The first thing I said when I opened my Shark WANDVAC® POWER PET Cordless Hand Vac was “omgg it’s sooo cute!” haha but really, it is! It’s sleek, yet effective. It’s small, yet powerful. My favorite thing is that is doesn’t take up much space on my counter.

It takes up about as much space as a blender would. It’s also super lightweight as well The set up was east, you just snap the bottom piece together, plug it in, and stick the vacuum and attachments into their respective slots and let it charge.

Once charged, you can attach which attachment you wish and go to town on whatever mess you want to vacuum. There are 3 modes: Normal, Eco and Boost. Eco saves battery, and boost gives you an extra boost of power to get those tough spots.

Once you are done, you can empty the compartment that catches the debris. I suggest opening over a trash can or in a bag as stuff will come flying out one you press the button and the door flings open.

This was able to get my couch super clean from my Pugs hair and picked up quite big debris (eg candy wrapper) It has a powerful suction, especially when the boost mode is applied. The brushes that are included work will to get up stubborn debris and hair.

I bought this handheld vacuum about a month ago. Right away I loved the slinder design and the “no hold” power button. I had a Dyson handheld which was bulky, heavy, and you had to hold the power button to use it.

It also died one month after the warranty ran out (the reason we boughtthis Shark handheld. ) I have arthritis really bad in my shoulders, elbow, wrists, and fingers so the lightweight design of the Shark is fantastic.

Also, having to hold the power button on the Dyson really made my fingers and wrist hurt before I was done vacuuming the couch. The battery on the Shark lasts long enough to vacuum my whole couch (a sectional) as well as our stairs (16 total.

) I have also used it in my vehicle. It worked great getting the beach sand out of the seats (all weather material,) as well as the mats (all weather. ) The sleek design allows you to get it into smaller spaces unlike the Dyson, which was so bulky it limited its use as a handheld vacuum.

Overall I LOVE this vacuum. I was already a Shark vacuum lover and this little guy was icing on the cake.

I bought this to pick up cat hair from the sofa or elsewhere on a daily basis. The problem is, the attachment has a brush, so the cat fur just gets tangled in the brush and you have to pull it off the brush when you’re finished using it.

So, I ordered the $50 motorized upholstery attachment, but it didn’t work at all. Shark is sending me a new one. On other Shark vacs, the brush can come off the attachment to use on upholstery, but not on this one that’s made for and costs more because it’s for pets.

Although I like the attractive, sleek design and color, this vac is very easy to power on by mistake. While trying to get it out of its original packaging, I turned it on accidentally, and have done so a few more times trying to change attachments.

I like the small bin and the filter, which is washable but has to dry for 24 hours, and I needed an additional one (they are $15 each!) while one is drying, but Shark doesn’t have the filters in stock and you can’t buy them anywhere else.

So I have to wait. For $150, I expected better, but can work around the power button and the filter. If the new motorized head actually works on my sofa, I’ll be very happy with it, which I certainly should, since it’s now a $200 portable vacuum! I’ll amend this review when I get the new motorized attachment.

Using it for the first time – I went and grabbed an electrical adapter so it would plug into an electrical outlet, rather than my computer USB. Who stores a hand held vacuum next to their computer – just to charge it? For the price – I think an electrical adapter needs to be included! It did take 3 hours or a little more to fully charge it.

Next, while vacuuming, it would start by accident when I wasn’t needing it to start and run. It was probably the way I was holding it. But the vacuum kept going on and off, when that was not my intent.

I don’t think it was a malfunction of the unit – it is WHERE the on/off switch was located. And maybe that can’t be changed? Maybe I just need to change myself and only hold it on that smaller bottom area – below the motor area? The filter was easy to remove and re-insert – and attach back to the unit, as long as you use the arrows as a guide.

The vacuum nozzle seems to attract dust and debris with some kind of static and doesn’t always fall off when you think it would. Maybe that is wintertime and my working with it on carpeting? The video on QVC kept reporting one extra filter.

however, my unit came with TWO extra filters, besides the one already installed. So, for the small areas I need to clean, it seems to function well – plenty of suction – even using the extra extension nozzle with the retractable brush.

Because of no extra adapter coming with it – I gave it 4 stars.

I have watched this and when it was restocked I decided to get it. The idea is great and I could use a nifty little vacuum for crumbs, dust, and small particles, etc. However, this product is just ok.

It picks up however, a few issues for me make this product just ok and not worth 5 stars. The suction works best without the extension tool. I feel I barely get a suction with it on. It picks up small particles like coffee grounds with the extension but it is not a powerful suction.

The extension tool comes off in the middle of using when maneuvering around stuff. I have played with the attachment and it just seems annoying and troublesome to use. The location of the power button on the vacuum is in an odd place if I grab hold it a certain way I am either turning it on or off by accident.

There seems to be a lot of air that comes out of the back of the vacuum (the vent part) I feel like more air comes out of it as it is powered on than what comes into it. overall, I am not impressed. The compartment for collecting the stuff you vacuum is small and needs to be changed almost immediately while using cause it will fill up and clog if it does pick up stuff.

This item can be used but it doesn’t seem to live up to what I was hoping for or what has been branded to do. If I decided to keep it it will be used. I may work for you depending on what you are looking for.

I love these little hand held vacuums! I have a black and silver one to match each of my 2 bathrooms in my little condo. Since my big vacuum is hard to get out too often in my small condo space, it’s so much easier to use these little vacuums to quickly pick up what’s on the bathroom floor daily.

It’s not the strongest of vacuums (why i only gave it 4 stars) but does what i need it to do for what it is. I do have to get another USB type socket plug to plug it into the wall outlet as everything these days is USB type charging which kinda irritates me that i have to use my phone one until i buy more, but i guess we have to live with that nowadays.

May also use it in my car next, or have husband use it on his desk, or on the couch. With husband and dog always making messes i’m sure it will be useful. Can we teach old husbands/dogs new tricks, LOL.

I like how the little attachment tools are two in one and attach to the back of the stand. Would make a great gift also for having husband or teens helping mom to easily clean up after themselves. Just don’t forget to tell them they have to empty the easy twist off top reservoir.

I’ve used this vacuum for a couple of weeks, to pick up scattered litter and hair from two clean, well-groomed indoor cats. In other words, not much. This vacuum does the opposite of what it advertises – its design makes it virtually useless for pet areas.

It clogs instantly with even a small amount of hair – the hair wraps around the filter holder and gets stuck behind and at the sides of the filter. Litter gets stuck in the small holes of the plastic filter holder and is extremely difficult and time-consuming to remove.

The button to empty the chamber is on the bottom of the vacuum, making it annoying to open the chamber because you can’t actually see the button if you are holding the vacuum over a trash can, and you have to feel for it awkwardly.

This vacuum is a failure for its stated purpose, and it’s hard to imagine that it was even tested for use with pets. The quality of the build appears adequate, but the design is useless – and it’s expensive.

I’ll be returning it.

I have a very large Alaskan Malamute plus a cat, and between them it seems like there’s always treat crumbs & loose hair around. I also contribute by frequently eating in the recliner or bedroom. That’s why years ago I traded the hand vac for a small upright as I needed the power.

So initially, I doubted this hand vac would cut it. I was wrong! Once I got it charged up, I was fairly impressed with the strength of this vac’s suction. It’s able to not only get all the little crumbly messes, but even some of the embedded pet hair (still need an upright to clean thoroughly, of course).

The vacuum runs on a battery that is interchangeable in other Hoover cleaning products. Its big and on the heavy side. It takes awhile to charge–the manual says 3 hours. The vacuum stays charged through several brief cleaning sessions.

While the thought of running multiple devices off a single charged battery seems convenient, it also means that if the battery goes, you cant use ANY of your products until the battery is replaced. And they’re not cheap–$100+.

The vacuum is easy to empty and keep clean. However, there is a tiny area at the opening that has collected debris that seems inaccessible. It bugs me so I’ll look further for information on how to access that little area.

Overall a very good hand vacuum although I have some issues with the battery. I would actually rate 4. 5 if that was an option.

The Hoover ONEPWR Cordless Hand Vacuum is used daily in my household. With 2 small kids and 2 dogs, you can imagine how much cleaning I have to do. This hand vac makes my life a little easier. I don’t have to bring out my heavy upright vacuum and struggle bringing it up the stairs.

This product is cordless and has powerful suction. It picks up everything from dirt to dog hair. I no longer have to struggle to vacuum pet hair. The suction picks up the pet hair in one shot. The included crevice tool is perfect for hard to reach areas, like under sofa cushions and corners of rooms.

I also use this vac in my car and the best part is not having to plug it into my cigarette lighter. I have free control to vacuum without a cord holding me back. The dirt cup is fairly large and eliminates the need to stop and empty after each use.

Removing the dirt cup and reattaching it is very simple with a few clicks. I’m really impressed with the ONEPWR battery. It takes a few hours to fully charge, but once charged, it does last a long time.

Once placed into the charger, the battery lights up to show the status of charging which is very convenient. Although the charging station is great, I wish there was a way to mount it to the wall. Overall, this is the best hand vacuum that I’ve ever used.

I’m a senior citizen. My hand strength & dexterity have both diminished over time. I purchased the V39558 Bissell AeroSlim Cordless Hand Vac for slightly less than $40. I intended to use it for quick cleanup of crumbs, small kitchen messes, furniture upholstery and possibly my SUV’s interior.

However, the unit (without base) is heavier than anticipated plus it’s not as slim as desired. Holding it while using is difficult for me. It’s just not ergonomic at all. In my opinion, it would have worked better to have some sort of thin handle to hold while using.

As it is, maneuvering to use it is less than optimal. The suction power is not much to brag about either. I thought this would be a better alternative for me but was disappointed. However, I’ve decided to keep rather than going through the hassle of returning to QVC for refund.

It’s still somewhat convenient to have a mini vac within reach in certain circumstances.

This vacuum is good when working, BUT, and a HUUUUGE BUT, be wary of the charging port. Appears to be flimsy. I’ve only had this vacuum since February, and am already having an issue with the port. Only a matter of time.

Have to plug the charging cable just so, or it won’t charge. That is a real issue. Also charging cable that comes with the unit is way to short. As many other reviewers complained the charging cable, charging port interface is extremely tight.

Makes it easy to damage either cable or port. When I contacted BISSELL, to inquire about the TYPE Charging cable it was, they answered me, but never answered the question ( if I recall after researching myself, and I may be wrong, it is a USB TYPE C cable ).

This to me is a flaw in the design of the vacuum. Should have used a different port and charging cable. One other design flaw, placement of the on/off button. I am constantly turning it on/off… NOTE: if charging port was more robust ( or totally different Type ) and a longer charging cable was provided I would easily give it 4 – 4-1/2 stars.

I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and I can store it pretty much anywhere. This makes it convenient to keep close to my kitchen. I think it’s great to keep in the pantry to quickly pick up any spills of dry ingredients, which keeps pests away.

I really like the small design of the body because I can fit it in more places, especially when using in the car. I also like that it comes with attachments, especially the long one that can reach into small spaces.

It comes with a Type C USB charger cord, which is convenient for plugging it in and easily replace the cord if this one breaks. And of course, the best part of this vacuum is how powerful the suction is for such a small vacuum.

I love using it, especially in small places such as cup holders, in-between car seats, between couch cushions, pantry shelves, under low ledges of furniture, etc. It’s perfect for getting arounds the edges of base board and feet of furniture.

IIt’s also great for cleaning dust off of curtains.

I was definitely happy when I found out that I’d be receiving a product this cool from Home Tester Club. In fact, I really needed a smaller, handheld vacuum cleaner to clean smaller spaces and the stairs in the hallway of my apartment.

I like this handheld vacuum. It’s really small and compact, and as long as you charge it up and continue to empty it after use, then it picks up little things in little spots pretty well. If it’s not fully charged, or if you don’t empty the dirt out of the vacuum, then it’s difficult for the vacuum to pick anything up at all, regardless of size or weight.

This handheld portable vacuum cleaner is pretty good considering its extremely small size. Unfortunately, it’s not quite powerful enough to do what I want it to do most, which is too clean up the dog hair in my apartment hallway and on the stairs.

Happy with this vacuum, light and with good manoeuvrability. suction is impressive for such a light cleaner, and it has a booster for difficult areas. It probably needs emptying after each use. but that is simple and straightforward.

This cleaner was recommended to me and I am glad I took their advice. It has quite a short run time before it needs charging but for most homes it is more than enough and the charge time is reasonable anyway.

This dust buster is awesome! If you’re looking for help with keeping up with keeping pet hair off of the furniture – this is it! I was looking for a dust buster because I have a German Shepherd dog who sheds a lot.

I bought this to be able to keep his bed area clean, my bed area clean, and the couch in the living room clean from pet hair. You will pay a little more for the pet hair tool but getting rid of pet hair was my main reason for buying it, so, after doing some comparison shopping with Shark and Bissell, I decided on the Black & Decker brand.

This met my expectations and more! It was much more powerful than I thought it would be and definitely not your dust buster of old. The pet hair attachment tool made all the difference in picking up the hair.

Easy to use, easy to empty, and lightweight. Be sure to empty the filter out also, it just slides apart, and I use a little canned air (like what you would use to clean a keyboard off) on the filter too; this will help prolong the life of your filter.

It also comes with a wall mount, but I can’t comment on that because I haven’t figured out where I want to put it permanently yet.

Very happy with this hand vacuum, and would happily recommend it. Does the job well of cleaning up, and weight/ergonomics is excellent. Using one of my 2Ah LiIon batteries, it is pretty much the same size/shape/weight as my old Shark 15.

6V Cordless hand vac, which this is replacing, so using this was an easy transition, and I find it much more comfortable than the Dyson which I find hard on the wrist. Over the years, I’ve gone through a couple Shark Cordless hand vacs, which I quite liked, aside from the fact those are throw-away tools (so wasteful and environmentally unfriendly) due to the non-replaceable NiCad batteries that degrade over time, and which are never charged/ready when I need to use them.

I’m totally converted, and wouldn’t hesitate to get this hand vac again (even at regular price, which I did — but bonus if you get it on sale or as part of a kit)! Running on Ryobi 18V ONE+ batteries means I can always run this as long as I have a charged battery on hand, and a 2Ah Lithium battery easily outlasts my Shark NiCad on a full charge.

Like most tools on Lithium batteries, the vacuum may stop running abruptly when the battery needs a swap/charge, instead of just slowing down and diminishing in power like NiCad powered tools. Emptying the canister is quick and easy, as is cleaning out finer particles from the filter (which does a superior job over my Shark).

I’m not sure how often I’ll need to replace the filter (PN A32VC04) yet — It’s a bit pricey at HD (and never in stock), and I might consider an after-market source at a fraction of the price.

I have a penchant to break anything plastic. While I like this pcl702, the manual writer FAILED to describe just how to remove the debris container. The filter -NO problem! Can’t see a way to actually remove/dump debris, it does nopt seem to be a “pull out” piece.

I just know it being plastic, if I try to pry anywhere something will crack or break. A step on HOW to actually remove/drain the debris would be extremely helpful. Otherwise a pretty good unit for the money.

I am a lover of the majority of Ryobi products! I got this little handy dandy vacuum to just help out with little messes my three year old makes around the house… Overall, it works great! I love that I have multiple batteries for it, it’s very lightweight and easy to store, and it even comes with a little brush attachment for it.

The only downfall to that brushhead, is where it’s mounted when not used it likes to fall off a lot, and once the attachment is connected to the vacuum, the suction seems to go down some. It’s also a little loud for such a small thing, but it just reminds me of my daughter😂 .

You should be aware that the pictures shown are deceiving. It shows a charging station and a small attachment with a brush. This unit does not come with either. It does have a small charging plug but no stand.

I am very disappointed. My last shark cordless vacuum had all these items and I searched hard to find a replacement. I thought that I found it. Unfortunately, I did not. I really wanted the small brush attachment.

I bought the Cordless Pet Perfect XL Lithium Handheld as a gift for Christmas. The item shipped almost immediately and arrived in just a few days. My girlfriend was super excited about it and couldn’t wait to use it on the furniture.

Due to other reviews that I read, we unboxed the vac and let charge overnight. When she first powered it on, the motor sounded as if it was grinding. She attached the motorized brush and started cleaning the sofa and recliners.

The brush squalled so loud that our 3 cats and 6 month old puppy ran for their lives! Thinking maybe this was the nature of the vac she continued to use it. After about 15 min she said she was getting shocked while using it.

I visually inspected it and didn’t see any issues but when I tried it, it did in fact give me a slight shock. It did pick up everything she vacuumed, but that NOISE! We charged it again overnight and the next day she tried to vacuum the 12 steps leading upstairs and after 5 steps it died and needed charged again.

I am a huge fan of the Shark products. Within our family we own 3 of the NV800W uprights and they have to be the best vacs we have ever owned. This handheld, sadly, is a complete piece of junk and I will be sending it back asap.

I want to qualify this review by saying I’ve had a Shark Rotator Professional Lift-Away Bagless Vacuum for about 5 years and still love it. I purchased this product solely to try and quickly keep up with my Labrador’s shedding on the stairs and couch throughout the week.

I was skeptical based on the reviews related to battery life, but thought I would give it a shot because I had such good luck with my regular vacuum. I read and followed all of the instructions related to charging this product prior to using it the first time.

Even so, I barely got my half of my couch (which I had already vacuumed with my regular vacuum the day before) done before the battery on this product ran out. I didn’t expect it to last incredibly long, but I did expect the battery to last long enough to be able to clean my couch and stairs without needing to recharge the vacuum.

Additionally, the suction was not powerful enough to pull hair from the linen fabric of my couch the way the pet hair attachment does with my regular vacuum. This required me to vacuum over the same spaces multiple times (negating the quick clean I was intending).

I’m heading off to return it now, and replace it with the Shark Rocket Handheld that is powered with a cord. That product maybe $30 more expensive than this, but this product is definitely not worth the $50 I paid for it.

This product may be ideal for someone with a small pet, a pet that really does not shed, or someone who only wants to clean for about 15 minutes at a time (it does take a full 6 hours to recharge).

Thanks to the Black and Decker Product Testing Program, I received this Black and Decker Dustbuster, complimentary, in exchange for my honest review. The following opinions are 100% authentic and my own.

I was super excited to be chosen to try out my first Black and Decker product. When my Dustbuster arrived, it was a bit smaller than I had imagined, which wasn’t necessarily a bad or good thing, I just noted it.

The suction seemed strong at first, when powered on, just the warm air it was blowing out seemed incredibly powerful for such a small handheld vacuum. Unfortunately, that’s where the excitement ends.

The suction is seemingly strange and I completely understand this isn’t a big and mighty vacuum, but when I say it’s strange it’s almost as if the actual suction only exists in a certain portion or area of the mouth of the vacuum, as opposed to suction coming from the entire mouth.

If I have a crumb, and I want it cleaned up, I must pinpoint this certain area over the crumb, as opposed to simply running the entire mouth over the general area of the crumb. It’s tiresome and a bit annoying that I can’t just simply swipe the vacuum over the area like most would generally do when vacuuming.

It requires more effort than it should. I usually love Black and Decker products but this one was a let down, unfortunately, still super grateful I received this little guy.

This Black + Decker unit has helped significantly in daily clean up. It has changed my perspective on what a vacuum can achieve. From small pieces of cereal to micro pieces of dust, the Black + Decker Cordless Lithium handheld vacuum is your perfect helper around the house.

Great for cleanup in any room of the house even stairs, around the fireplace, or out in the car. It is pretty lightweight and has a push-hold button to operate. It is not my favorite feature, to hold down the button to operate but It helps preserve energy when you not in use for the charge to last longer.

About the charge on this unit. I find it takes a while (several hours) to charge in order to get a full battery. The vacuum would definitely finish a project but across several cleanup activities, it may not last the day (in my case did not last the day but I am super active).

Utilizing the wall mount is most helpful so you can continuously charge the unit when not in use for best performance. For it’s suction, the vacuum is an absolute beast! Truly has a great suction. The adaptor piece with brush is great for carpeted areas.

Cleaning the unit is so easy and quick! Simple button to open unit and remove filter, rinse, dry, and click back together! In the end of things, the battery could last longer, and the unit could benefit from a wrist sling or something to eliminate arm and hand fatigue.

I’d take a break often because holding down the button and holding the unit with one hand at the same time can get tiring pretty quickly. I am also not exactly the strong type haha. Overall super impressed with the vacuum.

It definitely has a one up on any unit I’ve previously used as it is still lighter then previous, the suction is incredible for its type and it’s so easy to clean! My favorite helper in house cleaning.

This vacuum is just not worth spending money on. The suction isn’t there, it barely picks up and if you’re trying to suck up something more then chips or small crumbs it fails. I do like that the charging base is mountable which is great for storage purposes.

The nozzle is hard to operate and I already pinched my fingers a few times which is frustrating. Cleaning the thing is a pain and the filter plugs up SO easily making the poor suction worse. It’s very bulky so you can’t fit it under things or in small places.

If I spent money on this item I’d definitely return it. Works best for vacuuming lint up after emptying the dryer screen so I mounted it behind my washer for that purpose which is nice. Just not sold on it.

This cordless handheld device has a comfortable feel in your hand when using it. Lightweight enough to prevent much strain on your wrist and powerful enough to make quick work of small debris such as little food crumbs or glitter for example.

The best way I can describe the sound level is similar to a tiny jet engine. It sounds tougher but , my opinion only, fell short in terms of Charge time being 2-3 hours and only getting 15-20 minutes of run time.

Performance is ,meh, I would say that if you are looking for a powerhouse suction cordless vacuum you may want to pass on the IONVAC Lightweight and explore your options first. However, if you want to have an aesthetically pleasing quick picker upper with DRY spills ONLY, this little device just might be your friend.

As for me and my garage with heavier duty spills I must keep searching. Nice little eye candy tho. Don’t build up fantastic expectations for performance. Oh, on a final note here, the Manufacturer should have considered designing the base the unit sits in to be the Charging Dock.

This little hand vac is great for small jobs. I wanted a portable hand-held vac for around the house and for cleaning my vehicles. This saves you the trouble of dragging out your giant shop-vac, especially if it’s a minor clean-up.

I chose it because I already own 2 Bauer 20v hand tools, and already had 2 good batteries and a charger. It has good suction power, and comes with several attachments including an extension tube roughly 2 feet long.

I’m impressed with the performance and suction for small jobs like pet fur under furniture and on the stairs, kitty litter, sucking debris from under stove top grates, vehicle interiors, minor saw dust, cleaning around the drill press and the work bench.

It has good balance, with the battery situated right under the hand grip, also the switch is well placed, it’s easy to use. I have only a few cons to mention. It’s loud as hell, and dumping the dirt container is never a pleasant job.

Don’t expect the suction power of a shop vac. It’s designed for portability. For what it is, I give it 5 stars.

Same power output as my lower-end Black+Decker for almost $20 more. I have about two hours run time on it and have cleaned the filter twice. I use it with a fully charged 3AMPH battery. I have cleaned household, work-shop, and pet debris.

This COULD be an OK vacuum, but needs some simple fixes. Problems: 1, When using the vacuum without attachments, the big wide intake hole doesn’t get close enough to the surface for proper suction, and it doesn’t have a lot to begin with.

2, The extender pipe doesn’t hold firmly onto he vacuum and requires constant re-tightening. 3, The brush attachment is a great intermediate size between the crevice tool and large swiveling vacuum head, but the brush pushes debris around and has limited suction because the brush creates a space between the surface and the tool.

The brush head without the brushes would fix problem #1 and make this tool a lot more useful. 4, The wide swiveling vacuum head works well, but it’s a little heavy for the long, poorly secured extender tube causing it to pull out of the vacuum.

I now only use this vacuum with the wide swiveling vacuum head connected DIRECTLY to the vacuum, without the extender tube. This configuration creates the best suction and ergonomics. This tool is not a good value if you don’t already have a battery and charger, and not a good value if you desire a vacuum with an extender tube.

This vacuum uses a flap to hold contents inside the canister. Dust and other items can leak out if you use it for dust/debris around the house. Since they include tools for the floor and crevices, I think it can be marketed as for home use as well.

It’s poor in that regard often leaking over the place. It is great for shop use. Clean up small things quickly. Good for using in cars. Run time isn’t crazy but Dyson’s products suck too. (eh, vacuums) 4/5 because it works well but isn’t great around the house and small dust makes it way into the motor area.
