20 Best Biotin Supplement For Hair Growth (2022 Updated)

Not to toot my own horn but 10 years ago i used to have long beautiful thick hair. I would literally get complimented every day. Due to some personal issues my hair started falling out last couple of years and I felt like a big part of me disappeared.

I had severe bald patches and overall thin hair. I felt lost. I was super depressed and tried all these different serums pills blah blah. I gave us for some time up until a year ago. I found these Naychur hair gummies and i found someone that went through a similar experience and recommended these gummies.

In my year of taking them, my bald spots are GONE and my hair is way thicker than before. I no longer see the hair fall in the shower like it used to. Be patient with it. First 2 weeks my nails were growing super fast.

In one month my hair was thickening and bald spots were growing baby hairs. By month two, I saw noticeable difference. My hair is going back to what it used to be. I feel alive again. You don’t know how important something is to you until its gone.

I’m just glad to be back.

I wasnt looking for longer hair or nails – I wanted a part that was widening to fill in. ALL of those things happened!! I was going to leave a “meh” review, but after I took the picture – just today – I discovered that my part looked way more filled in! It happened gradually, but only over about 4 weeks.

I’m thrilled. My confidence just shot up, and now the $40 price tag seems totally worth it. Caveat: I had been taking other hair supplements (chondroitin, collagen, saw palmetto) before I got the gummies, but the results were imperceptible.

The addition of the gummies made a very quick and obvious change! And yes, they are very tasty. I don’t like cherry flavored things, but these are yummy, and I look forward to having them everyday. (Keep them away from your kids!!).

If you’re like me, you do a lot of research before buying a product. I hope this helps someone save time time on looking through all the gummies. So after maybe what seemed like 10 hours of research and going through all hair vitamins and gummies, I settled for this one.

A lot of the other ones like sugarbear hair worked for some and not others, had a few ingredients, or high sugar, or had little biotin, or arrived expired or tasted bad. Naychur hair gummies was the only one I found that worked for all nationalities and ethinicties with all different hair types.

As a black person, that is hard to believe until you see proof. So I settled on this and I was right again. My hair growth has doubled its normal growth monthly and its much fuller. not to mention I do way less shedding.

These California Essentials dietary supplements seem to work. They are gluten free, non GMO ,. They contain Biotin 10,000 mcg,and Calcium 30 mg. I first noticed that my nails looked better and were growing quicker.

Biotin is supposed to help with nails , skin and hair health. My bottle has 100 count.

To be honest I am a little confused. They make a regular mask Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Mask and a Briogeo Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray so I don’t really think this product is necessary.

However if you’re impatient like I am and don’t feel like washing your hair or leaving a mask on before rinsing it out, it may be a good alternative. It seemed a little more moisturizing than the leave in conditioner but I don’t think it’s necessary to purchase all three unless your hair is very damaged, broken and dry.

It’s a cool concept but I will stick to the rinse out mask and leave in conditioner because those make this product unnecessary in my opinion. I have wavy coarse hair but for those with curly hair maybe it may be worth a try.

I just think it was kind of overkill for me personally.

Yes!! This is totally worth every penny and has literally brought my hair back to life. I live in the south and it sure gets humid here. This makes my hair look very shiny and bouncy no matter what. It is very lightweight but sure gets the job done.

This is the best mask for my hair that I have ever used. This is perfect if you have color treated, dry or damaged hair. This is not heavy at all. A whole lot of leave in treatments weigh my hair down and leaves a residue.

Not this! This stuff is magic and gives it moisture without looking greasy. A little goes a long way so this bottle lasts me a long time. This makes my hair healthy and strong and reduces split ends and damage.

This is the answer to my hair problems. My hair is normally very dry and frizzy but not anymore. It is hydrated and weightless and feels very soft to touch. I put this product in after I shower and work my way from the midlengths to the ends and then style as usual.

This is not my first supplement from this company and ( as always) I’m really pleased. These gummies taste and smell amazing! I have tried other vitamins by Nature’s craft in the past and they were also great.

I’ve been using for about 2 weeks now. I’m definitely impressed. First of all they are yummy and not sickening sweet that the other big brand is. I look forward to taking them daily. Second my nails and eyebrow hair has grown so much faster, so I’m looking forward to seeing what it will do for my hair.

I read the reviews for this before buying it. I read them all, the 1* reviews as well. I am about 3 weeks in and I have NOT experienced ANY stomach/kidney/liver or other issues and I suffer from GI issues and am under the care of a GI doctor already.

I haven’t experienced any negative anything. As far was this biotin being of an extremely high dosage, my female socialist, GP, and GI doctor all recommend this dosage and 2 recommend this particular brand.

So, I guess depending on your needs, this may be too high. I have weak fingernails in the dead of winter and edure the dry frigid temps Nebraska dishes out. I take a biotin supplement every winter. This is the first time taking this one because in addition to my weak nails I have started loosing some hair.

The doctors can’t find a reason why, with could just be the fact I turned 40 last fall. Although, the hair loss was abrupt, like 30% of my thick, full head of hair in less than 3 months. The hair loss has practically stopped since starting this.

I also have peach fuzz even coming in the “bald’ patches. My nails are stronger, a healthy strong, and no longer breaking, peeling, or nicking. My skin is, with the aid of some Hempz Triple Moisture and Age Defying lotions, is looking quite nice.

So, I am quite pleased with my purchase. But, keep in mind, not all supplements will work the same for everyone. I would say that this one is worth a shot. I’d also like to note that the capsule is of medium size and is quite easy to swallow, even with a gag reflex issue.

Generally, I don’t write reviews but I don’t want any to go through the scare that I went through or waste their money as I have. I read the first page of reviews regarding this product which all sounded great so I ordered it and I started taking this product without thinking there would be any side effects because Biotin is harmless, it’s good for you but after taking it for almost 2 months, I ended up in the hospital.

I was having tingling sensations (almost as if your hand and feet are asleep) and I had major headaches to the point where I couldn’t lift my head. I thought it was just another migraine which I get maybe once or twice a year.

I didn’t think anything of it at first but it started to become more frequent, stronger and spreading throughout my body; mainly the left-hand side. When my face started, I knew something was wrong. The Doctor thought I may be having a stroke or possibly an aneurysm.

When that was ruled out, they thought it was just migraines and stress. After a series of tests and medicines I had to write down all the vitamins and medications I was taking. I reread the label and realized that this has RICE FLOUR (ARSENIC) in it!! I also went back on Website, sorted reviews to less than 1 star and read that someone else started having joint pain, etc.

possible side effects from this. I immediately stopped taking this product and within 3 days my symptoms eased up and at the end of the week, they didn’t exist! Please, please be careful. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted to put it out there.

Great value for money. Bought for my 4 year old son who has this strength Biotin tablets on prescription due to having Ketotic Hypoglycaemia. Our local pharmacy were having problems with supply so I ordered these online.

My pharmacy confirmed they are the same tablets he usually has. They are in a resealable packet too which is easy to store and keeps the tablets dry.

It’s the second time I buy this. My hair was falling very much and with those pills it stopped falling the first time. When I finished those, after a while it started falling again. So I bought them again.

My nails also became stronger at the end of the treatment because it had to be about two months for the new nail to come out. The shipping was extremely fast. It only took 6 days. Also it says it is suitable for vegans.

I am overall very happy with this product and I will keep using it.

Been using this product recently after I noticed a patch of hair becoming quite visibly bald (due to my own actions). I have my prom coming up and Ive been worried that its not going to be covered and that it will be visible, hence why I turned to these tablets.

Ive only been using it for about 2 weeks and already I have about half an inch worths of hair which has covered it. Amazed by the results. Great value and true to its name. Will be buying again.

I previously purchased a different variation of this item. It was the Spring Valley Biotin Plus Collagen supplements for thinning hair and low energy and I had a positive experience with them. Because it was effective, I decided to try this version of Biotin because it has a higher level of Biotin.

At the time of purchase, I was unaware that this was Biotin only; the other product had several other B-vitamins and herbs included in the ingredients. Upon opening this brand new bottle, I nearly gagged.

The smell was HORRIFIC. It smelled like something dead! I have not experienced this smell with any other Biotin supplements, so I felt very uncomfortable about consuming it. Thankfully, Walmart refunded my money.

I will never purchase this particular variation of Spring Valley Biotin supplement again.

These are the first biotin gummies I’ve ever tried, but not the first gummy vitamins in general. I originally went to the store looking for a different brand of biotin gummies, but they were out. These particular ones were comparable in price, and when I looked them up online they had great reviews.

However, I absolutely hated these vitamins. I decided to start taking biotin because I was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and started experiencing hair loss. I also have always had skin issues and thin nails and figured biotin would just help all the way around.

This vitamin though literally did nothing for me. My hair loss has lessened, but I believe that is actually due to my UC medication because my skin and nails have not improved at all. I also thought the texture and taste of these gummies was pretty undesirable.

The texture was that of old gummies that the bag/bottle had been left open for a week. I personally will never buy these again, and I did finish the whole bottle, and would not recommend them either.

I’ve already purchased a couple different brands to try after these.

I saw this supplement on Tik Tok, and they said that it makes hair and nails grow. My hair is short, and it was like that for a long time, it stayed with my hair, it didn’t grow. I don’t know if it’s because of the supplement or because of different masks, but my hair has grown, it’s not that I’m like Rapunzel anymore, but I do notice a big difference.

The only bad thing is that my hair keeps falling out. I don’t think it has done anything for my nails. I took these supplements for 2 months, and I don’t know if I recommend them, because there are no changes in my nails, they are still fragile and somewhat short.

I’ll keep taking the pins until they run out, but I don’t think I’ll buy them again.
