I gave the bat 3 stars because as a baseball bat it is very good. I know it is a very popular bat, that is what helped me get my eyes on it. The bat was in great condition when I bought it, I was very impressed with the grip.

The handle was very easy to handle and grip. I have had this bat for 6 months and I absolutely loved it for the time being. It helped me get some very good hits. The ounces and length of the bat were perfect.

It did not feel to light or too heavy. This is deffienently a 3 star bat and only 3 stars. Everything was perfect but the durability. I had this bat for 6 months and only 6 months and went dull. Usually bats last me 1-2 years.

This bat was too good to be true. The bat cracked during a game. I was recommended this bat because of the durability. It did not last me long at all. I just don’t feel like spending $250 on a bat every 6 months.

It was everything I wanted just simply does not last long enough. I would not Recommend this to a friend just because of the durability. If they don’t mind spending $250 dollars every 6 months then this is the bat for you.

So far so good. We have only used in cage off the tee, soft toss and some light pitching. I can’t say how the pop off of the barrel will translate on a 60/90 field however my son likes it over the voodoo as it is more balanced and not end loaded.

My son is more of a line drive and contact hitter than a power hitter so the bat suits him well. Looking to purchase a bbcor drop 3 as well.

This bat we purchased from Academy has been great. The light weight makes for quick adjustment to a new bat and my Son really likes it. Along with his growing strength, he’s been able to hit them further with less effort.

When he really steps into it, it turns into a home run derby for him.

I am always warm and have a giant retriever that is always hot too! We always have a fan going. This fan is not at all loud. It has a nice three prong plug. The cord is nice and heavy and goes a distance.

You can tilt it in different positions and it easily comes apart so you can keep it in pristine condition. Blows good enough to enjoy at a distance. Really like!!.

Love this solid barbel. I’ve had bad luck before buying this one. The one I bought before came in 3 pieces and had to put them together. I didn’t like that at all. This one is solid and came in one piece.

One complaint though, I don’t know how you stop the two end sleeves from being too loose and making noise. I feel like you need some handy tools to tighten the both end sleeves. Like the other reviewers mentioned the barbell came in a single plastic wrap.

I still gave 5 stars despite the poor packaging because at the end of the day that doesn’t matter. I just needed a solid sturdy barbell that I can do some heavy squats and deadlifts with. This one does just that.

Pandemic made it near impossible to find a working bar for my younger 2 kids to work with. Our olympic set up at home (gym build up using olympic equipt. through the years) has been fantastic to sustain family health.

However as the youngers grew we needed a compatible olympic barbell that would take these plates work with our platform. Not the awkwardness of adding the limited standard set too. This bar at reduced length, weight, price is spot on.

Added noodle spacers at the ends to safely accommodate safety rests on our machines. With attentive spotting couldn’t be better for them vice a 7 foot 45 lb barbell. Bar arrived early, finish is ok at this cost, rotating ends great.

I bought a fringe sport wonder bar and this at the same time to compare different price points. The CAP barbell is functional but there are a lot of lower quality aspects such as inconsistent knurling, noise, and packaging, and presentation.

It came looking a little scuffed with very minor cosmetic imperfections like smudges all over. Packaging was thin but still provided protection. The knurling in the center was smoother on one side than the other.

When I do fast motion such as on the concentric portion of the bicep curl, there is a lot of rattling coming from the sleeves. Does it work? Yeah. Totally fine. But honestly, if you can and have a little extra money, you’ll really enjoy something a little pricier.

I bought this online and had it picked up by someone else. First thing is the valves are so small that water comes out way to slow. Second the screen on the top doesn’t let water in fast enough so it flows over the sides and I had to set it off level to actually get the water to flow in the direction of the screen.

Third the over flow in the front just lets the water pour out onto the ground way to close to the house. Last night i had to put a garden hose on each output and let the water drain out to keep the water from going into my garage.

Lastly it is so cheaply made that it arrived with 2-3 handfuls of large plastic shavings inside and had dents all over it and 50% of the screws that hold the screens on were stripped.

Great purchase for a great price. One good rain fills the barrel and we are able to water our large garden and lawn plants at least twice over. You do need to sit it up on a stand of some sort to access the spout, we added a tube to as well to make it easier.

It also looks quite nice against our yellow brick, not the fanciest one out there but it is esthetically pleasing. Does its job, saves on water and is a reasonable price point.

Iuse this not to collect water but to divert it. One of my gutter down spouts empties out into my driveway so I connect a garden hose to the spout and run the hose across my driveway so the water dumps into my yard instead of puddling up in the driveway.

Worked great while it was warm out. One winter and the whole side split open. Keep in mind that I always leave the spout open so the water drains. I’m not sure how that much water could have froze inside to blow out the side completely.

Guess it’s not as durable as they say. Very disappointed.

Both the picture and the item description fail to reveal that the rain barrel is not the standard model. It has been over a week since I called Hayneedle Customer Service to inquire why the barrel I received is different from the standard one sold every where else and why the instructions with the barrel refer to a different model than what I got.

Despite Customer Service promising to follow up on this and call me back, over a week has passed and no phone call. Good Ideas HAS replied to my inquiry to them to explain that they redesigned this particular barrel to work with the overflow valve to turn off when the barrel is full.

In keeping with truth in advertising, I would have liked Hayneedle’s picture and description to have revealed that the model is different from the norm and why. In addition to fully describing the item, Hayneedle should do better in the Customer Service Department.

Love this rain barrel so much we’ve purchased a second for a different location. Directions are easy to follow. Set up is quick. Diverter is easy to install.

If our looking for a call that is very controllable the mondo s is a very good choice great when trying to break high flying ducks but can get very quiet on the low end! Highly recommend

My favorite call. Have blown Mondos for a few seasons, but this call is on another level. It’s super responsive and more easily produces the whine I’m looking for while maintaining the in-your-face bark I love about the Mondos.

It really covers most of the bases. Specifically, the double pickup selector switches actually DO provide an expanded palette of tones. Unlike the Epiphone Joe Bonamassa three-HB Black Beauty, and a different three-pickup “Cateye” Gretsch, the white one that I got has a total of seven different sounds, and can go from twang to thud rock in a heartbeat, with no pedal dancing require, if the amp is adjusted right.

The “Peter Frampton” style option of using the middle pickup on its own, or combining it with any of the normal two-HB combinations is outstanding. Reviewers said that it was a little more rock than the usual Gretsch “twang” but I find that to be a huge benefit – it sounds twangy enough if desired, but middle pickup can add great shimmer, the neck pickup is huge, and the neck with the middle switched in is powerful but sparkling.

The middle pickup can be switched in by itself at any time, and it is a very useful setting in its own right. If I was in the “right” band playing more contemporary music I would use it often, and the looks are outstanding.

Cat eye f-holes, white archtop, and gold hardware and Bigsby. A country-rock monster! And if you always wanted a White Falcon, this one is certainly close enough on a budget.

Collects water well! The only thing I have against it is that the spout at the bottom can easily get clogged up with little bits of material from the roof, and there’s no good way to get it out. The water still flows out fine, but not as fast as I’d have hoped.

Absolutely love this barrel. It is thick and sturdy. The fittings are tight fitting. The faucet is metal. The top is large and inside easily accessible. If you are going to get one invest in the bigger better.

It’s the perfect size, was easy to install and I’m very happy with the two I bought. The top is fairly shallow and when it’s heavy rain the water will splash out over the top rather than all be collected but that’s my only minor issue.

I bought this bat a month ago for my nephew and he is breaking it in. It’s Fantastic! Actually tried to order 2 more for other players on our team as they are needing new ones and they wanted one exactly the same except 1 inch shorter.

I tried to do so and Easton has stopped making it? So many collegiate players use and love them. 2/3 of the srarting UCLA college team uses them just to provide an example, and Easton has canceled this bat? What the heck is that? Easton replacement will be an ALX or Quantum.

why replace this great bat vs others in the lineup that are terrible?.

Son reports: -No sting or vibrations on contact (“huge” difference from his previous bat) -Loves the cushioning on the knob -Good balance and a pretty effortless transition from a smaller bat (28-inch, -11 Rawlings Prodigy up to a 30-inch version of this one) My observation is that it does seem to have more pop and the balance & lack of vibration facilitates a powerful swing.

He’s definitely barreling up more consistently.

I’ve had it since December 2018 but I just finally got to use it. I used to use five gallon jerry cans and had to lift them up high, over 5′ to the filler cap on the tractor. I spilled some of the diesel before I could get the nozzle in the filler hole.

I got the pump for the purpose of saving this old guy, 79 years young, from having to lift jerry cans over my head to pour in diesel fuel. MY ADAPTATION: I replaced the goose neck with a barbed adapter, attach a 3/4″ clear vinyl hose to pump the diesel from ground level into the diesel tank for my tractor.

I didn’t know whether this would work from ground level pumping it that high into the fuel tank. I poured two jerry cans into a clear 15 gallon plastic drum and attached the pump bung to the drum. I pumped it a few rotations and the pump self primed.

As I continued to pump I could see the diesel level in the barrel and I could see what was going through the hose into the tractor tank. No spills, no leaks, no sweat, it worked like a charm!! Now I can fill the drum at the station and always have enough diesel on-hand at our farm for my tractor.

I also rotated the pump handle in reverse to empty the hose and the pump before I put it aside. It pumps both ways which is an added bonus. I’m very pleased as well as surprised how well my new farm diesel fuel station works.

It accomplishes everything I wanted to do, that’s why I’m happy to write this review. Hope it will be an assistance to you to accomplish your goals. I don’t think you can match this unit for the price and what it does.

I did a lot of online shopping before I settled on this pump, you can’t go to awfully wrong for the price!.

Occasional use over the past 5 years refueling my small diesel tractors. This works perfectly to pump from a barrel. Also worked well to suck diesel from one tractor to use in the other one, when the second one needed a little more fuel to finish a project.

The reverse pumping feature is handy if you have over-filled the destination, I used that often. I recommend this dual-action pump over the single action one. In and Out are common pipe thread. I replaced Out with a pipe-to-garden-hose fitting and a clear plastic hose.

Note about 15 revolutions of the handle per gallon pumped. Ignore the crude rough sound, it doesn’t mean anything. But – I just replaced this with a battery pump same as HF’s #63847 ‘Battery Operated Liquid Transfer Pump’.

Instead of rasseling a fuel barrel into my trailer it’s simpler to carry home diesel in 5 gallon jugs and then use that little battery-operated pump. It’s slower, but sufficient for the 5 gallon capacity of each tractor.

Some things at HF are fine and some things are junk, as was this pump. I bought it in May but didn’t use it until August. It only lasted about 30 days then rusted dead. Wouldn’t turn any more. Though I hadn’t used it much, it was past 90 day return point.

What a waste!.

Decent one piece alloy bat for the money. Does have some hand sting if you don’t make clean contact on the barrel. My son used the 30 inch version of this last year, and it appeared to be a little more comfortable than the 31 but similar.

Eventually upgraded to a 2 piece hybrid and it’s significantly better than this 5150. Was also like 2. 5x the cost though.

This was for my 12 year old who is roughly 5’4″ and a hundred pounds. We chose the 31″ drop 5. He was using a drop 3 that he was not getting through the hitting zone soon enough. This solved it, and he loves the bat.

It swings a bit end loaded. The bat is loud when contact is made. Great for the price.

I’m using this for guitar, and rely on really big clean tones for my foundation – you might say that I’m looking for something comparable to a portable Dual Showman equivalent. I’m using it with a Quilter 101 Mini, which has a ridiculous amount of power.

I’ve destroyed a lot of speakers over the years, and this includes a few with the 101 Mini in just the year or two that I’ve owned it. The last straw with a traditional type of speaker failure was an Eminence Swamp Thang – it could really belt out the cleans, but the cone tore near the surround, with less than 2 years use.

The Swamp Thang also weighed a ton. I was hesitant for the longest time to get this speaker since it wasn’t actually designed for guitar, but knowing that it’s part of the heavy duty option with the Quilter combos, I decided to give it a chance.

I also really wanted to try and build as lightweight of a 1X12 cabinet as I could, so that meant trying out a neo-type speaker anyway. I can honestly say that this is clearly my favorite 12″ speaker out of the dozens that I’ve tried and used.

It turns out that I just really don’t like the traditional types and the frequencies that they tend to emphasize – doesn’t matter if it’s something modeled after either Jensen or Celestion. Also, given the frequencies emphasized by the guitar and amp, a traditional speaker will exhibit some weird effects known as cone cry and such – horrible dissonant sounds that I just can’t stand.

What is interesting is that even though this speaker may have a more full spectrum than the guitar ones I was using, I can clearly hear that it’s not a flat response – it has nice coloration, and the top end seems to roll off just like a good guitar speaker does.

The coloration is also actually complimentary to effects like my reverb pedal, which never sounded really good to me in the past. Funny to think that I blamed its lack of good tones on something that was due to how the speaker reproduced them.

With the 101 Mini on the Surf voice, I can really get that Dual Showman/Twin Reverb vibe going with this speaker – the right sonic signature can’t be denied, and I love it. And while I have a clean foundational tone, I do use drive boxes as well, and they sound fantastic as well.

I wish I hadn’t waited as long as I did to try this speaker. Now, my only concern is durability going forward. I’m hoping that by the design and power rating that it won’t fail like some of my traditional speakers have.

I bought this speaker from Parts-Express based on Pat Quilter’s personal recommendation. After reviewing the specs, it seemed ideal for my application. But when I tested it, there was a noticeable “fluffy flappy fluttering” distortion in the bass range from C3 down.

It did not sound like the speaker was “blown. ” There was just a very audible distortion that sounded like grill cloth vibrating against a baffle. We tried every possible way to isolate the problem: different amps, different instruments, different cables.

We put the speaker in a super-duty dampened test box, and placed it open air on a soft pillow. In every test, it was always the speaker, not the cabinet, not grill cloth, not the amp, not the instrument.

Further, I was using a Quilter amp that only produces a maximum of 50 watts with the master full and the gain less than halfway up. I also tested it with a twenty watt bass practice amp that does not distort at all.

This speaker and the Celestion TF1020 BOTH exhibited the same fluttering distortion in the bass range. (C3 down) Thankfully, PE allowed me to return this bad speaker. Based on all the reviews and specs, this SHOULD be a great speaker for clean quiet jazz guitar amps like my Quilter 1010 mini head.

However, the particular speaker I received had this audible flaw. Moreover, several other Chinese made Celestion speakers I have tried recently ALL have the same low-frequency fluttering sound. I have heard the exact same problem in Boss, Fender, Vox, and Orange amplifiers with OEM Celestion drivers.

Celestion needs to visit their Asian manufacturing facilities and find out what’s wrong. This particular type of distortion is only noticeable if: 1- you still have good hearing 2- You play quietly and 3- Play with a perfectly clean ( zero distortion ) setting.

I can understand why many guitarists would NOT hear this if they use distortion at all. But for us experienced studio pros who still have keen hearing and play with zero distortion, this is unacceptable.

In all my years of doing business with PE, this is only the second time I’ve ever had to return anything, but I am grateful they stand behind the products they sell. But I also want them to make a fair profit.

I NEVER want to return anything unless it totally fails to perform. Although others seem to be delighted with this speaker, my experience was far less than satisfactory. I hope anyone else who notices this problem brings it to the seller’s attention so eventually Celestion gets the message.

Many of their Chinese-made speakers are not up to par. They need to address this soon to maintain their reputation.

I originally installed this in a SWR Workingman PRO 200 watt wedge Bass amp to break it in. The sound was improved over the original speaker (less volume primarily due to the original was a 4 ohm speaker and the Celestion is an 8 ohm speaker).

I removed the speaker and installed it in a Mesa Boogie MK IV combo and preferred it as a guitar speaker over a bass speaker. The sound is closer to an EVM 12L than the Original Celestion 90 watt Black Shadow.

For classic rock it works awesome for me (over 10 pound weight reduction and can handle full power mode of the Boogie). For heavy metal shredders and for that telecaster spank and chicken-picken sound it does not have the tinkling ultra high sparkle and may not work as a guitar speaker.

Considering how inexpensive this bar was, I was really surprised the fine quality of it when I received it. The collar spin is what was most important to me and this product did not disappoint. I was replacing a low-end bar what was steel bushings, and this needle-bearing bar turned out to be the perfect replacement.

The knurling is pretty perfect too. Honestly I believe this bar is everything you could hope for from a competitors product costing twice as much. I have 6 or 7 DMoose products in my gym and have been happy with every one of those purchases.

I required barbell for my garage because I used to powerlift. For the price, this barbell satisfies all of my requirements for quality, finish, and spinning. The shaft’s color, which is covered in white paint after a few uses on a bench press with a white frame, is the only thing I would change.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is excellent for the price.

This bar is exactly what it says. The dimensions are accurate. The quality is superb. The price is unbeliveable. DMoose always surprises!

Bought this bat for my 14 y/o son after trying several sample bats in the cage at baseball express. Marucci cat 9 connect, LS Meta, LS select PWR, warsrick bone saber, victims Nox to name a few. After the first trip he narrowed it down to 3 bats, with the initial impression being the hzrdus.

Since it’s a newer bat we let it simmer for about a month, did online research etc. , Went back, grabbed the top 3. Second impression hzrdus without a doubt. It checked all the boxes, not too end loaded, gave him a consistent swing, able to control barrel and drive the ball.

Ultimately likes the feel, said it was like swinging a wood bat. Added bonus. free pair of baring gloves when we registered the bat for the warranty on the True website.

One thing about this bat that I really like is that it’s value is much above its price. This bat hits the ball harder than most bbcores. But the thing that really makes me believe that this is one of the best bats today is the sweet spot.

I took a few swings with it but every time I swing and I thought I was about to get jammed it still hit the ball unbelievably hard. I totally recommend this bat for someone who’s not a contact hitter but not a power hitter, somewhere in between.

Go hit some nukes.

My son decided to go with the 33. 5″ instead of the 33″ he swings with his Goods. He is hitting the ball harder and swinging the bat faster. Durability seems to be better than the goods and he loves the free pair of batting gloves! As an added bonus, it matches my hzrdus driver shaft.

For over 30 years I refused to use swivels on my lines. The Old Timers that taught me all I know said it was more knots to tie, more opportunity for failure. A couple of months ago while visiting a friend in WA we were given a opportunity to join a fishing party and fly up to Yakatak, Alaska for a week.

I was forced to use borrowed gear. And all of it was adorned with all kinds of snaps and swivels. You guessed it, I became hooked.

I fish for big catfish and sometimes have to pull them out of snags in rocks and trees. I need swivels I can count on. These are also great for trolling. I use these 90 lbs swivels for everything.

The size i wanted was available and i purchased. Works as they should. Great for tip ups.

This weekend caught an 18 lb Flatheat on this swivel in the river. Current pretty strong but this swivel held on. I would recommend.

The little things can make or break your fishing day. Why go the cheap route when you can go cheap and get great quality? There is no place on Earth to get your terminal tackle other than Bass Pro. These swivels are another example of their committment to quality.
