I don’t feel bloated like usual either. I do get thirsty though which probably isn’t a bad thing. I normally drink 1 – 2 bottles of water per day which isn’t nearly enough. This kind of forces me to take in more fluids.

These pills are great if you are looking to incorporate Apple Cider Vinegar into your routine because of the ease of use. One thing I love about them is how small the capsules are and the fact that you only need to take one for the recommended dosage.

I highly recommend pills over taking liquid ACV simply because of the ease of use and taste. These pills have no taste and are easily digested. The only reason I removed a star is that I’m still on the fence as to whether or not ACV helps with weight loss, which is not fault of this specific pill.

I have a lipoma (fatty tumor) on the back of my arm. I read where ACV can help shrink them or completely make them go away. My lipoma was was causing some pain and I was desperate to find something other than surgery to help.

I waited a considerable amount of time before writing this, because I don’t think you can make an accurate assessment from just a few weeks of use. I took these over the course of three months to see how I felt, and in fairness, I still don’t really know how to review their efficacy.

The tablets are of average size and easy to swallow. They claim to help with “detox, digestion, weight management “but I didn’t see any appreciable difference during the course of my taking them. Did I feel less hungry? Yes, mostly, and I did tend not to crave sweets that much.

Did I lose weight? No, not a pound. Would I recommend? Leaning toward likely, because I know ACV is good for you, and because of the quality of ingredients and processing (non-GMO, gluten & dairy free) and a ZERO pledge.

Just know these aren’t a miracle pill that will work wonders.

I followed the directions on the bottle- taking 2 capsules after breakfast. My main reason was to help lower my blood glucose. I didn’t feel any different though after 4 weeks. The only complaint I have is a vinegar taste was always in my mouth.

I did not feel healthier, did not lose weight & my blood glucose did not improve. I’m going to give the Apple Cider vinegar/ water another go- it’s cheaper.

I bought these a year ago before I found out I was pregnant. Fast forward having a baby and fighting PPD/PPA and gaining 40lbs after having baby. I was going through my med cabinet and said what the heck, it won’t hurt if they don’t work and if they do then awesome.

I was gifted these nature’s truth gummies to test. The gummies in general are nice textures and flavors. It is also nice that they are vegan, as that is not true for all gummies. What I am not sure of is why I would take these particular supplements.

The brand did not provide information on the benefits of the ingredients on the packaging for the supplements, the info card that came with them, or their website. Therefore I am unlikely to use these going forward.

I also don’t usually buy gummy vitamins. If you are looking for a gummy options in one of their varieties already, these may be a good option. I also do not like that their bottles do not contain equal servings.

My bottle was delivered NEXT DAY!! After reading reviews before purchasing, I was reading that the pills were hard to swallow NOT TRUE. I also read that there was No odor making it questionable NOT TRUE.

I also read that it had strong vinegar smell and if you left the capsule on your tongue a few seconds you coukd taste the vinegar ALSO NOT TRUE!! My bottle came sealed and when I opened it, the 1st thing I did was stick my nose to it and was smelling it.

It smelled like Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother as it should since this is the capsule form of what you want but the odor was not over powering like some reviews said. It was not untolerable.

I will continue to buy this product (if cost is reasonable comparatively). I suffered a great deal from acid reflux a couple of months back but refused to take any prescribed or OTC antacid because of the harm they do to the digestive system.

This, along with another product this company sells has helped me a great deal. I now know what to take and what not to take for digestive issues. These capsules are easy to take and does not harm the enamel in your teeth.

Initially bought the 5mg bottle and realized right away I would be needing two 5mg pills so I doubled up the dose and made a mental note to buy the 10mg bottle next time. Opted to go for a natural remedy because I like to have the occasional glass of wine at the end of the day as well and I didn’t want to mix hard sleep medicina with alcohol late into the night.
