20 Best Body Exfoliator For Dry Skin (2022 Updated)

This was bought as a stocking fller for my grandaughter who loved it. Have bought other PraNaturals products as gifts and the recipients have always been delighted with the product and often asked to be given them again!.

I use this to exfoliate my bikini line morning and night. Its great at removing dead skin cells to keep I growing hairs and shaving rash at bay. Its very abrasive x

I bought this after seeing a YouTuber that typically doesn’t steer wrong rave about it. Figured with the price point it would be amazing. This product is less than average. Like others have reported you can get a better result with drug store scrubs a fraction of the price.

I love that it’s “clean,” but you can make a clean scrub at home. The granules are huge which don’t leave you feeling scrubbed. It’s like they’re just there for effect lol. Now I love love love the sheen it gives my skin after the shower and I like the way it smells.

Mind you it does not smell sweet or sugary. it’s a citrusy smell. That’s the only reason it’s not getting 1 star. There is a lot of oil and it does separate as others have stated. You gotta kinda get in there to grab an even amount of particles and oil.

I’d rather them sell the oil as in shower moisturizer than add chunks and call it a scrub. I might be here for that. I’m debating returning. or just using it up to skip the hassle. Most likely wouldn’t buy again unless it was on sell or something.

I keep trying to branch out with scrubs, but personally the Necessaire scrubs are the only ones that truly leave me polished and soft directly after use.

I love this product! Jackie Aina swears by it and so does one of my best friends. I finally tried it and I love the way that it smells. There’s just two things that I’m not favorable about it. 1. It can be watery but the pro to that is that it doesn’t dry the skin out.

It is still very moisturizing. 2. The sugar isn’t fine enough which probably explains why it is easy to use up quickly. Overall however, it is a very good product. I use it on my feet and hands more than anything else.

According to the price tag I thought that this product will do miracles, but the reality is so far from that. Firts, smells unpleasant, in my opinion not the best for body scrub, and also it is overly oily in the way that even when I wash off the product my body remains oily even though my skin type is normal to dry and it is kinda disgusting.

I am really disappointed especially for this price tag, not worth it. Anyway I will use it until it finishes but definitely won’t buy it again. If you want a good body scrub and the best smelling go for the Sol de Janeiro body scrub, it also comes with body cream aswell.

That is the best product for me.

Clinique’s Sparkle Skin is an all-over body exfoliator with medium-sized scrubbing grains in an aqua-colored gelatinous base. Apply before shower or in the shower, scrub, and rinse off. The grains are a nice size for a body exfoliator, small enough to avoid irritation.

And it rinses easily. Sparkle Skin has a high water content, so it’s diluted somewhat. I’ve noticed that Bliss added more water to their popular Super Slough Scrub recently also. The result is that we’re not getting as much for our money as it appears.

Clinique could pack more scrub into 200 ml with less water. As it is, one tube of this stuff only lasts 6-7 applications. Sparkle Skin’s menthol scent is faint enough that I couldn’t identify it without reading the ingredients.

Clinique has a habit of putting menthol in their scrubs to disagreeable effect. The menthol makes sensitive areas of the body burn or tingle and is generally irritating. Sparkle Skin contains citrus and spearmint as well, also caustic ingredients.

But the effect of the menthol is noticeable, so I can’t give Sparkle Skin more than 3 stars. It’s a competent exfoliator, but too watered down and unnecessarily irritating.

So dissatisfied with the reformulation of this product that happened several years ago now. I keep checking to see if they bring back the original formula that was lighter green and worked. This stuff doesn’t exfoliate enough.

just like all the other useless micro bead scrubs out there. Have had no success finding an oil-free replacement. NOT HAPPY CLINIQUE 😡.

I’ve been using the Sparkle Skin products since way back when the exfoliator only came in a jar and was called “Body Sloughing Cream”. I love this new version in a tube, it’s the same great product but less messy to use and more of a gel-consistency rather than a cream scrub.

I use it during the winter on rough patches on my feet and everywhere I shave to get a clean slate with no ingrown hairs. In the summer, it’s terrific to get off sunscreen and body oils as well.

I love starting my day’s routine with the Osea products. The body brush before the shower really invigorates my skin waking my whole body up! It works so well taking that top surface dull skin away. The Andula-Aldae body oil feels sensational after the shower.

My body feels toned and polished and the smell is clean. It’s the best way to start the day as we head Into summer!.

I am in love with the Body Oil and Body Scrub! The addictive nature of these products are absolutely amazing. The oil enriches my skin with moisture and shine while the scrub exfoliates the dead skin and smoothes it in a heavenly way.

It leaves your skin so happy and healthy!.

The oil is moisturizing and has a very light lime scent. I ordered the set to save money. I was mainly interested in the oil, but to my surprise, I think I like the salt scrub even more. It is also moisturizing.

I’ll have to get used to dry- brushing, but the brush is well-made.

I received Aveeno Positively Radiant Exfoliating Body wash complimentary for testing/review purposes from Aveeno Chick Advisor. I’ve always been a fan of Aveeno and was very excited to try this. I’ve used the Aveeno Oatmeal ones before.

But the bad definitely outweighs the good here. I am pretty sure this product has microbeads in it- a cheap, polluting filler that is bad for us and the environment. It said it would help with skin discolouration, but I saw no results.

Also the cost is significantly higher than that of products that keep skin better moisturized. But the biggest issue is that Aveeno lied – the product information was false. There were class action lawsuits in Canada and the States that were settled and Aveeno had to discontinue the “Active Naturals” line because as per the class action involves the deceptive, misleading, false and unfair advertising of Aveeno Active Naturals products as being completely natural.

However, Aveeno Active Naturals products are anything but natural as they are found to contain synthetic and unnatural ingredients such as: Sodium Hydroxide, Glycerin and Phenoxyethanol. Very disappointed with Aveeno, because it was a brand I trusted a lot.

I’ve always used scrubbing gloves, but when I paired the gloves with Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Exfoliating Body Wash I was so happy with the immense exfoliation I received with it! It really was invigorating.

I received this complimentary body wash through ChickAdvisor in exchange for review, but my happiness with Aveeno’s Exfoliating Body Wash is truly felt. The scent is wonderfully refreshing, treats the 5 Factors of Radiance (tone, texture, dullness, blotchiness, and brown spots), and is thick enough to be used with a sponge, gloves, etc.

or even just with your hands. I didn’t have use of it long enough before reviewing to see how it treated all 5 factors, and I’m interested in seeing how it works with tone and brown spots, but the quality exfoliation alone is enough to whole-heartedly recommend it.

What I also love about this product is the flexibility I have with it because it gives a light scrub when used with my hands, but it’s still gentle enough to combine with scrubbing gloves. This is definitely a wash that lives up to the Aveeno name and I’ll be keeping it on hand on an ongoing basis with my regular washes for exfoliation maintenance.

My skin gets really dry very easily if I don’t moisturize and exfoliate as often as I can. Because I spend a lot of time in the sun and my tanning bed which is so drying bad for your skin. When I take a break from the constant UV lights/rays my skin doesn’t get dry, it’s normal, but I still love using these products even when I’m not dry itching.

I am constantly applying lotion and skin care products for the blemish anti aging benefits. Palmer’s is one of my favorites to have on hand (pun intended lol) because it works fast and lasts for awhile, without leaving any residue behind.

If you have dry skin, or just like to moisturize have skin care as a priority, also if you are like me, you like to keep several bottles of different brands and scented/nonscented lotions/creams/body washes/exfoliators on hand at all times, then this is definitely one you should buy to add to your collection.

Couldn’t Be happier with this product. I normally use spa branded products for my skin as I’m a beauty therapist and have always been used to using top end products. I ordered this as i ran out of my usual products and desperately needed something.

I have to say that i will definitely be sticking with this from now on. I get very very dry and flaky skin, especially my legs and arms. So i have to exfoliate on a daily basis. I usually use a sugar scrub that is quite harsh on the skin and even though it definitely helps, i always have to put lots of body lotion on afterwards to feel hydrated and moisturised.

After only using this once so far (tonight) since it arrived yesterday i can already feel a difference in my skin. It feels so hydrated and soft. I did use the Cocoa Body Oil after my bath too but if you are somewhat lazy with moisturising your skin its definitely not a must.

But my skin feels and smells amazing right now. I was hesitant to buy this because of being so used to my other products and knowing how fab they are. Also i was very skeptical of the reviews as well as my skin is dry its hard to find products that work for me without irritating it too.

But after reading the reviews and it being so cheap and it also being on Sale i decided i couldn’t really go wrong if it did the Job or not. I am so so happy i ordered and gave it a chance. Happy happy happy *top tip* apply to dry skin before bath/shower and rub in, in circular movements till the beads start clumping together.

The Garnier Beauty Oil Scrub is hands down my holy grail body scrub! There are so many things I adore about it. Firstly, the formula is spot on – it has the perfect amount of grittiness (not too little, not too much) and the grit comes from crushed seeds, so it isn’t harmful to the environment.

Secondly, the combination of almond, macadamia, almond & rose oils is incredibly moisturising (not to mention they smell amazing), so it doesn’t dry out the skin like some scrubs do. Thirdly, the plastic squeeze tube packaging makes it perfect for the shower (no need to worry about unscrewing a lid and having water getting in).

Lastly, this scrub is easily accessible being sold in most stores, is incredibly affordable (rec retail $11. 95), and is often on sale. \nI use this once or twice a week and have found that one tube will last me a couple of months.

This is a great, mild scrub and makes your skin look/feel soft and velvety. The “scrub” is very mild on the skin and is just enough to provide a little deeper cleanse while the oil in the product cares for the skin.

I thought this would be the perfect item to clean and exfoliate those hard-to-reach spots in the middle of my back. It ended up being one of the most discouraging purchases I’ve made from The Grommet.

The ViaBuff’s look and feel were great. Actually using it was another matter. I ordered the handle that goes with it but found that the buff attaches to the handle with just a rubber band and doesn’t stay on.

Scrubbing with the slightest pressure would cause the buff to come off the handle. Almost every shower, I had to go through the annoying ritual of reattaching it. After two months, the buff itself split in half.

I actually LOVE this product, and here’s why. I have tried so many varieties of personal scrubbers i. e. , washcloth, loofahs, mitts, all of those – nothing seemed “just right”. What’s unique about this is that it fits perfectly in my hand (doesn’t slip/slide/fall off), doesn’t slosh water everywhere, and holds the soap in without waste.

The scrubbing surfaces are so cool in that one is slightly abrasive and the other is nicely soft. all in all – perfect. I will buy several of these when I need a really unique (and pretty) gift. Also want to try different combinations of fabrics/scrubbing types as well.

Let me start off by saying I love this product. I ordered the clinical (L4) and moderate (L3) as I have very dry skin. This product works exactly as advertised. It buffs away dry skin and leaves me feeling super soft and clean.

Rinses easily (way easier than trying to get all the soap out of a puff). I have also bought one for my mom and daughter and they both rave about it also. Love that it is made in the USA by a family owned company.

Will be buying many more in the future.
