20 Best Golf Cart Rear View Mirror (2022 Updated)

The mirror and bracket are solid. However, when mounted and the cart is moving, the mirror shakes/moves terribly due to being attached to the golf cart top which is not stabilized. You can see, obviously, what is behind you but there needs to be a way to stabilize the mirror to eliminate the horrible shaking/movement.

It was purchased for an older gentleman to put on his golf cart . He loves it and can see everything behind him and actually its wide angle even shows who is in the cart with him . He loves it .

Took longer to take off old style mirror than to put this one on. More importantly; this one for the size and visibility range is a must see

Had one of these on a 2004 Yamaha cart and it was great! The hardware that comes with this one doesn’t match up to the 2018 Drive2. I was able to mount it, but it was very unstable and looking behind while driving was nearly impossible because of the shake.

I took it down and put the convex style mirror back up. I may try to come up with a more stable mounting system some other time.

Wink mirror is awesome, completely eliminates blind spots and enables more confident driving. Highly recommended

i read the Wisconsin vehicle requirements, pertaining to road vehicles, and it seemed like all they where saying is you at least have to have one mirror. so i have five now, ( removed the other three ).

i hot rod for MPG; and wile performance goes hand in had, in allot of aspects, performance is not the main concern, but safety is still always tops. i MPG hot rod 4WD 1/2 ton trucks. just my own, and this was a mod on my second, and current 1/2 ton.

i am up around 34 MPG @ 55 MPH on a flat stretch with no-load. i always run payloads, but half the trip is many times unloaded. it’s a great mirror set up, and a great MPG mod. i am sure i will get questioned about it the next time i get pulled over, ( though my acrylic side mirror replacement panels look sweet ), but i think i could easily beat a ticket.

the view is certainly better than i could get with any one stock mirror, that’s for sure.

The price sucks, but these are the sturdiest, highest quality mirrors I have found.

It was a gift for my husband’s truck. He had one, but this is much better. It is flatter than the prior one, so it is more accurate. Objects appear in real time. He uses the mirror to back up without turning his body around.

He goes straight down long driveways. He sees more of the road behind him, so he knows what is happening at all times when driving.

Shipping was quick. This mirror allows you to see the entire back seat plus a view out each side window. Very handy with little ones in the back seats. Easily clips on existing mirror. Plan to order another for a relative with several little ones.

Great product if you don’t already have a backup camera integrated in the rearview mirror. It is a little on the heavy side and we tried it for a while since we paid for it, but it also seemed to weigh down my existing mirror.

Put it in our kids’ car since backup camera is on console.

Product fits as described. However every accessory that I have ordered from Madjax came in a box from them with their name and picture on it. This one did not which leads me to believe its not authentic.

All it was in was a brown box that said made in China not the box shown in the picture. Now make your own decision and go from there. I gave a 5 star only because I was happy with the product.

Excellent experience. Had a small issue, 1st mirror came with chipped mirror from shipping. Mirror was well packaged, no apparent damage. I called Golf Cart Garage and they immediately sent a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition.

Mirror quality is excellent. Overall a great experience and product.

This is an essential safety item for all golf carts traveling on paved roadways with autos and moter cyclists. It is inexpensive, easy to install , and provides a wide rear/side view. The unit is not glass, so this removes the risk of injury in a collision.

It mounts high on the front cross- bars , out of the way, yet easy to see, with an adjustable feature for individual focus. I can think of no reason NOT to have this unit on your golf cart! 5 stars.

The mirror installation was very straight forward and works very well, however you may want to check the manufacture`s quality control. The size of the screws which were included did not match the screws referenced in the instructions.

Additionally, I encourage them to obtain their hardware from somewhere else. The threads of all the screws just peeled off during tightening them. Fortunately, I had some quality screws that worked perfectly.

CHECK THE HARDWARE.

Mirror was same as the one we needed to replace because we had broken a mirror. It fit our cart perfectly and was easy to install. Mirror was delivered quickly.

This product is just what I was looking for. I’ve had those long bars with several mirrors that vibrate and blur the image behind you as your driving down the road. This took less than 5 minutes to install and works great giving you full clear vision of what’s behind you.

It works so well my brother bought one for his cart.

Large rear view mirror of good quality. Simple and solid construction which I think will last for a long time. Real glass, not cheap plastic glass. A good purchase, worth every penny.

Very easy to install! Holds it’s position very well so you don’t have to always adjust. Can see not only to the rear of the cart but with the curve you can see to the sides behind you as well. Great product for the money!.

I live close to the golf course and use my golf cart to get to the course as well as for transportation around the neighborhood. Having a good rear view mirror makes it much safer for both purposes.

This particular mirror does not fit my new 2020 Club Cart. There is no area to attach mirror securely in this cart. We tried attaching to the two hanging flaps but mirror jiggles — I’ll go back to the long 5 panel type mirror!!.

The mirror is very high quality, but came with no mounting instructions. Attached to my frame, but can not tighten it enough to keep mirror from dropping down while driving. Will have to purchase similar bolts, nuts and lock washers to tighten.

The threaded sections on mirror rotate which prevents mirror from locking in place.

The installation was much more difficult then necessary. The length of the wire from the mirror is just barely enough to get to the connections behind the headlight. The factory wire harness does not have a lot of play so trying to get a short wire connected to it was difficult.

Further the wire tap clips provided were so flimsy that they would not stay in contact with the spade connector and did not provide for a good connection. I had to splice the wires together. The other opportunity to improvement is on the plastic mount for the mirror and the swivel part.

My cart has a custom enclosure/cover that does not allow for the mirror to be mounted on the outside of the roof support, it has to be mounted on the roof support surface that faces 90 degrees to the left or facing the seat.

This results in a very limited ability to adjust the mirror.

After receiving the package. I opened it read the instructions. was very simple to install with just a few Basic tools. mirrors work good turn signals In mirror and outside work very well. very satisfied.

For the price paid, I would rate them excellent, they were mounted on a Kubota tractor. They have enough adjustment to fit about anyone. I would buy these again. Again for the price paid the quality is very good.

Distributor refused to send the missing hardware and installation instructions and only offered a return option. I needed to use the product immediately so I had to purchase the hardware at my on expense.

Will not do business with them again.

They show long screws with washers and nuts, but send four cheap 1″ long self taping screws…misleading photos took some stars out

Got these mirrors for my 2017 Ezgo TXT gas Valor and the work very well. Doesnt interfere with aftermarket fold down windshield either. My roof support already had a pre drilled hole on both sides so used that for my bottom mount then using the mirror as a template, drilled the top holes with a 1/4 inch bit.

The hardware pack is actually pretty good with nylock nuts using to secure the bolts. Helpful Tip: to save some time and maybe a headache, when installing the hardware, put the washers against the mirror mount and run the screws in Before trying to put them through with the mirror positioned against the roof support.

Then install the whole thing as a unit. The reason why is that, at least on my set, I couldnt swivel the mirror out of the way enough to get the top bolt and washer in after the bottom was installed.

The mirrors are all plastic but thats fine. I also like that theres a nut on the bottom you can tighten up if the mirrors ever start flopping around. I give these 5 stars.

Do yourself a favor and throw away the hardware that comes with the mirrors. They’re not even self tapping screws; and eventually they’ll come loose from vibration or handling. I replaced them with nuts, bolts, and a few lock washers.

The mirrors themselves are nice. big viewing area, and they don’t look wonky compared to the rest of the cart. smooth movement and easy manipulation when adjusting. Overall, pretty good – especially for the price.

don’t use the screws. don’t drill holes in the roofs support bar. purchase two “u’ bolts that are just big enough to go around the support bar. I used round u-bolts. square ones are good too. use stainless steel if you ride the beach.

put the u-bolt around the roof support just above the half fold of the windshield with the bolts facing to the outside. put the u- bolts bar on and then the nuts. slide the mirrors long plastic -upper- bar under the u-bolts metal bar.

tighten the nuts evenly on each side. also, the mirror glass can pop out on rough roads. you can run a fine bead of silicon at the edge of the glass and the plastic case to help prevent this. cut off the excess u-bolt threads at the nuts with a hacksaw so you can fold the mirrors in to install a cover.

This mirror is very sturdy and stays in place very well. I just hate how long the extension is. If you mount the mirror in front of you, it is right in your face, so I mounted it on the passenger side to stretch over to the driver side so I could see.

But then it was in my passengers face. I just went and bought a different mirror because you just can’t put the Seizmik anywhere in the SXS that isn’t inconvenient. Kinda disappointing because it’s a really nice mirror, just not practical for use in my 2016 RZR 900 XC.

I like this mirror. It gives me a view of the entire back and sides. Sitting in the Talon 1000X one is quite low and it’s almost impossible to see out the rear. I have a rear view mirror in my Pioneer 700 but this one is much better.

Simple to install on the roll bar.

ABS with glass mirrors. Will work for what I got it for. Seems a trend, NO mounting hardware. Poor shipping, at least tape the box shut, so if the hardware might have been in the box, it wasn’t lost during shipping.

I bought one of these years and years ago for my 66 Barracuda. This one is of similar quality and build. The mount brackets are a bit flimsier. I bought this to put on my 94 Wrangler. Unfortunately, as it is a soft top and there is a strap across the top center for the top, and also where the roll bar bolts to the windshield frame, this mirror will not work.

It also took weeks and weeks to receive. So it is what it is, and I’ll save it for when I build a drift car or something, but it did not meet the needs I had when I purchased it.

I love my new 5 panel mirror. I have a 2014 mazda 3 sedan, with a little assistance this was installed within a hour. The mounting hardware that came with it is plenty of support. When it came to mounting locations, the windshield was not my intentions at all.

It was rite below the head visors, drilled with a bitt through the same metal the head visors are mounted in. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 :).

This is an aftermarket mirror used in conjunction with a aftermarket backup camera. It does a pretty good job but it is noticeably not OEM in function. My original mirror was a little clearer without the slight blue tint this one has and I liked it better.

The new camera/mirror combo does not project onto the viewing screen lines that extended out from your vehicle referencing the side positions and angle of the vehicle which is very handy and a very noticeable difference compared to my wife’s car that has a OEM backup up camera.

The other complaint about this mirror is depending on the angle you are viewing it from the image tends to become semitransparent and you see the camera image on top of the mirror image underneath which frankly sucks.

This effect is even worse when wearing polarized sunglasses and not a problem in my wife’s OEM backup car. I purchased this product primarily for backing up to a trailer when by myself and it works perfectly for that.

Generally aftermarket products do not work as well because they are a one size fits all and that should be somewhat expected. Overall I would rate the mirror at about a 3. 7 out of 5 “#sweepstakes”.

I bought this rear camera plus installation for my wife for Christmas. I took it back after Christmas for the install and they started talking about how if they broke my windshield during installation, I would have to pay to replace it.

I mean come on, this was Christmas gift. How about telling me that when I bought this so I could instead give her something I wouldn’t have to take back. Ended up with a full refund, of course. Wasted a whole day driving back and forth for nothing.

I’m too busy to be wasting my time like that. Buyer beware.

I never realized how much I’d appreciate a backup camera. The only minor thing that can get annoying is if it’s raining the picture can be blurry but what can you expect if it’s against the elements in Washington lol.

Other than that I love it and it’s awesome for backing into parking spots at school when I’m in a rush as well as backing out of anywhere obviously. Does the job! Thank you!.

Although the first mirror I received had one broken glass panel, the company send a replacement mirror with absolutely no-hassle. It arrived quickly. Installation is fairly straight-forward. The most difficult part is actually drilling the holes through the metal frame and making sure the holes are drilled in the right location to ensure the mirror’s balance.

Just what I needed. I drive the cart on the streets that have a speed limit under 30 mph occasionally. My cart didnt have any mirrors when I bought it. These look good and they have great coverage of whats going on behind.

The mount is exceptional, the mirror is a bit less than I was hoping for. It is so “wide” view (convex) everything is too small to see well and so wide field I can see peripheral edges that just don’t matter.

If I look in my rear view mirror I like to be able to quickly process and understand what I see so that I can spend 99. 99% of my time looking forward. And when backing up I should have a clear sense of distance and orientation.

I was initially hesitant on purchasing this. i bought a mirror from another online retailer that mounted ahead of the driver to replace the stock one (yxz 1000r ss se) It didn’t last long as my helmet visor broke the mirror.
