We have tried generic products and they just don’t compare to this product. First: ThermaCare sticks to your back without feeling icky. Second: It doesn’t fall off link the generic so that you won’t have to pick it up from wherever ( like the lavatory) because I forgot I have this on.

Third: I have found this to last far longer than 24 hours, frequently. I used to drive a bus and this really helped reduce my back pain. Specially when I had extended shifts. Fourth: many of the generic brand patches are smaller and don’t give as much back coverage.

I am 5’9” with a medium frame and this covers my lower vertebrae completely unlike the dinky brand product. I hope this helps.

Please PLEASE do not spend $250 on this product. There is not a single unique thing about it and many of the supplements listed are below the studies doses for efficacy. I work at GNC and have for quite a while.

I would not refer this product to any of my customers because in my heart I know I would be ripping them off. I won’t go as far to call this product garbage but the price tag is a travesty. You can find MUCH BETTER test boosters for 1/3 of the price.

I have studies supplements and nutrition and its effects on the human body for 5 years and this product offers minimal benefit. Comparative products with similar ingredients can be found at GNC for $69-$99 dollars and with higher doses and better absorption and bioavailability.

Do not waste your hard earned dollar on this product. Sure, it will have some positive effect, but not as much as a good test booster will have for much much cheaper!!!.

Take my word. The product works. Is the price expensive? Yes, but if you can afford it. Buy it. Thankfully I get a percentage off that takes it down to about $150, I don’t get paid enough to continuously buy it it with my school loans, car loans and other bills I need to pay.

But in my scenario, this was worth it for the trial! About a year ago, I decided to ready myself to do a bodybuilding competition. With my knowledge I decided to take supplements that would increase testosterone.

After doing so, I hurt myself pretty badly (shoulder injury). I got off of my supplements and my body CRASHED! No testosterone at all, (280 to be exact). At 21 years old that’s nothing! So I got put on TRT by my doctor about a year later.

As I got off of that, I had fear that my body would react the same way as last time. So I decided to wait 3 weeks, then gave it a go with the 6 caps right before bed. Let me tell you. 100mg of testosterone cypionate from my doctor felt equal to this.

But this, this t10 works. I promise. So take it from a guy who has had the “real stuff” from an actual doctor, it works. And $191 seems like a lot but with the pro membership, you can manipulate the sales and get good money off/back.

I was diagnosed with low T and was put on injections from the doctor for months with no results as far as energy or even raising the test. I was doing vigorous exercise every day with resistance training and all and still nothing.

I went up in weight all around my bench doing 320 on the smith machines I do 85 dumbbell benches like its my usual 4 set workout I love the strength and the looks you get when your lifting heavy this stuff is awesome.

I’m not a tall guy only 5’7 so when I’m doing way more weight then the guys over 6 foot and bigger then me it’s sucha ego boost. I will continue to take this and love the confidence and being hungry to go heavier and heavier every time I go in the gym.

I have trouble leaning out and this helped me start to see my abs and looking lean and strong ??. And now my shoulder joint pain is going away after my 2nd bottle; so definitely buy two bottles of this to get results so be patient.

Better Than I Hoped 2nd bottle, came fast from bodybuilding, much faster than previous place I ordered from. Results are top notch, I’m into my 2nd bottle and I figured out today I gained 8lbs of muscle.

I was so sure I’d responded to this before! I’ve used ALA for 11 years now. I tried this brand because my purse strings were getting tighter and tighter, and I was missing the great Swanson brand BOGO sales on comparative doses.

I’ve been buying from TL for almost three years. Always great products. However the new Build simply put, the taste is nasty. The powder is brown with white flakes and looks like dehydrated poop and frankly taste like it.

I’m a fan of the transparent labs products I’ve tried thus far and have made many purchases. However, the peak02 mushroom mix gave me terrible stomach issues, primarily when taken with food or taken close (within 30 minutes) to consuming food.

I took one scoop daily as recommended. This stuff should have a large note on the label about effects when taken with food. When taken without food, the symtpoms weren’t nearly as severe. Taste is ok and effects seem to be marginal.

I started using hard muscle ( HMB ), when i first started training in 2019, after weighing only 67 lbs, in order to keep my efforts and not loose gains due to my body probably wanting to eat the new muscle slowly comming.

i obviously increased cals, training intensity and such, now roughly 100 lbs, (and I have a nutrition minor from university, so i know my what I see on labels, and with medical specialists agreeing. ) this product which is HMB does EXACTLY WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO.

There is no way i would be able to maintain my efforts, without HMB which is essentially proper ratio of essential vitamins. I take this before my workout and it really helps give me the energy I need to lift heavier weights. I have noticed an increase in muscle mass and strength since I started using this supplement. Magnum is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an edge in their workout routine.

This product was recommended to me by a friend who had great success with it. I’m not one to take supplements often but after doing some research on this product I decided to give it a try. The product is excellent. I almost completed few scoops are left. Taste is delightful. I drank 2 times a day. I gained 2 kg. It is not much but still I tried some other products It didn’t do much. I love this product.

First of all, the gainer was extremely delicious and smooth. The gainer did not clump up at all with 3, 4, 5, or even 6 scoops in my shaker bottle. I mixed that with water and milk ranging from 8-16 oz, each time mixing very easily with minimal shaking.

This was a huge surprise for me because of the amount of shaking I’ve needed when using other gainers. The gainer was also very effective when adding to my cereal. Great way to add quick calories when in a crunch.

Taste: 10/10. I wasn’t a big fan of vanilla before trying this out. It quickly changed my mind. I know prefer vanilla over chocolate. Mixability: 10/10. Again, it mixed very easily and effortlessly. I was very surprised at the lack of shaking it required to mix properly.

After shaking, it didn’t create a foamy layer that can make it uncomfortable to drink initially. The lack of foam was also a plus. Lastly, there was very little residue left at the bottom of the shaker after drinking.

I used labarada product 3kg mass weight gainer. It totaly comes on my stomach and less effective in gaining .So i would like to try another comapny supplement for weight gain.

This is a good product. This product is not very popular for a couple of reasons. Most people have never taken products produced by Beverly. This is a shame. This is one of the best lines out there and has been around since the 60’s.

The other reason this product is not popular is because you have to swallow big horse pills and you have to take a lot. They are big and you have to take a lot because the product has such a large amount of product.

This product is a little pricey but worth the money. I would recommend you buy two bottles and take it for at least four weeks. I would also stack it with another creatine product. Remember to drink extra water while taking this product.

I see they now have a powder form available if you cant handle taking pills.

This is Beverly’s creatine blend supplement. I highly recommend this to everyone! Great product! I experienced good muscle pumps during workouts and my muscles remained fuller looking longer after workouts.

Increases vascularity. I also noticed that when I am taking Muscle Synergy I can maintain muscle mass better (the newest muscle gains) if I miss a few workouts due to work.

I have been using the Bucked up Creatine Monohydrate for years and I can tell you that it is the best creatine I have tried by far! It mixes well, tastes well, and lets face it, it gets you GAINZ!!! Isn’t that the whole point of buying creatine?.

Not a fan of this creatine at all. It literally won?t dissolve no matter what. The only way I found it to dissolve or not feel the grittiness is to mix it with protein. Not my favorite but it gets the job done I suppose.

This stuff works and oes what it says along with a good diet and some protein shakes and slow rep good form work outs you will notice a difference in a week I have pics for proof.

Definitely my favorite form of creatine! I tried the dry scooping in the past and it was harder than just taking a pill.

I am 57 years old, work night shift and don’t get enough sleep. I go to the gym after getting off at 7am for my workout. Needless to say, some mornings my workouts were lacking due to being up 15 hours.

But this was the only time of day I could get it in. I purchased Build XT to give it a try after reading what other reviewers had to say about it and I must admit it has made a big difference in my workouts.

I feel better throughout my shift even though I don’t take it until 6:30 am, 30+ minutes before working out. Now when I get to the gym I’m not dragging in but actually feel like pushing weight and have noticed I’m getting more pumps in each set easily and able to up my weight slightly.

Since I’m pushing harder, I’m feeling it in my muscles as well which is good; no pain no gain. I have been in the weight lifting scene for quite some time now. The past 4 months I have decided to take it to the next step because I felt myself not getting as strong as I wanted to be. I have taken Build XT now for about a month and I can confidently say that I am starting to see the results.

For example: I have a heavy/high rep day on bench where I do 7×5. About a month ago I was doing 225 for all 7 sets, but just two days ago I was able to do 245/255 for all 7 sets. It really does work, but just like all strength building supplements.

you have to also be willing to put the time in at the gym as well as the kitchen.

(long review) during a 45 day period of training I didn’t have supplements and the town I was in was very small and secluded. Because of my job I couldn’t just leave to go get some either. So I browsed in a store that sold a few.

This was on their shelf, before this one I had used ON’s serious mass and some other brands. I don’t really know if it was my body’s way of reacting to it but it worked pretty great. in combination with eating large healthy meals (decently healthy at least) often, I went from 153 to 171 in that month and a half.

I know this because the company I work for made me weigh in for physical fitness reasons not 2 days before Only about 6-8 pounds of that was lost within 2 weeks (because I did not sustain that eating schedule).

Now im no pro at this but at 5’9″ I felt that was pretty good. Funny enough I didn’t even consider this at any point before. At $30 dollars who could take this seriously? I didn’t but at half the amount of calories that serious mass boasts who would’ve? Either way do recommend for a good and cheap way for gaining mass, with a good eating schedule of course.

It did cause some intestinal discomfort but if you’re trying to gain weight if you’re comfortable after you just ate. you didn’t eat enough.

I was looking to add a gainer to my daily supplement regimen and found this product’s nutritional values to align with my needs. I have been using BSN Syntha 6 for a couple years with excellent results and no negative side affects.

Upon receiving this product and trying it for the first 2-3 times, it caused me severe GI discomfort, and I was only doing the lighter recommended serving size of 2 scoops 1-2 times daily. Temporary digestive discomfort is of course typical of adding a new protein product to your diet, especially with a mass gainer like this, and I expected the discomfort to go away after the first few days of use.

However, after about 10 uses, my discomfort did not subside. In fact it worsened and I have since stopped using the product and am actively researching another one. Everyone’s body is different and I wouldn’t say that I have a weak or sensitive stomach, but this product is definitely not for me.

I love that this gainer has no Creatine. Unfortunately I am one of the few who is sensitive to Creatine and it is hard to find a gainer without it. I take 1 and a half scoops of this for what I need.

I am doing a 4 day split with about 12 exercises per day and 3 supersets with in the work out of 3 sets 9 reps and about 20 minutes of aerobics. I like that this will replenish the carbs and give instant BCAA’s for recovery so I am not so blasted and flat the rest of the day.

It is also hard to find a complete list of extra minerals as well including iron in a protien powder, I bought it for all these reasons. I use it for post workout only and I really like the results.

Overall I’m so glad I found this because I need muscle building/retention help but those “gym rat” bulking powders were just never a good fit. I prefer the environment- and cabinet-friendly daily dosage envelope packaging over the giant, mostly-empty plastic jugs–in fact, a pouch or two is so easy to drop in my purse–and I’m glad there’s choices in flavors other than the chocolate or vanilla shake the rest of the industry keeps trying to force down our throats.

I really hate all the “temptation” sweeteners because not everyone is a food addict/glutton who has to be duped into healthy choices: some of us actually LIKE healthy things. I’d prefer these were not sweetened at all, and they really are very syrupy sweet which gives me an instant stomach ache, but what I’ve come up with as a workaround works well so I’ll share it with you: Don’t think of this as a drink mix.

Think of this as a fun, flavored sugar substitute with health benefits that you can add to all your other favorite foods and drinks. At the basic level, dilute it at least 3x what the directions say, and mix them with something sour or tart to balance it out.

For example, I use unsweetened cranberry juice with the Fruit Punch variety, and Lime for the Raspberry variety. Now I like it! Use this as your sugarsubstitute in your Iced Tea for a flavored tea. Another option is balance it with dairy; add to a milk-based smoothie or shake, or you could even sprinkle it as an additive into plain yogurt.

Maybe with cream cheese on your bagel? You might experiment with this being the “jam” in your PB&J, or the sweet touch to your coconut manna on toast. If you like sour ‘n’ sweet salads like spinach with fruits and nuts, maybe you can use this as the fruity component in your vinaigrette.

The product is great if you just change the way you think about how it’s supposed to be prepared.

I like this product and I definitely think it works. My biggest problem with it is the way it is packaged. Because the opening is so wide, itmakes a complete mess when you open it. I would suggest making it similar to all the other drink supplement that come in a skinny narrow package that don’t make a mess when you open them.

Taste fine to me with 10oz of water. Those that said it’s too sweet, must have never tried any flavored creatine and/or pre-workout N. O. drink mixes or ya followed the directions and just used 8oz of water.

Now, added to my workout, let’s see how to truly works. For the price, it beats any thing else out there!.

I’ve been trying to gain weight for about 4 years, being 6ft and weighting 9st (57kg) and I was very skinny for my form, I had decided to go hard this time and my gym friend recommended this particular powder over other ones I had been previously trying as he said it had helped people with similar issues to gain weight.

This is an excellent meal replacement, or supplemental meal to get your daily calorie intake up. The taste is great, very much like a milkshake when mixed with milk. It blends very well, though make sure you use either a large enough shaker (otherwise some may stick to the underside of the drinking spout and will require some additional shaking) or use a blender.

I personally recommend splitting the servings into two single scoop servings, split throughout the day. I like to do 12oz of milk with one scoop in the morning after a workout, and another identical shake after my dinner, sort of like a dessert.

The high calorie, high protein, and high nutrient content makes this a great addition to anyone interested in fitness, who might be struggling to meet their caloric needs through food alone, or for those who don’t have the time to make that extra high calorie meal every day.

Not sure why people don’t like the vanilla I love it!!! Just now as excited to try the other flavours of vanilla is said to be the worst ha! I absolutely love this shake and how much calories I can get from just one drink!! I struggle to gain weight (appetite and fast metabolism issues) and this is THE best I have ever tried.

I love how it does not have all of that nonsense thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan gum, etc) that makes protein shakes taste terrible! I hate the slippery and heavy texture it gives so I am absolutely thrilled that I found this one that has none of those nasty ingredients! Please don’t ever change the formulation it’s perfect!!.
