I don’t really know how I feel about this one! I’ve been using it now for awhile after getting it on sale at ULTA. The description/instructions basically say it’s for like pre hair removal or pre wax.
It says to use it at least 24 -48 hours BEFORE hair removal. I’ve experimented with it. I’ve used it just as the instructions say, I’ve used it immediately before. The thing is. well there’s a few things 1.
The scent is terrible. in fact there’s no scent at all. It’s just a weird soapy but chemical scent, so it’s not your normal tree hut smell good scrub. Not at all. 2. There really isn’t much exfoliation in it.
When I use it I don’t feel like it’s necessarily doing much for me. I was really looking for an exfoliating scrub like as mentioned Tree hut or the Dove body scrubs, but I thought I would try this as it was called “no bumps” but I think this is more for just one specific thing and that’s using it if you are going to be waxed.
Unfortunately I can’t confirm or deny what it does if you are using it in that exact way and how the instructions advise because I’m not getting waxed so I haven’t ever tested it, but I think maybe the beads in this and the formula might be made for that sort of thing specifically.
If you are looking for a very exfoliating body scrub to remove dead skin for pre tan or anything like that then this wouldn’t be the one to choose.
Why didn’t I find this product sooner?! This works great! I exfoliate with it every 3-4 days. In between, I use a glycolic acid toner which helps as well. This is used on my underarms and bikini line.
The gel scrub is nice and cooling and the beads help to exfoliate dead skin cells away and prevent ingrowns. I am sad that I didn’t find this product sooner. A little goes a long way, just make sure to nicely scrub in circular motions when exfoliating.
As someone who has struggled with ingrowns a lot, I felt like I was at loss for improving them. Until I found this guy, I had to stop shaving so I only wax and after I do and use this I have no ingrowns from waxing! It also helps to remove and bring previous ingrowns up from the surface.
Definitely recommend as this scrub has worked better for me than any other in the past.
An exfoliating body scrub formulated with sugar and a hydrating blend of mixed oils that leaves skin hydrated, and soft while reducing the appearance of ingrown hair and razor bumps via exfoliation. This all-natural scrub is safe to use on all skin types and everywhere on the body, even in the most intimate areas.
Nude is our signature barely-there scent that leaves the skin feeling clean and smelling fresh.
I was out of no where getting ingrown hairs pop up after shaving my ***** area. I tried different shaving techniques, waxing, and even let my hair grow out a bit longer than I was comfortable with. I was ready to give up and just accept this was the way my skin was now.
As a last product attempt, I tried Bushbalm! After using the Bushbalm Ingrown Hair Exfoliating Scrub my life was changed!! I used the scrub and oil combination as recommended and noticed results almost immediately.
One ingrown hair I had been trying to dig out with tweezers (eek) came out almost on its own from the oils in the exfoliating scrub softening my skin. I cannot recommend this line enough!.
Consistency is key with products. I realized you can’t use a product for a week and assume it will cure all problems. I never used sugar or salt scrubs on my bikini area before. I just didn’t think it was necessary BUT I was totally wrong.
If you are shaving or waxing, you need to exfoliate. This scrub does exactly what it’s supposed to – exfoliate. The smell is subtle, smells like tea tree oil. After scrubbing in the shower, the sugar is abrasive and then eventually turns into a thick layer of oil.
Exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time. I’m naturally tanned and my bikini area tends to look darker than any other area on my body. I think it’s helping removing the dead skin and lightening the area.
Did it get rid of all my ingrown hairs? Not yet. Do it remove all my dark spots/scars? No. I go for monthly sugaring. The waxing esthetician said the hair came out really easily (which is a first for me.
I have coarse hair) SO hopefully that means less ingrown hairs in the future. I feel like it’s more of an preventative measureX rather than a treatment or cure. I will continue to use it and see what happens! I’m going through the tub pretty quickly.
For the price, I wish there was more product. I recommend to give the container a good shake after every use, because if water gets in the container, the sugar hardens and the oil falls to the bottom.
A good shake with the lid on, will solve the problem.
I’ve had an ingrown hair problem for years, whether I epilate or simply shave. The exfoliant definitely helps, paired with the Nude oil. I use it on the bikini line and on my upper legs. I still get ingrown hairs but a lot less, and they don’t get as bad.
Tea tree oil is one of the few ingredients I find to really have an impact. Also, the smell is fresh and not too overpowering, which is perfect for someone like me who is very sensitive to fragrance (I wouldn’t say the same about the other Bushbalm oils, which smell way too strong for me – I will stick to Nude).
I’m very picky about the skincare products I use and I try to keep it as simple as possible. Both the Nude oil and exfoliant have made it to my skincare essentials. My skin is much smoother, my boyfriend noticed and complimented.
I just wish the jar contained a little bit more product, I find that it runs out pretty fast.

I normally make my own at home natural scrubs and lotions, but I got this in the mail today and tried it immediately. Rubbed on dry skin upper arms, lower arms, elbows, hands then waited 20 minutes or so and rinsed it off and it was magically soft and smooth.
This sruff is no joke. I have chronic dry and overworked and also very sensitive skin. I get rough patches on my elbows consrantly and millions of tiny red bumps on my upper arms (that I’ve had since puberty) that lessens a little sometimes with a really really clean diet.
My hands also get really rough from work. I’ve been looking at KP Duty for years and years. and always thought it’s just too much to spend on an expholiator I could make at home. Well I am wrong on that.
100% and will be a life long customer. Lately I haven’t been able to cure my dryness or rough patches on my own no matter what I use and gave it a shot and was BLOWN AWAY. All women with severe skin sensitivity/chicken bumps/dryness should try this.
The bottle is HUGE it will last a long time. I am giddy with joy. It cleared almost all of it in one go. Also the smell may put off some, but I don’t have a problem with that. What I look for is quality and effectiveness.

silk scrub is everything you could ask for in a body scrub. gentle, effective and multi-functional. the only complaint i have is the packaging. why such an ergonomically abysmal design? if anyone has limited function of their extremities, they will be beyond frustrated to use this scrub.
so slippery and you will never be able to get the last bits out because the bottle is so rigid, you have to squeeze it with both hands. be careful when you do, though! the lettering on the packaging is not waterproof and you may find the letters coming off the packaging into your hand.
it’s such an issue for me, that i’ve actually looked into other scrubs that have better packaging but their formulas don’t compare. luckily fur is extremely open to customer feedback so they’re probably already working on improving this design.
to sum it up: i repurchase because of the unparalleled formula, but i have considered other options due to the flaws in design.
I bought this thinking it’d be more of a physical exfoliant but it’s definitely more chemical; which isn’t a bad thing! I tend to use it as a mask instead of a scrub since I find that is how it works best.
I’ve actually used this as a mask on my bits and face too – after a few minutes I can tell it’s definitely exfoliating and I use the mitt for my bikini area. It leaves everything super smooth and helps with in growns (post wax).
Definitely use a good moisturizer afterwards (like the fur oil) so that nothing gets dry! However, I would say that the price is a little steep for what it does.
I wanted to love this, but this is not a very powerful scrub as others have described, even on sensitive areas it’s too weak. It’s more moisturizing than exfoliating, so it’s really not going to help any bumps on your bikini line.
The smell is EXTREMELY powerful and I am not usually sensitive about scents. It smells like the kind of annoying woman who shops at the co-op and mom shames women who use formula or don’t buy entirely organic, as she shops in her unethically sourced designer clothing.
There’s definitely cheaper more effective products out there. Of all the fur items, this is the worst.
It’s time to scrub up your body care rituals! Naturally scented with uplifting aromatherapeutic essential oils, Biossance’s Squalane + Enzyme Sugar Body Scrub is here to smooth, soften and hydrate your limbs without stripping your skin.
It relies on both physical and enzymatic exfoliation to ensure baby-soft results: sugar crystals gently buff and polish dead cells from your skin’s outermost layer while pomegranate enzymes break down the bonds between dead skin cells.

It is antibacterial and astringent, keeping pores clean and refined.
The Good: This is a very finely milled scrub in comparison to what most people think of and are used to when it comes to your typical body scrubs. It’s not going to do much hardcore exfoliation, so if that’s what you are looking for this is not the product to try out.
The description packaging better describes it’s effects: body polish instead of an “exfoliating body scrub” as it states within its product description online. This scrub leaves behind a nice hydrating finish and I personally enjoy using it in the cold winter months when my skin doesn’t nee as much harsh exfoliation but so desperately craves hydration.
I feel like this product allows me to get the best of both worlds within that sense and it genuinely feels “polished” instead of exfoliated. The scent is very delicate but its a nice mix of coconut and a gentle rose, I wish it were stronger because it’s truly a nice scent that is not overpowering and that I feel like many people would not mind the smell of it lingering on post-rinse.
The Bad: I have to point out the obvious here, this packaging is an absolute head scratcher? Why would a brand ever put an “exfoliating body scrub” inside of a glass jar packaging? This is downright perplexing to me.
In a situation where this product uses coconut oil and the shower is a place where many other products are being used together, where peoples hands are wet/slippery how does it make sense for this to be in a glass jar? I seriously cannot get past how this packaging was ever okay-ed on the project room floor at Herbivore.
The Ugly/Honest: I will not be repurchasing this product. I received it in a larger herbivore set that had some of their products I already enjoyed in it and I was excited to try this. I believed the packaging was a harder plastic in photos but I seriously only ever use this when I take baths because if it fell on my shower floor it would crack into a thousand pieces.
HEATHER MARIANNA ROSE GERANIUM BODY POLISH 🌹The body polish “Rose Geranium” has a very strong scent. I wish I liked the smell, but sadly, I didn’t like it at all. Rose Geranium is known as a natural cleansing agent for skin diseases.
Since I wasn’t a big fan of the fragrance I gave it to a good friend of mine. Her 3-year-old has eczema and she has the hardest time finding products that actually do what they say they do and are affordable as well.
I am happy to report that her 3-year-old has not had any bad side effects from this and in fact just the opposite his skin started to clear up. She was nervous at first that it would the texture would be too rough on his skin.
Thank goodness that was not the case. It has helped clear up his eczema and moisturized his skin thanks to the all natural rose geranium. Being able to cleanse the skin and moisturize it at the same time means she no longer has to put a moisturizer on his skin.
I personally won’t be purchasing the rose geranium again because I don’t like the smell. However, my girlfriend will be purchasing and repurchasing this again and again. She almost fell on the floor when I told her the price is only $10.
50. She couldn’t believe how affordable it was compared to all the other things she has tried. She said when it comes to her kids and their health she tries to not let money stand in the way. However, it’s very difficult when companies are charging $40 and $50.
So she wanted to thank #heathermarianna for not only producing a product that helped her son, but also a product that normal people can afford. She said it’s great to be able to purchase this for her son without taking away her ability to get things her other kids may want or need.
In other words, it was great to know that her son’s older brothers and sisters don’t have to miss out on things because he has a skin disease. It took a lot of stress and guilt off her as a mother and she’s so thankful.
Thank you #beautykitchenboutique #HeatherMarianna and #08liter for allowing me to purchase this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. 🌹.
Being a local brand owner myself, i wanted to release body scrubs for my small business. And so i looked for a good body scrub that i can try and help me set my standards on how body scrubs should perform.
That’s what led me to purchase herbivore’s coco rose. When i received it, i loved the packaging! However, the jar was surprisingly smaller than what i expected. The consistency is good – it’s like a scoop of sugar damped with a combination of natural oils to exfoliate & nourish the skin.
When using it, it’s not harsh at all. It exfoliates gently and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. You don’t even have to use lotion anymore after this because the after-feel of this product is similar to how the skin feels after you use lotion.
Overall it’s great! However, seeing the ingredients kind of bummed me out. The price point does not justify the contents of this product. Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sucrose, Kaolin Clay – they’re all great but they’re also the some of the cheapest raw materials that you can get from suppliers.
If i was to sell a product at this price point, i would choose more exotic oils like argan oil, jojoba seed oil, or abyssinian oil. A great price is followed with expectations of unique ingredients. But when talking about performance, it’s great!.

I have been using this scrub for a while, I like the fact that it isn’t too harsh and I use it for my bikini line and for under my armpits. It is great to use a day before my wax and a few days after my wax as well.
It has helped with my ingrown hairs and I don’t get as many bumps as I did before. When this is used consistently, you will see the difference.

I like heavy duty body scrubs — the rougher, the better. So I was dubious when I saw the tiny bamboo beads in this scrub…this couldn’t possibly get the job done. I was wrong! I first used it to wash my hands, and they felt silky and looked 10 years younger after just one quick use! I feel that the chemical exfoliants in this work together with the bamboo beads for an efficient exfoliation without all the manual (and time-consuming) scrubbing required by my usual ‘scrubby’ scrubs.
In the shower, this scrub foams up wonderfully (even better than the Necessaire shower gels, actually) so it was quick and easy to clean my whole body; this takes the place of body wash a few times a week.
It rinsed easily, and left my skin feeling incredibly clean…almost squeaky clean, but without the squeak, since it gave my body the same silky smooth finish as it had my hands. The sandalwood scent seemed stronger in this scrub than in the shower gel, but didn’t linger long.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and this was TOTALLY worth the price. The black tube looks sexy in the shower, too!.
Yes yes yes! This was a stocking stuffer from my husband and I LOVE it. I’m super picky about my products after working I’m aesthetics for years and I’m super impressed! Clean ingredients – check! You only need a SMALL amount because it spreads super far – check! The Eucalyptus smells amazing – check! If you follow the instructions and massage in so the chemical exfoliants (the acids which sound scary but aren’t) can do their job, it will leave you feeling silky smooth without being rubbed raw like cheaper physical only (sea salt/sugar) exfoliant body washes – Check check check! (Pro tip turn the shower head away from you, apply a small amount all over, rub/massage in then let it sit for a bit while you add conditioner or detangle your hair or something).
This is a nice, simple exfoliator for everyday use. You feel the physical exfoliation when rubbing it on your skin and I like the fact that there is a chemical exfoliation too when you lather/ rinse.
It’s very easy to use and I can see how this would suit a lot of people as an everyday exfoliator. The product doesn’t have a scent, which I know a lot of people will love too. Personally, I like the awakening or relaxing effects of scents with body products so I would prefer one.
However, I understand scent-free is one of the brand’s USPs! Slightly disappointing that the tube is not recyclable, however I do appreciate the brand’s transparency around this and outlined steps towards improving, as I know it can be tricky when you are a small brand.

I LOVE this product. The natural wax beads exfoliate the skin beautifully and leave it super soft and the best part is knowing that they are not damaging the oceans when they go down the drain. I use a couple of times a week to keep skin soft and I would not be without it now! Beautiful scent also, would fully recommend!.
This is a really refreshing and reinvigorating body scrub with a super uplifting citrus scent. There are suspended pearls that burst as you rub it in that provide a really gentle exfoliation. What I love about Weleda’s Birch Body Scrub is that it exfoliates without being too harsh.
My skin feels soft and suppl le after use rather than dry or overworked. Birch is also great for helping with cellulite. While not a miracle worker in that department, my skin is left in a really rejuvenated condition and looks a lot more moisturised.
I use this body scrub at least once a week, it leaves my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. I have sensitive skin and find that some body scrubs are too harsh whereas this one is great for me. It’s more expensive than other body scrubs but you can certainly see why, all natural and non-polluting for the environment!.

Luxury lovers and self-carer enthusiasts take note: THE TEXTURE. THE SCENT. My shower always has a wash, jam, jelly, scrub, etc. I love textured showers and I spend hundreds every few months to keep up my stock – This is the first product in a LONG time that left me thoroughly impressed.
The texture is not hard/mealy or watery paste like other scrubs. It’s this wonderful in-between that is borderline soft and waxy that I’ve never felt before. And the smell is wonderful and the type of scent that fills the entire bathroom (without being overpowering – I happen to have an extremely sensitive nose) – It’s a balanced scent that to me smells VERY slightly sweet almost like a date, and something else like a pound cake maybe? Either way, I love it and it doesn’t lean too far into any scent category to be offensive to any nose I know.
Just a fun way to transform your shower experience.
I was graciously gifted the opportunity of trying Kopari Beauty Exfoliating Crush Scrub complimentary from Kopari Beauty. After trying Kopari Exfoliating Crush Scrub, my skin was left feeling soft, exfoliated, and moisturized.
The texture of the scrub itself is actually a lot finer than I expected, between the grittiness of sugar and sand. With a combination of brown sugar, coconut oil, and Tahitian coconut shells, the scent of the scrub itself is very pleasant, leaving you with a nice tropical aroma on your skin.
Likewise, there is no need for you to moisturize as apart of your beauty routine, because the scrub truly gives your skin a nice added moisture from the oil in its ingredients. Furthermore, the packaging is super cute and recyclable, also made clean and Vegan! Thanks Kopari Beauty!.
I usually use Herbivore’s Coconut Scrub (totally recommend btw) but decided to try this since it was on a 50% deal. I hate to be so harsh but it was awful. The smell isn’t very appealing it almost smells like perfume but that wasn’t a huge issue.
Actually using it wasn’t awful either. But after I was done with the scrub it left the water super gritty and the rest of my soak was really uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like I used too much or anything.
I ended up cutting my bath short because of that. Then as I was draining the tub I saw this brown ring around it. It was like this icky residue so I wiped my hand across the edge of the tub to try and remove it which get the brown sugar off but the residue was still there so we’ll see if that worsens.
So the tub was draining and usually I don’t wait for it to finish before showering but this time I did because there were brown and black bits all over the tub. So then I have to wait for all the water to drain and rinse the tub several times which washed away all the grit but still left the residue.
Then when I went to wash up in the shower, I literally washed myself 3 times and there is still this icky sticky uncomfortable residue on me and I don’t even feel clean. What makes it worse was that I was cleaning all day and just wanted to relax in the tub afterwards cuz I was exhausted.
But I was left with a mess to clean up (and probably more to come with that residue), I had to clean myself 3 times which made my shower longer and frustrating, and now I just feel gross and annoyed.
I feel so pessimistic with this review but it really did kinda ruin what was supposed to be a relaxing experience and supposed to be a relaxing product. So very long story – short, I’m gonna stick with Herbivore’s Coconut Scrub.
I added a pic of my tub after I wiped off the edges but before rinsing it off several times.
Sugared Fantasy Shea Sugar Scrub is a fun, sugary experience featuring juicy water fruits and blackberry gently blended with a soft, creamy musk and light jasmine finish. This exfoliating body scrub removes dull, dry skin to reveal glowing, soft, smooth skin.
Deeply nourish and balance skin’s hydration to help restore skin’s natural glow.
I thought this would smell like gummy candy or blue gooey candy. YUCK! What TF is everyone loving this for IDK! It smells like a nasty crotchety old lady eating yogurt vibe! Disgusting and going back immediately.
I should have stuck with cotton candy. Idk what this is about it makes me want to gag.
I have been wanting this scrub since it was released and I now got my hands on it and it’s a let down tbh. I’ve seen people say it smells like a blue icy or a blue jolly rancher and I was so excited.
It smells nothing like that whatsoever to me, it doesn’t even smell sweet or a little sugary. All I smell is the creamy musk and jasmine and that’s not my kind of scent. And the jasmine smells a bit fake, like plastic.
It works amazing like the rest of their scrubs, but this scent is no go.
I love this scrub by Treehut! It is a nice texture, but it is a little more abrasive and thick. The smell is very light and fresh, so it pairs well with anything. The color is so pretty and the packaging too! This is one of my favorite scrubs!!.
Dealing with rough and bumpy skin is a lot less rough with SLMD Skincare Glycolic Acid Body Scrub. It’s formulated to dissolve the dead skin cells and keratin that produce rough patches of skin. The main ingredient, Glycolic Acid contains tiny molecules that eat away at keratin and chemically exfoliate, while the self-dissolving granules physically exfoliate.
Reveal softer, smoother skin after using this scrub every day on problem spots or all over once a week.
