13 Best Flavor Of Total War Pre Workout (2023 Updated)

For the people that reading this pray for me because while I’m writing this I’m in a battle between life and death inside my bathroom. Let me go back 3 hours before my inevitable doom. I bought a bottle c4 thinking that it would boost my energy, oh this bottle of satan’s ashes did give me a boost energy but not in a good way.

Since I couldn’t find the instructions on the bottle I took the risk of adding 3 scoops of it in my water bottle thinking my energy would boost 10 fold. After 30 mins went by I started walking to the gym, when I got there I felt an intense itch but I didn’t care I was stoic so I had the mindset of believing it’s my energy boosting.

Every set I did It got worse. I felt my body ripping like flees was eating me from the inside. I couldn’t bare the pain so I took my stuff and left, since the gym is a few blocks away from my house it is a decent walk to get back.

While halfway there I felt the flees reached my stomach then that’s when hell broke loose. I never thought I could run as fast as I did 3 hours ago, I was speed , I was flash, I was the cameraman that keep up with professional track runners, I was the car that film other HyperCars in their commercials, I was 5th gear of a tuned bmw.

I kept up with a Bmw i8 that was driving 45mph next to me. By the time I got home and reach the bathroom it was then where my anus said it was time. It took absolutely no effort to expel this demon. Almost immediately, the floodgates of hell were opened and the damned, While Removing every sinned I commited out my anus my friend name Alpha texted me.

I couldn’t even read his message properly due to the pain of my stomach. I told him to call 911 if I dont call him in the next hour, my feces reach the top of the toilet , I felt my butt cheek touching it, my pride left my soul, I started asking god if this is my punishment for not praying to him for the past couple of days now.

At the moment all I can feel is my virginity being engulfed by this Danm forsaken C4. I have a saying, a smart man learn from his mistakes but a wise man learn from other’s mistakes. Please take your time and read this.

If you ever thinking trying C4’s DO NOT take more then one scoop or just don’t buy it at all. But if you want to test your manhood, I dare you to take 3 scoop like me. And reply back to me (If I’m still alive) I promise you, you won’t come out your bathroom alive.

An hour later (edit review): well I guess I’m still alive. I changed the rating to 3 stars instead of one because even though I just went through hell and having my virginity taken away, I lost 6pounds so i guess it helped.

My favorite Pre Workout when I’m on a budget. I’m a college student and sometimes money can be tight, but I can’t leave those gains behind right? The amount of caffeine was strong, but wasn’t over powering.

The Creatine inside is a nice tough, but since I already supplement it and it’s such a small amount per scoop,I find it pointless. As for taste, I bought a Marguerite flavor, since it was cheaper than the others, probably because nobody wanted it.

It was surprisingly delicious, but I do have a big sweet tooth. It does not blend well, and I often found there was always powder at the bottom even when adding extra water and shaken it vigorously. Doesn’t pack a super hype punch like some preworkouts, but it always gets the job done gives my muscles that warm pain free feeling that helps me breeze through tuff workouts uninhibited.

Initially, it lifted my mood and I thought it was about to make me feel great. Had a sense of well-being, started a few phone calls and projects, being a little nicer to people than usual. Then about an hour in, I felt out of control of everything and was irritated by the little things, or people who weren’t on my level at the moment.

I had the same problems with Adderall as im labeled as ADD/ADHD, so my mood swings is why I stopped taking that. I was not trying to replace a stimulant I was just generally curious about pre workout.

Idk, maybe I didn’t take enough, or vice versa. But I think I’ll only be taking this while I’m alone. My other comment would be it made me itchy for the first 40 minutes. Not like itchy in the sense I wanted to scratch, but a strange prickly sensation.

Definitely interested in trying a different kind, one thing I do like is that I don’t feel nervously caffeinated like I expected. Another positive is that I think it tastes good. The last positive is that I got a can for less than three dollars at Meijer, it was a mistake but that’s all it scanned up for.

Taste great and gave a great amount of energy. Definitely gave a boost in my workout. I would use this product again in no time. I’m also looking into other products after trying this product. Great job Redcon, your doing great!.

Love the ready to drink preworkout. Makes it easy to drink if I have to run out before my workout to do something. All the flavors (including the grape) I’ve tried so far have been great. I definitely feel more ready for my workout after drinking this.

Love the patriot flavor bottle design is great. These are so much better then mixing your own powder. I can only drink half and come back to work after the gym If I took a whole one I would need over an hour at the gym.

Boba Tea is refreshing and better tasting than I expected. Most of RedCon1 Total War pre workout formulas have some salty crystals that settle at the bottom which don’t fully dissolve. The Boba Tea flavor does not and completely dissolves (I use room temperature water).

The flavor is not over powering at any water level/concentration. I can pick out the Boba flavor but it’s difficult to discern. The pre-workout formula itself is good and, imo, has all that you need eventhough some say it’s not clinically dosed.

There seems to be a sweet spot in that at a certain amount it’s too much and has a slightly opposite effect. It is easily absorbed and starts to take affect 30-45 min after consumption. Pumps are ok, not particularly obvious, but the endurance it provides is and it seems the Total War helps more/gets better the longer the workout is.

I’ve often been able to push for longer than usual until I’m just spent. One of my favorite pre-workouts and the Boba Tea is now one of my favorite flavors. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, I only tried your products because I got a 50% off coupon code. Your products are WAY over priced for the actual performance. For a premium priced supplement I’d expect to put on 25lbs of gold plated muscle in a month.

I mean seriously, Bodybuilding. com has a better selection, better pricing, better shipping, better customer service, and even their BB. com branded products are of the same quality as yours. Not to mention it took 13 days for my order to arrive from you….

Oh yea, I also never got a shipping notification till I emailed your customer service. BB. com has my order to my door in two days, maybe three if their feeling slow. Over my 39 years of life I’ve done body building, powerlifting, sports, athletic performance, boxing, MMA, BJJ, and I’m currently training with my oldest son to prep him for freshman football this next fall.

I’ve tried a TON of products and yours are nothing special, especially considering the price point. Don’t worry I left a similar review with MTNOPS. I just don’t think boutique, expensive supplements perform that much better to justify the premium price tag.

I’m all for veteran owned and supported, but honestly I’ll probably not purchase from you guys again.

The New Sour Batch Series is one of the better flavors from Redcon1. This and Big Noise are my go to supps, always get a great work out with them.

Been looking for a pre that’ll be good with morning cardio. This has been getting job done. I tend to mix it with a cup and half of water and chug as soon as I wake up. Within 15-20 I feel energetic and ready to attack cardio.

I did experience face tingles but that’s what I demand in pre. This first couple morning runs, my legs were extremely pumped (full of blood) at the end but not enough to hinder the session. I haven’t used while addressing the weight room as of yet but I imagine the pump I received while running would also transition while hitting weights.

The taste is def of a pre you def aren’t going to feel as if you just chugged skittles, sour patch kids, and/or gummy worms but the taste is good enough to get it down. I didn’t experience any jitters or rapid heart palpitations so thumbs up.

i give total war 4 stars because of the intensity. i bought the product at gnc because i was looking for a product that would improve my energy and more workout improvement. when i first got it, i dry scooped it almost gagged lmao.

definitely recommend mixing it with lots of water. i purchased the sour gummy bear flavor and it tasted good. definitely felt like running around with a machine gun going hardwire. love it. im 16 btw but recommend if you have a stronger stomach.

the itching and tingling sensation was great but i was still comfortable with it. pre workout works different on other people. total war lasted me a good 30 minutes until i settled down. I warn you not to take it if your not working out or being very active.

of course i did that because i was excited to take it.

If you’re looking for a product for a great stim preworkout that offers an increased focus then Brawl is the answer! I have used many different kinds of pre-workouts and I have been nothing but impressed with Tuff Labs so far.

LOVE THIS PREWORKOUT!!! I do not get those crazy jitters or crash as I do with other preworkouts. I get the right amount of energy and focus I need when training in the gym. Blackberry mojito is my jam.

so I want to start off by saying I’ve only ever written like 2 or 3 reviews in my life. I’ve been working out for a while and I’ve never used pre workout because I have a physical job and I always drink a bang drink before so I want to limit my caffeine intake because my tolerance is also high plus I underestimated how much it actually helps you to push through a workout, but I just decided to give it a try.

after using it once I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! it gave me A LOT of energy damn near feels like more than a bang energy can give despite it being much higher in caffeine. definitely noticed a difference in my mood; I just started feeling really good and so ready for an intense workout.

HUGE difference in endurance. I was able to lift more weight and more reps and I was also ready for my next set a lot quicker. definitely noticed my body temperature increase from the cayenne to burn more calories.

it tastes really good. there was no big crash. it has beta alanine which is known to make you feel tingly or itchy which I’ve noticed with other products that have it but this one not really. overall it SIGNIFICANTLY improved my workout I wish I got this way sooner.

but then again I’ve never really used a preworkout so idk how this compares with other ones like bucked up or woke af or beyond raw but I’ve just heard good stuff from multiple people that this brand has good quality products so I assume this one of the best preworkouts you can get but then again it depends on the results you are trying to get.

I would say this is best for that energy and pump you get and for also burning extra calories if you are cutting or trying to recomposition.

WOW!!! Is this a magic portion??? lol I was feeling super tired for couple of years. I am 56. I since I had it today and did treadmill for 25, then some good stretching. A lot of sweating, went to shopping, did cooking, cleaned house and stills going! I am positive I won’t have heart palpitation during my sleep as I took it easy.

However, the boost this gave was like back ten years ago when I used to do Capoeira lol I had Fruit punch which was super delicious and a little after the taste, but it is nothing. It goes away after you drink a little water.

I am used to caffeine and this one got my going pretty and NO JITTERS. I had a nice steak and rice after workout to make sure I filled up. Have good time ya’ll! ; ).

This product is a must. Especially since I am learning about the timing of nutrition being a key factor. My only suggestion when putting into application is that as the user you use room temperature water.

It can be difficult to get used to the dissolving rate of this item. I’ll use one or two scoops depending on how long the workout out. I will be stacking this with the L-CITRULLINE I belive to see how well the veins open up.

This is a monthly buy. It’s phenomenal!.

First of all, the package (jug) needs work. I’m not Andre the giant over here and i can’t get my hands into the jug without a good deal of scraping my knuckles. I ALWAYS have to transfer to a different jug (Karbolyn 2lb, HUGE opening).

As for the product itself, i love it. Great flavors and i can tell its the real deal HBCD because during my workout sessions i’d be very aware of any blood sugar drop and using this there hasn’t been any issues.

Gives me that extra boost of fuel to keep going.

Cluster Bomb works. period. Trying to figure out dosing requirements for a 5-6 hour endurance training ride on my bike took a bit of time. Eventually I figure it to be 2 scoops per hour totaling 10 to 12 scoops.

I stack Cluster Bomb with amino acids and electrolytes. All this is in prep for a 9 week ride from the East Coast to the West Coast. Unfortunately, the amount of Cluster Bomb I would need is not affordable; unless you are a sponsored athlete.

With that said, Cluster Bomb works, it keeps your energy levels high and you don’t get that dreaded sugar crash; no insulin spiking. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!.

I purchased both high volume and prolific. I have no issues performance wise. The performance I get from both are really great. The issue I have is targeted towards high volume. I only had this jar for a few months and literally half of it dried up on me and formed like a solid rock.

I had to take out at least 90% of it to get to the fresh product underneath! Idk why this happened I never ever had this issue happen with any other preworkout. It really sucks because I didn’t even get to use it and my money went down the drain! I took pictures hoping I can post on here but I’ll just have to contact customer service.

For some reason I have to be careful about my caffeine intake, especially before the gym. So I do not take any pre-workouts. This is great for me because I get a great pump, hightened endurance, and less fatigue during my workouts! Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a good pump/delay fatigue product! AND that flavor is amazing! I use the green apple and it’s delicious.

Most supplements are too sweet or have an awful after taste, but this one doesn’t. Super easy to drink!.

My experience so far over all has been good. The flavor (peach rings) was not as sweet as I was expecting. I recently purchased some of the cheap peach rings from Walmart and the taste is very comparable rather then tasting better quality like Haribo peach rings.

The actual pump itself is very good, I don’t know if this is normal but it helped me immensely with my mind muscle connection. Before I never really felt the muscles in my back contract but when I took high volume I got a really good “feel” of my back and all other muscles.

Let me start off by saying I wanted to hate this, just because of its name. But as a bbcom employee, we get to try so many things and this is one I have circled back to use. I typically use (stim-free) pre as ’emergency’/back up or for days i know i’ve got some big lifts to hit.

That is mostly because A- i like to drink coffee B- i dont like to feel tingly. This pre has beta-alanine but doesnt give me the tingles, but does give me a lift in energy + increases the amount I sweat (steer clear from solid color leggings ladies.

lol) from the fat burning ingredients + it also helps me feel a little more ‘in the zone’. I lift in the mornings before I start work for the day, so I am not sure how this would affect someone who works out at night then needs to go to bed.

But definitely light flavor (not too sweet/tart) and one of my fave pre products. Would recommend.

This product is like drinking sand mixed (or actually at all mixed) in bitter mud water. It doesn’t even remotely dissolve and requires one to merely choke it down while trying to not actually choke.

It does make you sweat a lot. And not just when trying to consume it- during a workout as well. I’m not sure if my canister is defective or this is actually the product they put out in the world, but I’ll be switching it up.

I do not know what I did wrong when taking this supplement but I felt like I was dying, I drink it thirty minutes before I started my weights exercise in my way to the gym I start feeling a weird sensation in my body and I was okay with that cause I read that some pre workouts contain an ingredient that produce that sensation, but I thought that it will go away like in 30 minutes but didn’t happen it got even worse.

The whole hour routine i was there feeling sick when what I was looking for is be with more energy, but the worse was still to come I got nauseous dizziness I end up vomiting, I didn’t eat anything that evening.

The product doesn’t come with a sheet of instruction, in the bottle in very small letters you can read mixed one scoop in 8 ounces of water 15 minutes before exercising and that’s just what I did. I will never know if this is a good product because I threw it away that same day.
