20 Best Drop Proof Iphone 7 Plus Case (2022 Updated)

I have had Otterbox Defender cases since the days of my iPhone 4 and now in the days of iPhone 12, I’m still hanging in there with my iPhone 7. I am now retired, from years of Over the Road trucking.

I have never damaged any of my phones due to moisture, weather or dropping etc, and we are talking some 6 to 7ft drops climbing in and out of tractors. My only criticism is in regards to the holster clip.

The one on my old iPhone 4 is still in good shape, but everyone of the clips for my plus phones over the years have had to be replaced multiple times. I began ordering replacement clips several at a time.

I would like to see Otterbox use a less brittle plastic for their clips. As I read the comments in the reviews, I realized that I had forgotten about the Otterbox guarantees. Not sure if the holster clips are covered but holsters are relatively cheap to replace where as phones are not, and Otterbox Defenders have kept my phones safe since 2010.

Now in retirement I know longer fear for my phones the hardships of trucking life. But reading reviews of the Commuter and Symmetry cases and some comments regarding the feel of them as a bit slippery, my current Defender’s rubber encasement has a secure feel and grips surfaces well.

I think the Defender will be my Otterbox of choice for a long time to come.

I used the Otterbox on my old iphone SE (!), my work phone for thirteen years. Out of all the drops, scrapes and tumbles the phone went through, I never had a broken screen or a broken case. I was given an iphone 6 when my wife upgraded her phone, and ordered a case online.

The ad said it was an Otterbox, but when it came it wasn’t an Otterbox but a cheap knock-off. I put it on the phone anyway figuring some protection would be better than none. The next day I dropped the phone and the screen cracked! Since I carried insurance on the phone, I sent it in, but it was old enough that they subbed it for an iphone 8.

When I knew the model, I ordered a real Otterbox case. I’ve used it for three or four months, and no breaks or even scratches.

Once again, a fantastic case. I’ve had the same case for years but the rubber exterior finally fell apart from so much abuse. I was hoping to get a bit more life out of it but I suppose that’s asking a fair bit for any product.

These OTTERBOX Defenders are so well built it’s not funny. They’re not totally waterproof as quoted but you really feel like you can drop the phone and it will just bounce around without damage. All my phones have had a Defender case and I will never change.

Pricey but highly recommended!.

The Zizo Bolt case is sturdy and rugged. It’s got a nice feel to it. It’s not slippery at all. When you hold it, it’s got a soft feel- a rubber feel that isn’t a squishy soft rubber feel. Very excellent quality, with nice features like the glass protector; goes on easy and you can’t tell you have it on.

The case fits very well, your phone is secure in this case. Comes with optional Belt clip that is rugged and stays in place and optional lanyard. Really a great, solid case. The kickstand is great for watching videos or shows.

I like the finger grip design along the back. It fits snug in my hand. I have an active job and I need to wear my phones on my person. The clip holds it steady and keeps it protected. I am constantly pulling it out to answer calls and text.

The phone case has a better grip than any other I have found. My wife found it on eBay for a great price and I will buy this style again. Thanks for making a great product.

This is a better I-phone 7 case then either otter box or life proof!! Other then life proof cases being water proof!! I believe this ziti case to be a better bargain, and better look for your buck!! It’s a thinner case but yet it’s still durable! I’ve dropped my phone a few times now and it’s still fine!! Unless you drop your phone on a bigger pointed rock.

The best mount of ever used. Nothing beats this, period. I was skeptical about how the phone case would be but it’s honestly pretty stout and the fitment between the case and the mount is perfect. There is no play/ wiggle when it’s mounted.

Don’t waste your time buying a cheap mount of Amazon. This is the best bang for your buck hands down. Using the mount with the flat bar adapter on my vanmoof S3 and the phone case for the pixel 4XL.

My phone’s been in this case permanently for two months and I’m happy. So easy to attach it to the bike when I want to, so easy to forget when I’m not cycling. Sure, it adds weight and extra dimensions to the device – my iPhone 11 Pro weighs 230.

7g now, but I still carry it in my front jeans pocket when I’m out and about: it slides in and out of the pocket easily and I can place the phone screen down without worrying about any scratching, thanks to the raised lip around the front edge.

If I dropped the phone in this case (hasn’t happened yet), I’d feel confident that the device would be very well protected. Would definitely choose the Quad Lock system again if I was starting again.

Best phone case I’ve had in ages. Protects the screen with the raised lip, awesome hand feel and excellent number of accessories for it to attach to. Only down side is my wireless chargers now don’t work as the mount on the back of the case is too thick, meaning the phone back sits up too far off the wireless charger base.

For the ease and security of attaching to my bike though, happy to get a new wireless charger.

Before I got a Lifeproof case I was bad about breaking my phone. Now I’ve had a flawless iPhone 8-plus since 2019. I take videos underwater with it. I use it in the shower for music. I’ve dropped my phone onto tile, concrete, and rocks multiple times and there’s not a scratch on it.

I have had to file two warranty claims, both times because the bottom latch fails, but the phone case lasts more than a year with much abuse and the warranty process is quick and easy. One issue with it being waterproof is that it is hard for the microphone to work well, meaning I have to take calls on speaker for the other person to hear me.

This case has been a phone-saver for me. If I ever get a new phone it will be because I want to not because mine broke.

This case broke on the first or second day that I used it. The little cover that snaps in and out of place to cover the charging port when not in use broke. I did not even notice when it broke, but the plastic was cracked and it fell right off.

I’m not sure if the plastic was brittle because the product was old and may have been stored under conditions that caused it to degrade? It may not be the vendor’s fault, but I did not have this problem with my previous case.

The little door on the bottom seemed to not fit snugly in the first place. It made me wonder if this was in a batch that had a defect? The switch that mutes and unmutes the phone also does not really work, even when I put effort into aligning it correctly.

Other versions of this case are good, but the one I bought was off.

So I have been using lifeproof cases for years. The reason I stay is their great warranty. All of the cases I have purchased have the same common defects, the changing port cover latch stops working after a month or two and just hangs open.

And the home button cover wears out in about 6 months (breaks off and becomes another hole in the case). So while I don’t feel confident trusting that my cast is truly dust and water proof, it is still great at protecting my phone from drops , scratches and rain.

Without their warranty replacing defective cases I would have stopped using years ago.

this protective hard shell case is perfect for my phone, It slides easily into my purse and does not take up any extra space. I enjoy that it is easy to clean & the design is a cheery simple flowery design on the clear case, yet it protects my phone from drops that happen.

Looks exactly as pictured. Very beautiful and durable. Other cases I’ve had like this we’re very flimsy and had a tendency to stain and turn a yucky color up to a week after getting it. This one do far since I’ve had it has done great with staying crystal clear and beautiful.

I bought this cover a month back. it looks pretty on the phone. but within 1 month of use the sides of the cover are coming off. I didn’t even remove it once until I realized the cover is coming off.

WOuld not recommend this at all. But it if you only want your phone to look pretty. Quality is disgusting! Just a cheap brand!.

This was a replacement for for my Symmetry case I bought 5 years ago. These are amazing cases. But they have changed. The volume buttons are difficult to use if you don’t have strength in your hands.

They are still easy to install, hold up under many drops, and easy to hold in your hand. What I don’t like and the reason I almost sent this back is because this particular color I received is not as shown.

It is a tacky (ugly) glittery colored case that I would have never bought. The red I am replacing is no longer an option and the new available options are odd. If you like Star Wars, Mickey Mouse or other cartoon movies…this is the perfect place to shop for a new case.

But the solid color options outside of black, are few. Otterbox, please keep all generations in mind in your designs.

This is a great product! For years, I have exclusively used a heavy duty phone case from another popular phone case company. Well, they no longer make the specific style I like for my iPhone model. I decided to give Otterbox I try and have not been disappointed.

The light weight of this case is superior to the bulkiness of the other company’s. case. It is easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to clean and — most importantly — provides just the right amount of protection.

Love it! The only room for improvement IMHO is that the plastic feels. a little flimsy around the side of the case were the silent mode on/off button is. Other than that, this is a great product. Highly recommended!.

The customer service is horrible, the case looks like a $5 case but actually cost over $70 Canadian with shipping. The buttons on the side are very hard to push, very hard to turn phone off, bothers fingers and the top where the phone touches your ear/hair has a slight plastic framing that sticks out and is a bit sharp.

Horrible design. The plastic itself is supper slippery and has no grip. I had a similar phone case for years and the transparent plastic was comfortable to hold, not slippery. I do not want to be contacted by their customer service to let me know they are sorry for the bad experience.

I‘m a bit of a slob when it comes to my phone, wich is why i decided to get this case. Over the year that i used it on my iPhone 7 i noticed how my friends‘ iphones got damaged simply by falling out of their pockets while mine dropped just as much yet didn‘t get a scratch.

But recently this case surprised me beyond any expectations. A few weeks ago i lost my phone during a picnic at a nearby meadow, searched for it the entire evening and believed it to be lost. Low and behold the next day the farmer rang my Bell (knowing we‘d been to that meadow the day before) and handed me back my phone.

He had run over my phone with his harvester while mowing his field and found it. sure my phone is now bent a bit and doesn‘t quite work anymore (though i can still Access it and even make phonecalls) but if it wasn‘t for this case i‘m positive my phone would have come back to me in more than one piece.

I can truely recommend this product and will only be buying spigen cases from now on.

My previous case was low profile but not pocket friendly, and as it turns out, not all that tough. A friend told me about the Spigen brand, so I checked you out. This is the case I always wanted – sleek and beautiful, and just grippy enough that it’s not slippery in the hand.

I especially like the generous relief around the screen, so that I don’t have to worry about resting it face down. It fits perfectly with no gaps and is holding up well. And I thought it was very reasonably priced (you could get away with charging more – ha ha!).

The buying experience was a dream. My next phone will be sporting this case, too.

Great case, extremely stylish. I’ve already gotten more than 10 compliments in 1 day of having the case! The type of person I am (hope it helps for people that can relate): – I love slim cases that provide great style but not too flashy.

– I have only dropped an iPhone at the most 3-4 times within the 12 month lifespans before upgrading. – I’m very OCD with my belongings but I don’t mine the cut out on the back of the phone (I actually put a slim film in the back to protect from any scratches.

Not necessary but again I’m OCD haha. ) – I look for cases that provide great grip but don’t have that texture that makes your phone a battle to take out of your jeans. It’s very sleek and smooth so it’s effortless to take out of my pockets.

– I own a very successful business so I like professional looking items. This case looks great along with all my expensive items and the group of people (wealthy) I’m around constantly have already complimented the case (one went to buy one right after I told him the brand).

– I use my phone when with clients and I’ve had parents and their kids compliment the phone case.

Areas of concern: 1. Design 2. Contruction 3. Camera 4. Materials/ Quality Design: the case is Plagued with issues from the start of ownership: 1. FaceID not working due to two useless plastic dots on the clear protective screen that could’ve been removed prior to shipment.

2. Impinged Button access! Extremely difficult to use even with time and age, even with a touch screen of an IPhone to have hindered use of the only buttons is an annoyance. 3. Sound: it’s to be expected the addition from a case would reduce the sound quality if you have owned a lifeproof case prior.

But this I can say it’s not good at all. 4. The fact of 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max were first to introduce MagSafe and now we are provide a case with it for the 13 Pro models is disappointment of opportunity.

Construction: Out the packaging I had issues with FaceID mentioned Above 1. And the seal or gasket moving during installation. An issue I never encountered in previous cases. 2. The existence of dust within the case question its abilities.

I find it quite tedious to retrieve my phone in order of removing dust. Keep in mind, I only perform wireless charging! Why not design a seal that presses against the body and the opening of the charge cable from the case to prevent dust from traveling with in the case once the charging cord port is open? Now for my circumstance dust intrusion is a mystery? Camera: No need to complain as it seems to be prevalent in fellow reviewers, but suggestions: 1.

Dust, as indicated above this is an issue and deal breaker. As dust within compound by collection on the exterior due to spaces and crevices round the lens. A suggestion found on competitors is a smooth camera area on the rear.

Materials: this is the primary source of my grievance!: 1. Heat: we are no stranger to science when plastic is introduced to heat. But an iPhone generation that introduces inductive (wireless) charging and a processor that is as powerful in comparison to computers six years ago.

To not anticipate the device not creating heat from the following action is a failure of product design. The cases reaction to heat is so extreme, it deforms the rear of the case creating a void providing a space between the screen protect an front of the iPhone making it difficult to hear conversations during phone calls! In all fairness I provided this information to customer service which they resent me a replacement case, this well intended gesture provides no recourse for the intended problem.

Competitors have solve this issue by making the rear of sturdier plastics with less reaction to heat.

Wanted a waterproof case for my iPhone and heard good things about this one. Bought it and used it in the pool. Great quality underwater for video and stills! My only reason for giving it a 4 star rating is because the plastic lens cover almost immediately showed scratches and wear on the blue film that covers it.

This makes for pics to be slightly blurry and not as sharp as it should be. Only the lens cover over the camera lenses shows scratches and rubbings, not anywhere else on the case itself which is odd as you would think since it’s slightly recessed from the case that the case would show markings of some sort.

I’ve used an Otterbox for years without this issue being this bad. I’ve read from other users who had the same experience going from Otterbox to Lifeproof. Someone used nail polish remover to get rid of the film which they said cleared it, but I don’t know if doing so affects the case underwater at that point.

I’m guessing it’s similar to scratch coating used on glasses but I’ll probably contact Lifeproof to get a replacement due to the cost paid. I’m going to get an Otterbox again to use when I know I won’t be needing it for underwater shoots.

I’m really loving this case the top and bottom come out just a bit more just so the curve edges never touch a surface if you lay it face down, the frame around the finger print scanner, flash and the camera lens, has a slope feel to it so my finger never misses the scanner, I have yet to hit the lens, all the way around the case frame has this grip texture to making it easy to pull in and out of pocket.

The belt clip is nice but I’m not sure I’ll even use it but it is nice knowing it has it! I’m getting great feedback from all the buttons on the sides. Now for what I think may be a con for this case.

It has a nice tight fit around the screen but. With no built-in screen protector it puts me on the edge. But if a screen protector can still be installed on it then it is prefect in my book! But it would have to be very specific on what type of screen protector you need to use with it or charge extra and throw a good durable screen protector in with the case! I have yet to try it on with a screen protector but I will soon.

Other then that I would say this a great case feels durable, strong, and very protective of the phone it holds. The back is clear but not crystal clear they send templates of designs that fit the phone case insides,so that you can have a cool little design on the back case you can also cut pictures to the size of the template to put them in there to show on the back of the phone case as well.

So maybe if they sell these on the website for cheap or make custom ones for it, would keep me interested in what they have for it next. It doesn’t have much weight that it adds but there is weight. alot lighter then a otterbox.

We have been using i-Blason cases for many years on both our iPad and iPhones and have been very pleased with the quality and protection they have shown. This time when we moved up from the iPhone 6s plus to the iPhone 8 plus we knew what case we wanted and had already ordered it before we picked up the phones.

The screen protection is great for the sensitivity and protection and since the case is dual layer we can still use our tethers to keep from forgetting the phone anywhere or it falling to the ground.

The tethers are homemade and are looped thru the camera opening on the phone and work great. Its too bad no one makes a good case anymore with a built in spot to connect a tether like we use but we make due and it works.

We did notice that the latest case has been updated to make the screen protector even more durable and stronger then what we had for our 6s plus. Were very happy about the construction and durability of iBlasons cases and hope they continue to update and improve on their great design without making them too cumbersome as we feel some other case makers have done.

This is my third I-Blason (Armorbox) case, having the first for the iPhone 5 then 6 and now 7. I have found these cases to be very durable and excellent protection and not so bulky. The previous cases are still going strong 5 and 2 years on without any breakages to plastic, having passed the phones and cases on to the wife and kids.

The only negative I may add is the screen protector, which after being fitted for some time starts to lose its effectiveness, and at times a build up of dust and particles ends up between the iPhone screen and screen protector.

What I did was remove the screen protector from the case, which wasn’t much trouble and fitted my own on to the iPhone screen. However apart from that the protection is second to none, and the quality is brilliant.

I like the new addition to the 7 with the clip mount. If your looking for a case which is durable, with longevity and a bit of style, then you can’t go wrong with this case.

I found this case to be a big disappointment. I only was looking for a temporary case to protect my phone while I wait for my one to arrive in the mail and while this case fits snug and is clear with minimal logos plastered across it, that’s where the good points ends.

The problem starts with the outside. It’s really smooth and rather slippery which isn’t ideal given that the pro max is a large phone. Even with dry hands you have to grip your phone carefully as it’s inclined to slip out.

Just a bit of moisture and it’s easily going to go out of your hands if you pick the phone up. This could have easily been fixed with a small bit of texture on the edge. The gap for the mute toggle is off centre and barely usable.

This is because the volume buttons are so over sized and chunky that if they centred the gap it wouldn’t work. It’s just a bad design choice. Speaking of the button covers. Not only are they oversized but require too much force to use.

Finally, I don’t think this case is going to protect your phone in the case of a drop. While there is a raised ledge to protect the screen and camera, which is good, the case is so rigid that all impact is going to transfer straight into the phone and not be dissipated across the case.

In conclusion. Don’t buy this case. Even as a budget offering with a very clear view of your phone there are too many issues that would result in your cool bit of tech getting broken with this case.

I give this 4 stars, because It doesn’t work with MagSafe. If you don’t need or want to use the MagSafe feature than that’s no issue. I haven’t been using the MagSafe feature on my phone – now that I have the new charger I unfortunately cannot use this case anymore, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the actual look and protection of the case.

I like this case- I’ve had it over a year and have dropped my phone a dozen or more times, and (*knock on wood*) haven’t even gotten a scratch on it. At first I didn’t like the “non-slip” edges, because my previous phone case was smooth and the ridges were awkward to me, but now I’m used to them and itthey don’t bother me at all.

I do use a popsocket and the only case I can find that you can use MagSafe and use a popsocket is by the actual popsocket brand, so I don’t have many options. However, like I said if you’re not using that feature this case is great.

I read at least one person say that the case doesn’t fit the MaxPro, and I can assure you that it indeed DOES! It fits very snugly for added protection, so it may feel like you’re forcing it at first but as long as you got the proper size for your phone, trust the process! I wouldn’t recommend if you change your case all the time.

I rarely change my cases [and wouldn’t be changing this one if I wasn’t given the MagSafe charger and car mount], so that hasn’t been an issue. All and all, this is a great clear phone case. Last thing, If you’re putting a Polaroid or some type of photo behind the case to show through, I would go with a smooth case and not this one with the ridges used for, “non slip”, as it doesn’t show the photo/sticker, etc.

This is my 3rd Speck case and they continue to deliver on quality and fit. The “grip” cases are a perfect balance between low-profile design and protection for my preference. My last case was a solid-color plastic with contrasting, rubberized grip ridges.

This clear grip case is molded from a slightly more slippery plastic and gets its “grip” entirely from the texture of the ribs rather than the surface characteristics of the materials. Not a flaw-there’s no such thing as crystal-clear rubber.

It’s just a different feel, and requires a bit more finger grip than I was used to. But the upside is that I get to see my snazzy phone through this case! And the rim of the case around the phone screen does have a more rubbery touch, so if you place the phone face-down on a table, it will not slide around, so that’s good.

I love the design and look of this case. It feels great on the phone, the white color and light wood look fantastic with the Silver iPhone 12 Pro. I just wish it didn’t get so dirty so quickly. I had the Clic Canvas for my iPhone 11.

The Canvas was made with this smooth, soft plastic that felt like typical TPU. For this generation it seems like the material has changed, the TPU has a rougher texture and seems a little more flexible.

This, in concert with the light color, makes it an absolute magnet for grime. The corners end up stained blue or gray depending on the color of my pants or if my hands have any dust on them. The wood feels fantastic.

It genuinely is a quality slice of oak, and the silver inlay is a nice touch. Unfortunately my unit has a gap all around the edge of the wood piece, about a millimeter on average around the entire cutout.

Because of this gap, lint and dust accumulates in this space to leave a nice dark outline around the wood. I understand wood expands and contracts Wirth temperature and humidity changes, it just seems like this could have been mitigated in some way.

It’s notable that the silver inset doesn’t have any kind of noticeable gap between it and the wood. If you made it this far, thank you for reading. This case is beautiful and I’d imagine the dark version stands up to grime better, but unfortunately the white version needs to be cleaned frequently (and carefully!).

I’ve had the Clic Wooden for three iPhones in now (5s, 7, and 12 Pro) and loved every one of them. Really, there’s no other case out that the blends the elegant design and slim for factory. This latest case for iPhone 12 is the best yet.

The wood grain texture has a nice soft feel to it. The fit is tight and secure. Other brands make wood grain case, but usually it’s a fake texture, and no one applies the aesthetic with such minimalism and restraint.

It’s a perfectly understated design that compliments the Phone nicely. There is a trade off. Keep in mind it is a very slim case. This being my third case in this series, I know it’s good for little bumps and light drops, but I’m not convinced it will protect me from long drops on hard surfaces (but what slim case does?).

Further, because of the soft nature of the woodgrain, this isn’t the case I want in my pocket in my sweaty pocket at the gym or in my cycling jersey, nor would I keep this on at the beach. So I bought a more protection-focused plasticky case on Amazon with a big grippy rubber edge for all of these occasions where a drop is more likely and I’m dealing with sweat and dirt.

I reserve the Native Union case for daily use around town and at the office, and swap back and forth. So, key takeaway is to know what you’re getting. This is a design-forward item that may sacrifice some durability and protection for superior finish and style, but for cases in this category I think this one is above average for it’s fit and protection.

It’s a beautiful, well-made, and unique case that’s perfect for daily use.

Fit is bad — The case is *very* difficult to get on and off. And the lighting port isn’t centered, making it harder to plug in. Lanyard falls out — Almost every time I try to put my phone in, the lanyard “lock” just falls out, even when it was snapped in.

So annoying! Not convenient — Since the lanyard has to be applied or taken off only when you phone is not in the case, it’s inconvenient to remove when I don’t need it. And given the above issues, it makes the whole process inconvenient and annoying.

Style — The style is great. I like the colors. Ultimately, I decided to get a different lanyard case from another company that uses clips to more easily detach the lanyard. And their case fits appropriately.

Not gonna lie, I hate cases. Having a big phone already makes it cumbersome. I enjoy the bare feel of the phone without a case. Having said that, I love this freaking case. Having the ability to stick it to any magnetic surface is game-changing for me.

Cooking in the kitchen, working on my car, at the gym, anywhere there’s metal I’m sticking my phone up. It helps keep the bulk out of my pocket, but also gives me a way to watch something on my phone without having to hold it.

Again, it does add a considerable amount of heft to the phone, but the protection it provides and the extra capabilities it offers are well worth it. Also, the magnets are strong as hell. My only gripe (and I’m really nitpicking here) is that I was the manet in the center of the phone was a bit larger.

I understand there are limitations due to the MagSafe ring as well as the locking mechanism, but I’ve found that if there is a thinner piece of metal I have to stick on and I want to use the phone in landscape orientation, then the case can’t hold it up and it will start to slide.

Very few times I’ve ran into this issue, but just thought it was something to note. Thanks for the awesome product guys. Keep it up.

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max case Nd the sport ring and the swivel dash mount magnet, And man what a combination. The phone case fits perfectly and feels great in my hand. The sport Ring helps hang onto the phone and acts as a kickstand to watch videos.

And then it Hangs on my dash so I can see my phone easily. We’ve used Rokform her about 10 years. And when I say we, I mean my parents, me and my wife, and my daughter and her family. We ALL use Rokform snd Never have We been disappointed.

Their products are always top notch. I get excited when they come out with a new product because I know it’s going to make my phone life much better. Thank you Rokform!.

I’ve had a RokForm case on all my phones since the iPhone 6S. But I’ve always had the Rugged case. With the 12 ProMax, I decided to try the Crystal case. The fact that some of the hard parts of the Rugged case were replaced by clear plastic on the Crystal had me a little worried, but my worries seem to be misplaced.

I’ve dropped my phone numerous times with this case and it’s been totally fine. So far I’ve racked up drops on concrete, tile, black top, carpet, vehicle floor boards, etc. It’s not a slippery case, it’s operator error.

The phone itself with the case on is wide and it gets away from me sometimes. The case has a few light scratches on the clear parts and you can see smudges from handling more easily but that’s to be expected, IMHO.

Actually makes me wipe down my phone more often. Functionally, the case fits tight, the buttons are remarkably responsive, it’s light for a case that offers this much protection, and along with the Sport Ring, this is my favorite case from RokForm.

The glass protector is a flimsy plastic that does not contact phone glass in all places. Very annoying when using “swipe”. I took a razor blade and but the flimsy plastic out of the protective case. Also, the camera opening is not large enough for the light to be visible.

Used my dremmel tool and make the hole much larger, now light works. If it weren’t for these two items I would have given this case 5 stars. Now I have it modified by removing flimsy plastic and make camera hole larger it is a 5 Star in my mind.

Easily modified as long as you have a razor blade and a dremmel tool.

When I received my case, I immediately put it on my phone. I liked the color but not the case itself. It was very hard to adjust the volume up or down. And the on and off button for the Home Screen was also impossible to use.

The sides are very hard with makes it difficult to use the phones outside features.

This case is amazing! It fits well and protects the phone exactly as it should. I have dropped my phone so many times and not one scratch. I would purchase one again. It helped saving me from buying the apple care protection.

What attracted me to this particular case was the design and the appearance. The case did arrive earlier than expected, which was convenient considering I had just bought my phone and could not find a case for it anywhere.

Anyway, when the case arrived in the mail, it just wasn’t what I had expected. The built in screen protector feels pretty flimsy and I just don’t feel very comfortable with that being the only thing protecting my screen.

The fingerprint reader is much more difficult to use with that type of screen protector and probably works 3 out of 10 times. There isn’t an option for a pop-socket on the back because of the kickstand.

The kickstand is nice, and substitutes for what you would use a pop-socket for, but the area in which the kickstand is located and where you would put your hands to use it as a pop-socket sit just a little too low, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable to use as one.

So, if you’re wanting a case you can use a pop-socket on, I wouldn’t recommend this phone case. Overall, it seems alright but I’ve decided to buy a different case and an actual screen protector just so I know my phone is safe.

I would recommend this phone case to someone that maybe is either gentle, or a little older.

I got this case in the mail today. I was very surprised by the quality. I honestly thought it would be cheaper plastic but this is very durable and thicker plastic/kevlar material. I definitely feel comfortable knowing that if I drop my phone on either side or corner it will be protected.

Its slick and doesn’t have slip resistant backing that sticks in your pockets and hard to get out. Its perfect and fits my s10e like a glove. Worth the money! Hope this helps someone.

I preferred the older cases of this model. There are several issues. The back can no longer be used by itself, so you are stuck with the see through screen provided. The quality of the screen is not good and smudges instantly.

I prefer to provide my own screens and trade them out as needed which was possible with the old I-Blason models. Am I correct that Supcase bought their company and toyed with the design? The placement of the kickstand is now very close to the bottom.

It is very tight (which is not good or bad), but it’s placement causes the phone to sit up almost straight and difficult to use in the vertical position. It’s fine in the horizontal position. It’s also much more slippery on any surface than the older model.

I won’t be ordering these any more.

Great case, it offers quite nice protection to the back and also to screen. After applying this protector, the issue with accidental touches to curve edges is also solved. Lastly I used to always order from bol.

com but also noticed gmspunt. nl website (and they sell via bol. com) for which I was skeptical originally. I’d have to say the parcel arrived on time as promised and was well protected. I would definitely recommend this case and gsmpunt!.

Love this Rinke shockproof case for my iPhone. It has port covers for the charger and earphone ports which helps keep dirt/dust out. My phone is rose gold and this cover matches perfectly and it is also clear enough to see iPhone logo on the back.

I would warn that this cover fits very snugly which would normally be great but I had to replace my glass screen protector due to the Rinke cover causing air bubbles to continually form under the glass protector.

I havent figured out what Im going to do about that yet. The Rinke case came with a thin film cover for screen but I wanted better protection for my phone. If it wasnt for that I would have given it a 5 star.

Perfect fit. Accurate, one piece design. Material appears high quality. Protective, hinged caps for ports incorporated. Could be snipped off for those who don’t want to ‘pull the plug’ when charging.

I’m getting used to it. Probably good to keep debris out for long term ownership.

Will almost certainly protect my phone if I drop it (already did, actually). Unfortunately, it is a very slippery material so I’m more likely to drop it in the first place, especially when I try to text/use my phone with just one hand.

This was never a problem with my old case/phone. As far as I can tell, the Grip model has the same slippery material on the back, which would not provide the extra friction where I need it. In other news, but the 2 piece system makes it REALLY easy to get the case onto the phone with a snug fit.

I have been using Incipio phone cases for the last 5yrs. When I joined my employer they gave me a phone with an Incipio case. Even the old versions of the Duo were great. The Duo for the Pro Max is exactly what I expected.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus for 4yrs and have dropped it 1000’s of times and the phone screen never cracked, the case never broke, and I will be able to trade my phone for the first time and save some cash.

Phones now are so expensive it is a must to protect your investment and this case is like buying insurance for your phone. Best of all it doesn’t take away from the functionality of the phone. Every time I buy a new iPhone I order my case first so I don’t have to worry about dropping it when it arrives.

Just got my Midnight Blue Dual Pro from Amazon in today. First thing, I like how the inner part of the case is frosted blue, and solid blue on the top and bottom. Second thing, is the outer shell of the case is a nice matte finish, which means a resistance to smudges and finger prints.

I generally use a clear case on my phones with a hard back and TPU around the edges to show off the color of the phone. The main problem, aside from the TPU bumper yellowing over time, is the amount of finger prints that show up along with any specks of dust that get inside.

The third thing I like about this case, the raised bezel on the top to keep the screen safe from a face down fall, and the camera has a nice amount of depth to it to keep the lens safe when laying down flat.

Moving along are the cutouts. The camera cutout is nice and even, the bottom cutouts are nice and even, although the left speaker is slightly smaller on the Max, and the lightning port has a big enough cutout for using a third party lighting cable if you opt to not use wireless charging.

Finally, which I have seen some reviewers on Amazon mention to be a slight issue for them, is the tactile feel of the buttons and the cutout for the silence rocker switch. The silence rocker is a bit recessed, but I found no major issue with switching it on or off.

The volume buttons and the main power button, have a nice solid tactile feel to them and are not that difficult to press. In closing, this is a nice case overall, without being as bulky as some other cases, has a nice amount of grip, feels solid in the hand and offers nice all around protection.

I would recommend this to anyone, not wanting to spend too much or too little on an overall great case for their new XS Max.

Sturdy clear iPhone 11 phone case (NOT for iPhone 11 Pro). The thick edges protect my phone drop face up and down drops without compromising the slimness of the phone. I have owned this brand’s cases for previous iPhones and have been pleasant results.

Over time the case will breakdown because of natural wear and tear. Because it’s made of a polycarbonate, it will eventually turn yellow when exposed to the sun (UV rays). This is normal and should not be seen as a critical set back.

All plastics and vinyls break down with wear and tear and explore to the elements. This case fits snug and still allows me to use the volume buttons comfortably without pressing too hard.

First off, I love Incipio cases, having used them on my last three phones. They were DualPro’s too, so this seemed like a no brainer. These cases are not the same as those. While my old DualPro cases had a grippy, soft, rubbery feel and the buttons were easy to push, this case is hard, slick, and the buttons on the right are hard to push, with the left almost impossible to push in.

It’s sad they took something that was great and ruined it. I have looked up this case on other sites since purchasing this, and the buttons being super hard or impossible to push is a common problem with the new models according to reviews.

Guess I’m still looking for a new case.

So I went to sixflags yesterday and the phone I have I had barely had it for 3 months at that point so I was trying to be careful with it. First ride I go in and it falls out of my pocket while hitting this triple hoop on a rollercoaster, I hadn’t notice till the ride was over, luckily the employee said that I could come back at the end of the day he’d help me find it.

the whole day all I could think of was the T-Mobile lady sayin “get insurance in case you loose it, don’t forget it a a thousand dollar phone” and I’m more like mmmeeehhh I’ll be careful I don’t need insurance, I regret those words…or so I thought, end of the day comes and we ride the coaster again in hopes of spotting it along the way, we see the phone right on top of a pile of rocks and my mind goes into a a whole journey of how many pieces my phone was in.

and the wait begins, as many other we’re waiting for their fallen belongings as well, I see them return one phone and it was destrooooyyeeeddddd like no bueno … and I fall into more hopelessness … they found it!! As they come over the first thing I do was check the screen and the camera … I kid you not when I say there was not a single scratch on my phone and even less the case!!! Best case around!! Now that I know my phone is indestructible I don’t even worry when it fall from the table or when step out of the car, because thanks this case my heart is at ease.

Also for the price, I really didn’t think it was going to survive a fall at that eighth and speed, I can say for sure it surprised me.

I was so excited to use my new, sleek, pretty phone cover but was surprised and disappointed to find that it was too small for my iPhoneSE (2nd gen). The back of the case is rigid which would do a good job of protecting the phone but the silicone rim is too stiff and unforgiving for me to maneuver the phone into the case.

I tried a couple times and had a friend try as well but it seems that the case is about two mm too small. I just want a refund.

The Symmetry case offers excellent back and side protection for iPhoneX. As for the front, one can put an ‘invisi-glass’ type of screen protector for complete protection. Considering the expense of iPhoneX and the fact that the front and back are glass, it gives one peace of mind to seek out the right degree of protection for the phone even if some would argue against it on the grounds that the glass is Gorilla glass.

Here, then, are some noteworthy points about this case: * It allows the phone to sit in a recessed manner in the case. So the phone’s body is protected in a bumper-style manner. Thus, if one drops the phone and it lands on one of its corners, the case’s bumper rather than the phone’s glass will take the brunt of the impact just as a good protector should do.

I would add that due to the way in which the case ‘cuddles’ the phone, the dimensions of a front protector screen should so chosen as to prevent the screen’s edges from contacting the case’s bumper and losing its ability to completely adhere to the phone.

* The ‘recessed’ aspect mentioned above applied to the lens as well so that if one places the camera down, face up, the lens will not be touching a hard surface. Gorilla glass or not, that is a good protective feature for the iPhoneX’s lens.

* Symmetry offers a good grip all around its sides. Holding the case, one feels that the case won’t just slip out of one’s hand like a smoother [faux] leather case might tend to do.

I love otterbox cases. They’re so thin and stylish and protective, but I have the same problems with them over and over. Before I purchased this color, I had the seafoam one, which had a light gray edge.

This got dirty relatively quickly and was stained from being in jeans pockets, so I was looking for a darker colored case this time. I found a really pretty burgundy but as I was about to purchase it, it sold out.

I got this case thinking that the rubber bumper looked kind of dark, so I thought I would give it a try. I have had it for five days now and the edge is already starting to discolor. Additionally, the back of the case is a shiny material which shows fingerprints.

The seafoam was a soft touch matte which did not. Overall not happy with the colors of the case but at least it will protect my phone.

This is the best iPhone protector! The other night I tripped in a dark parking lot and did a modified face plant with my iPhone, (screen down) in my right hand taking much of the fall’s impact. There was NO damage to the iPhone or Otter! I highly recommend this product to anyone who has ever been tripped or finds themselves in an dark unknown parking lot late at night.

Whenever I bought this and it came in I was excited. The plastic part of the case went on great but the outside part was quite a struggle. I could either get the top on or the bottom, not both. I had to mess with it quite some time before it went on fully.

When it came to charging my phone, the case would only let me use certain chargers so I had to play around with it and buy another one to charge the phone or take off the outside case to charge. Overall it’s not a bad product, does it’s job in protecting.
