An arrow rest is a device that helps support the arrow on the bowstring. This can be helpful for target shooting, as it can help keep the arrow from wobbling or moving around too much when the bow is drawn.
There are different types of arrow rests available, and it is important to choose one that is compatible with the type of bow you are using.
Now you can stop your super-fast arrows at any distance and get them out with ease. Saves you from broken or damaged arrows unlike your outdated bag or foam style targets. You can also guarantee your health and happiness when pulling your arrows out with ease.

I held out on writing a review because I have purchased various archery targets in the past and at first use they all seem to work and impress you. Well as we all know with archery targets the more they get used the less impressed we usually are with them.
However that is far from the case with this one. I am still very impressed with the no speed limit target. After several uses the arrows are not sinking in further and further as with all other speed bags I have used in the past.
This target still stops the arrows with only a few inches of ***********. Also I was very skeptic of the easy 2 finger pull from the target but even now after several uses there is no target out there that I’ve found that the arrows pull out with such ease.
I shoot a Ravin R10 so finding a target that last longer than a few months and still works just as good as day one truly in my eyes can’t be beat. So spend the little extra on a top of the line quality target like this one and i bet you will be more than excited that you did.
Look no further for a reliable target to stop 400+ FPS crossbow arrows. After sending a couple arrows through lesser quality targets, my research pointed toward the Spyderweb no speed limit target. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.
I shoot a Tenpoint Siege RS410 and it has 16” arrows. The arrows go into the target roughly halfway and pull out very easy. I have the 18” model and it is super dense. With that comes some extra weight but that is a small inconvenience compared to the stopping power.
I spoke with someone from the company before the purchase and they assured me I would be pleased with the target or they would replace it. Small company in SW Michigan with fast shipping and fair prices.
Don’t waste your money experimenting on other brands. You will be extremely satisfied with Spyderweb targets!.
Purchased this target to use with Tenpoint Nitro 505, Third arrow shot buried itself well past the veins. I do have a video of this, I was disappointed. Second day shooting no more than 20 shots registered, arrow #2 zips through, destroying the veins.
It is exceedingly difficult to get arrows out of the target once they are buried inside. Note: first shots were taken at the same area, but not the exact same spot. Second day utilizing different spots as I shot.
I have noticed at 50 Yards the target stops all shots, anything closer I fear re-fletching will become expensive. I clicked yes, I would recommend, but only if you shoot a Crossbow from a distance 50 yards or greater, if it has a lot of kinetic energy.
Could not find this target at any dealers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul northern suburbs. Checked out the mfg (SpyderWeb) web site and purchased directly. Called the company to verify item was in-stock.
Talked with the owner Kelly who was above and beyond friendly and helpful. In fact, he told me local dealers were getting a SpyderWeb shipment but not the the ST 14 XL target. He indicated if ordered now would be delivered in two days (ordered Fri, received Tue with free shipping).
Can’t beat that service. Also, in online research and talking with several archery shops in the area, it was a common theme the SpyderWeb targets were the way to go for 400+ crossbows (field point only which is only what I would shoot at a target).
In testing with a TenPoint Seige RS410 (410 fps with 16″ arrow), I couldn’t be happier. At 30 yards the arrow penetrated only 4″ and of most importance was super easy to pull out – very light grip/little resistance (I can’t state that enough).
Additionally, the target is very light. Not sure what makes up the internals, but hands down the best target I’ve ever owned. Won’t hesitate to recommend, in fact, the only target I would recommend.
I have this target and a 24″ “dog” target for longer shots. I was shooting 22″ 479gr. Pile Driver Carbon Express arrows. The 14XL Crossbow Archery Practice Field Point Target-No Speed Limit stopped every shot with about 6″-8″ of ***********.
Easy removal and the face seemed to hold up better than the “dog”, even though it looks like similar material on the target face. I do have concerns about the corrugated plastic staying attached. Why? Most of the staples are over driven.
We’ll see how it holds up. The “dog” is framed with wood as a comparison. This target seems as heavy as the 24″ “dog”. I think that correlates to a denser packed target and more stopping power. I had two near pass throughs on the “dog”, one burying the vanes and ripping it off when extracted.
I hope I can post pictures later in this review. I think this target is well worth the money. It does its job well. I should have bought a bigger one.
This product is amazing. It’s a field point only target which is just fine since I already know my broadheads hit in the exact same spots as my field points do. I have a Big Block target which I did use but constantly had issues with my bolts going in all the way to the fetching.
My Centerpoint 425 Amped shoots my bolts pretty consistently at 408 fps with my arrow set up. This new Spyder target stops these bolts at about 6 inches at 20 yds with an easy 2 finger removal. Thank you for making such a great product right here in the US.
Plus, shipping was super fast. I cannot be any happier with this product and look forward to you all making one for broadheads that works equally as well.
The QAD HDX Arrow Rest offers extreme compatibility and versatility. It has a breakaway safety feature and comes with a redesigned vertical style. This QAD arrow rest has a curved capture bar and features an adjustable timing cord at the thumbwheel.
The Advanced Vibration Technology comes in handy to reduce unwanted vibrations, while the durable molded rubber build helps to create quiet shots and feel. This drop-away arrow rest is constructed of a CNC-aluminum with stainless steel and Delrin components.
It helps to maintain an arrow-capture position even during a slow let down. Versatile and compatible with most bows on the market, this QAD HDX Arrow Rest is an ideal choice for the avid sportsmen.
Upgraded from a whiskerbiscuit and the difference was instantly noticeable. The QAD Ultra-Rest HDX, is easy to use, and after 100+ shots, I don’t see any issues. The rest is lightweight, quiet, and instantaneous.
Since the switch, my groups are consistently tighter, and more accurate. I used all my coupons and discounts, so I feel like it was definitely worth the price, but knowing better now, I would have paid full price.
I would definitely recommend the QAD Ultra-Rest HDX over any whisker or fixed rest options. It’s a great upgrade for the bow.
Had another drop away for last 6 yrs. Was good but arrows were rubbing rest and rest was hitting the riser. This drop away does not hit the riser. My arrows intially rubbed rest but I twisted the arrow and solved the problem.
Love how rest stays up with a slow release. Won’t drop unless bow is fired.

The New modern design and sleek styling of the Ultra-Rest HDX offers eXtreme compatibility versatility and even custom colors! If you are the archer that demands nothing but the top of the line with all the bells and whistles then the New Ultra-Rest HDX is for you!.
Used to have a stock whisker biscuit on my RTH bow i bought a while back. The biscuit was alright but I bought new arrows and wanted a super clean flight path that only the drop rest offers. Read so many great reviews on this product and talked to my friend who has one and thought there was no way I couldn’t try it out.
I can already notice a straighter arrow flight and tighter groupings, even if only slightly. When i tilt the bow forward the arrow cannot escape, so very much still usable for a stalk hunt situation.
I had my local archery shop do all the installs (sorry cabelas) because i trust them more. If your rest doesn’t sit properly at parallel with the top bar (especially at full draw) you may have had it installed incorrectly.
Overall I think this is an amazing product and I cant imagine ever going back to a whisker biscuit.
I purchased the diamond carbon cure bow with the RAK package on it. I read a few bad reviews on the Hostage rest that comes equipped so decided to swap it out with this rest and I can only say I am nothing but impressed.
I always shot with a whisker biscuit since I’ve been 12 years old and was so against drop aways and now I am kicking myself for not making the switch sooner. This rest is the best because it stays in position if you have to let your draw down to allow a deer to get into a better shooting lane.
That’s what makes this rest unique because unlike others the arrow stays contained unless you either shoot your bow or you manually release the rest. I highly recommend this product and have already suggested it to every one of my hunting buddies.
Last year I did a lot of research trying to replace my whisker biscuit. I knew I wanted a QAD, but it was difficult to get a solid answer if it would fit my PSE Brute X. I got it anyway, and I am glad I did.
I had to use the extra spacer that it comes with, but it is working fine. My FMJs with NAP Quickspins clear just fine. I know alot of people have PSE bows, so I will just give a little tip regarding them.
You will have to use the spacer, which is no problem. The only thing is, and it is not QAD’s fault at all; but the arrow shelf on the riser is very diifferent than most. It does not complement a drop away rest perfectly.
It is not a nice, sharp angle from the shelf to the riser. Instead, it is a large radius. I had to adjust the rest all the way up just to clear the shelf; so just prepare to have to move the D loop aswell if your vertical adjustment is maxed out, like mine is.
But by all means, do not let that deter you from this rest. It has helped make my bow insanely quiet.
Caldwell’s new bright easy-to-see targets come in all shapes and sizes for competition training and recreational use. Made of AR500 hardened steel these targets can withstand thousands of rounds. Rated up to a 3000 fps impact velocity and a 3500 ft-lb impact energy these targets come in seven various sizes with three hanging solutions.
Excellent quality and great sound. If you aren’t training for a specific shooting discipline (USPSA, IDPA, etc. ) this target is perfect. I have used Caldwell’s 3/8″plates with both rifle and pistol and the plates have stood great to all pistol and non-magnum rifle rounds.
I do not shoot 3/8″ AR500 with magnum rifle rounds though they are safe if you obey the velocity guidelines. I recommend these plates to anyone in the market. Caldwell is less expensive than the other options in this size and the plates are well made, well cut, and the edges are all smoothed to eliminate sharp edges.
You will need a ‘real’ stand to hold these up as they weigh quite a bit. I would not recommend a T-post stand but rather a hanging stand or a 2×4 stand with a wide, sturdy base. My only issue is that Caldwell’s sticker will flake off and fly all over the range if you don’t peel it off before shooting.
I recommend peeling the sticker off the front facing side before you start shooting. Also, keep in mind that the yellow powder coat is toast as soon as it gets hit. The steel will still last forever (especially if you touch it up with spray paint) but the yellow coating is only going to last until you get to the range.
Each bullet that impacts will take off a small circle of the coating. Finally, pay attention to the weight listed for this size target. It is heavy and somewhat unwieldy when you are trying to place it on your stand/hanger.
I would consider this more of a set-up and leave it kind of target rather than one you take out to the range every weekend.
I couldn’t believe how well the steel held up. After the first day of shooting I expected some sort of dimpling and by appearance there was some. But I ran my hand access the steel and it was silky smooth still.
The only bummer is that on shot 5 or so my buddy center punched the bolt and the bolt head popped off which shut us down on that steel for the day. Excellent quality product. I would highly recommend.
I like the 33% size. At 500yds they are just outside Moa for width and are almost an exact match for a milk jug only providing positive hits with the sound. As far as the product the powder coat isn’t necessary as it comes off with the hits but it’s not an issue they get painted every time anyway it’s just not needed.
My loads are 3500 at the muzzle no indents on the steel just what you need and expect at a great price.
Features reversible hook and loop pockets that allow the quiver to be worn on the right or left side. Made from high-denier poly material for durability. Includes arrow separator tubes integrated bow square slot and one size fits most quiver belt.
Overall, it’s a very nice quiver, like all of Easton’s products. Comes with four arrow tubes, so you can carry plenty of arrows. It has a magnetic flap release pocket and a very large tool pocket. It’s made in such a way that the quiver can be changed from left to right-handed by disconnecting two small straps, pulling the quiver away from the Velcro, flipping it and reattaching the two straps.
It comes with a belt that should fit almost anyone; it can be adjusted by moving the keepers on each side pulling the belt apart (more Velcro), reattaching it and reinstalling the keepers. Basically, it’s a very functional and capable quiver that works very well.
My first hip quiver. Good deal for the money. I like the adjustability and storage. Range finder pocket is handy. Half the price of most. Cant go wrong , works as expected. Velcro adjustability attracts brush seeds.
This is well crafted and sturdy ( not some POS-knockoff ). The upper pouch is held together with a magnet/button, and the lower pouch is made with two sturdy zippers that include tags to make it easy to access them.
The top pouch holds my hinge release and my allen set with room to spare. The lower pouch is just barely big enough to hold my bow holder long-ways ( I would have to force it shut to zip it in there ), and has some inner pouch stuff for pens/pencils.
While walking, this tends to stay close to the thigh, w/out doing a lot flopping around. Wish I had bought this sooner.
Birchwood Casey’s Target Stand features a heavy-duty metal base that adjusts to accommodate a variety of target sizes. Portable, lightweight design for easy transport. Base features four holes that accommodate ground stakes (not included) to ensure your target remains upright.
Requires two 2″W x 1″D boards (not included) to staple your targets to.
We bought 3 of these to hang steel targets. We use them at the 25yrd, 50yrd, and 75yrd distances. The 1×2 wood pieces are sturdy enough but they seem to be on the edge of their limits. An errant shot could just be the tipping point.
As it is, shrapnel from the rounds hitting the steel is slowly eating away at the wood. A 2×4 used for the supports would have been much better. Aside from that the stand works great, is easy to adjust and is relatively stable.
It does fall over occasionally but I guess if we staked the feet down that should solve the problem. Overall we are pretty happy with our purchase.
I have several steel target stands and specifically use these stands on my 6-8inches disc steel targets. It is imperative the stands are of high quality as well as manageable when transporting. For the price you can not beat these stands.
I live shoot 3-4 times a month and can assure you, you will fall in love! Sturdy, durable and will provide the shooter with countless years of efficient pew pew time!!!.
Lost sleek curved capture bar for more versatility, more compatible mounting block design, advanced vibration system, easy adjust cord lock, full draw indicator marks, total arrow containment with increased spring tension.
Noise reducing laser cut felt. Break away safety feature with overdraw adjustments. Features AVT, LDT, and VDT, precision CNC aluminum, stainless steel and Delrin components.
I liked the fact that the rest came with a DVD on installation AND a few hunting videos as well! Heck mine even came with a pocket knife. The instructions were complete and specific for those that want to install the rest themselves.
I chose to have the archery shop do mine. It only took a moment and I was ready to shoot at their range. Some minor adjustments (Allen wrench included) and I was paper tuned and in the bulls eye. The rest is solid and comes with extra felt padding and an extra “V” should you need it.
No more arrows falling off the rest for me when at full draw!!!.
If you can’t afford to buy a genuine Mathews drop away arrow release then this product is really hard to beat when it comes to matching up to Mathews quality. Unfortunately , my order was stolen off my porch step.
But I have seen and used a friend of mines compound bow with the qad and it’s hard to tell really any difference from the genuine Mathews. EBay is going to be contacted today because the Post lady really should not have left the package on my doorstep.
Anyone ordering anything of value I would highly advise requiring a signature of receipt. Mine was just a snatch-and-grab and is probably sitting in a pawn shop somewhere. But as far as the quality of the qad brand I would highly recommend it to anyone who could not afford the $40 difference in purchasing 1 a genuine Mathews product.
This, so far, is a quality rest. It was easy to install and set up and has performed perfectly. The reason for 4 stars is that the image on the listing looks like the matte realtree camo that , pretty closely, matches my Bear Marshal realtree bow.
When I received the rest, the camo colors don’t match the image and there is a, not reflective, but metallic quality to the camo. If I saw this in person I never would have picked the camo, I would have gone with plain black.
Nonmarring front and rear molded cradles protect your guns finish, while ensuring slip-free performance. Heavy-duty metal frame features cam locks so you can slide it back and forward to the perfect position, then lock it in position to fit any shooter.
Design is compatible with high-capacity magazines and lever actions.
Picked this up last week and was very pleased with the purchase. I normally sight in with my Atlas bipod, an ammo box and a sandbag, but when Caldwell released this Stinger, I knew I would buy one. I’ve owned the Lead Sled but it was a bit cumbersome and this Stinger suited my needs perfectly.
The powdercoating is well done and the fit and finish is nice. I used this rest with my Six8 and a couple normal 5. 56 AR’s. The weight is just right. Plenty of room for 30rd magazine. The longest magazine I own is a Barrett 30rd 6.
8, that barely cleared, but it’s funky magazine, I never use it, but tested it for fitment with this Stinger. It was nice to get this Stinger on sale, and I appreciated Cabela’s military discount (active and veterans) I also noticed this item arrived in 2 days.
Which is the fastest shipping to date with Cabelas.

While it does exactly what it is supposed to do which is stop crossbow bolts it missed the mark. The stuff is packed so tight that if you shoot anywhere in the middle of the bag from any direction it causes my Parker bolts to fray and little strands of fiber glass come up where it went in ever time.
Bolts are not cheap so won’t be using this product. Have used different versions of this bag before and none of them ever did it. Only reason I replaced because my buddy accidentally shot a few broadheads into bag.
Bought this because it’s rated to stop 450fps and up. Brand new, first shots at the bag today and I ruined fletching on (2) bolts. Shooting Center Punch 16” Alpha Knock Premium Carbon bolts w/100gr field points out of my Tenpoint Havoc 440.
Sucked my bolts right in past the knock. Bag was not used up, it was off the shelf today. You get what you pay for.
My old crossbow target of a different brand stopped my crossbow bolts but it was extremely difficult to remove them from the target. That resulted in fletchings being ripped from the bolt and a lot of unnecessary strain.
This one is good at both releasing the bolt with minimal effort and stopping pass-through shots. One warning though, this is a field-point target not suitable for fixed or mechanical broadheads. The blades on broadheads will quickly destroy the woven vinyl exterior skin and you will start to lose the stuffing rather quickly.
I used field points and practice points. The field points do the least damage and the practice points do more damage but less than the expandables and fixed blade heads. I’m Ok with the additional damage from the practice points because they very nearly simulate the ballistics of the hunting points so that my point of impact will not be negatively affected in a hunting situation.
Also, while using the practice points may cause more damage to this target, I am avoiding the damage to my expensive expandables and dulling their razor sharp edges. Great target but I wish they would sell replacement, expendable slip-on covers to further extend the life of this target.
QAD HDX Ultrarest designed specifically for 2009 and newer BowTech models. Combines all the features of the HDX Ultrarest with a custom mounting block featuring the BowTech logo and lower valley launcher for perfect Berger hole alignment.
Provides a seamless fit to BowTech risers and eliminates launcher contact with the shelf.
I upgraded from a whisker biscuit to this drop away rest. While it is so much quieter with my carbon arrows when I draw back, there is still a little noise. The felt that is included, isn’t a soft material as one would expect felt to be.
I’m hoping that with some use, this will change. The fact that it’s made to fit PSE bows, like my Stinger Max, is great. It aligns perfectly and the installation and tuning was fairly simple. I would definitely reccommend this to any PSE bow owner.
While I’m not certain I needed one with the Bowtech arm (my brand) bow, it works flawlessly! Of course it needs to be set up correctly. (which a local shop didn’t do well) After checking the installation info I made a minor adjustment myself.
After that I never had to give it another thought. I like that I can lower the fork with a flick of the finger as well. QAD has a new model coming out with micro adjustment on it but I don’t think it’s needed (at least for me).
I probably would have liked a camo version if I was going to be rather picky but it’s not a large sized portion of the bow set up that would draw any attention in the field. So yes I’d recommend it to anyone!.
The Trophy Ridge Whisker Biscuit bowfishing rest delivers all the readiness, dependability, and accuracy you expect from a Whisker Biscuit in an ambidextrous and adjustable rest for bowfishermen. With a lighter, more compact, aluminum-encased biscuit and a dual bolt mount, the Bowfishing Biscuit is 300 percent stronger than previous models.
Easy to set up and use, this arrow rest features windage adjustment with laser engraved reference marks. Custom rubber boots silence arrow loading for quiet operation.
I always loved my whisker biscuit that I bought in 2005, and still use it. However, I just ordered a new one and WOW what a disappointment. The housing cracked beyond repair upon installation, even though I was carefully hand-tightening it.
This breaks my heart, and I’ll never buy a trophy ridge product again. Shame on you for making such a terrible product. I would have been better off burning 2 $20 bills. Buyers, You were warned!.
Great rest for the last several years on my daughters Cruzer G2. I purchased this for her when she was 10 and she is not 13 [yes, it is pink], providing her with 100’s if not 1000’s of arrows of fun, and trusted for consistent accuracy and results.
We have used this through Total Archery Challenge, to 3D Competitions, to Backyard Targets. Highly recommend!.

A popular climbing treestand since its introduction in 1998, the Summit Viper SD has been noted for its unique premium engineering, blending of shape, innovative cable attachment system, ease of use, and portability.
The original Viper has been updated with aluminum construction using sound deadening (SD) technology, a more comfortable seat, Quick – Draw cable attachment, Rapid – Climb Stirrups, and bent Cable arms.
The addition of Mossy Oak Breakup Infinity camo takes this classic stand from just a great stand, but one to keep you concealed in the tree as well. – Weighing in at just 20 pounds, the Summit Viper SD is one of Summit Treestand’s lightest climbing treestand.
Designed to provide a perfect balance of roominess, comfort, versatility, and low weight, the Viper SD is a solid choice for rifle or bow hunting and for hunters who would like a more portable stand.
The Viper SD features a comfortable foam padded seat that can be raised for bow hunting and lowered for hunting with a gun. The solid front bar allows for easy sit to stand climbing and works well as a gun rest.
The Viper SD is also highly portable with a frame that nests together and packs on your back.
I bought this climber for fall archery this year ‘22. I have never used or even tried a climber in my life, usually used stands already set up, blinds, and occasionally just hunt off the ground. I got on it for the first time yesterday after my father went over everything with me on how to set up safely, what to expect, what to look for on the tree.
He went up the tree before me on the stand and talked me through as he went up. I knew it was pretty much common sense how it worked but being as my first climber I’m not going to think of all issues I could run into and I seem to like to learn the hard way.
I got in it and started up the tree. I became addicted. I thought I would be the type to prefer to sit and bring the bottom up being a female at 5’ 1”. I preferred to use my arms to bring the bottom up because I couldn’t get my butt out far enough to sit and bring the base up with me my legs were too short.
Taking my time up the tree and making sure the teeth bit in I couldn’t believe how quickly I scaled 15ft. I got the stand secured and tried out the seat which was so comfortable I am going to have to fight falling asleep in fall.
I wasn’t thrilled with the harness that came with it, because it was a pain to untangle. I ended up buying a Muddy harness separate. Which changes no view on the stand itself. I like that it’s light weight.
The backpack straps did not look comfortable at all but surprisingly we’re not bad by any means. Overall the stand is light weight. Being a small female I was able to use it very well and am already in love with it and plan to keep playing around with it to get ready for fall archery.
I had never used a climbing stand in my life, just a ground blind and ladder stand guy. After careful consideration and research I decided to roll the dice and purchase the Mini Viper. I’m glad I did! I put it on a tree for the first time in my back yard and learned how to use it.
I guess I spent half and hour going up and down the tree multiple times just to get the “hang” of it. The stand is comfortable, light weight, and quiet just like the description said. My first sit on a hunt was 3 1/2 hours and I got so comfortable I thought about taking a nap! I am 6′ 2″ tall and weigh in at 190 lbs with warm clothes, rifle, and pack.
I had no back, leg, or hip discomfort the whole time I was in it. I am upgrading the safety harness; however, because it’s much to difficult to use compared to other options on the market. I can’t say enough great things about it! As a new-b climbing stand owner, I believe Summit Mini Viper is the way to go for compact, low weight, quiet, and comfortable climber.
I hope this review helps you all. Overall great investment for what I love to do- HUNT!.
The X-Ecutor 360 shooting bench features a complete 360 swivel action. The gun rest is coated in non-scratch rubber and features a micro-adjust tuning knob for precision tuning. Micro adjustments can be done without taking your sights off the target! Simply turn the knob for easy adjustment.
The padded seat includes a backrest for added comfort and support and can be adjusted up or down to accommodate various heights. Vinyl padded bench cover included to protect your equipment. Special designed top allows comfortable shooting.
Assembly was a bit challenging only because the instructions were not completely clear but got it together. Seems pretty sturdy. support legs at bottom could be a bit wider for more stabilization from side to side tilting/tipping.
Adjustability of seat height was overlooked in the design (i. e. short or tall shooters). Its on the heavier side as well. Last item was the front adjustable support that is hard to thread into place as the welded in nut is tight to the frame so it was hard to get in there.
I think that is because my box came damaged from dropping and the top frame in that area was bent. Will add to this one weather is good and I can haul it to the range.
Sturdy construction with great fit and finish. Concise step by step instructions made assembly a breeze. 360 swivel, padded seat with back rest, and fine tune adjustable rifle rest. Has everything I was looking for in a shooting bench.
Take down and light weight makes this bench portable and easy to store. Package a little beat up upon arrival. Upon close inspection no scratches, scuffs or damage of any kind. Platform cover with ammo pouches adds a nice finishing touch.
Just got my just turned 5 year old son doing archery and it’s perfect for taking out to parks, the club and at home. Perfect size for little ones to practice on and a good price. Bought it to go with the bow they do at decathlon.
There are a few different types of arrow rests that are commonly used for target shooting. The most popular type is the frictionless or “shooting off the shelf” arrow rest. This type of arrow rest allows the arrow to slide smoothly off the rest when released, providing a more consistent shot.
Another type of arrow rest is the capture or “shooting through” arrow rest. This type of arrow rest holds the arrow in place until the string is released, providing a more precise shot.
The type of arrow rest you use will depend on your personal preference and shooting style. Ultimately, the goal is to find a rest that allows you to consistently hit your target.
