I feel scammed. Two apps are required. One with terrible graphics (1-4 players) and one other with pretty good graphics (1 player only). Distances are very far off no matter how hard I hit the ball. I mean 7 iron for 100 meter/yards come on.
On top of this I can’t buy more courses so I am stuck with ONE (I get an error that I do not understand. object reference not set to an instance of an object) Lastly the support from Phigolf is non existent and since I have used my product I can’t return it.
Check out their Facebook page if you’re interested in more info about them and problems other people have had, it’s hilarious. Do not recommend at all.
If I put the effort in that I would on the course the distances are about the same so it is accurate. By putting that effort in you are excercising so that’s a good thing. It is difficult at times and frustrating so is just like the real thing! As winter approaches it will be nice to be able to have a driving range at home so to speak.
I would definitely recommend this – I saw it compared to a very expensive piece of kit on youtube and it was with. 5% accuracy and the you tuber – aa golf channel – was well impressed.
I got this product based on it ability to run on iOS, without the need for a computer, as I was also looking into the r-motion. It was also a plus that you can use the device to play WGT golf. I connect my phone up to my tv for a larger picture and swing away.
The Phigolf simulator is low resolution graphics, but gives you plenty of courses to play and practice on. I found the swing analyser using the swing stick to be fairly accurate for my draws and fades, as well as fairly close to my distances when using real clubs on the course.
I have not used the device in my golf clubs yet. Connection with WGT golf is quick and easy, but found I had to quit out, then back in, as my swings were “topping” the ball, and only travelling a few cms.
Once reset, everything was fine. For those of you wanting this for WGT golf, you do not play amongst the other WGT golf community, but in a seperate Phigolf area. This can be annoying if you want to play head to head online, as I haven’t been able to connect with anyone yet.
You can’t play multiplayer unless you have a mate with another Phi device and a WGT golf account. Access to all courses costs $2. 99 a month, which is reasonable compared to other monthly subscriptions for other devices.

Easy assembly that required technically 0 tools for some people. I did use a rubber mallet to get the final rod into the corner piece, as well as to make sure all corners and pieces were secure. It comes with 16 foam balls (4 different colors) which actually hit well.
I used real golf balls, and it withstood those really well. Very satisfied with this gift I received. I know it will help my golf game, as well as provide a fun way to entertain kids and adults.
Bought this for Christmas gift for son. I’ll probably get just as much use out of it. Since it is winter, have it set up in the basement. Is fun and challenging at the same time. Can’t wait till the weather breaks to take it outside!.
Got it as a gift. I am avid golfer playing 4+ a week. A lot of fun but also helped me work on my chipping accuracy and stance. Easy to put together and easy to play. Great way to get my grandson loving the game.
The ultimate golf training system, the Fiberbuilt practice station combines our Oval-Shaped flight deck with a high-traction stance mat that has an integrated ball tray and is full of training components.
The hitting surface is constructed with genuine Fiberbuilt grass for realistic impact conditions and ball flight. Molded alignment guides in the stance mat combine with slots for included rods to help guide ball position, alignment, and swing path and help prevent swaying in the swing.
The stable, high-traction stance mat breaks down and assembles quickly to provide a flexible solution for effective practice indoors or outdoors.
Solid heavy rubber stance mat with the quality finerbuilt hitting mat. This mat is so much better than others because you can hit down and through simulating taking a divot. I have a hard time hitting on mats, but this one is great.
Also, this is level. I am not sure what the other couple reviews are talking about. Perhaps they work for a competitor company? It is perfectly setup for level hitting as multiple simulator forum threads can also attest.
Very heavy and sturdy base – not going anywhere. Same type of turf used by my club fitter. Can really hit down and compress the ball like real grass. Fat shots are punished, but dont hurt your arms. Alignment rod holes are a nice touch.
I use them to help with takeaway and swing path. Going to eventually get a Skytrak or Flightscope and use for a home sim setup. Only bad thing is that it will be tough to reverse if youre playing with a lefty – like I mentioned, its very heavy.
Cheaper at Marketplace by a considerable margin – buy there if you can.

EASIEST TO USE: Turn it on, put it down, and hit. No WiFi, no downloads, no apps needed. Captures nearly 100% of shots without “fiddling” with placement like with others. TRUSTED MANUFACTURING: PRGR has been making Tour-level golf equipment for nearly 40 years and is a division of the Yokohama company, famous maker of auto and truck tires for more than 100 years.
100% MONEY-BACK : 30 days, no questions asked PLUS an ongoing, 1-year. Newest 2021 Model with an improved radar doppler sensor and ability to toggle between yards / meters.
I just bought the PRGR 120a last year and like 1 or 2 others, im disappointed that it shows my driver swing speed to be 12-15 mph slower than when i got to the PGA store to match numbers. This unit is much more than 10% off, more like 15%+.
I now find out they have a new 2021 model with better accuracy. Is there a firmware upgrage that can fix or improve my unit? Or is there any credit to return this unit for the newer one. I literraly still have the plastic cover on the buttons.
shows how new it is. Would like mfg to contact me if possible.
I bought the PRGR Black strictly based on price with little expectations. I’ve taken it to the range about 10-15 times and have no problems at all. I have a small tripod and angle it up for my wedges.
( The manual shows the area where the radar is and it looks like it also goes slightly below level). I have a 62 degree wedge and it picks the ball up nearly every shot. I also have a green net in the yard (~6-8 ft away) and it works just fine.
I have noticed that when I just want to measure swing speed, it reads constantly low. I keep all the data in a spreadsheet and selectively remove any shots that have a smash factor less the one standard deviation from the mean smash factor thus giving me the best average distance for each club.
Very easy to use, small, and well worth the money if you’re short on cash.
I rate this device between a “like and a love”, i. e, 4. 5 stars. I looked at these types of devices for a long time, but they were all very expensive. The PRGR fit the budget and gave me the stats I was interested in, basically club head speed, ball speed, and distance (both carry and total).
Since I hit a lot of Birdie Balls in the yard when I can’t get to the range, I was a little disappointed that it couldn’t track these plastic rings, but it did indicate that in the instructions. It, however, provides me with the ability to track my club head speed and the results are fairly accurate, based on a club fitting I had recently.
At the range, I also found this stat, and the other stats, to be pretty much on target. I thought I was hitting the ball a lot further than I was, but the device proved, once again, to be pretty accurate.
I had another golf buddy try the device (one who hits the balls further and with more power) and the distance that we visualized and what the device registered was, again, in the ballpark. I was a little disappointed that there is no facility to transfer the stats to my computer, but that feature might add a lot of expense to this device.
Overall, I am very happy with the device and would recommend it to those looking to track the stats I was interested in. In fact, I think my golfing friend was going to order the device after his experience with it.

Love it! The simulator gives great feedback and I’m able to make swing adjustments for better accuracy. It comes along with eveyrthing you need to practice your swing. I would highly recommend this simulator package!.
Bought it as a gift for my husband who hates rainy days. Good or bad weather, nothing stops him now from getting his daily shots in. Big thank you to the support team who held my hand throughout the process.

The flex package has been great. I got this set up so that I can play in my own apartment but I can also take the Skytrak launch monitor and iPad with me to the range. It allows me to dial in my club distances out on the range and more importantly help me get rid of that dreaded slice.
I love the ball readings and data it provides. Great option for those who want the best of both worlds.
The simulator works. I just wish it would have a few more features and a little better app quality. But you do get what you pay for and I didn’t spend $20k on a super high tech launch monitor. So I still give it 4 stars.
The revolutionary Garmin Approach R10 portable golf launch monitor & indoor simulator offers driving range data, video swing recording and 42,000 courses. When paired with the Garmin Golf app on your compatible smartphone, this small device tracks more than a dozen metrics, including club head speed, ball speed, spin and more — while letting you play over 42,000 courses on the golf simulator with an active subscription.
As an outdoor launch monitor, it seems to do ok on the range, but the user interface is still sub-par. Unless I’m missing something (the documentation is not all that great), there’s no way to filter, analyze, or export your data to an external spreadsheet.
Driving Range sessions also don’t show in the web-based browser preventing a larger and/or tabular view on your PC. Instead, each shot must be opened, scrolled, and looked at individually on the phone interface.
There’s also no way to group shots, have different golfers on the range, etc. They did add the ability to select which three fields show on the main screen, but beyond that there’s not much in terms of customization that I can find.
At first I kind of expected this lack of functionality from a newly released MVP (‘minimal viable product’ in software development terms) but now it’s been almost a year with little new functionality.
I have a Garmin Fenix watch that I use for golf and there’s been a number of bugs there that have not been fixed there either. Overall disappointing.
At first…… it was only recording every other swing. I could not understand wha was wrong. It continued to blink red and green. I finally read where radio frequency may effect the unit so turned off a/c that was near by in the garage (I was using the Garmin in the garage) and it was amazing.
It started working perfectly. It continues to record 99. 9% of the swings and if you download Awesome Golf it is extremely accurate?! I’m so very happy with this especially for only $600. Just can’t believe it 🙂 Go to Play Better and get you one, I promise, if you set it up correctly, you will not regret it 🙂 I installed my 55” tv to my phone and it’s awesome.
Can’t believe what the Garmin R10 delivers for the price compared to much more expensive launch monitors. Whilst the Home Town Hero graphics are not great, it is still good fun. However, the package comes E6 Connect, 5 free courses and driving range and the graphics are excellent.
There is an option to purchase more courses, $300 US annually gives you access to 27 courses and various practice facilities, or $600 annually for 97 courses. In regard to the data, I have found it to be fairly accurate, you have to remember that the R10 is a lot cheaper than other launch monitors, and if my shots are coming up a couple of meters short from what I usually hit, then I can live with that.
Overall my experience to date has been positive and would recommend the R10 to anyone.
The Orlimar Golf Mat for OptiShot Simulator is the perfect companion for the OptiShot 2 Golf Simulator. The mat comes with a pre-cut hole for OptiShot’s infrared sensor base (which is sold separately).
OptiShot2 has sixteen precisely-tuned, high-speed 48MHz infrared sensors. Each is calibrated to track your favorite clubs, before, during and after contact, giving you precise and instantaneous feedback on every shot.
The high-quality, durable nylon artificial grass surface and foam backing provides for a realistic feel and appearance.
NordicaGolf sent this item through really quickly. It is just basically a ‘very short turf’ mat (12mm thick) with the relevant size hole cut out for the optishot launch monitor. I was a little disappointed that the mat was not thick enough to be level with the turf on the optishot which stands 28mm higher than the surface of the mat.
The mat is made from a thin delicate foam which has ripped already. In hindsight I should of bought some more robust & thicker artificial grass from a hardware store & cut the hole in it myself.
The golf mat is much thinner than expected which means the optishot 2 doesnt sit level with the surface of the mat it protrudes much higher. There is also no cut out for the power cable so the power cable pushes up the top end of the mat.
The build quality of the mat seems to be a good. Delivery was exceptional and nordica golf were top class.

Reviews From Real Customers
The product looks nice, is well designed, and has nice features, etc. But, getting it to connect to my iphone and iPad when I want to use it is a challenge. Also, the Garmin software only orients itself in portrait, not landscape.
So, the screen that I connect it too does not display full screen. This was disappointing to say at the least. What’s more disappointing is the statistical accuracy of the measurements it observes. I have tried to calibrate it a number of times, but I still get grossly inaccurate ball speed, club speed, carry distance, and overall distance.
I find this very frustrating. Lastly, positioning it to accurately measure the data is problematic. They recommend that this unit be place behind the golfer by about six feet. Many of the more pricey launch/simulators monitors allow positioning at the ball.
facing the golfer. This location is much more convenient. When placed on the floor behind me, it almost always gets kicked, knoxed off line, or simply stepped on by someone. Lastly, to display the image on a external monitor, TV, or projector you need the “mirror” feature on an apple device, or the “cast” feature on other devices.
The picture on occasion, drops out. There should be a hardwired option. Lastly, there is no putting on this software. It only allows you to chip to the green. When the ball hits a certain circle around hole you get birdie, par, bogie, or double, depending which circle you hit.
The problem is when you chip, it does not alway register the swing or ball flight, etc. It gets annoying to hit a 15 yard chip 2-4 times before it registers on the device. I don’t know what is causing that to happen, but it’s rather annoying when I have friends over to play.
This is a tremendous little unit. It adds such a wonderful dimension to my practices. I particularly like the fact that it can be set up quickly. Click the tripod in place (very cool), turn it on, set it down 6+ feet behind you, mount your phone on your bag (where you can read it as you make your shots), click on the app, click on range, and you’re ready to go.
The amount of feedback that the unit provides me is incredible. The ease with which you can choose the variables that you prefer to be displayed at the top is really nice. I typically prefer to see Club Speed, Carry Distance, and Deviation (since I have a tendency to hit the ball off to the right).
I can make changes to the factory settings in literally seconds. I expected that the be laboriously difficult, but it is almost instantaneous. Of course, the unit gives me vastly more feedback: Ball Spin, Sidespin, Face to Path, Launch Direction, Club Path, Launch Angle, Attack Angle, Total Distance, and more.
Launch Angle has been particularly helpful to me trying to hit my driver in an upward sweep. I thot I was doing that but it turns out that I’m consistently hitting down with the driver a degree or two.
I have been working on stopping a thirty-year slice (more like banana ball). I almost have that problem solved, and the unit helps a great deal by showing me my clubhead and clubface directions with every hit.
Terrific feedback. Backspin and launch angle are also points of info that I look at. As I go through my clubs, I have a tendency to forget to click on the club I’m switching to. So, I will end up having tried numerous clubs all of which are marked LW because of my failure to change the club designation each time a switch to a new club.
Grrr. The unit is particularly sensitive to placement. The slightest increment off from perfectly vertical placement will result in the unit informing you that it is tilted. That happens when placing the unit on grass.
The fact that the unit is so picky with respect to vertical placement is actually a good sign, a sign that the unit is very sensitive, and that probably leads to accurate readings. The unit fails a bit with respect to launch direction.
I can see that I hit the ball relatively straight, yet the unit says I’m considerable off line to the right. All in all, this is a terrific unit. It adds so many dimensions to my efforts to improve my ball striking.
It makes practice so much effective and enjoyable, particularly compared to yesteryear when I would go to the range and hit 100 balls with no feedback. For $600, the R10 is an affordable device. It’s like having a very competent pro golf instructor in your pocket.
I am also enjoying turning on the video capture feature and recording my swings. That shows my faults in glaring clarity. We are all better golfers in our minds eye. But the videos tell the unvarnished truth.
Most notably, I have a very abbreviated backswing that I was unaware of. Second most notably, I have a tendency to lose my balance on almost every swing. Boy, the video sure makes that stand out. This is terrific feedback.
The only function I have used with the R10 is the Driving Range. The numbers I am seeing are well below my normal averages. So, at first I thought it was the setup I had in my basement (hitting into a net).
However, I took the R10 to the PGA SuperStore (used the practice bay) were I compared the figures with the Foresight setup. The only reliable figure was ball speed (R10 was usually 1 mph faster). The R10 was usually 2 degrees greater for launch angle and the spin numbers (back spin and side spin) were all over the place.
Many times it would show a draw when I hit a fade or vice versa. As I went from wedge to 7i to 3H to 3W to Driver the numbers got worse, especially the carry and total distance. My best drive carried 265 with a rollout to 292 on the Foresight.
However, the same numbers on the R10 was 251 and 266. This was probably due to a higher spin rate and launch angle with the R10. Also, my hybrids and woods would many times have a smash factor greater than 1.
50. I have seen smash factors as high as 1. 62. My R10 is up to date (says the latest version is 4. 00) Having said that, I was schedule to get my R10 in late Feb/early March before they stopped producing them due to the chip shortage.
Supposedly, they were going to different chips due to the supply constraints. If that is the case, maybe they don’t have the firmware/software optimized just yet (much like the issues when the R10 first came out last year).
The other issue is with the app (android). When I want to look at the stats from my sim session the app is kind of clunky. For instance, it allows you to filter the clubs used. So, let’s say, you only want to look at the Driver.
After you look at the shot you are interested in and go back to the home page, the filter has been removed and all the shots appear again. Also, if there are more shots than you can see on the screen you have to scroll to get there.
The issue is when you come back to the Home Screen it may or may not take you back to the same place. Most of the time that doesn’t. So, you end up at the first shot and have to scroll again if you want to see shots around the one you were just looking at.
I know one of the great features is the sim capability. However, with inaccurate numbers it could be a very frustrating experience. As of now, as the title says, I wouldn’t recommend this if you are planning to use it indoors.
As far as The Indoor Golf Shop experience, it has been amazing. While this whole delay with the R10 was completely out of their control, they were great in keeping me informed with the latest updates coming from the manufacture and even offered compensation for the delay.
I have never come across a company that offered compensation for a situation totally out of their control. Talk about great customer service. And this was the first time I have ordered anything from them.
But it won’t be the last time. Thank you to The Indoor Golf Shop for an experience that exceeded all expectations.
Voice Caddie SC200 PLUS is a truly portable and affordable launch monitor designed to provide golfers with complete swing and ball flight metrics found in professional launch monitors. This new Practice Swing Mode allows golfers to get their swing speed numbers without hitting a ball. Golfers now have the ability to work on improving their clubhead speed even if they don?? t have access to a driving range or hitting net.
Using the latest in Doppler Radar Technology, and calibrating atmospheric pressure sensors, the SC200 Plus provides uncompromised precision. Integrating voice output of distance, the SC200 Plus provides the highest levels of user convenience.
I bought this about a year ago online and I’ve never gotten consistent data. First off the swing speed function is incredibly inaccurate. I typically swing my driver at around 90-95 and it will give me swing speed measures of 105-113 which is incredibly misleading, with my seven iron I swing at around 75-80 miles an hour and it will give me readings of 85-93.
Distances with short irons aren’t terribly inaccurate but anything longer than an 8 iron is incredibly inaccurate. My seven iron goes about 150 but I’ve seen numbers range from 135-180 and my driver is even worse, whenever I hit something really well I’ll get a distance in the low 100s and something that isn’t great will get a distance in the 200s range, keep in mind I hit my driver 240-250.
I’ve been fortunate to use systems such as foresight and trackman which are far more accurate in giving consistent data. I understand that not everyone has access to the super expensive launch monitor but for $350 it’s probably just best to save up for a system like flightscope mevo or something else in the 500-1000 dollar range to get better and more consistent data.
I was in the market for one of the low cost swing monitors on the market and did a lot of research and read through reviews and for a product in this price range, the SC200 seemed to be the highest rated.
I am very satisfied with the unit. It delivers the feedback that I need and I find the accuracy to be adequate. I did have the opportunity to compare numbers to a Trackman and it was within +/- 3%. Keep in mind that there are so many variables in golf – temperature, ball type, wind, etc, that I have found that the absolute numbers aren’t as important as the relative numbers.
Say you hit one ball 220 yards, and then the next one 200 yards. Are the absolute numbers accurate? Who knows, but you can see how your swing speed and smash factor vary. Very good feedback. Also, when I bought the unit, the only upgrade over the previous model was the practice mode giving you swing speed without a golf ball.
At first I didn’t think that was worth it, but having used the unit, I actually find that to be very useful and actually eye-opening. You can see how your swing speed drops off with a ball if you aren’t careful.
Having the unit draws attention and virtually everyone who has seen it and tried it loves it.
I ordered a golf club from Global Golf on the 14th and ordered this launch monitor from Rock Bottom Golf with a $120 discount and free shipping five days later on the 19th. I already have my launch monitor but still no golf club.
Great price and fast shipping illustrates just a couple of multiple reasons why Rock Bottom Golf continues to be the best online golf vendor. I am disappointed in Swing Caddie in that not only did I have to buy batteries for the launch monitor but the battery in the remote was dead on arrival so I had to run out and a get a replacement in order to determine if the remote was functioning.
Five stars for Rock Bottom but only four stars for the launch monitor due to the battery issues.
Swing Caddie SC300i is the latest addition to our family of portable launch monitors. The Swing CAddie SC300i is truly portable and provides golfers with complete swing and ball flight metrics found in professional launch monitors, including launch angle and apex data.
Using the latest in Doppler radar technology, and calibrating atmospheric pressure sensors, the SC300i provides uncompromised precision. SC300i connects directly to a personal phone or tablet via Bluetooth allowing golfers to track their real-time, integrated data.
Voice output of distance and remote control provides the highest levels of user convenience.
Fantastic device! I utilize it on my home driving range hitting into a net in my back yard. It saves me time and money by avoiding crowds and distractions at the local driving range. A large bucket of balls is $11.
00 and gas prices are skyrocketing. So the swing caddie is a great solution for me. I t allows me to warm up before a round and the data it provides is invaluable. I only wish it had shot dispersion and trajectory graphics.
Maybe I can find it in the target mode. Nevertheless this product is perfect for my needs!.
The I-Gotcha Ready is a great training & warm up product which can be easily attached to any golf club. Position just below the grip for teaching power release and short game practice, or position it toward the head and you have an ideal weighted club for warm up.
When fixed centrally on the shaft it is perfect for training tempo. The IGotcha Ready One-Minute Warm-Up System is the first warm up system designed to prepare you for the first tee. The three-step process starts with helping establish a smooth tempo and powerful release, while effectively increasing flexibility and warming up the golf muscles.
It is like hitting a bucket of range balls and takes only a minute, while building distance and flexibility. The tour players love it because it replaces their 3kg warm up club they have been used to using, and at only 230g (blue version), fits easily in the bag.
The IGotcha Ready is a three-step process: FIRST STEP, twist and lock the IGotcha Ready in the centre of the shaft. A few swings establishes great tempo, which is the first key to a great swing. SECOND STEP, attach it under the grip to practice your power release.
THIRD STEP, attach it at the hosel, and the weight stretches all of the major golf muscles adding the flexibility you normally don’t feel until the back nine. It is a great new tool every golfer should use before every round, even if it is only to stretch properly and prevent injury Now available in red with a weight of 170g for under 100mph.
Saw one of these on YouTube. Its a great idea! I’ve got several warm up clubs and aids but this one, being detachable can go in your bag. Easy to fit on the lower end of the shaft where its thinner, but increasingly difficult toward the grip end and even more difficult to remove, therefore I wouldn’t recommend fitting to a graphite/compisite shaft.
I bought this to gain flexibility and for warming up prior to hitting the range or before a round and it has worked beautifully for that. I have also noticed that I’ve gained some distance in a relatively short period of time.

The Optishot is definitely worth the money I’m sure it isn’t as accurate as a skytrack or trackman but it gets the job done. I had to tape my woods it reads my irons a putter very well. The one thing I had to do is play with club offsets to get the machine to correctly read the shots to my normal swing I added about.
075 more offset and it performed just like my course shots otherwise it was always to open an inside out swing was almost impossible. Calibration is a must with this and pay attention to the 10 degrees and square or it will be wonky.
It has improved my swing tremendously I’m way more square to the ball plus it’s easy to make adjustments to your swing to hard to do on course and for me it has worked wonders. I used to be a slicer bow I’m straight to slight draw.
There are flaws for sure it doesn’t read the ball hit one thing and ya get extra distance and topping the ball gets airborne that will limit distance including hitting fat the results will be better than real life bit you typically know if you don’t hit it well.
I just ordered the upgraded jagman joe turf will update once I’ve tried it I hear it’s a must though. You will most likely have to play with speed and distances as well in set up. There are plenty of courses to play you don’t have to spend another dime after purchase unlike other platforms.
You can upgrade packages extra courses different competition stuff as well of ya like. The long winters in michigan I should be in mid season form to start the year can’t wait.
Don’t expect a skytrak and you’ll be very happy. I had low expectations when purchasing, but picked it up for a cheap way to swing the clubs in the Michigan winters. I live in an apartment with 9ft ceilings and never pictured having a simulator, but I ordered this when I found out you can use foam balls or no balls.
The system basically works by you programming it to what you hit your clubs. If you know your distances and have a consistent swing you can get it dialed in pretty close. It picks up fades/draws and easy/hard swings.
It can get a random crazy slice or a 380 yd drive, but that’s as easy as hitting mulligan. The software was surprisingly responsive and has good practice features. I would definitely say this is not for game improvement due to limited/incorrect feedback, but it’s a blast to play by myself or with buddies.
If you have the money and space for a skytrak I’d recommend that, but for the money there’s nothing even close to this. So if manage your expectations for a $350 simulator and don’t expect it to help you get to the tour, you’ll be happy.
Had OptiShot 1 and got a free upgrade to the #2 software and it made a difference. Not as good as the expensive ones but does give you good indications of what you are doing wrong and what you need to work on.
I like the choice of different types of golf balls so that you do not have to use regular balls. The “nerf” balls work well once programed. You need to tell calibrate the unit to your swing, which I did by going to an indoor range and then running my unit for a comparison.
I did get a good mat with an underlayment that gets the unit at the right level. For the price this is a great device to use at home. Cured my slice along with some Full Swing videos.

So far the equipment purchased works. If reviewing the support I would give less than 3 stars. First I was mislead during the purchase. I told the salesperson I wanted to be able to have several friends over to play on a simulated course when the items were received and installed.
I can’t play on a simulated course because the ten courses you get are only compatible with Apple products. Not sure why they sent me a $2000 Windows computer when those 10 courses are not available.
Subsequently I had a problem downloading software for the control box and when I asked for help I was told “it’s very easy to do” making me feel like the guy (Gerald) thought I was an idiot. I would not have asked for help if it had been easy to do.
My $10000 is spent and I’ll have to find my way through any issues myself.

Fiberbuilt 10’x10′ Putting Green is the finest largest putting practice area on the market today that will help your short game thanks to the true roll of the putting surface, as well as its three cups for variety in your practice.
I purchased this Fiberbuilt hitting mat with my Mevo+ unit and absolutely love it. I bought the 4×6 and although relatively expensive you get what you pay for. The rubber base and frame the mat sits in makes it quite heavy and doesn’t move whatsoever when striking the ball.
The mat accepts a wood tee and after using it for about a month and hitting well over 2500 balls it shows absolutely no wear. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone.
Wonderful golf mat. I have had it for just a few weeks, but it’s everything you would want in a golf mat. Easy to assemble. Sturdy with no slippage on a carpeted floor. Solid stance thru out the golf swing.
Turf like feel when you hit the ball off the mat. No jarring or twisting on impact. Perfect!.

I have been trying for four days to no avail. The Internet connection on the SkyTrak will not work. The guys are super nice when I call but no one‘s really being of any benefit of help. SkyTrak is absolutely no help because all you can get is a chat session to where they cut you off.
Never in 1 million years would I ever do this again. I feel like I own a $7500 after the software and the iPad and all the stuff that I’ve gone through, doorstop. I can’t even get the machine to book the Internet now and which means that I can’t even hit on the driving range.
The Sky Trak and projector are awesome. I don’t care for the way the screen for the projector is attached to the front of the net. I have seen competing set ups that have the screen in the back of the netting.
I would have probably bought one of those set ups. Having the screen at the front of the net allows for more random bounces off the screen.
The Shop Indoor Golf team are very friendly and helpful, liked them. The installation of software seems to be much more difficult that it should be. I am still trying to get the golf package to work.
It says my token is no good, what is a token? It says load again, and I do, it then says my token is no good. It says try a different way, and I do, it says my token is no good. May be a skytrack issue, I dunno.
