This rollator is very heavy and hard to get in the car. Also, the brakes are practically useless. They do not stop at all. I can only use the product in the house on a flat surface. Seat is comfortable, but too high.
It is very wide and just barely fits through the doors in my home. I would NOT buy again. There are other, cheaper bariatric rollators that are lighter, not as wide and have working brakes.
This is the second one of this model that I have bought. The first one served me very well for five years even though the hand brakes didn’t work. So I thought I’d buy the same model again because of its sturdiness, I thought the brakes not working was a fluke.
But when i got the new one home and put it together the brakes were already messed up again! One was so tight it didn’t connect with the wheel and the other was pressed tightly against the wheel. And they wouldn’t adjust.
within a couple of weeks one of the back swivel wheels made a crack as i was using it. it hit a bump in the sidewalk. Now the back wheel is leaning and whobbly. I don’t trust it enough to sit on it. It’s going back to thestore in a couple of days.
Walmart has been great about returning it. I gave it three stars because the last one served me so well. But if it was ust based on my new one I’d give it a one.
I’ve had this rollater for a while month or so now. I am thrilled with the newfound freedom I have being able to go places I would have otherwise avoided because I needed something to sit on and to help me get there.
One note is after a couple of uses on some bumpy ground the little things that hold the back rest on became loose and I had to add loctite to the threading and let it sit 24hrs so that they wouldn’t fall out as they were doing when I was loading it in and out of my vehicle.
(Only one side did it) but if I had ever lost it I don’t know how I would have replaced it. Just a side note nothing bad just FYI.
If you’re seeking a safe convenient aid to improving your daily mobility a Rollator can be the ideal solution. Wheels make a Rollator a superior option over a standard walker eliminating the need to lift the device and allowing you to walk with an easy smooth gait.
Plus Rollators are better for traveling over uneven outdoor terrain making them great for your active busy lifestyle. And with the built-in seat found on a Rollator you’ll always have a convenient place to rest.
Featuring revolutionary design and eye-catching style the Nitro has exploded onto the Rollator scene. The Nitro’s caster fork design allows for an enhanced turning radius while the 10″ front casters allow optimal steering and rolling comfort.
In addition the Nitro locates brake cables within the unit’s frame for safety and offers quick and easy tool-free adjustment to the handle height and back support. Plus the Nitro easily folds with one hand to ultra-compact size for storage.
The Nitro HD provides easy mobility for users up to 450 lbs with a wider seat and a unique suspension system for support and comfort.
I purchased this walker for my 85 year old father that has been battling Parkinsons. He was very hesitant about using a walker, he had been using a used one and said that he struggled because he felt it was too low.
I researched looking for a walker that was adjustable to a taller setting than the standard walkers and came across this one. Was extremely happy with everything about it. Very Sharp looking from top to bottom, the color combination is awesome.
He walks with pride while strolling thru the streets now. A neighbor who also uses a walker liked it so much, he just ordered the same one for himself. Even though this walker is quit a bit wider than the standard walkers, the lift handle on the seat makes it quite easy to compact the walker to get thru tighter or smaller areas and my dad can do it in his week condition, so that was a plus as well.
So far, everything about this walker was well worth every penny we paid.
This feels built well and is a great way to move when you need one. I got the additional parts to slow down the wheels and love them. Absolutely an amazing well built product. Definitely recommend. Would be nice to have something more comfortable to rest arms on but not a huge issue.
Extremely well made. Best features: the cables run inside the metal housing. There is nothing to snag or chafe when loading in and dragging out of vehicles. AND the extra width of the HD size is easy to manage in narrower doorways or passageways; just pull lightly on the seat strap and the footprint of the base narrows to suit.
Let go of strap and base returns to normal position. My husband is 62 and weighs 250 lbs. He is very happy with the fit and functionality of this HD walker. judging from the construction I would imagine it would also serve well for an even taller, or heavier individual.
Its a few lbs heavier (solid construction and shock system) than his previous walker, but still light enough that I can get it in and out of the back of SUV which is high compared to a sedan. Its walking weather and this Drive HD Nitro has really helped encourage him to get out and walk each and every day.
This Medline Extra-Wide Heavy-Duty Rollator Walker is designed to provide comfort and enhanced mobility. It has loop-style brakes that you push down to lock and pull up to release. This Medline rollator walker features a padded backrest and a padded seat to provides a comfortable place to sit and rest.
It also has a wider distance between the handles for added space and better balance. This extra-wide rollator walker even comes with a removable storage bag that fits under the seat for carrying essential items.
The reinforced design supports larger and heavier patients and has a weight capacity of 500 lbs. The large wheels provide smooth movement on a variety of surfaces. The hand grips are contoured to offer added security and comfort and they are also adjustable in height.
I bought two different brands of walkers recently, and although both have their place in my home this one is not the most comfortable. This one maneuvers well on hardwood floors and in the kitchen. But, the seat cushion is super poor quality foam.
The hardwire basket is annoying, because you have to completely remove it when putting the walker in the trunk of your car. Not super bad but just annoying (easy to remove if you don’t need it). The price on this thing is pretty reasonable.
I’m only starting up with four stars right now because of other people’s comments about wheel failure. I’m 300 lbs, and even though this walker says it will handle much more, I still can’t comprehend why companies will skimp on wheels.
They do it with everything; walkers, office chairs, stools, movable shelving, etc. I think most of us would agree if these companies would spend more money on wheels, the extra pound or two would be worth it! Having said that, the wheels have a slight rubberized compound on the outside, which helps with breaking and overall comfortableness.
My other Walker has pneumatic tires which to me are far superior, but still have their issues.
This walker is a deluxe model. It’s great if you don’t have to lift it into a vehicle or go through narrow doorways. It performs well on different terrains- indoor and out (not sand though of course).
However it does not fold easily or compactly. It basically stays the same height but gets thinner when folded. It also tends to pop open. So if you can easily lift 19-22 lbs of an awkward item this is great.
If you are a wider person who needs a real seat, this is great. I got this for my dad. He loves being able to sit in this but its too heavy for him to use on his own. It is also too wide for crowded areas like restaurants so he feels very self conscious when out in public sometimes.
For now it is used in the home only and when he can get someone to help load it into the suv. it takes up all the space of the back of honda crv and even then its a little bit of tetris to get it to lay right and fit.
I waited to review until I had used this walker for over a week. I can not say enough good things about it. It has been a game changer for me and my husband. After being in a leg brace and on crutches for over 5 weeks I feel I have my freedom back.
I use it in the house, garage, yard and am taking short walks around the street. Going to the library is exciting these days. One just does not understand mobility until you lose it. Having the seat has come in very handy as standing for long is still limited and the seat is very roomy.
The seat also comes in handy for placing ones dinner plate, snacks, water bottle, or book on. this alone has given my husband more time to relax, lol. The seat lifts up and is a great place to put ones purse inside while shopping.
It is easy for my husband to fold up and place in the back seat of our truck. The walker was delivered earlier than expected which was nice at first but once I started using it I realized it felt like a whole new world opened up.
I will never take walking for granted again. Great product and husband put it together in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful product.
A rollator allows you to safely walk along or sit on the padded seat if you become tired. Unlike a regular walker, a rollator doesn’t involve the lift that a normal medical walker requires, making walking a smoother process.
A rollator, however, requires the user to be stable enough to not let it get away from them since it has rolling wheels.
I use this walker mainly when I’m taking walks or to and from my car. Recently I sprained my knee. I’ve had to scoot backwards everywhere. Walking has not been and option. I find that this walker doesn’t transition over cracks very well.
Also this walker is supposed to accommodate up to 500 pounds. I’m not even near that weight but find that the wheels tend to click/clack now and sometimes stall. It almost seems as though it’s time for new wheels after only three months of usage.
The Go-Lite Bariatric Rollator by Drive Medical comes in an attractive finish. It is constructed from a strong steel reinforced frame that supports 400 lbs. and comes standard with a large comfortable soft padded oversized seat with a large basket that is mounted underneath.
The basket easily and securely transports personal items. The large 8” caster wheels are ideal for indoor and outdoor use ensuring a smooth ride over most surfaces.
Just go this the other day and went to take it out of the Box and it is Heavier then what the weight states, but I was okay with that. The Box it is packed in should be a harder Box and the item should be more protected.
The Box came with Holes in it, but the item was not damaged. Everything went good until I got to the Right Wheel where the Brake part was. The brake was locked on the Wheel and no matter what I did I could not get it off the Wheel.
So I had to take it apart and put it back in the Box where I am returning it to Walmart tomorrow. It seems like it is made with very sturdy materials and the Seat is bigger then the Walker we already have.
Bigger Cushion to. Love the Basket so my Husband can put his Water and such in to carry around. I am giving this a one Star now because of the problem with the Brake but we are ordering another one and hope our luck changes and I can write a good review if it works out! Out of breath in Florida!.
Purchased for a family member. She is partially disabled with spinal stenosis and can only walk and/or stand for a short period before having to sit down, but she doesn’t want to always shop in a wheelchair or electric cart.
The rollator makes for easier navigation in small bookstores, antique stores, thrift stores, small gift shops, etc. The walker is lightweight, easy for her to handle, and fits into her small SUV. She can now go to places alone – says she loves it for the library.
This particular rollator is actually for a larger person but she says she didn’t want to feel cramped when sitting. It is too wide to go through the doorways in her home, but this doesn’t matter to her as she uses a regular walker/cane in her home.
The rollator came partially assembled and my husband completed the assembly in a matter of minutes. It is very sturdy and can be used outside. These sell for much more in medical device stores. She says she gives it a “ten star” rating.
I am big with bad knees and have been using a cane for the few times that I leave the house (I mainly work from home). My legs needed exercise, but I was not able to walk long distances or stand for a long time because of the knee pain.
With the rollator I am able to get some exercise walking in stores and outside because I am able to sit and let my knees recover for a bit, without having to go and find a bench or other seat. It is also handy for those embarrassing situations where the only chairs around would have trouble holding a skinny person.
The seat can carry my laptops or whatever I need to go to a client’s office. Just from the increased exercise and added confidence in leaving the house I have begun to lose weight and am able to stand and walk longer before the pain makes me sit.
I am going to have to replace my knees in a few years, but this device will make the interim bearable. It feels very sturdy and is more comfortable than many chairs. Great product and great price. I bought 2, one I keep in the car, and the other in the house.
This rollator walker is designed to be an everyday option for bariatric patients to move around hospitals, nursing homes, care homes, and outside safely and in style. HealthSmart has been focused on making products to assist people’s daily lives for nearly seven decades.
The DMI Extra-Wide Heavy-Duty Steel Bariatric Rollator helps bariatric patients and their doctors, nurses, and caretakers by giving them an option to move around hallways, sidewalks, and in and out of elevators as safely as possible.
The handlebars can move up and down until the user finds a position that suits them best. The breaks are user-friendly and are designed like bicycle breaks for intuitive functionality. This is not only a practical choice for bariatric patients, but it looks great with a minimalist design that doesn’t get in the way.
It came shipped with a huge dent in the box which translated to a very slightly bent back wheel. I can overlook that. Its annoying but not bad enough to cry about. Easy -peasy to put together. You only have to attach handles and backrest.
Very stable and the wide seat accepts my wide rear with room to spare! Comfortable and useful to use in my garage doing laundry and in yard doing little jobs since I can’t stand for very long. You have to finesse it through some doorways.
My front door is fine but bedrooms doors can take a lickin’ if your not careful. I haven’t taken it anywhere yet. It is easy to fold up but heavier than my last one, so lifting it into my car might be.
my physical therapist ordered this for me. because I’m in stroke recovery and previous back problems make standing for too long an issue, we knew I needed more than a rocker. this rollator puts together easy — I did it all by myself, is the perfect width for me (over 300 lbs), and handles so smoothly.
This Walker with seat and basket is really nice and very comfortable to use. The seat is really extra wide and reliable. The basket is big enough to hold magazines, bottled water and snacks. I think it will be fitted to all seniors who need it.
My son-in-law assembled it in just less than 8 minutes. My hubby really enjoyed using it and I am thankful I bought it right away when I spotted it from Walmart online. It looks durable and I think we can use it until we get older.

I purchased this item for my husband, who needs a walker due to his Ataxia, and has trouble using his existing walker as it causes him to hunch over a bit. He has had several back surgeries so he needs to try and stand straight.
The Zler Armrest Walker was going to be the answer, we thought. First we had problems with assembly. Once we got past that, we found the brakes don’t work well on carpet, which is most of our home. The instruction manual says it needs to be used on “flat, dry surfaces”.
We live in Oregon, and were hoping to use it so my husband would take much needed walks. It isn’t flat, and it isn’t always dry. The other problem, our house is older, with small rooms and lots of angles and corners.
The old walker would navigate this setting (and the brakes worked on the carpet), but this one was too large and not nimble enough to use in a house like ours. We ended up returning it because it just didn’t suit our needs.
It does work well to keep a person upright, thus the two stars. but you must use it in ideal, flat, wide open spaces that aren’t carpeted (or, if outside, wet) in order to benefit from it.
This style of walker is better for me than my regular rolling walker that I used for the arthritis in my knee and back because I also have sore shoulder problems, which this style helps to alleviate.
When I used my regular style walker my shoulders would end up hurting me more than my knee and back, limiting the amount of time I could walk. I was alright just going around the house, but I couldn’t walk around a store, so I would have to use my wheelchair instead.
And I also couldn’t walk around outside to get some exercise either, so I began to gain weight. This is why I decided to try this style to see if it would help where my shoulders were concerned, and it has.
—As others have said, it does take some getting used to at first. With this style, you are walking in between the legs, which are longer than the regular style and is a bit wider too (I noticed this going through doorways).
This walker has the same type of wheels as my regular walker does. Most of the weight is on the front part of the walker with this one, which makes it bit harder to operate on rough surfaces, such as a gravel driveway (which I have).
If you hit a medium size rock with your wheel, then it wants to tip forward. I placed my ankle weights on the back legs to help with the weight distribution and that helped with the rock problem. —I found that if you need to roll over something, such as a water hose stretched across your driveway, then they have little levers by the back wheels that you press on with your foot that will allow you to lift the front up a bit to go over something like that.
—There is no problem walking on with this on smoother surfaces such as wood, tile, sidewalks, parking lots, and such. I don’t have carpet so I don’t know how it does on there. —The bag that comes with it is not as big as the one on my other walker.
You also have to consider how big this one is when it comes to getting it into your vehicle and how you will transport it, as it is bigger than a regular one and takes up more space. —I had to try several different levels with the arm rests for a day at a time before I found the one that was the most comfortable for my shoulders.
If you don’t have should problems, then you might no be as picky as I was in finding the right level. —Overall, I am quite happy with this walker as it has allowed me to be up and about more and hopefully to get more walking time in now.

I purchased the rolator due to increasing mobility issues. I was very disappointed when I received the first one as it had been damaged, apparently due to mishandling. I took it to FedEx and returned it, to be replaced.
I received the second one, and much to my dismay, it was also damaged in the same manner as the first. These were likely damaged by being slammed onto the floor, from the position and appearance of the damage.
So, no fault of Walmart. com, but I’m not real happy with the outcome. And I still really need the rolator.

Bought this for my 88 years young mom who became unsteady on uneven outdoor terrain. A year of self isolating has meant less exercise. We tested in the park with a picnic lunch. Adjusting fit, opening & closing her “four wheeler” easy.
She was able cut over the grass, navigate sand, playground mulch, and gravel. We went up and down hills, all while she carried our bagged lunch & her purse in the zip compartment😁 She turned it around & sat at the end of our usual picnic table, locked the brakes easily.
She was very happy to have a clean seat with back support, no climbing over a dirty picnic table bench. This was purchased by me a concerned daughter with many years experience as an R. N. I want my mom to have safety & freedom of mobility & maintain her independence for as long as possible.
Mom’s an independent, smart, proud lady. We had a laugh as she went her usual distance in double time & was able to have head up enjoying the scenery. We can’t wait to try it in the mall, she will be able to go further, faster & in safety with a place for purse & her shopping bag.
The mall has all the chairs corded off due to covid protocols so having a seat to rest in is a big bonus. Love the sturdy wheels, no brake cables to get caught up on things, quality construction. We were both pleased, I’m happy & have peace of mind.
who knows what adventures we’ll have now we can “4 wheel” this town, ha!.
The unit is built fare, the problem I see with it is that the stability of the arms and handles are not as stable as other units. You can take hold of the handles and if you push and pull them, they do move a little.
This also twist the unit where it makes one front wheel come off the ground. If there was a cross member put in a strategic place, it would be much more solid. Also, the screws that hold the back support is designed bad.
Ehen you tighten the plastic nut, the screw itself goes to the indide, and the cap that is put on the screw sticks to the inside and tends to stick into your rib cage. Also, you should be able to remove the back strap if you want, but you would have to break off the cover of the screw.
The walker rollator with 6in wheels, fold up removable back support and padded seat in red by drive medical comes standard with 6in caster wheels, loop locks and serrated brakes to ensure safety. This rollator by drive medical is a great value that provides the freedom of mobility. With a convenient seat for resting and loop locks that keep the rollator from moving, you can be assured that this mobility aid will provide a safe and secure way to regain your active lifestyle.
My husband has 31 inseam but torso of a 64 or more tall man, though he is only 61 tall. We needed the 35 height handle, or so we thought. We only got 32 inches at the tallest setting. Husband refused to try it before his back surgery.
It is WAY too low and too late to return it now. I now know we need the 39 high handle. I am 54 and the height was great for me. He is NOT suppose to hunch NOR LEAN on the rollator, just balance as a rollator can get ahead of you if you dont walk close enough to the seat.
It is the reason most insurance companies will not cover them anymore. They are not designed tall enough to walk completely erect for the sizes they state, and like I stated before, my 54 stature with long torso and short legs, were perfect to walk completely erect.
It folded beautifully and fit behind the seat of my Toyota Camry and the Nissan Versa. It does have a little trouble going into the trunk with the back bar as it is a tight squeeze for the Toyota Camry.
The bar is removable, but then you have to keep up with where you put it. One back wheel was about a 1/4 inch shorter or bent which kept the brake from being useful when there was no weight bearing on the walker.
If there is some weight applied, then it locks, but, doctor does not want him to put his weight on it as this just allows legs to become weaker and arms stronger. This is a great walker for a shorter person that just need balance.
However, if they have shorter legs of say an inseam of 28 or less like my mom, order a child size walker for the seat to be close enough to the floor for use. This one worked for my 29 inseam fairly well and husband with 31 inseam did well.
We ordered the red which was more of a slightly cranberry red. It is pretty. The seat has a nylon basket attached under it. The hidden metal pull-up-to-fold rod is accessed by grabbing the bottom of the nylon basket and getting hold of the metal bar to pull up.
This is very easy. There is no solid bottom which could eas.
I bought the R728RD model because it is for a taller person, I’m 6′ tall. Liked very easy to assemble, only 3 parts (2 handles and back rest bar). Lightweight only 14 lbs. Little struggle to fold up.
Sturdy rollator. I like the large 7. 5 ” wheels, easier to roll over rough surfaces, rather than the 6″ wheels. The wheels are made of a hard plastic, therefore I feel all the little imperfections of the surfaces.
The handle brakes are easy to use. However, the right rear wheel rests slightly off the ground causing the rollator to roll from rest when the brakes are applied. A quality control issue. All in all, I’m glad I purchased this model.
My wife is scheduled for knee replacement next week. This walker is ordered by the therapist for recovery from surgery. In the days prior to surgery, my wife has been using it he walker both around the house and in getting around her office at work.
It gives her stability and confidence that she does not get from a cane alone. The unit was an easy tool-less assembly. It folds and unfolds easily for transport in the car. It is sturdy and appears to be well made.
The operational instructions leave a bit to be desired though. There is a 1/4 wide nylon strap that we figured out was designed to assist in folding the unit without the person bending low. There was no mention of the strap or its purpose in the operating instructions.
Also, locking the handbrakes is mentioned in the safety instructions but there no explanation of how-to lock the brakes. My wife eventually figured out that the brakes lock when pushed downward rather than pulling up.
This is an excellent design but it is useless without instructions. I was searching for a lock button such as is on some bicycle handbrakes for a parking brake.
Supreme Durability, Safety and Quality In keeping with Drive Medicals tradition of fine craftsmanship and unmatched value, this Four Wheel Rollator Walker with Fold Up Removable Back Support continues to lead the charge when it comes to design, quality and value.
A mobility aid in a league all of its own, this walker comes highly recommended by those who seek strength, support, durability and comfort, all mixed with a touch of class. The Four Wheel Rollator Walker comes complete with a padded backrest which is hinged and is removable by folding it either up or down.
It also arrives with comfortable seating along with a convenient pouch which you can use to store personal items. The 7. 5 in. non-marring wheel casters are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, as are the easy to use deluxe loop locks.
But that’s not all; you also get ergonomic handles that can be adjusted according to your height, making the gripping of handles especially convenient and comfortable, while eliminating undue stress on hands and joints.
With the Four Wheel Rollator Walker as your travel companion, there is no need to overstretch yourself, because this rollator doubles as a comfortable and welcomed chair, giving you an opportunity to rest and refresh yourself anywhere and at any time.
love most aspects of this walker, my only personal problem is the handles are too big for me with the brake bar sticking out sideways. as i said that is personal because i travel a lot and figured out how i can manage the walker with a suitcase on each side.
but that is my only situation with it. it fits behind my driver seat in the car. my friend and i got the same one and we both love it. thanks.
There’s several things about this walker that I do not like. It’s somewhat heavier than my previous walker by about 5 lbs. The back rest is not as padded. The seat is not as padded (feels harder and less comfortable).
There’s only one strap to pull up on when closing the walker which has caused numerous problems where I or another person yank on the strap and it doesn’t even budge to get the walker closed when putting into a car, etc.
The brake handles are designed in such a way that things get hung on them such as a purse, a paper bag, etc. They are designe in a a curved open type of way whereas my other walker it was a closed type of handle where nothing gets hung on it.
Also, where the legs assemble, they have knobs on the outside of the holes where you adjust the height. These darn knobs catch on things as you walk by or even poke out and scrape the wall, etc. My other walker was not assembled with knobs that stick out on the sides.
I hate the knobs. I am going to try to get my other walker repaired (the wheel fell off), because I much prefer it over this one. Is this a terrible walker? Well, it depends on what you want. These things that I am pointing out here are the “little” things that a user of this type of equipment knows makes a big difference.
Hopefully I have given you food for thought before making the purchase and you can now make a better informed purchase instead of just buying something without the knowledge.
I will start with the fact that the product turn out to be fine and we quite like it. However the Walmart Box had clearly been opened and then resealed with clear tape, as you might imagine this leads one to suspect the worst.
Second the internal box for the Medline Steel Rollator Walker was also clearly opened and resealed “Ay Caramba”. STRIKE TWO! At this point I opened the Walker box thinking the worst. I went to the instructions and quickly laid out the all the component parts.
I noticed that several pieces (screws, fasteners, washers) were missing from the parts bag. At the same time I noticed that some of the Walker was assembled. Fortunately I found all of the parts were there just not where they were supposed to be.
Someone had clearly returned this product and the disassembly process was not complete before it was repackaged. ON THIS OCCASSION THE RESULT WAS FINE BUT I’M NOT SURE I WOULD BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM WALMART THAT IS NOT CARRIED IN THE STORE AND CAN BE RETURNED TO THE STORE FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.
I ordered this rollator because I thought it was identical to one I bought 20 years ago. The old one was perfect in all ways for me. I was so happy to find it until I got it assembled and found that it was much smaller and more cheaply made than the original.
I kept it because sending it back was too big of a choir. Fingers crossed that it holds up even half as long as my first one. My son used parts from the first one to ease my pain, mainly by switching the tiny seat and bag that goes on under the seat.
We bought this walker for my 92 year old father. The sale price was appealing and the unit seems to tick all the boxes. For someone who needs only minor stability support it is probably fine. However it is much to light weight for my fathers needs and even with the brakes engaged it slides easily forward or sideways when pushed.
For example, when he gets up from a chair and wants to use the walker to help. or simply when he has gotten up and is transfering his balance to the walker it will sometimes slide away from him. This has caused a fall and he has lost faith in using the devise.
Bought this for my dad who just turned 90 & he loves it. Lightweight, easy to fold with storage compartment under the seat! As my dad joked, just the right size for a 6-pack ok beer! ! Only reason I gave it a 4 & not a 5 is because the wheels could be a little bigger for outdoors.
Excellent for the house & shopping & smooth paved surfaces. All around good product.
This is my third rollator and the worst one yet. Next time I’ll get the biggest wheels possible, so that it will roll everywhere much more smoothly. The seat is about an inch lower than others, which makes both standing up and sitting down more challenging.
This one feels flimsy and made as cheaply as possible. And it’s way over priced. Look elsewhere.

At only 11 pounds, this durable Medline rollator walker is 40 percent lighter than most wheeled walkers available. Its reinforced aluminum frame is safe and easy to maneuver, and the swivel front wheels and easy grip brakes provide added control, even across rough terrain.

This little rollator really is as light as they say, at only 10 lbs. I can easily get it out of my trunk myself without further injury to my back (spinal stenosis) when I’m out by myself somewhere where I need a rollator instead of a cane.
There are some tradeoffs, however. The seat is very narrow and not terribly comfortable, and the backrest digs into my back, so I wouldn’t recommend it for long periods of sitting. My other, larger rollator is much more comfortable in that regard, but it weighs 25 lbs.
and I just can’t manage to get it in and out of the trunk myself without risking my back. When I’m going somewhere with my husband along, I go for the heavier one. But if I’m on my own, this 10 lb. model is great and gives me confidence and peace of mind.
Makes a great second rollator; happy with my purchase!.
I have scoliosis (S curve of spine) thus I need to stay as upright as possible. I have an upright walker but it’s too heavy at 20lbs for me to lift into my car trunk. This Medline Freedom Mobility Lightweight Folding Aluminum Rollator Walker is perfect!! It is only 11 lbs.
, folds easily (be sure to lock wheels when folding to put in vehicle). The adjustable legs and arms allows me to stand straight when walking. I also like the handles which flare at back to create a rest for palm of hand.
I am 75 & female & I actually put it together myself. Usually have my hubby do it for me, but he was not home when it arrived so thought I’d start the process. Just followed the easy to read instructions with photos & making sure that cables were to the inner part of walker.
My son bought this walker for me on Amazon, and it was perfect for my needs over what I was plaining to get. A great improvement over the standard ones with wheels on no wheels. If you are plaining to sit on it for long periods the back brace is not anything to write home about, and can cause a sore on your back.
It has great mobility how every the rear wheels need to be moved inside the frame as to give it a tad more clearance on standard inside doors in most houses. I’m 6’5″ and the handles have a 7″ adjustment which is perfect for my size.
I was looking at a upright walker, but my Son picked this one and I’m greatful for his choice. He was right this was more what I need then a oversized up right model. The price and quality of this walker makes it a great buy.
Supreme value comfort and mobility it was designed for those who want unmatched value along with proven comfort and convenience. With a sturdy and long-lasting frame made of lightweight aluminum this walker is durable yet easy to move around over all surfaces giving you outstanding value unmatched comfort independence and ease of movement.
The Lumex Walkabout Four-Wheel Imperial (Bariatric) is ideal for larger individuals. Similar to the Walkabout Lite, this rollator offers a comfortable, lightweight and affordable solution to mobility.
Designed with an aluminum frame, this lightweight rollator weighs 20 lbs and supports a maximum weight capacity of 450 lb – EVENLY DISTRIBUTED. The Walkabout folds quickly and easily into a compact unit for storage and transport.
Rollators are not intended to be propelled while seated. Do NOT use this rollator as a wheelchair or transport device.
The best I’ve seen! This product works better than others I’ve used, such as hospital issued and another 4-wheeler with a seat included. The only thing not as good is the way it folds up for transport.
The underseat basket must be removed and the walker folds up toward itself instead of the usual folding inward, so I transport the other 4-wheeler when I’d rather have this one. One of the things I like better than the other four-wheeler is that it is a little bit less wide and therefore goes thru doors and tight places better, similar to the smaller hospital-issued walkers.
It beats the hospital walkers with two wheels because it rolls so much easier, and because of the included seat that can also be used as a carrier for purses and food trays. The back wheels turn all ways, which gives the walker more mobility.
Following back surgery, my wife was trying to walk with a cane. She could only do so with great difficulty. It was both painful and tiring. Once we got this Rollator, she was able to do soooo much more.
We recommend it. It is well designed and made of good quality products. Putting it together was a breeze Didn’t really need the instructions.
We purchased this walker for my mother-in-law who lives in an assisted living facility. She requested a pink, over-sized walker with a basket. The walker is sturdy and rolls very smoothly. She loves the wide size padded seat and the cushioned tubing around the back.
Braking is easy for her although she would have liked an option to have the brake remain in place while she is seated on the walker. The brake only holds as long as she is gripping the hand brake which is impossible while she is seated.
This is why I have given this walker 4-stars instead of 5. Otherwise, she/we are quite pleased with the product.
The Carex Step ‘N Rest Folding Rollator Walker With Seat allows you to enhance your mobility while also providing you a place to sit down and take a rest. The seat can be adjusted to three height positions 18″, 21″ or 23″ to accommodate a wide range of users.

Quick tool free assembly, an ideal rollator walker for seniors, handicapped, elderly, disabled, or those recently home from surgery.
I love this pink walker. I just need it for distances. I put a cup holder on it I had because that is the only thing it lacked if you like to carry a bottle of water, etc. with you. It is a perfect size and even held my suitcase on it.
Easy to assemble, sturdy – and most importantly my Mom loves it. The reason I deducted a star, because the pink is actually darker than shown. It is actually Mauve. Still pretty, but not a light pink as shown.

Came by Fed EX with box slightly torn in two places. Rollator was undamaged. Fairly easy to get box inside for a 69 y/o arthritic female. Easy to assemble the two main parts. A little difficult to put the screw knobs with curved washers in place in the height adjustment holes.
The 8″ wheels will allow me to go into the yard this summer and is why i ordered it. I recommend it.
Definitely worth buying. Nice rose color. Unit is heavy but very sturdy even under all my weight. Easy to put together. Rolls very easily. Just received it so not sure how it stands up under usage. Very happy with item so far.
The walker was fairly well completed in the box, all I had to do was put on handles and backrest, so even for an 87 year old woman it was easy to put together. I think this walker is a dandy, it rolls nice and easy and has great features, like a seat and a basket in which to carry items, plus it folds up.
The Karman R-4700 Heavy-Duty Bariatric Rollator makes it easy to get around despite mobility issues. It is designed for use both inside and outdoors, so you can take it where you need. It has padding on the wide seat to provide you with a comfortable place to rest when you get to your destination or as a stop on the way. This heavy-duty rolling walker is wide and strong enough to support a person of up to 400 lbs.
The whole thing weighs only 24 lbs, making it easy to carry it wherever you need and simple to travel with when you need to fold it to place in a vehicle. A handy wire basket below the seat gives you space to store medicine, a purse, groceries and other essentials while on the go.
This is my fourth rollator and it is the best one! out of all the ones I had in the past. and I have tried a couple of the most popular brands. This is the brand that I will buy again and again! It has been 2 years now and still using it! all the others did not last a year.
Their frames broke and the wheels broke not this brand and I use it the same as I did the others. to get around my house. to cook and do dishes. It’s well made and sturdy. I will not buy Drive brand or from the medical supply stores.
walmart. com is where I bought this brand from and will use again when needs replaced.

The walker is also easy to fold and store, making it an ideal choice for those who need a mobility aid but don’t have a lot of space.
