to be used on a garage though even though it says 1500 sqft. I’m sure it can do it but for me, after 3 hours, it never dropped the temp down, not even 1 degree.
This is meant for rooms with good insulation unlike the garage.
We had an EdenPure for years, however it died. We even tried replacing the bulb type heating elements, but it never worked as well again. I looked for another, however I couldn’t find the same model anywhere.
All I found were refurbished ones. Then I found this AirNmore! I liked the fact that the heating elements were no longer bulbs. Delivery was a lot quicker than I expected. We use it in our great room to supplement the heat from our furnace.
Our furnace runs a lot less, thus saving us money on our electric bill, and we’re still toasty! I have two cats and a dog, and I don’t worry about them with this heater. My cats love to curl up on the floor in front of it! I wouldn’t have any other space heater!.
I have used this heater in my bedroom, living room, and den. I can’t believe how well it works! My house has a very open floor plan, so it’s almost impossible to temperature-control some rooms. I put the AirNmore in the living room while we’re hanging out in there, or our bedroom when it’s time for bed.
Within minutes of turning it on, the room goes from unbearably cold to completely cozy and warm! Noise Level: It’s surprisingly quiet, even when turned all the way up on HIGH. On LOW I can’t hear it at all.
Safety: The plastic housing stays cool to the touch while the heater is on. My dog loves curling up near it, and I love knowing she is safe even if she bumps up against it. Controls: You can set it from 40 to 90 degrees, but I don’t really care about an exact temperature, so I just choose something in the higher range.
If it’s too hot or too cold, I just adjust it using the remote control. Easy peasy! I’m thinking about getting another one for my mom, since she is always cold – and it would be easy for her to wheel around her home as needed.
There’s not much to say about our HOMCOM space heaters other than they do their job, focusing on no-nonsense aesthetics, easy portability, and superior function. Be it at work, in the garage, or otherwise cold space, things are about to get and stay warm safely.
When it comes to a space heater, HOMCOM is the obvious choice for your space’s warmth. Color: One Color.
The 1500-Watt TRD50615E De’Longhi radiant heater is a sophisticated portable heater. Featuring a digital control panel and a 24-hour timer with 96 on/off intervals, the TRD50615E delivers powerful, cost-efficient heat while minimizing dryness and allergens.
Designed with 75% more radiant surface area and an advanced convection effect, this oil-filled radiator maximizes and accelerates heat transfer. Enjoy hassle-free portability with ergonomic handles and SmartSnap wheels, as well as safety features like a child lock, tip-over switch, and thermal cut-off.
Finally, optimize energy consumption with ECO, an exclusive feature that regulates power flow and temperature. Color: White.
I’ve had mine for a few days now and I’m very happy with it. It heats my room extremely well, is silent and radiant heat is nicer than the fan-based heater I had previously. The T1/T2 timer seemed complicated when reading, but made a lot of sense when I started programming it.
Hard to explain, wasn’t so hard to use though. My only regret is that the T1/T2 timers don’t support weekend/weekday operation. My usage is for a home office that I would love to put into “T2” operation during the weekend and “T1/T2” during the week.
Not a big deal though as I just use a manually-set temp over the weekend.
I researched heaters to the point of nausea and I finally decided to spend the extra money on this unit. I was very disappointed and felt like something was wrong because they had hardly any heat output.
The controls are very nice with the timer option but I can’t believe the law heat out but it had so I can only conclude that either I had a malfunctioning unit or it’s just doesn’t produce. It is made like a tank and looks fantastic.
I just don’t believe the heat output is anywhere near with the old ones used to be.
I’m impressed with the quality of this full room radiant heater by De’Longhi. Right out of the box, this heater impresses with its stylish and minimal design. It fits in perfectly with our living room decor.
I really love that this has a rust resistant design and digital controls. It’s extremely easy to set up and use. You can even program this with two separate temperatures for day and night. It’s easy to set the temperature, as all you have to do is turn the dial on the panel.
The only downfall of this is that we have to instruct our kids they aren’t allowed to play with the dial, as it is so easy to turn and use. I do like that this doesn’t get too hot to the touch, so that it is pet and kid friendly.
Even so, we strictly instruct our kids to stay away from it but appreciate that it is fairly safe. We have a rancher style home and find that this will evenly heat half of the top floor (living room, foyer, dining room, and kitchen).
This is a quiet and efficient heater that will keep your whole room warm and more.
The Comfort Zone oil-filled radiator heater is an efficient and powerful way to heat medium-sized rooms in your home. The heaters compact design allows it to fit into a wide variety of medium-sized spaces with ease and it features 7 warming fins as well as an adjustable thermostat that maintains a constant temperature.
It comes equipped with convenient built-in cord storage and casters wheels that swivel smoothly in any direction to allow you to quickly roll the heater from one room to another. The oil radiator heaters 7 channel design is permanently sealed and there no need to worry about refilling it.
This sleek radiator heater is loaded with safety features to ensure you can rest warm and easy. Its designed with a safety overheat protection sensor that prevents it from getting too hot and a safety tip-over switch that will instantly cut power if it is accidentally knocked over.
The stay-cool body has a molded handle that lets you safely and comfortably transport this heater from room to room as needed.
I live in a tiny house & my bedroom is 9X11 ft. During a very cold snap this little heater worked perfectly on its lowest level. It’s 1200W not 1500W & quite small size wise which is a plus. On high this made our room toasty warm.
This unit will not heat your house. They make larger ones for that. It makes a little noise while heating the oil inside but then is silent. Cost wise it didn’t jack up our electrical bill. We didn’t keep it going all night.
Got this product to help reduce my heating cost in the winter. I am very happy with this purchase. A few things I really like about this portable radiator is it has three heat settings and an adjustable thermostat.
In years past, I only had portable heaters that had an on and off switch, so it’s worth the upgrade. Also, this radiator has some nice safety features like the tip-over cutoff switch. I worry about these things with kids and dogs in the house, so I feel better knowing that if they accidently knocked it over the device would shut off.
There is a lot of misinformation on these reviews. YES, you can turn this heater upside down to attach the wheels. This heater gets turned every which way during shipping. The ease of attaching these wheels is another story.
I ordered three different brands of oil heaters from different sellers. This one was the hardest to put together. Others had wingnuts, or the tool were supplied to attach the wheels. The difficult assembly cost them one star.
I keep this heater in a small room and it works just fine. For $10. 00 more, I have a larger oil heater that came with a remote control and premature control. That one stays in my bedroom. The seller of this heater is the only one out of all three that took the time to properly package the heater for shipping, so I would diffidently use this seller again.
The Newair AH-450B portable space heater is a great choice when it comes to convenience and portability. This heater has certified safety features such as overheat protection and a tip-over switch. It runs without a fan, so in addition to being silent, it also distributes heat easily.
It runs on 1,500 watts, so it is a powerful space heater for one of its size. It will heat up to 300 square feet, and works well in homes and offices.

I live in a drafty old house that was built in the late 1800s in rural Northern Wisconsin, so I’ve been in desperate need of a space heater for a long time. I’m pleased to report that the NewAir AH-450B oil filled heater is a great way to transform even a drafty room into a cozy living space.
The NewAir is an attractive little unit with an unobtrusive black finish. The heater measures 13″ by 6″ and stands at approximately 25″ high, so it’s small enough to fit in a corner or next to a piece of furniture.
There is almost no assembly out of the box, all you are required to do is attach the rollers with four included butterfly nuts. The unit even comes with a remote control. I have wood flooring in my house, and I’m pleased that I was able to roll the heater across the floor on the included rollers without incurring any scratching.
Also, the wiring in my house is very old, and I’ve had problems in the past with space heaters blowing fuses. I did not have that problem with this unit. The unit features an easy to read display, with large tactile buttons that are highly responsive.
After you turn the heater on, it takes a short while to heat up and does so noiselessly. This is an oil filed heater so there is no electrical smell, and there are no hot coils that pose a fire risk.
The heater does become hot to the touch, but not so that it might burn your skin. Still, you should not cover the heater or leave objects laying on it. The heater can be programmed to turn either off or on using the controls on the display.
There are three heat settings, Low, High, and Eco. Low operates at 900 Watts and High operates at 1,500 Watts. There is no wattage designation for Eco, so it presumably operates at the lowest possible functional wattage.
I ran my unit on the Eco setting and found it was adequate for heating the room. The heat settings across the top are listed at 65, 70, 75, 80 and 85 and the user can toggle through them with the buttons on the face of the unit or on the remote control.
There is also a timer display that reads 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours. The unit can be programmed to turn either off or on at these intervals. NewAir AH-450B oil filled heater is an attractive little unit that goes together in a snap and is very easy to operate.
I liked that the rollers don’t scratch the floors and that it is highly programmable. For users who don’t like to fiddle with digital displays, it’s very easy to simply plug in the machine and enjoy the warmth.
This is a good looking, efficient space heater that can help turn any room cozy.
I highly recommend this product for house, office space or anywhere where you would want to feel comfortable warm and cozy. It warms up the space pretty quick and has a remote which is very nice as you can regulate the temperature without always having to click buttons on the heater itself.
Great purchase! Also what’s great is the customer service, which I found to be amazing and that’s a key in any business. Very quick in responding. A+👏.
I really like this device. I like that you can program the temp, how long it goes for at that temp and that you can set it to start. It really does work for a larger room, which I needed. This device was a replacement for another one I had ordered.
The previous one made snapping noises while it is running, which is not supposed to be, so use your warrantee if you have this issue. My replacement is super quiet and only makes a noise when it starts on or off, so it is very quiet while running, and that is normal for this heater.
Customer service was great in helping me get the replacement. Overall I am happy with my replacement and the company.
Open-Box — Taotronics space heater. Feel cozy and warm even in cold weather with the TaoTronics Ceramic Space Heater, which utilizes advanced ceramic heating technology to generate instant, effective and consistent warmth.
Heat up the air around you and keep the chill out of your living room, bedroom, office or bathroom.
I cannot figure out all of the amazing reviews on this product. This is the second one I’ve had in a week. The first one I returned, as I set it to 64 degrees in my bedroom, it came on and heated up the room, I went to sleep, and it did not cycle on again.
I woke up in a 56 degree bedroom. When I bumped up the temp to where it turned on, (67), it then stayed on for an hour, never shut off until I turned it down. So basically the two I have had are manual.
Turn it up when it’s cold so you get some heat, turn it down when it gets too hot in the room. I have it on right now in my living room just to check it. It’s blasting, set at 70 degrees, it’s now 72 in here, and it isn’t shutting off.
Am I doing something wrong? I can’t imagine I got two duds in a row? A space heater is useless if it doesn’t cycle on and off.
If it says it’s 1500 watts, that’s what it should be. I checked it with a meter and it measures exactly 1400. However, I might have kept it anyway because the noise level was acceptable and controls were reasonable.
I never tried using the remote though. Unfortunately, within a month the fan bearings began making noise and would not have lasted even if I was willing to put up with the racket. Also, beware there is apparently only a three month warranty on this product!.
I bought this thinking it would help keep the garage, which is under the back two bedrooms, stay a little warmer so I could do projects in there and maybe help keep those back room floors not be as cold.
Well my husband gave me a big smile and kindly told me, after seeing what I bought, that this wasn’t going to work at all and I should return it. 🙁 But then I smiled at him and said…. Those back rooms get cold when we have our wood burning stove on all day, so what’s if we put the heater in our room just to help maintain a comfortable temperature.
So that’s what I did and it’s working out amazingly!!! I would highly recommend if you need some extra warm :).

I received my “Handy Heater Pure Warmth” Ceramic heater, and it came right on time. This little heater warmed up my living area to a very comfortable temperature. My space is over 900 sq. ft. The temperatures were in the 20’s for a couple of days, but I couldn’t tell.
I have an older “Handy Heater Pure Warmth” that is a ceramic heater and will bring that out when the temperatures stay at 20 degrees and under. The other one I have had over 5 yrs and still heating as it did when bought brand new.
I trust this heater to last, and I do love the new lighted top (my choice of color). The older had to put where no one could trip over it at night. This new “Handy Heater Pure Warmth” heater I do not have to worry about tripping over it and the light is bright enough to light the hall way in the dark.
I was chosen to receive this product in an exchange for an honest review! This product works great for its size, it may be small but man can it put out some heat! I love that it has a setting for high, medium and low so that you can adjust to your liking! The other neat thing about this product it the multiple color options you can choose from.
As a mom I always want to keep my kids safe and the fact that this heater shuts off if it is not on a flat surface or gets knocked over is a win in my book. As of now this is in my kids room and they absolutely love the interchangeable led colors on the heater and this keeps them warm in their room due to a large window in their small room.
I pretty impressed with this heater. It’s small and portable but very strong! It has 3 settings on it and a nightlight on the top. On the high setting, it was able to heat up my master bedroom pretty quickly.
It gets very hot! It does a great job in a quick amount of time. I love that it has an auto off saftlety feature. Even if you move the heater just slightly, it shuts off completely. It’s a great feature to have with small children around.
It also does not burn your fingers when you have to pick it up and move it after it’s been on for awhile. I definitely recommend it!.
Comfort Zone Ideal for use in offices, homes and drafty living areas, this digital quartz heater offers plenty of power. The heater’s quartz bulbs reflect heat onto nearby objects just like the sun, warming the area in front of the heater gently and efficiently.
The quartz heater boasts a tough metal safety grill over the bulbs to help prevent them from breaking or coming into contact with flammable items. A built-in sensor shuts the unit off immediately when it reaches an unsafe temperature, helping to prevent damage due to overheating.
A large, easy-to-read digital display informs you of the room’s current temperature and a full-function remote control allows for easy temperature control from across the room. Featuring an eco-friendly mode that limits the amount of energy the tower heater draws, this digital heater lets you monitor your energy consumption and adjust the heat setting to minimize your usage and reduce your electricity bill.
You can also set a timer on this heater for up to 12 hours with auto-shutoff once the desired time frame is reached.
Set and save your preferences to ensure the perfect temperature all winter long. Self-regulating unit manages electricity flow to provide precise thermostat control. Cool Touch housing helps keep you safe.
Illuminated display. Extra-wide stable base and auto-off tip-over protection. Oscillating fan for wide-area heating. Safety Features: Auto-off tip-over. Protection; Automatic overheat protection, cool touch housing.
Setting range(min): 750 W. Setting range (Max): 1,500 W. Case: Cool touch plastic. Oscillation: Yes.
I absolutely love these heaters!!! We have had our current one for about 5 years and it is still going strong. We use the heater on almost a daily basis. This heater is 100% worth the price!!! I also love how safe it is.
If this heater gets knocked over, it immediately turns itself off. I have also bought them for friends and family that also love them just as much as we do. Highly recommend!!!.
This is a great little space heater. It more than adequately warms the front half of my small (1,240 square foot home) in no time flat and is super quiet. I love the six different temperature settings and the oscillating feature.
I’ve had this Honeywell Energy Smart portable heater for 2 years now and I love it. My bedroom gets as cold as it gets outside and this heater is perfect for my space. I’m about to purchase one for my mother’s bedroom, but I’m disappointed the price has gone up.
I bought mine at Target for $50 and Walmart lists it for $67!.

I have gone through about 3 or 4 of these. I love them so much because they make me feel safe. There is a little button on the bottom that pokes out that keeps the heater from staying on if it’s tipped over.
Preventing a fire hazard or crazy toddlers. The outside doesn’t get hot to the touch and best of all you can set the temp in the room and it will cut on and off automatically to regulate your chosen temp.
Bought this heater as a Christmas present for my wife. Although she received several other gifts, I believe that this is probably her favorite since she uses it every cold night. It quickly heats the entire room and built in thermostat is a really nice feature that will turn the heat off when the desired temperature is reached.
Because I know that ceramic heaters are small and efficient, I bought four Comfort Zone heaters during the May 2016 clearance for about $15 each, which is much less than what I paid for a similar ceramic heater over a decade ago.
Since they arrived, I’ve only needed to use one for my large bedroom and I’m very happy with it, except for two points: Although I carefully studied the website pictures to make sure that the knobs are right for my needs and aren’t recessed they have still posed a challenge for my weak arthritic hands.
I wish the knobs were easier (looser) to turn on and off. Like everything else on the market, few items are designed for people who have certain challenges and/or disabilities. That’s a shame b/c there are plenty of disabled people out here who usually have to pay a lot for normal everyday items that are suited to their needs.
Also, although the so called handle on this unit is better than the Sunbeam’s One Touch “handle,” it still isn’t much of a handle. In my mind, a handle should be something that I can wrap my fingers around, offering a firm grip.
The “handle” on this unit is a concave insert that allows you to insert your fingers while holding and balancing a thin, outer protrusion with your thumb. Because of the heater’s weight, the “handle” is useless for my fingers.
I have to pick up the little unit from its base. That means that I have to wait until the vent cools. For normal hands and fingers, this little heater is excellent so I recommend it. For people with challenges, I like the fact that the knobs have a raised design and that they are placed on the heater’s top surface.
They aren’t inside a groove, making them easier to operate, except for the fact that they are hard/tight to turn.
Enjoy comfortable warmth in your living space with this Lasko oscillating ceramic heater. The adjustable thermostat offers personalized heat control, and the oscillating design ensures improved air circulation for even heat distribution.
This Lasko oscillating ceramic heater features overheat protection and a cool-touch exterior for enhanced safety, and a carry handle ensures secure and convenient portability. Heats an area up to 50 sq.
ft. To keep you warm and comfortable when it’s cold outside. 1500W consumption For thorough heating power. Overheating protection and auto shut-off Help keep your home safe. 3 heat settings So you can choose how warm to keep the room.
Adjustable thermostat Lets you choose the optimal temperature. Ceramic heating Delivers quick heat. Oscillation Encourages circulation of warm air to help eliminate cold spots in a room. Carry handle Makes relocating the heater simple.
I really like the form factor on this heater. I ordered 3 of them to have on-hand this winter. When they arrived, I plugged up the first one and it worked. I plugged up the second one and it worked but felt much warmer.
I used an instant thermometer 10 inched from the heater set on the highest setting and discovered the first one was registering 112 degrees F. The second one registered 127 degrees F. So. I proceeded to the third one and it registered 157 degrees F! I repeated the tests and got similar results.
I requested a return for the two poor quality ones. The two replacements arrived and I conducted the tests again. The first registered 157 degrees. The second one was 120 degrees. So it is being returned for a refund as Walmart did not offer the option of an exchange for this one.
This is a great little heater if you get one of the good ones. The quality consistence, however, is quite frustrating.
I bought this heater to use with a smart plug so it would cycle on and off on a schedule. It has mechanical knobs, so there’s no beeping when it turns on and off, which is great because I use it in my bedroom when I’m sleeping in winter.
It has a built in thermostat to automatically shut off when it gets to a certain temperature, but you have to experiment since the settings don’t specify temperature as a number value. This is one of the few space heaters I could find that are designed this way, as opposed to digital displays with lights you can’t turn off, digital power on/off functions you have to manually turn on, and beeps or other noises you can’t turn off.
This is a fantastic little heater! I have a Lasko MyHeat (200W mini) and have loved it, but it wasn’t quite able to keep my room warm. The Simple Touch handles it perfectly. I’m able to keep in a cube shelf safely because the fan blows all of the heat pretty far forward and away from the heater.
This thing puts out the same or better heat than the full size 1500W space heaters that take up a lot more space. I did have to do an exchange as the first one did not heat up at all and only the fan would turn on, swapped it out in store and the replacement works perfectly!.

Additionally, this heater offers added protection as it is equipped with multiple safety features such as 360o tip-over protection, 2x overheat protection, cool touch housing, high temp plastics and reinforced wiring and connections.

This is the second winter I’ve been using this space heater, so I figured it was time to write a review. The heating system at my place sucks and if it’s lower than 20 degrees for more than a day, the heat pump won’t work.
We have a backup heat system downstairs, but the bedroom upstairs gets chilly, so I got this to help. My intention was to use this to just keep the area around my bed and where my cat sleeps warm. I only ever use the lowest setting because I hate the feeling of hot air blowing on me.
Surprisingly, this actually warms up my entire bedroom, which is relatively large. Typically, I turn it on in the morning when I get up (or if I wake up before my alarm, I’ll turn it on and go back to sleep for a while) and leave it on while I get ready for work and then turn it off.
Then when I get home from work, I turn it on for about two hours or so. Sometimes I’ll turn it back on for another or so later on at some point, but otherwise, I leave it alone until I go to bed and turn the timer on for 2-3 hours.
I’m amazed at how powerful this is, even on the lowest setting, and how well it works and keeps me comfortable. And my cat loves it 🙂 She has several sleeping spots around the room, but of course one of them is right next to the heater lol.
As for the specific features of the heater – As others have mentioned, turning it on/off or pressing any other buttons does emit a loud beep. This doesn’t bother me, but it may bother others. I appreciate that it has a tipover switch and shuts off automatically if the heater becomes unbalanced or is knocked over.
My cat has only knocked it over once, but it automatically shut off right away, which makes me rest easy when I use it while sleeping. The unit also stays cool to the touch, even after I’ve been using it for a couple of hours.
When you turn it off, it also takes about 3 seconds or so for it to actually turn off. I assume this is some sort of safety feature, but I’m not sure what exactly. I highly recommend this space heater.
I’ve used other space heaters in the past and this one has surpassed them all. It’s a great price and I anticipate this lasting for another couple of winters at least.
The unit puts out a great amount of heat quickly. Unfortunately, it’s negatives outweigh the positives and I’ll be returning it. I wanted a digital unit for under my desk so I can easily hit the on/off button with my foot.
However, every time I turn it on, I have to reselect oscillating and turn the fan to low. That defeats the purpose of wanting a digitally controlled unit for me. Additionally, unlike the other Honeywell I have downstairs, this unit only operates on high heat.
The high/low selector is only for the fan speed. My unit downstairs has a high/low selector that controls how much electricity it uses for the heating element. For others who may not care about those negatives, I will add that I did not have any weird smells and was very happy with how quickly it heated the area under my desk.
Small, but powerful. I believe the low reviews are because of the users lack of knowledge. There are two safety switches. One on the bottom that is compressed when the unit it on the flat service and one on the back that detects objects.
You need to make sure the unit is on a flat surface and make sure nothing is near the unit to trigger the rear sensor. Also, the heater draws 2. 5 amps so if you have a weak socket or a socket with other items it could throw the breaker or cause other issues.
Read the instructions. It has a 3 year warranty. Ceramic heaters produce heat the fastest out of the other types.
After testing several models of indoor heaters, we’ve found that the best one for large rooms is the Lasko 754200. It’s a powerful heater that can warm up a room quickly, and it has a fan to help distribute the heat evenly.
It’s also very safe, with a tip-over switch that will shut the heater off if it’s knocked over.
