I consider this to be the “bible” of Real Estate Brokerage from running your business as a broker agent to building your team to running your own real estate brokerage firm subject of course to any laws of the state in which you are licensed and operate in.

I like some things about this book and dislike others. I like that it’s really about ‘branding’ yourself and making yourself into a ‘business’ instead of just increasing your sales. What I don’t like is, it’s a hard read.

Tough to stay into it fully. It will challenge you on many levels and make you question the way you are running your real estate career! I can see where the principles in this book, if implemented properly, in a good market (not today’s) would create a more successful level of business for most people.

But with the market as it is today, I am struggling to close enough transactions to keep myself employed, let alone hiring all the assistants and taking on the overhead this book suggests. When the market turns back to profitable, this will be a great blueprint to follow.

My new listing was a condo whose association would not allow my normal 4″x4″ Gothic-style post and sign. I used this product to install my smaller sign at the condo. The unit was easy to assemble, and I was able to install it at the condo myself.

The Post is a good solution if you are looking for something not expensive and sturdy. It is a little small and I had to add an extra piece of metal (a towel rack from Home Depot) to make it at least 4 FT tall because the height was too low.

I thought I had ordered two 3 Ring Binder kits for two separate LLCs, but I recieved one 3 ring binder kit and one 2 ring binder kit. I cannot use the 2 ring kit as my documents all fit the 3 ring setup.

Hopefully I can exchange the binder and contents for a 3 ring set.

The difference between sizes is really off. I tried to get a replacement and could not find my order number! I could not apply for a replacement. T-shirt and image is good quality! Sizing and customer service are my concern.

Great printing job, nice shirt. Very soft cotton, it did shrink a bit but fit ok. Got it fast too. More colors of t shirts would be great and maybe a thicker fabric.
