20 Best Glitter For Snow Globe Tumblers (2022 Updated)

We will be using this product in many different winter projects. We used in in many of our gift presents for our parent for Christmas.

Use sparingly, the glitter tends to stick around the room long after it’s used. It is however very pretty and the children love using it. It has a magical appearance.

It did not perform as well as I expected. Took more crystals and did not give the effect of glistening snow as I wanted. I will continue to look for the product that can do this. I was expecting crushed glass like sparkle.

We used this glitter as part of the set for our school concert. The glitter caught the light much better than another black glitter that we had run out of. Great product!

I have kids at my home all the time, this glitter and a little glue an keep them busy for hours ! They love. Using it on everything from flip flops to birthday cards, we had a blast !

This is in a form of Nuvo Drops so it’s even more lovely for adding some sparkle to snow scapes or STARS. I’ve been into celestial and zodiac themes as of late and this add’s a sparkle to silver colored stars or to help give depth to foiling too.

I had resisted buying these because I was afraid it would take a lot of skill to make perfect little dots. Not true. I watched a video on Youtube with helpful hints and since then have been turning out perfect enamel dots.

This product is amazing. They are self-leveling and settle down into perfect little domed dots. There is a wide selection of colors to match all your projects. There are only two cons – they take 24 hours to dry and they are addictive.

I want to put them on everything!.

I love this stuff! The design possibilities are great. Not only have I made my own “enamel” dots, but have used to to decorate a tiny wreath and trees. Tip: To get that perfect dome, place bottle straight up over the area.

Do not place nozzle on paper, but a little above. Squeeze and pull up. DO NOT THUMP FROM UNDER THE SURFACE. Let dry and you will get a perfect dome.

Not used this product before and have only ‘played’ with it so far (not used on an actual project) but so far I am impressed. It gives really good coverage with a beautiful silver sparkly finish, I love that it’s a smooth finish and not rough and gritty like glitter.

I think I’ll be starting up a collection of these.

I have been looking at this for a while and finally decided to purchase it. I used it the next day on a customers card, just on a swirly vine and it looked beautiful. I didn’t do anything particular with it, just kind of wiped it on and once it dried, it looks gorgeous.

Very delicate but I guess you could build it up. Will be ideal for Christmas work.

Was really excited to try this having seen online tutorials. It does look lovely and a mess free way to add glitter. I love it on embossed cardstock. My only disappointment was that the frosty dawn picked up colour from even good quality black cardstock and inks.

Obviously it’s quite a wet product so I guess this should be expected but I didn’t over apply it. It now looks a little dirty. In future I’ll apply to my craft sheet and use a different applicator when using on darker backgrounds.

It was poorly made, difficult for children ( and adults) to put together. Very disappointed. Do not buy this product.

My grands were here for the weekend so I needed fun things for them to do. I bought these adorable snow globe’s along with the Pumpkin boxes! So fun, cute and a great craft for 5 kids 6-11!!! Highly recommend!!.

Very cool idea of a globe and very fun to make. Needed to help the smaller children more so, but to be expected.

My mom was a big time crafter, she used this on so many different projects but the one was with me on my train set. She created a winter wonderland under the Christmas tree every year using this for snow on top of mirrors to create snow along the ice skating rinks.

When she passed away, I continued to build on to my set to pass on to my daughter. Now I’m putting together another one for my son. This is easy to use and i love how it looks after its dried, i am looking forward in using it on other holiday projects.

I first tried another brand and it was full of little things to make it gritty and rough. Snow is smooth. I had placed the gritty snow on a ceramic piece, and literally filed it off with sandpaper to put on the Arleene Decorative Snow brand.

I am very happy with the Arleene Brand and recommend it highly.

Was ready to order from another dealer until I checked with Dick Blicks. Great Price, even tho was a few days longer for delivery, was worth the wait. Ordered 6 jars and love this product. Used it for decorating xmas greenery for a wedding.

I bought this glitter to use as “sprinkles” on a Frozen-themed felt donut for my daughter and it worked out great! It’s a mix of snowflakes and circle-shaped pieces of pretty holographic glitter. It adhered well to the felt with a dot of fabric glue.

Now I have 99. 5% of the bottle left for some sparkly Christmas cards.

This glitter will look beautiful in my Christmas shaker cards. I wish it was less expensive but it always lasts longer than I think so it’s worth it.

The glitter is great quality and goes a long way but I didn’t find the colours to be true to the pics. The samples are overpriced and so I ordered 2 large bags of glitter and when I looked at the two pictures on the website (on more three different devices) they seemed to compliment each other well.

When they arrived however, they look hideous together. The products are both great and I’ll definitely use them but they don’t look nice together and this was not the case online. Quick delivery.

Omg!! This glitter is to die for! Not only does it cone in good quantities but it REALLY sparkles! I’m addicted. The range of colours is brilliant and I received my order so quickly too. Loved this glitter much so that I ordered a second lot the day after the first lot arrived.

I bought the glitter for an OOAK doll repaint I’m doing, and couldn’t be happier with the range of colour, I had thought they were going to be circular (my mistake) but the hexagons have actually worked better than circles would anyway.

only downside is my house is now covered in glitter, my children are covered in glitter and my dog is covered in glitter, but hey! I think we all need a bit more glitter in our lives at the moment.

Lots of pretty colors. There are 12 different colors. So you get one bottle of fine glitter and one bottle of tinsel glitter of the same color. The tinsel glitter just rounds out the look of the fine glitter.

Making lots of pretty embellishments for jewelry and other crafts. I just glue the glitter on the embellishment, let dry, then add Dimenshional Magic or Glossy Accents to hold the glitter in place so it won’t flake off.

I use these in multiple projects and I found out that they are super glittery with high shine like you just neec little quantity for better shind. I recommend this product to the crafters.

Great product 🙂 Worked perfectly on the inside of clear plastic ornaments ~ pour a bit of Mop & Glo in, swish around everywhere and pour the excess back into bottle. Then pick your color(s), swirl around, or not, depending on your design and voila! Beautiful Galaxy ornaments! Normally I would have used the oodles of glitter I already have but am extremely pleased at the texture of this glitter that I know regular glitter could not accomplish.

Again, excellent product with lots left over for more next Christmas!.

Used this to make styrofoam snowman heads look snowy. First put Mod Podge on & then sprinkled with this & let dry – made a great look! And it stayed on with only very occasional shedding.

This Glitter is just what I was looking for! I wanted something to sparkle on top of my white sand that I was using to create a sparkling geode art. Turned out perfect!

I had ordered (2). 1 was perfect, the other did not have the engraved plate placed on and left it to us to do with a self adhesive on the back of the plate. Needless to say there is a curve to the area for the plate and became a nightmare to do.

Would not lay completely flat. Added are own glue and became messy. The customer service in the past has been a nightmare to deal with and needed this for Christmas. Also, had a somewhat similar problem last year with one of the ornaments ordered.

The problem is, that customers settle and they know it.

I didn’t get to see this snow globe in person, but the recipient of this gift said it was beautiful and very touching. The snow globe features 3 deer which for me was to represent a father a mother and a child, and it was to play “old long since” (old lang syne) as It was a sympathy gift in memory of a family member – in hopes of never forgetting such an influential and beloved person, and to carry on with his spirit in our hearts.

I personally think you need to have a better variety of Christmas globes!! You have had the same looking ones over the years lately! So more variety of Christmas globes would be nice! Merry Christmas!!.

This Diamond Dust added great sparkle to my painting – it glitters just like fresh snow on a sunny day or a starry night. It really adds a lovely touch to my art work. When buying this product you should also get YES Paste to glue it to your artwork – this paste completely disappears, it doesn’t yellow and once it’s set none of the sparkles fall off.

I also found it was helpful to sprinkle the Diamond Dust a teaspoon at a time then after 10 to 15 min to tilt the canvas and let the excess slide onto a cardboard folder so I could then pour the shards back into the jar.

You do need to be careful that none of the diamond dust is left on your work surface or falls on the floor – they are tiny shards of glass that feel like glass slivers, a few fell on my kitchen floor and I was barefoot!.

PERFECT touch to add sparkle to resin designs. I sprinkle this ontop of other glass chunks and its wonderful. But wear gloves and be careful because its literally glass flakes hurts to get in skin like fiber glass!!!.

I did not expect it to be this good! I took a chance on one of my wedding canvas prints and painted it with a thin layer of Mod Podge Matte and then sprinkled this all over. I couldn’t stop myself from doing it to 3 other canvases I have around my house because how INSANELY sparkly and high-end this made everything look! I had a canvas I bought for $7 from Family Dollar which was already nice and it looks unreal now.

This is my life. Too bad it’s sold out in stores except for one 28 miles away from me. Still debating if I should make the drive or I should just wait for them to ship it to me.

I bought this glitter to use for the tack it method for tumblers. I sprayed painted two tumblers, one purple one pink. Both tumblers came out looking fantastic and have a very visible rainbow effect.

I buy a lot of these glitters and extra fine glitters. They have great coverage and they go along way! Definitely worth the purchase!! Large verity of colors and verity of chunky to extra fine. I will be purchasing more of these!.

The glitter is consistent and has a great color that doesn’t seem to run or wash out when applied to epoxy. I’ve used several different colors and all worked great for my projects. Really wish the stores carried a few more colors and just white, not opal or other iridescent shades.

Most of the glitter is cut very poorly. If you’re looking for glitter that is the same shape throughout, this isn’t it. Unfortunately won’t work for those who do glitter placement.

This really sets up hard. No crumbling like some others that I’ve used. It could have more glitter. I mix more into it and it looks better. Just like fresh fallen snow.
