10 Best At Home Pole Dancing Kit (2023 Updated)

I purchased these resistance bands a few weeks ago. I have incorporated them into my weekly fitness routine. Prior to the COVID lockdown I was regularly working out at a gym operated by our city. I set up a home fitness center.

Even though the gym is open again, I still to not feel safe working out there due to the non-compliance of many of the other patrons. I decided to incorporate these resistance bands to expand my workouts.

I am extremely pleased with my progress and the bands are certainly a big part of my success.

I like that this kit comes with higher resistance cables in comparison to the standard kit. I didn’t think the lower levels would be as much of a challenge, so I went with this version instead, and boy am I glad I did.

They were a little tough initially to feed into the handles, but once I realized I just needed to stretch them, they fit like a glove. It’s a great plus to have the carrying bag to put all the equipment into so I’m never fumbling around trying to find a certain part.

I may even need to get a second set so I can keep one at home, and another with my work stuff.

I’m 50+ and have gone from heavy weights to using bands. I feel stronger and lift heavier when using the weights at the gym. My band workouts are shorter times and more intense. I get a complete body workout and I think the past reviewer may not have known how to work the legs with these bands.

It’s ultra simple. watch some videos on Youtube. I recommend these to anyone that perhaps doesn’t have time for a gym or doesn’t want to pay the membership. Time under tension is what builds muscle and these allow you to hold tension longer than a 50# dumbbell with less chance for injury.

Helps in my recovery from and ankle fracture; workouts are therefore bearable.

Being new to the pole fitness world I was really struggling to get my hand grip strong enough to hold my body and was relying heavily on my legs but this changed everything! Immediate improvement to my upper body strength and stability even with the smallest application – no more slipping down the pole when doing seat spins and noteable ease when getting into tricks like inverted crucifixes and spins.

I bought this product for my little sister to use on her Chrome pole specifically. I personally dislike chrome poles as someone with super sweaty hands so was trying to buy her some grip specifically to help with that.

I think this grip makes a difference in hand grip but wouldn’t say its a show stopper. Would recommend for anyone wanting a little extra hand grip.

I have tried so many pole/fitness grips and this one is just beyond my expectations. When I used it for the first time, I was absolutely blown away by how secure I felt while working out. I didn’t feel at any moment that I was going to slip and it’s just something I haven’t experienced before.

Usually during long sessions of practice, you begin sweating and aerial tricks begin to feel really unsteady. With this grip, I felt so secure the entire time. I cannot believe that it took me so long to discover this product.

I purchased another one just to keep in my bag and I will never, ever use anything else from now on. It’s a little pricey but honestly a little goes a long way! I highly recommend this to anyone!!.

We were considering grab bars for my shower, but there are bumpy tiles and thin walls. Ugh. This is our perfect solution. I didn’t even know these existed, except for exotic dancing. I guess I would have gotten around to that sooner or later.

Bought this after my husband experienced a TIA and needed something to keep him steady while getting in and out of our shower stall. I was able to install this item in under an hour and by myself (I am 75 years old, 5 feet tall and 145 lbs.

) I did not use the screws to attach it to the ceiling and floor – just used the enclosed wrench to tighten it against the ceiling and floor. It is very sturdy and the pole is a nice diameter for an adult’s hands.

I purchased the while pole and it looks great and feels great. I am so grateful for companies like Stander for making products to help people feel secure and safe in their homes.

We have 5 of these poles throughout the house. My wife relies upon them to have security when she is moving around, or getting up / down. While I have installed many grab bars, as well, the utility of these poles, being semi-permanent, yet adjustable and movable, are great features.

Nicely made and attaches to helmet by replacing 2 plastic covers. Once this is done the visor can be attached and removed in seconds. Visor is lightweight and has performed well so far. Easily pushed up out of use when you want so can have a drink etc without removing the helmet.

Unable to use the product. It was thicker then my garage doors. Home Depot accepted the return with no hassle. So that was very good.

The paint has a great finish and is perfect for any room which gets humid. You can wipe the surface without removing any paint. Great item.

Easy to install. Legs come in 4 parts per leg, so have to put them together, which allows you to make it the height you want. Downside to the legs is they will pull apart if you lift off the ground by yourself.

I wrap with electrical tape and problem solved. Have bought in the past and was half the cost, so think they are on the expensive side. They have been hard to find, so I paid the price as I needed them to build my feeder.

The leg brackets are great but the legs it comes with are cheap aluminum. I slapped them on my drum feeder I made , filled feeder up and the legs snapped from the weight. I’d suggest getting galvanized Legs from local Home Depot and don’t use the cheap aluminum ones it comes with.

these bracket kits are not just for 30 gallon feeders i use these for my 55 gallon feeders and are very durable. i have used these with different poles (heavy duty steel pipe) and made my own hanging feeders that have held up for over 10 yrs (yr round).

would recommend this product to any hunter.

Larger plus size woman over here who requires a ton of variety to maintain consistency with workouts. This agility kit was extremely helpful and challenging. I used the cones to practice quick, timed speed drills, the jump rope allowed me to incorporate bursts of cardio during my strength training sessions and the resistance band helped me beef up my squat game.

Overall, it offered variety which is good for athletes of all ages. I recommend this kit to any one who wants to change up their routine (your body adjusts quickly, so it is a good idea to change things up every few weeks).

This kit is small enough to take with you when traveling and also light enough to walk or run with to a nearby park.

Just ordered three of these nets for a tournament. This is a great product that is worth every penny because it lasts for years. I’ve used this product for the last 15 plus years and have transported them on air, by vehicle, train, in and out of the country for tournaments; very easy to handle, set up, and take down.

Absolutely love this product! There are more expensive nets without ropes that are supposed to be better but are not. Other nets cannot beat this product in setup/takedown time and adjusting tightness and height.

This product is the choice for coaches, tournament directors, and players!.

Good quality construction compared to other recreational nets we have had in the backyard. Pro is that it is a complete set. Poles are adjustable, sturdy, lightweight aluminum which is good. Negative is very poor instructions for set up.

It took way more time to figure out the guyline/ tension ropes set-up than it should have. Company needs to develop better instructions for set-up. Little booklet tried to cover (5) different net systems with different set-ups in only (3) pages.

It is confusing and vague. Need to include better instructions in the box for the one system you just bought. Otherwise a good quality net system that should last several years of recreational play in the backyard.

This is the second Classic I have owed and it still remains the best volleyball net out there. I bought one 10 years ago but I gave it to a friend that plays in leagues and that one was still as tight as it was when I bought it.

The new one I bought 2 months ago looks and performs just as well. I like that they now have several colors to choose from now. Buy it and you will not be disappointed!.

Easy assembly, came in a cute compact box and everything was in great condition. excellent quality, good buy if its your first time buying these items.

The fabric is soft and the fit is nice but feels a little snug although i fall within the measurements placed in the size chart for my size. Might purchase a size up next time for comparison. The color is brighter in person.
