I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about a pan!! First, it is heavy duty and it feels that way when you lift it up (bit heavy). It has one solid long handle on one side and a small loop handle on the other side to help support picking it up, which is really nice.

The color is beautiful and would look classy in any kitchen (if that’s a concern for you), as it looks very “high end” with the color and finishing. Now for performance- the “healthy” non-stick coating is incredible.

My first time using I left ground turkey in there longer than I should have without stirring. I fully expected some serious stick to the pan issues or burning but I couldn’t believe it when it easily scooped right up and flipped.

Eggs will slide around on it without oil. Only 2 uses in so I can’t comment much on long term quality, but so far? Extremely pleased and thinking of tossing all of my other pans. The cooking was also even and thorough.

I’ve been using this pan for about a month or so now and so far I think it’s been good enough to use in my normal lineup of cookware. It’s got a lovely luxurious look and feel to it. As far as it’s cooking performance goes, it’s been perfectly adequate.

I tend to make things like sandwiches or sauteed veggies with this pan. Eggs can still prove a little tricky when using this pan as it’s nonstick coating isn’t perfectly nonstick. You’ll generally have to use a bit of fat (oil/butter/etc) to make sure things play nicely.

My one criticism is that the pan is kind of thin/lightweight so it doesn’t hold heat very well. Be sure not to crowd this pan otherwise you’ll lose heat very quickly. All in all it’s a pretty good pan.

Everything sticks! It says no oil needed but you need oil and it will still stick like crazy. Eggs stick even smothered in olive oil and even sausage sticks. It says utensil safe for metal etc and it’s not.

Only thing that don’t stick is the steamer and it’s not nonstick. the lids have a edge crease that hold juices and is a nightmare to get entirely clean. This set is trash and I made the mistake of throwing the box away as we bought it when we moved and I regret owning this cookset everyday I walk into kitchen as I know anything I cook will be stuck and washing the pots will take intense scrubbing.

I have tried every temperature and it don’t matter neither does not using or using oil. These pots won’t even cook a simple egg and fails in a miserable way at cooking scrambled as half the eggs stick to the pan and need soaked to removed with scraping!.

I’ve waited 6 months before reviewing and i can say i love this set. If you wipe them down within an hour of cooking items in the pan will slip right out. if you leave things in over night, a little warm water and dish soap with a paper towel will generally clean it right out.

I use them as instructed. we only use plastic and wooden spatulas in them to make sure metal silverware doesn’t damage the pans and we generally never crank up the heat to full blast (i can’t think of a time we have gone over 7.

5-8 out of 10) and again, we hand wipe and wash them, it takes seconds. At first my wife was unsure when i brought these home but she has praised them several times sense and was surprised how well they do their jobs.

I think most people equate weight to a really good sturdy pan. These are light and do a fantastic job.

I spent some time researching before I bought (and talked to culinary buddies). While a “Martial Arts” themed set was nice, the price was most definitely not (‘Lifetime’ is 10 years on that set even “babying it”.

Anyone will tell you that a good set can last a “Lifetime” if you follow some BASIC RULES (ignore most from the < insert> manufacturer> as they make $ selling you new stuff rather than replace old). TIPS: 1) Season your pans 2) Wash by HAND (sponge, soap, water)- NEVER the dishwasher 4) Never use cooking sprays or olive oil 5) Use WOODEN utensils for cooking (or silicone).

I am looking forward to years with this set as it replaced an OLD NONSTICK SET that was handed down. One last thing. ALWAYS use a pot holder for the lids when cooking. If Gotham has one flaw; it is most definitely this.

You WILL burn yourself if not careful (as one of my buddies attested too).

This frying pan is just a delight. The colour is lovely and the red isn’t too vibrant so fits in with any kitchen. It’s super light yet efficient. Many frying pans say they don’t need any oil but then batter can get stuck on to the pan.

I made pancakes, Indian savoury snacks and fried off some vegan bacon all without any oil. The pancakes cane out better than ever before – evenly browned even when I made mini ones. The non stick coating is unlike any I’ve seen before – glistens in the light but heats evenly and quickly to give you the best results whether that is fluffy pancakes, crispy dosa or vegan bacon.

Hubby was super impressed too. The handle is slightly awkward at times but we realised it helps keeps the frying pan in the middle of the gas cooker ring which helps your cooking and prevents any burning.

I cannot wait to make more products and hade already ordered one for my mother. If you love kitchen utensils this is definitely one you need. Also come with a 10 year guarantee which cannot be beaten.

I was sceptical about trying yet another non-stick frying pan let alone one that claims to be Zerostick! However, on trying this product we have been amazed by the quality. We have cooked bacon, paella, curry and stir fry and not one thing stuck to the pan.

We used no oil cooking two of our meals expecting the non-stick element to fail but we were proven wrong. The frying pan comes with concise instructions and we learnt things we didn’t know. We had no idea that cooking sprays shouldn’t be used on non-stick appliances.

However, with no or very little need to use regular oil when cooking these pans are not only tough and versatile but healthy to use too. It’s definitely worth paying that little bit more for a superior product.

We will definitely purchase more from this range.

I couldn’t be happier with this fry pan. It is just the right size, perfectly flat on the bottom, and is exceptionally well made. It distributes heat evenly so that the food cooks nicely. It also cleans easily, as long as the heat isn’t up too high while cooking.

My only complaint is that the handle is not comfortable and not balanced properly in relation to the weight of the pan. It is too skinny, and therefore hard to grip when it has to be turned, i. e. when cleaning the sides and bottom.

All in all, good value for the fine quality.

It’s hard to find pans that work on an induction stove. This does work but for the price it’s not any better than a normal cheap non stick pan. Already had scratches after 1 month and I only use plastic or wood spatulas.

I’m glad I only bought one pan and not an entire set.

Very high quality and perfect for every day cooking of pastas, gnocchi, sauces and anything like that. Cover is glass with a stainless steel rim and stainless steel handle, and the handle hasnt gotten too hot for me to touch even after long periods of time on high heat.

Easy to clean but be diligant and take good care of it. Comparable to brands like All-Clad and definitely top tier cooking equipment.

I bought these based on a Consumer Reports review and using ScanPan skillets that are heavy and because of the handle attachments always get food stuck in the pan. I am also an owner of Lifetime cook ware, please consider my review a good and honest one.

These are the best non stick pans I have ever used. They are truly non stick, light weight, and perfect for the normal food you would cook in a pan like these. The heat is evenly dispatched. I love cooking eggs, bacon, onions, jalapenos, chives, garlic, green chile, etcetera due to non stick and able to cook on lower heat since the pan is not a super heavy pan.

I also love the colors available. You really must try these. The finish on the pan does not yellow and is very pleasing to the eye.

We bought a set of this cookware a couple months ago and have loved it since day one. It is exactly as advertised. You really can boil water on a lower heat. The non stick coating is amazing. Cleaning is trivial.

It’s also a very attractive product. Since we got the original set, we ran into some things that were hard to prepare with just the items that came in the original set, so we supplemented our collection with two more pieces.

Bought as a replacement for an All Clad non-stick frypan that had gotten the coating scratched up due to teens using the wrong utensils. I use All Clad and Le Creuset purchased many years ago but a replacement was cost prohibitive so I read some great reviews on Consumer Reports and decided to try this one.

All I can say is WOW! I love using this new frypan – it conducts heat evenly, food comes out of the pan with no problem, it’s lightweight making it easy to get out of my cabinet, and it is a breeze to clean.

I have never heard of Cooks Brand Cookware so I was excited to try a new brand. I love cooking and a good pan makes all the difference in the kitchen. I have a couple of sets of pots and pans that I use for different types of cooking and finding a good nonstick pan is vital.

What I like about this pan is it is heavier than my other nonstick pans. I also like that its oven-safe up tp 450 degrees. One thing I noticed right away is the nonstick surface looked more durable than some of my other pans.

It doesnt look painted on if that makes sense. I find myself reaching for this pan more than any of my other 12″ pans. I am definitely going to look into more Cooks brand Cookware.

Really liking this pan so far. It has a moderate heft (not unwieldy by any means, but sufficient weight in the bottom “disk” to help with heat distribution). As with any pan, a great test of the non-stick is scrambled eggs.

Heated up some butter, added the eggs whole, and mixed them IN the pan using a plastic spatula. After serving, cleanup of the pan was literally just a wipe with a paper towel. Easy-peasy. Can’t speak to the longevity yet, but if it holds up it will prove to be an essential tool in our kitchen.

It’s a great size. Feels like a good weight. First time used, however, some melted cheese stuck to the pan. While the cheese slid off after soaking, there were leftover black spots in the plan. Additional soaking did not help.

Boiling dog not help. Eventually using some baking soda send to help. I did not use anything sharp or sharp or scratchy. The marks are still faintly there. It also looks scratched up in spite of gently cleaning.

I don’t anticipate it will last long.

Pan has been just great but it sure needs the helper handle put on it. I had the 12″ with the helper handle before this pan and believe me here if either pan ever needed the helper handle its this pan.

Just fill both pans up with food then try telling me differently? Its much deeper and all that extra food weighs quite a bit more so please put a helper on this one asap. Honestly I’ll never buy another 12″ up pan without the helper handle again anyway, it helps out so much.

After having one with it for yrs then “poof” its just gone I quickly realized how helpful the extra handle actually is and how bad I just messed up buying another pan without one. Lesson learned!.

I love this small skillet. I reserve it for eggs and fish to preserve the finish. Eggs never stick. Makes perfect small omelets! This is my second one. The first one held up for about 3 years. The skillet itself is heavy duty, never warps, cool handle, chrome bottom endures, cooks evenly, but the teflon finish does scratch eventually.

This is my second go-around with this machine. I had one that lasted just under a year, but when it died Cuisinart repaired the machine, and then once repaired it lasted another two years making great espresso.

The steam wand did break off after the first year but I generally just make three americanos each morning so it wasn’t too big of a problem. That machine finally died and was out of warranty so I decided to give it another shot (get it, shot)! I purchased this machine on Amazon on 2/7/20 and was overall very pleased.

The portafilter began to get clogged however in May which would cause the machine to jam with pressure and wasn’t able to push coffee through. I have a pretty high-end Breville smart grinder but thought that could be the issue so I took some beans to a commercial-grade coffee grinder and am having the same issue.

According to Amazon, it’s been too long for a return so I contact Cuisinart and after 33 minutes of giving them information and waiting on hold, I was told that this model isn’t available for replacement.

They said I could pay for shipping both ways and cover the potential cost of repairs if they were able to repair it that is, which they wouldn’t know how much that would be until they completed it. Shipping was about $40 each way according to the very nice customer service girl on the phone.

So I can be guaranteed to pay $80 for roundtrip shipping and if they can repair it, whatever cost they decide to charge me for that???? Way to stand behind your products Cuisinart!! Fortunately, I purchased an extended warranty through Amazon (def do it if taking a chance with this machine as I’ve had 3 of them and 2 of the 3 didn’t make it 1 year) and I’ve started the claim process there and am hopeful that they can help me out because Cuisinart certainly isn’t interested in being helpful! If you take a chance with this coffee maker I hope you have a good back-up in place b/c it’s not if, but when it will let you down!.

I purchased this pan to replace my large Zwilling ceramic fry pan. It was a great pan, but over time, despite repeated “facials” with a baking soda paste, food began sticking to it with greater frequency.

I wanted to return to a traditional PTFE nonstick skillet but had a hard time finding one that was induction ready and met my requirements, This one suits me because it is thicker aluminum than most, for more even heat spread, The sidewalls are neither too vertical nor too flared.

The handle is comfortable and I was pleased to see that despite having a smaller base than my old pan, it heated quickly on my largest hob. I’ve lived with it now for about a month and have found that release is excellent, as expected for a new PTFE pan, and cleanup is easy.

My only quibble, and it’s a small one, is with the rivets for both handles. I prefer them to be coated or at least flush with the pan’s surface. These are neither and food tends to get caught around the edges.

Repeated scrubbing there will eventually begin to chip away at the coating around the rivets, but it’s something I can live with because it’s on the sidewalls, Soaking will help to loosen food. Overall, I’m very happy with the pan and will be replacing my smaller ceramic fry pans with the 8″ and 10″ sizes in the next few days.

Ok, first let me say that I gave a speech to my husband and oldest son stating that they better not mess up my new pan! It comes with instructions and state that due to the thermoconductivity which is exceptional high per the instructions.

My husband has a tendency to walk away from a pan that he is “warming” up and we have a gas range! This pan works beautifully for egg scrambles and omelettes!! I also was impressed that my organic chicken sausage that doesn’t have a casing did not stick either! The ease of cooking and the non-stick factor has made me fall in love.

I was looking for a pan that doesn’t have a lot of chemicals to create that non-stick surface and this one fits the bill. I will definitely consider purchasing more of this line if there are other pieces available.

I cooked at my normal mid-level heat setting and the pan did not get over-heated but cooked wonderfully!! Cuisinart never disappoints. If you are looking for a pan that is easy to use for those foods that have a tendency to stick and make your clean-up a job, you will love the ease of using this pan!!! Just read the instructions and you will love it.

I’m actively getting rid of my old, possibly Teflon ridden cookware. This is a total upgrade and is sleek and cute too. I read the instructions and am avoiding using this for high heat cooking (that’s what my cast irons are for) and only using regular oil abs butter not sprays.

I love how my normal breakfast dishes turn out and my stir fry lunches. I just wish it had come with a lid! Clean up has been very easy too. Another good thing about the inside of the pan being ceramic and white – easy to clean!.

This is a real, unpaid review. This pan sucks. Do not buy. When you first get it, you will love it. Things turn bad after about 9 months of use. I treated this pan like a baby. Hand washed every time.

It was never placed in a dishwasher. Then it started sticking. I called the company because it’s under “warranty”. Their response was to boil water in it and then use a Mr. Clean sponge to clean it. I did as instructed twice.

Didn’t help. I threw it out and bought Rachel Ray’s 14″ pan which has held up very well and cost me less.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more.

Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference.

As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though.

I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.

I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all.

I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years.

Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

I already had a 12” Le Creuset non-stick pan and used it all of the time. It out-performed my other pans, which I decided to replace. I purchased this set of the 10” and 8” and have not been disappointed.

The handle is different than my 12” pan, but the new handle is balanced and comfortable to hold. The pans heat evenly and the non-stick surface works great. For egg scrambles in the morning, these work perfectly for all of the combinations my family wants: 2 eggs with shallots and tomatoes in the 8”, 3 eggs with ham and cheese in the 10”, and all of the rest with everything in our largest pan.

I rely on having a choice of pan size to fit the need.

These fry pans are easy to use, easy to clean and heat up quickly. A warm soap and water cleanup is all that is needed. The pans are dishwasher safe, but it doesn’t seem necessary to put them in a dishwasher.

Cooking eggs, making skillet fried chicken uses very little oil. Sprinkling a dried herb seasoning may stick to the base of the pan when cooking chicken parts but it cleans up very easily. These pans are a great gift or perfect for the student returning to college dorm / apartment life.

These pans do not come with covers, but covering with aluminum foil can substitute for cover, if desired.

These fry pans work well on ceramic top stoves. The pans heat up quickly. When cleaning, soak the pan in warm soapy water. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or a metal type scrubbing pad on the pan. It may affect the finish coating on the pan.

After multiple uses, the pan still looks new.

These frying pans are the worst. Unfortunately my wife got taken in by the hype at the store and brought these home. The supposed “non-stick” coating lasted not even a year. We always use oil or butter (helps conduct heat) and after only a couple of months, things were starting to stick.

A year or so later, tried making an omelet, and the eggs stuck around the entire perimeter of the pan, to the point that I couldn’t even get them off with hot running water and a brush. In fact, in my efforts to clean them, some of the “non-stick” coating came off! Talk about your unexpected outcomes.

So into the garbage they go. We’ll replace them with Rock frying pans, since we have two of those and they’re both going strong years and years later.

were these people given a free product or what? LOL! I cook twice a day and recently switched all of my cookware to toxin frees ceramics. I have had excellent luck with each piece and they cook flawlessly.

This pan was cheap and I took a chance. HOT SPOTS, horrible uneven frying Chipping wihtou dishwasher or meatl ware, I put towels beteen each pot and pan and hand wash everything, all wooden or silicone utensils.

The worse part is it developed hot spots that burned that no amount of olive oil and seasoning after and before use would cure. I used it about 8 times and threw it in the trash. Its thin, its cheaply made and I dont trust the toxin free integrity compared to what my high quality pans look and feel and perform like.

I’ve owned a lot of non stick skillets, but none of them came with a manual. Yes a manual. This one had a little slip of paper that said not to dry boil it and not to overheat it, use lower temp, otherwise the top layer will get damaged.

In my 32 years I never thought that overheating can damage a skillet. I would always heat the skillet before putting oil in it. And that would damage it. This skillet is awesome. You can use very little oil and it is really a nonstick.

I love the look of it. The stone look. The handle does not get hot when you cook. The skillet cooks evenly. One suggestion I have is to use lower heat and not leave it on the hot stove empty. Otherwise, it is honestly the best nonstick skillet I’ve owned.

I am always looking for good Skillets. It is the item I use the most in the kitchen. I decided to give this a go. I will admit I was skeptical to see if it was truly non stick. and it definitely is. It heats evenly and the handle does not get hot.

I have fried chicken tenders, made eggs, caramelized onions, and sautéed asparagus in it. It is truly versatile. Super easy to clean as well. I also love the look of the pan. I will be getting the rest of the set and buying them for gifts as well.

I was kinda worried that this ultra granite nonstick fry pan was not going to be nice but I was wrong. I cooked the family eggs in this 12 inch pan and I loved it. In my old pan sometimes my eggs would stick to the pan.

In my new pan they did not stick at all and to wash this pan was so easy. Love this pan I’ll probably end up getting a smaller pan like this cause I love the one I got.

I was looking for a small skillet to cook a couple of eggs in the morning. The problem here is that the handle is too heavy for the pan. The pan doesn’t sit evenly on the burner unless what you’re cooking is heavy enough to counter balance the handle.

Eggs aren’t heavy enough, so they slide to the side. Also the bolts inside the pan that affix the handle aren’t easy to clean like the rest of the pan. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on its durability but, upfront, I would say this pan’s handle needs to be redesigned.

I personally wouldn’t buy another pan in this collection.

I’ve used this pan sparingly for 12 plus months. It worked beautifully for approx 8 of those months and then everything began to stick and it became very difficult to remove the crust. I contacted and sent pictures directly to biatelli customer service asking what was the lifetime of the pan and if I could reinstate its non stick feature.

Truly a waste of time and effort they requested pictures, receipts, order number, etc. Their response was a non response but ads to buy other biatelli products. My cast iron pans are beginning to look so much better, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPEATEDLY RETURN IT TO YOUR RETAIL STORE.

I started digging my heels into cooking earlier this year, so I needed some really good cookware and bakeware to up my game. This set has not let me down yet! I love that it’s nonstick, and I don’t have to fidget with oils and butter, or anything else I may have allergies to.

Being able to use metal utensils has been a big help, especially because I like to cook in big batches and store things in the freezer, and sometimes metal utensils is the only thing that will work. This is a great way to introduce yourself to amazing cookware and bakeware.

I received these just yesterday and at first site I thought about returning them. The green is not as green as the picture, more a dark dark green, pretty though (I love most greens). The steamer fits into the skillet, not the largest pot.

The handles are going to get hot. The lids have a steam seep hole which I like, no pour spout so it’ll be a good seal. This morning as I was preparing to return these I decided to give one a try and made scrambled eggs, absolutely no oil or spray in the pan the absolutely nothing stuck, it was crazy, we’re talking scrambled eggs! Heated nicely, cooked evenly and clean up was a simple rinse with the faucet! The only sticking was on the rivets that attach the handle but that is just life.

Nice sizes but I would like a larger, deeper skillet to have been in the set. If you are in need of a new set (and I was, desperately) of cookware, give this one a try. I think you’ll be pleased. Blessing to all, ljm.

I love how my GraniteStone StackMaster set stacks neatly together, and the lids are great they way they stack, too, one handle up, one handle down. But I didn’t know they would be so heavy. The larger stack of pots and pans need two hands to lift.

You can’t just reach in the cabinet, lift the top pot with one hand and grab the next one down with your other hand. Too heavy. And today, I tried cooking eggs without butter or oil spray–the eggs stuck to the pan! That was disappointing.

But with a little spray, the eggs cook fine.

First, I had purchased this same item about 8 years ago. It was our “almost daily use” pan. I never place pots and pans in the dishwasher or oven, ever. We loved that pan. However, it was time to replace the pan, so I ordered another one.

It hasn’t even been a year, and the non-stick coating is coming apart, completely. The good news is that QVC is standing behind the purchase. Not so good news, Rachel Ray Co. makes solving the problem a bit more difficult.

Now, the products have a “lifetime” warranty. Great. But, you must take photographs, which I understand. I didn’t bother to ask if I was suppose to email the pictures or what , because the representative kept repeating that the decision of the warranty team was final, so basically, don’t call back and complain if you don’t agree with their decision.

The representative was polite, but curt. I would be surprised if this is how Rachel wants her brand represented. Over the years, I have purchased numerous items for myself, as well as for family and friends, from Rachel’s line.

Rachel and Martha are my favorites. If they like the product, then I trust their taste and style. I trust them. That’s why I wanted Rachel to be aware of the “warranty” issue.

These are really nice – just as described, nonstick. My thing though is how long will they last. I am super careful when cooking with them and also we do not use a dishwasher and hand wash everything carefully.

So, this is a short-term review for now; however, they are currently a real pleasure to cook with! I have switched to all stainless steel which can be such a chore to clean and things can stick. These are great in that respect.

I used the Calphalon skillet right away on my electric top stove. The Nonstick is amazing when I sauteed my chicken stir fry I used only 1 tbs of vegetable oil and everything lifted so easy as I stirred my stir fry to the point that I didn’t even need any vegetable oil which is better for me as I am dieting with exercise and trying to live healthy.

The Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Skillet helps me when dieting because it helps me to cook meals with little to no Vegetable Oil or Margarine. I also love that the Calphalon skillet can be used to prepare meals in the oven.

The Nonstick on the Calphalon skillet is amazing it really works well in helping the meals that I prepare not to stick. All the other nonstick pans that I own never seem to work as well as the Calphalon skillet.

The 13-Inch hard-anodized deep skillet is a great all purpose pan for my family of four. My husband and I both do a lot of cooking, including making dinner for our family almost every night on limited time.

I do not like to keep too many different pans around and like to have one go to that I can grab for every task. I love that this one can serve so many purposes – it can go in the oven, it has a cover, it is deeper than a regular skillet so can handle full meals in it like pasta tosses, stir fry, or curry.

I did the ultimate non-stick test of frying an egg and nothing stuck to my pan. This pan has cleaned up easily and feels well made. It says you can put in dishwasher and use metal utensils with it, which are nice options, but I generally try to treat it gently and have hand washed and used with wood and plastic.

I am very pleased with it and highly recommend it.

I bought this pan directly from All-Clad as part of a 2 piece set. Both the 8 and 10 inch pans have a large bottom, more typical of a sauté pan, and very different than the profile of the stainless D3 or D5 fry pans that have sloping sides.

This 10 inch pan has the surface area more typical of a 12 inch D3 pan, which makes it cook larger than one would think. As a result, we use the 8 inch pan more often for breakfast, as it’s more like a typical 10 inch pan.

Both are very non stick, both sit perfectly flat on my glass top electric range, and both are very substantial pans. They are comfortable to use, heavy by comparison to most other non stick pans, but not heavy in absolute terms.

Cooking is very even. One thing that I must make others aware of is that they take much longer to come up to temperature than typical non stick pans. Don’t force heat into the pan, just set it on medium low heat and be patient.

Heated this way, temperature across the pan is very even without any hot spots. This is actually the only way to properly heat any pan, and being patient makes a huge difference. The induction compatible stainless steel base keeps the pan absolutely dimensionally stable, so the pan sits flat throughout the heating and cooling cycle.

Let the pan naturally cool down. No cold water, and then wash it. Stainless steel is not a great conductor of heat, but this is an advantage. It’s only on the base of the pan. As a result, it takes a bit longer to heat, but the heat is even and the pan stays hot.

The rest of the pan is aluminum. The combination makes these pans great. In fact, I find myself turning the heat down a bit after the food starts cooking. This keeps the pan from overheating. It’s exactly what I do when cooking on cast iron.

For eggs, it’s the best pan I’ve ever used. I’ve been using these for nearly 8 months now, and both pans are still as new. And please, never put any pan in the dishwasher. Also, I use ONLY wood or silicone utensils.

Both pans still look and perform as new.

After about two weeks, I’ve used everything in the set at least once and some items several times. The pots are a good weight, heat evenly and quickly, and have so far presented no issues with cleanup at all.

The handles stay cool on the stovetop — obviously, not in the oven. The big stockpot has proved especially useful — it’s seems a perfect balance of width and depth, and the steamer insert has been getting a workout.

The selection of lids fitting multiple pots is convenient. The square pan has become my go-to dish for traybakes — since I’m usually cooking for one, I don’t really need something the size of a sheet pan, and this both heats and cleans up better.

Changes I might suggest: A small saucepan would have been nice, perhaps instead of one of the two large skillets. And I wish there were a lid for the medium skillet. But these don’t detract from what IS there, and the sale price made this a wonderful investment.

I LOVED these pans and used the big one nearly every day for eggs, stir-fries and main meals. I hand-washed always and was careful to only use wood and silicone utensils. In less than two years the finish became pock-marked and was coming off.

I sent photos to the All-Clad team about their so-called warranty and was told that it was only a manufacture defect if the finish came off “in sheets” and they could not control my use, so they would not replace it.

The customer service representative even told me that the finish could come off in as little as a few weeks depending on how you use it! I am a great home cook and was careful and thoughtful in my use of this pan to care for it appropriately.

I do not believe that expensive cookware should be essentially disposable, but after my interactions with the company, I heard a very different message from All-Clad, who seemed to not care if their product didn’t hold up to reasonable use.

I will not be purchasing from All-Clad again.

Don’t waste your money. they claim lifetime warranty non-stick pan. The pan is non-stick for a month then everything sticks it’s ridiculous. they do not support the warranty you have to ship the pan back to them then pay them $19.

99 for them to ship you a new one. you can buy the new one cheaper than they’ll replace the old one. they claim they’re going to put a new coating on the pan you send them so it’s not even a new pan.

The worst part is is there advertising in their label says nothing will stick for the lifetime of the pan. they show you the egg floating around with no grease. Good luck with that The egg sticks and don’t even move even with grease you can’t even flip the egg without breaking the yolk.

it’ll work for a few weeks Don’t overheat it or don’t scrub the pan I don’t know what but the anti stick grease they put on disappears and then it’s the worst pan I ever had.

This 10” round fry pan from Copper Chef is great! The frying pan has good quality and seems durable for long term use. I have been using this pan more so than others because it’s so lightweight. Because the pan is so lightweight, it’s very easy to handle and has been convenient to use.

Even with the lid on, handling the pan is lightweight. The frying pan performs nicely as it heats up quickly, is non-stick and cooks my food evenly. I typically don’t put my pots and pans in the dishwasher, but rather hand clean them.

This pan was easy to hand clean. Overall, this is a great frying pan and I highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a lightweight type of cookware.

I bought two of these as opposed to the traditional black Teflon frying pans. I destroyed my last large black Teflon pan due to overheating and decided to try these. The pans are very elegant looking and first four or five times I used them I didn’t see any difference, nothing stuck and I thought, “Ok, these must be alright and an alternative to the black Teflon.

” Subsequently, things started sticking, not badly but a fried egg would leave a small thin portion stuck to the bottom. It would release after rubbing it with a plastic spatula but in comparison I never had that problem with black Teflon ever, even after years of regular use.

So it’s a frying pan and it fries stuff but my experience is that after less than a months use it is not as non-stick as black Teflon and just in case you’re wondering, I did not overheat them. I’m not an expert and I can’t ever seem to make a cast iron pan work but I won’t buy these again because I need a fail safe pan for my ineptness.

Maybe others use them with great success, not this guy though.

Nice skillet. Although, I used it on a Sunday morn. for our pancakes. The oil just went to the other edge of the skillet. So, I would say that it is not level on the cooking surface. Did not put into dishwasher.

But it says you can. All in all, it is pretty good. Cannot wait to make an omelet or his over-med. eggs!!!!.

So far, so good. I needed to replace my non-stick skillets (t-fal) that were several years old, as they showed signs of wear and flaking. I hesitated because of health and safety issues, and was concerned about feeling mis-led about it being all right to use metal utensils without fear of the finish being degraded.

So I got this skillet in 2 sizes and also got a silicon fork/spatula to use with them, for the safety concerns. It seems like they were good choices and, after several uses, I feel confident that these were good choices, both for safety and for nice cooking use.

Theyseem like they will stay nice and easy to clean.
