I mean, if you get to my review, you’re obviously a better consumer than me because I just ordered a cuddle cup thinking a cuddle cup is a cuddle cup. There was no way I was thinking that I was buying a carnival ride for my animals.

And I didn’t think you could get a one-star dog and cat bed, but this is a one-star product. It’s like a Tilt-A-Whirl for animals. I have seven cats indoors and one dog that could fit in it, and none of them will have anything to do with it.

(I bought it for the dog to replace his cuddle cup that was from TJ Maxx. ) Absolutely terrible product. I don’t know why Chewy sells it. If you think I have too many cats, please take my bonded pair.

The cat bed is beautiful, soft and well made. BUT none of my 3 cats will go near it. They have many beds around the house and I have switched this one for one of the others several times but to no avail.

I even tried putting them in it, one at a time but they jump right out. The problem may be the fuzzy inside or the rounded bottom, I don’t know. I guess I’ll put it in the next garage sale. It is a shame because it sure is pretty.

Our little girl with short hair (a heat seeker) took to it right away. She’s small at 8 lbs. and is able to snuggle in and feel enclosed. Here 11 lbs. brother has no interest in it. She likes to kneed in it and will go into it on cooler days.

The bottom is rounded like a half of a ball, so the thing appears a bit wobbly. But, I suppose eventually it will flatten out a bit. The bottom is also incredibly slippery. So, we had a small disaster the first time she jumped out – it slid off the couch table, knocking over a speaker and scared her.

It took her a few days to dare going back in. We noticed though that it tended to walk when she put her front legs inside to kneed. Given all that, we sewed a strap on the bottom to fasten it to the couch table and now she uses it regularly.

Consider cats like to be as high as possible and best to put the bed in a place they’re already accustomed to sleeping.

I bought this bed for my senior dachshund as a day lounger for the living room. He has back issues and sleeps on a Sealy Orthopedic gel memory foam pet bed at night, in our bedroom. This bed is an attractive addition to the living room (I wanted something that complimented the decor and didn’t have childish prints on it) and the bumpers are nice and plush, my dog loves to cuddle up on them.

The ‘orthopedic’ mattress however is just a cheap thin egg-crate foam pad, if I press my finger down on it I feel the floor which was disappointing. I folded an old blanket on the bottom for added cushioning.

We’ve had the bed for 3 months now and honestly it looks as good as when we received it. You can’t throw it in the wash so I’ve been using a natural disinfecting spray on it, but at some point it’ll be a problem.

I guess for the price you can only expect so much and I didn’t want to pay a whole lot for a day lounger. I will try to wash it on a delicate cycle; if it doesn’t survive I’ll probably get another one just like it.

We have bought several beds for our mini dachshunds over the years, this one was disappointing. It claims to be Orthopaedic but the bottom bed part that they sleep on is not very soft, no real cushion to speak of.

I did by two in different colors as I have two dogs but they were both not what I was hoping for. Additionally I had to wash one and it completely balled up whatever matting that was in it. Ugh. Not happy.

My recently rescued Maltese mix Bella immediately loved the bed and claimed it as hers. It does seem very comfortable. But she had an accident in it, (not housebroken yet) so I put it in the washer as the description says it is washable.

When it came out the egg-crate foam pad had buckled and scrunched up inside the base of the bed, so it would be lumpy and uncomfortable. Now I’m taking it apart, straightening out the pad, and re-sewing it.

I would recommend this dog bed, but only if you’re not planning on washing it. If the inner foam pad were stitched in place, it would have worked well.

Purchased bed for my kitty with arthritis, thought it would help her. She loved it immediately. Unfortunately, I wasn’t thinking ahead when I ordered this bed. I have two kitties and I should have realized that I couldn’t just order one bed.

Both cats are happy now and the one with arthritis appears to be more comfortable and relaxed. Hopefully, this will lessen her discomfort. Bed is sufficiently large thai it can accommodate one cat very nicely with room to spare.

I have also seen the two cats sleeping in the same bed without any problems. I think the cut-out considerably help the arthritic cat avoid putting too much stress on the joints.

So this is the 4th bed I get for my cat that he wants nothing to do with. I had high hopes, but it’s a no. I’m not sure what he doesn’t like about it. But from my point of view I was also disappointed.

The pillow was too puffy, it was almost at the same height as the walls, which I think discouraged him from being in it. In other reviews, I read that it got too hot, well this one was not even warm.

I’m going to give it a few more days or so to see if anything changes, maybe switch out the pillow for a blanket and see if that encourages him to get in on. But it’s a no from me.

Simon is a senior cat of 17. He is diligent in his oversight of his human’s workday. Despite his stoicism with hip and joint pain, he stays involved in Zoom meetings, analysis, and the multiple annoyances his human contributes.

Sitting near the desk was an issue, yet he persisted. The Thermo-Snuggly sleeper quickly remedied the problem and won Simon’s approval. Now he sometimes stays in the Snuggly while the human manages mischief elsewhere.

Definitely a win.

I purchased two of these for my dogs as the large states on the website fits dogs up to 100lbs. This is false, this bed barely fits a 40 lb dog. I cant even imagine how tiny the small is since the large is already tiny.

Customer service was no help with my issue. Out a bunch of money for beds that are useless for me. Keep looking unless you have a tiny toy breed!.

A family member ordered one of these in a small for her 10lb dog, and my mini-aussie curled up in this dog bed during a visit. I decided to get one for our house in a medium, to accommodate our beagle as well.

When it arrived, my aussie was drawn to it right away, and has used it everyday since. The beagle has yet to discover this dog bed’s cuddly-fluffiness, but I don’t regret getting the medium at all. In fact, I’ve just ordered a second bed (also a medium) for another part of the house!.

Love the look, but the large is not large, measures 31″ round not 36″. Definitely will not fit up to 100lbs:as stated when my 75lb dog will not and he lays in a tight ball. Also not a lot of stuffing on the bottom for a large dog.

I feel it will be too flat very soon. Overpriced. Bed for small, light dogs only.

I’m glad that I gave it a few days. My dog ignored it at first and didn’t know what to do with it; I almost returned it. But a few days later I couldn’t find my dog and he was curled up in it fast asleep.

I got the medium and my dog is about 30 pounds- it is a good size for him but I can’t imagine a dog much bigger fitting into it unless they like to curl up really tightly. It just fits into our washer and dryer- I have washed it multiple times (I usually flip it inside-out to wash and flip it back halfway through drying) and it is holding up well.

This bed is super cute. Super soft. And freezing cold to the touch. Bazooka Jane has yet to meet a cat pillow, blankie, or bed she doesn’t like. until now. I’ve placed it close to the radiator to warm it up.

She just sleeps on the hardwood floor next to this adorable bed. In a final effort to lure her into this luxurious looking hug I tossed in a treat filled mouse toy. She just walked right on by. I then turned it inside out to creat a round, puffy pillow.

She is still not interested. I’d use the thing for myself, but I think she knows something I don’t. so, it’s outta here. I’m going to assume it has something to do with the material or smell of the item.

This may work for dogs, but something seems off for my cat.

very disappointed. my rat terrier only weights 27 pounds, he cannot even get his whole body into bed. the sides collapse! Medium doesn’t fit up to 35 pound dog!!! I gave 2 stars because it is a nice bed, just mis advertised.

now I have a $50 bed I can’t use! Probably better for a cat. We have 2 other furhaven beds we love. this one is sad.

We haven’t yet put this beautiful bed in Max’s safeplace where he hides from thunderstorms as we intended, in order to replace the old, worndown one from its past eight years’ service. We KNOW he loves this new plush bed.

He knew it was for him the second we opened the box and he excitedly helped in tugging it out of the box. However, although it was the right size bed for him, (not tiny nor too small, nor at all plush-toy-sized) and he could not toss it up in the air like he does with his other plush toys, he certainly TRIED to, and suceeded in pulling it about a little on the living room rug to where his plush toys were scattered about.

Instead, he gathered his plush toys and deposited them in this bed, much to our amusement. He only lay in it once, with his favorite plush rabbit, and for only about five minues. It remains in the livng room, still holding his plush toys, where he places them when he is done playing with them.

While it IS nice NOT to have all his plush toys scattered about the living room floor, I believe that we will have to buy another dfferent bed, hopefully a high-sided nesting bed to replace the old one so he can be more comfortable in his thunderstom hiding place.

I looked at the reviews and all the pics prior to buying – I ordered two. One for my PomPom since the big dogs got new beds and one for my cat with cerebellar hypoplasia. The order arrived, I unpacked and showed the furries their new blankets.

First nap for both went really well! Then it happened, my oldest cat Soul walked across the blanket and felt how soft it was. Next thing I know the scary sound of murr and meowwwww exploded. Soul was dragging the blanket into his lair.

Neither the dog nor I could get it back without losing some skin! Fair warning if you considering buying this soft blanket, buy one for each furry in your home!!!.

I bought these shag blankets to go with the donut cuddler bed, thinking the dogs would love to sleep on them when in bed with us. They didn’t take to the donut and acted dejected as if I had brought another furry pet into the house.

I hoped they would like the blankets. They normally sleep with us in our king bed, but once I put the shag blankets on the bed, they avoided them too, sniffing and eyeing them suspiciously. Well, it’s now been five months and at this point I use the blankets in places I *don’t* want the dogs to go.

My dogs may not like these blankets, but I love them and I’ve ended up using them myself. They are light as a feather and cozy and warm. Perfect for a wrap while watching TV or even as a throw blanket for napping.

They warm you up immediately when chilled. All that fluff must trap the body heat. The jumbo blanket is 40 x 50 inches and is almost large enough to cover me, but I wish they made a true throw blanket size (for larger pets and people!).

Another brand (Bessie + Barney) makes a throw blanket size but they are way too expensive – over $200 at full retail. Crazy. Love these! Please make one 60 x 80 at a reasonable price!.

The “cooling” side of the mattress is a lie. I know how cooling mattresses looks like and yours just have the color but not a cooling layer. My dog is very hot in his new bed during hot days and sleeps on the floor.

Therefore, I feel cheated for having paid almost $50 for this bed. Also, the cover material is synthetic which naturally created heat and on top of a synthetic sponge creates a really too hot environment for my dog.

The material is slippery so my elderly dog can hardly get up. The only reason I gave two stars is that the shape and height are good. Still, sizes you provide are inadequate and not a reflection of dog needs which is strange when Furheaven is in this business.

My Yorki is a normal size. Yet, when I bought small which you recommend according to the size and weight chart as well as the sleeping area measurements you provided,he can fit well provided he is all the time in something like a fetus position and he doesn’t move much.

He cannot stretch or lie down in such a way so as to have at least an inch of space between himself and the sides of the bed. Dogs sometimes sleep in a stretched position and do need some extra space.

Dogs also move during the sleep, swirl around, wiggle. So I had to get him a medium size which is really too big for him and the space where we keep it in our apartment but I am happy he has some extra space.

Humans don’t sleep in beds which are exactly their size. Standard beds even if a twin size have some extra space on all four sides because nobody stays in one position during the night. Why would it be any different for dogs especially when it’s known that they sleep most of the time.

My 70# four legged friend needed a new bed. He has outgrown his old one, even though he still loved it. (His legs hung over the edge!) I have been shopping around for one I could afford that would fit his size and needs.

He loves the bolster, so I knew he needed one with that feature. When I saw these on sale and read the satisfied reviews, I decided to try it. After all, with Chewy’s return policy, it felt no risk. It came vacuum sealed in a small box yesterday.

The instructions say give it 48 hours to “fluff out” from being compressed. He took to it immediately and LOVES it. I left his old bed out also and he has decisively chosen the new one. The foam is firm but also has some give.

Only time will tell if it stays firm. The bolsters are a little short for a bed this size and the dog that will fill it, about 4″ tall. (this is why I dinged it one star. ) I will wait another 24 hours to see how much more they fluff and may add some more polyfill after that.

the seams look sturdy. I recommended this bed to my cousin for her senior pups and she bought two. I do agree with the advice to buy one size larger than you think you need. I did and at first thought it was too big, but my pup is starting to really stretch out on it and the smaller size would not have allowed that.

My dog is a fan of bolsters and soft things, so this bed has been perfect for him. The large size is a good fit for him (50lb ACD) and the bolsters are a Goldilocks height for him to sleep on comfortably, not too high or too low.

The cover is still in very good condition after 8 months of use. YMMV though as my dog doesn’t chew his beds and doesn’t have potty accidents, although he does ‘dig’ before bed occasionally. The inner foam looks like regular egg crate foam and hasn’t flattened, but is slowly losing little chunks (probably cuz of the aforementioned digging).

My only complaint so far is that I wish the cover was fur-proof, as my dog’s hair has slowly worked its way through the fabric and now the inner foam piece is fully impregnated with his fur and it’s impossible to remove.

Looks kinda gross but at least it doesn’t affect the foam’s function, so I haven’t replaced it yet. Will definitely buy the replacement covers & foam from FurHaven once they’re needed, this is my dog’s crate bed and he snores in it every night!.

I bought two pet beds for my grandson’s cat and my cat. They looked awesome and were so comfy feeling. Our cats didn’t like them! They wouldn’t even get in them. So I put mine in the backseat of my car in hopes that she would sit in it when we ran errands.

Nope. She’d sit on the floor. I’m so sad because she loves a similar blanket but is totally turned off to the pet bed and so is her sister. Unfortunately I’m going to have to return them.

I bought one of these about a year ago for my cat and she LOVES it! It’s very soft and fluffy. I just bought another one for my parents’ dog recently too. It really is a wonderful pet bed. I highly recommend! I purchased both in pink, size medium.

The pink is lovely!.

Purchased 2 of these; catalog says machine washable. Tag on item when I received says HAND WASH ONLY. Totally impractical, as any pet owner will confirm. I will attempt to machine wash on delicate cycle and hope they don’t fall apart.

This is a present for my dog’s cockapoo boyfriend. Both my dogs and the recipient of this bed have rectangular mats out of the same material and they love them due to their plush softness. The small size is conducive to cuddling and security.

They wash and dry well, too.

We’ve been looking for a sturdy yet soft bed, in this size and shape, for years. This bed exceeded expectations and the dogs jumped right in and fell asleep. We’re so happy with it that we bought a second one for the living room.

Yellow is my favorite color it’s a nice size brush. My dogs doesn’t really like getting brushed but they will let me brush them with this Very nicely made brushing tool .

I debated getting this bed for awhile. I have purchased many, many beds for my boys. I’m very particular about support and ease of cleaning. This bed has almost no support where it needs to be, which is in the center.

It’s basically a bolster stuffed around the edges with a thin little pillow for the center. What’s worse is the material. Sure it’s super soft which is great, but not practical. When attempting to unzip the bed it continues to get stuck in the zipper.

It was so irritating I wanted to throw the bed away! I finally got the cover off and washed it on delicate and put it in the dryer on low. that was a mistake. Now some of the fabric is matted. To top it off my pups don’t love it either! In the future I’m going to make sure I see what the inside of the bed looks like and I’ll never buy fabric that is really fluffy.

This is the best “bagel bed” I’ve bought. The main body of it has so much padding, and the cover is so ridiculously soft. Honestly the only downside is my dogs wouldn’t come to bed with me last night because they were too cozy and frankly I don’t have a lot going on in my life and found that VERY RUDE!! It feels a little desperate nudging your dog to wake up and please come cuddle.

So if you can get past the humiliation of that, it’s a great bed at a great price. (Dogs are 85lb and 40lb and fit comfortably. ).

First, the center of the bed is flat because majority of the stuffing is donut shaped, so the center touches the ground with no support. I had to buy a flat pad to go underneath for cushion. Second, the zipper continues to split, so I have to unzip the entire thing to re-zip it.

Third, there is no space between the fur and the zipper, so when you are trying to close it, you have to have someone hold the fur out of the way or it gets stuck in the zipper. Zipping it back up is an absolute NIGHTMARE.

My dog, my cats and I are all very pleased with this bed. My dog is about 20 lb and it is plenty big for her. She fell in love with it right away but will have to share it with the cats who also think it’s wonderful.

I’m not sure if I got the smallest size but if you wanted it for a smaller dog or for cats you could go to the smallest size and it would be okay. Very soft and plush, might be too warm in the summer, will have to see about that, although cats seem to like being hot! Very solidly crafted, not cheap and flimsy.

Great price.

The beds were a hit from the moment the box hit the floor. My older toy poodle couldn’t wait for the beds to get out of the box. As soon as it was unwrapped she was in it and spends most of her time in it.

The younger one , who doesn’t like beds, decided it’s not a bad idea and is beginning to like the idea. I couldn’t be happier with these results. Thank you!!.

I bought this bed for two reasons! First comfortable for my pup and two because it said the cover was removable and washable. I posted a question days ago asking how with no response. There is no zipper and zero way to remove the cover.

My pup loves the bed but only giving two stars because the advertising is wrong. If they want to contact me to tell me how I can remove the cover to wash I will happily update my review. My 4 month old puppy has already pee’d on it and it was a hassle to try to fit it in the washer and dryer.

I got this as a curbside delivery and loved it when it got to my car. The bed has plenty of stuffing and the dogs are fascinated by the furry covering. However, the cover is not removeable as per the description, and after one wash and less than 2 weeks use, the seams are coming apart all over this bed.

(Not just one edge, but in several places. ) I gave it 2 stars because I got it on sale, and after re-sewing it myself, it will be a decent bed.

I have 2 dogs that take turns snuggling up in this bed. It’s never empty! The construction of the round bolster & middle pillow cradle the dog so their bodies are well supported. This looks alot like the more expensive fluffy bag bed I’ve seen, but with a much nicer price.

So far it has been very easy to vacuum & seems to stay nice & fluffy. I have not had to break this down to wash it just yet.

The dog loved the bed. She would curl up on it and stay on it all night. We have washed 2x in the 11 months we have owned it. Its a pain to put the pillows back in and to zip it up is on another level.

The design is dumb, because the fur is so close to the zipper it just catches. We were able to zip it up this second time, but about a month later dog did her walk around and the zipper just ripped open.

Now the bed is busted. $100 bed did not last a year. I contacted petco and there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this bed until they do improvements on the design.

just received it; my dog (65 lb+ Pitty mix) just loved it from the very first try. I looked for American materials, American Made, American based. Well worth the research. This calming bed is the highest quality – and it doesn’t sink to the floor like the cheap foreign made products are.

Machine washable, very plush-just as the product is described. Bessie & Barney (brand) you nailed it. !! great product. Well worth the money.

So, we’ve had this for several months and our dog likes it well enough, which is the only reason it got any stars at all. The problem is, the fluffy material gets stuck in the zipper and you CANNOT remove the cover to wash it.

Basically, we’re going to have to resort to throwing away this very expensive bed because, since our dog is a dog, it’s getting stinky. My husband and I have tried over and over again to remove this stupid cover, and at most we can get it MAYBE 2 inches.

It just continues to get stuck. Useless. They should have made a wider zipper area that was fluff-free so this stuff wouldn’t get caught.

I have a 75lb, 12 year old boxer who’s hips are starting to be painful. I bought this because of the reviews. I’m disappointed by the lack of support. The photos make the product look fluffier, supportive and comfortable.

However, what you get is about 1/2″ of polyester fibers, think of loose fabric stuffing. I spent $40 to add additional fill to this product because it was that or buy a new orthopedic bed at a higher price.

I used 2 large bags of shredded foam found at Joannes crafts in addition to a solid piece of 1″ foam cut to size. I overstuffed it to it’s limits and I can finally see my dog’s body actually being supported instead of basically lying on the hardwood.

I believe this product would be 5/5 if it was at least 2″ of a solid foam piece, or overstuffed with shredded foam. The loose fibers that come with this are deeply lacking in function. My dog is for the most part a “leaner” meaning he is most comfortable resting his head on something higher than his body.

The bolster sides do not provide enough support for his head. I think this design has so much potential but it needs to be elevated. I would have happily paid more for a better product. I do not think I would recommend this to a friend until they make some fundamental changes.

I ordered two beds, an XS and a Small, that were listed as “best friends by sheri”. I made my choice based on a previous bed from this brand that has stood up extremely well for many washings over two years (still in service!).

The Small size arrived with the “best friends” label and is the excellent quality I expected—top fabric soft and fluffy, bottom fabric tough, like the previous purchase. It feels like a swimming pool of fine fur and my dog loves it.

The XS bed is labeled “PAWSH” and the top fabric is slightly stiffer, feels like it’s spray-painted for a two-tone effect. The bottom fabric is definitely cheaper quality than expected and it shredded at the seams after the second wash.

I was already disappointed when the bed arrived and was not the “best friends” brand, but now I am angry that the quality is so much poorer. After receiving the item, I went back to the listing to check if there was a note about shipping a different brand, but there was nothing except in the comments.

While the PAWSH brand may be made by the same manufacturer, it IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY. Many large manufacturers have varying levels of product quality and this seems to be the case here. At this point, I have to say that I feel rather cheated by this misleading product listing.

Chewy needs to disclose alternate brand information in the listing and the brand needs to do better quality control.

My dog decided to make the top of the corner cushions of our sectional sofa her nest. She loved it up there because she felt safe and warm and concealed. After a while her constant presence on the top of those cushions started to distort their shape.

Sadly, because the sofa was so expensive, the decision was made that she shouldn’t be up there anymore. So in order to make the cushions look better they were restuffed. The stuffing made the cushions uncomfortable to her so she no longer wanted to go up there but she was continually lookinf for a place where she could get that secure feeling that she used to get up there.

I felt so bad for her. She didn’t intend to ruin the couch, that was just the result of her constant presence on top of the cushions. I decided to start looking for something that might provide her with the same sense of security as her spot up on the back of the couch.

I happen to see this dog bed and decided that it was worth trying. Especially since it was 50% off the day that I purchased it. It has been absolutely, hands down, the best dog product I have ever purchased, and I have purchased a lot of stuff for various dogs over the last 22 years.

It more than satisfied my needs, or more accurately, my dog’s needs. I would highly recommend this dog bed.

My Baby Loves it!!! The minute I unpacked it, she snuggled in and went to sleep! It is the most beautiful color of blue I have ever seen. The velvet is so soft and inviting. I have purchased many other pet beds from Frontgate, but this is by far my favorite and my precious little Morkie would definitely agree!.

Best described as pet friendly your pet will take to it as soon as it’s out of the box. Sizing was correct not to small or big which is often times not what you end up with. Casper is very selective in regards to where he is willing to lay down on but with this bed he likes spending time in it even when he is not looking for a place to take a power nap.

This is our second most favorite purchase from Frontgate with our large gold deers we bought six years ago coming in first. They are spectacular and hard to compete with. Happy Holidays!.

I just received my two Ashton Donut pet beds, and I am thrilled! The quality of these beds is off the chart. As a LONG time dog owner/lover, I’ve never gotten such great beds. Super plush and SO well made.

What was unknown, was whether the inside donut is attached to the bolster and it IS! I love this; it keeps dog hair, sand and crumbs from getting under the cushion. I am instantly hooked on these beds, and my two dogs have never been happier! I have two Chihuahuas – I got a medium and a small for two different spots – and while the medium is quite big for them, they can stretch out and can wrestle and play on it which they love to do.

The taupe and aubergine are fantastic colors. A total TEN in every way!! You won’t be disappointed. You can’t find beds like these in local pet stores. :-)))).

We got our dog one to lay in in the living room. She was laying in the bed but age has made jumping on and off the bed hard. The bed is so soft she lays in it all day. Had bed in the bedroom that was to be better support for her.

She wouldn’t lay on it all nite. Bought another one of these baeds so she has one in livingroom and bedroom. She had to check to see if she had two or was I bring the other in, Happy that she has two !.

I have this for 2 weeks and my cat won’t go near it. Not even to smell it. The product came with 2 places with holes in the stitching, but too much of a hassle to return. It is a cute idea but just not practical for every cat.

Also I don’t know what the fabric is that the item is made from. Never felt anything like it. Sorry but had to be honest.

This is my second of the dog shaggy bed. My dog loves it – so, I got another one for her, original gray and the new one in taupe. She stretches out on it and delights in its comfort. Only thing, PLEASE, make them in sizes – my dog needs really a few inches more in the circumference.

My little girl totally adores them. in fact, when I undid the latest, she knew what it was, that it was her, and started to dance and wag her tail. she was so happy that she ran and brought me one her favorite toys – her way of saying Thank You! I’ve had a “marshmallow” bed for Max for a couple of years. It’s full of cat hair and cardboard bits from his scratcher, so I decided to replace it and ordered this Precious Tails bed for Max. I put this bed next to his old bed.

At first, he would switch back and forth between beds but now he uses the Precious Tails bed exclusively. It is amazingly fluffy and Max just burrows into it. He loves it.
