19 Best Aftermarket Injectors For 6.0 Powerstroke (2023 Updated)

If you’re planning on upgrading your ‘stang sometime in the future, make sure you pop these bad boys in before you do. These’ll give you just about all the fuel you’ll need for a performance build. Watch a youtube video on installing, and make sure you have a tuner to correct the flow/duty cycles for these injectors.

Been driving with these for a few thousand miles now and can say it’s impossible to ask too much of your pony when these are in your engine.

I bought these Lu47’s because I decided to make the switch to E85 in my S550. Right now I’m at the crossroads of deciding exactly what I want to do with the car, so I kept it simple by purchasing a couple minor bolt-ons and a tune.

These could carry me through a light, modest NA build, or I’ll have to dump them later on if I decide to go for big power. Given the price point, I felt like it was worth a little piece of mind to just throw these in for now.

Combined with the tune, I truly believe it woke the car up. Install was about as simple as it could possibly be; disconnect what you need to disconnect, unbolt what you need to unbolt, pop the rail off and replace the injectors.

If you’re just keeping it simple and modest for the time being, I recommend grabbing this set injectors. Fit: Could not have fit better in to the rail. Let the C-Clips orientate them, reinstall into the vehicle and plug the connectors right in.

Performance: Considering this is more of supporting modification, I didn’t want to rate this at 5 stars. Like I mentioned, if you are keeping it simple, these are adequate injectors. If you have the money and you know that you more than likely will go for big power, then get a better injector.

Keep in mind what your time frame is, what your budget is, and what your goals are.

Install does require a special tool to get a line on the passenger side of the fuel rail. So if your a first timer be aware of this so you don’t get stumped half way through. Quality is great can’t go wrong with them nice kick on low end from stock injectors.

When installing also use some type of lubricant like silicone so you don’t pinch the green seal those can be hard to find.

Shipping was nice and quick – they used a delivery outfit I never heard of, but no complaints there. The order was for a set of OEM Ford fuel injectors on a V8. The injectors were contained in sealed plastic bags, inside of an OEM Motorcraft box.

except for one that had been torn open. That one injector had been not only opened, but installed as there were very distinct marks from where the retaining clip had been incorrectly installed. So was this a used injector, one that someone had returned after installing it, or a defective return – who knows!?!?!?.

Unfortunately for me, my truck was torn down and returning the injector for a replacement would have tied things up for another week or better. I went ahead and installed the “used” injector and so far things seem to be working okay but I will always have that uneasy feeling every time I feel that rare/occasional misfire bump! If someone had ordered the product and returned it unused and then it was resold, I can understand that.

But once the item has been installed, it is no longer new in my opinion. The number of stars is difficult because the product themselves are good and its unfair to ding the product when the vendor was the issue.

I’d consider ordering from Summit again, but maybe not top of my list for now.

I bought these thinking they were new because my past experience with rebuilt injectors are hit or miss. One out of the eight I bought was not working, tested and confirmed by my dealership, so I had to order a new one from my local dealership.

You can tell these are rebuilt because of the smell of injector cleaner as soon as you open the package. I gave this a two star rating because 1 out of 8 was dead.

These new injectors work great for my 2005 F150 5. 4. Feels like a new truck along with new cats. I have 167000 miles and want 250000 so I spent the cash. The shop or dealership wanted 6 times as much for each injector.

So I bought these injectors!! Crisp response and great acceleration! Plus peace of mind knowing I don’t have the 2005 Ford recall faulty injector issue ready to happen!!!.

unfortunately i painted this before i tried the fit, trusting the site. so it wasn’t returnable. it does not fit my 1999 f250 extended 4 door cab. it is close to being the same length but the mount studs are not even close.

so due to my error i removed the studs and re epoxied them in the correct location. not easy!! i will need one for the left side next but now don’t know who to trust on the order to be correct.

I was under impression as the way the article was written I was getting 8 injectors not # 8 injector just very badly written and when I called the man was very rude and I will never order from You folks again.

It arrived timely, it was complete, it looks great and it was a good value.

These came in sealed boxes with bosch embossing on the seals. Felt very confident that they were legit. Installed, runs great and picked up a couple miles per gallon.

Truck had an issue with white smoke on startup after sitting over night, replaced number one injector and it fixed the issue have about 1k miles on the injector with not problems, injector was packaged well and looked good, would not be able to tell if it was reman if placed next to a new one highly recommend.

I like the warranty and the fact they were remanded by bosch.. the price was hard to beat also

Worked on our 1994 F150 5. 8L (351 Windsor). Truck was hard to start after sitting, smells like gas when it does but quickly clears up. Drove fine but would start to rough idle after a minute or 2. A fuel-line pressure leak down test showed what would be considered ” normal” pressure drop but i couldn’t ignore the other symptoms of internally leaking injector.

We got the recommended Accel 150821 injectors 21 lbs/hr delivery rate (factory are the Bosh EV1 at 19lb/ hour). This is a 5 to 6 hour job if you go slow and work carefully. Results were excellent. Truck starts easily now at any time and any temperature, no un-burned gas smell, idle after warm-up in closed loop operation is super smooth.

The new injectors are very quiet, being a modern disc-style injector there is very little mass. The old pintle style injectors made a helluva racket which i don’t miss at all. All in all, it was time and money well spent for us.

They are a good value at less than half the cost of Ford/Delphi replacements.

I installed these injectors in my 1997 Trans Am, with a hot LT4 cam and BBK headers and 52mm throttle body. The car feels amazing idles much better and could instantly tell an increase in power. I would recommend these to anyone with a similar build.

The car was running rough before the install of these injectors, but now it’s like a whole new car.

I received these injectors just the other day. I replaced my old injectors with these. Wow! What a difference. The performance was very noticeable. I would recommend these to anyone that wants a little more performance from their stock mustang 5.

I was a bit skeptic about purchasing remanufactured injectors, especially when everybody around tells that they are non-remanufacturable (if thats a word). However, I needed all six for my car and was not prepared to pay 200+ each for new ones.

There wasnt much information online about these injectors and this company too and still I thought Ill give it a go. To my surprise the turnaround was very quick, the customer support is superb and I got my deposit back as soon as the old ones reached their premises is Germany.

So far, Im very happy and would strongly recommend this company. The injectors came with a new code for programming, new copper seal and new clamp bolt packed in a very secure packaging. Only time will tell, if they are any good, but for now the engine no longer emits black smoke and fuel economy is on the rise.

Plus Ive got a 12 month warranty Happy days!!.

I am excited to see how these perform. Big up grade from the stock. I think my pump will now be the limit. These are a bit taller than the stock injectors which concerns me. The fuel rail now when tightened back up slopes to the engine I am a little concerned of leaks between my injectors and fuel rails.

Also getting to them was slightly more challenging than I thought and took a couple trips to the auto shop to find a wrench that could get to some of the bolts on my supercharger elbow that goes to the JLT intake.

Just what I needed to push my 04 Cobra with a VMP Gen3R to the 700 HP mark. Great injectors can’t go wrong with Ford Performance parts. Find this Cobra on Youtube at Lethal Venom.

Tuner recommended them. Easy to tune. idle is great; no issue at recommended base pressure. No issues visible when checking spark plugs. So far they are holding up. Car made 822rwhp.

Okay I don’t want a whole lot of horsepower yet like some of y’all are doing. For now, I was just thinking 440 horsepower. At first I had a single turbo kit. Now I have a twin turbo kit from You Tech Dynamics, but it works the same: I still need to have the 60 pound injectors.

So I paired that up with the 340lph fuel pump motor from DW, and it’s important to also have the fuel boost amplifier like the JMS. Of course I have the water-methanol injection from Snow Performance for extra protection: all an absolute must for proper delivery and safety.

Never buy knock off injectors, always go with good quality, that’s one of those things to NEVER buy knock off. The problems that it can cause could be double or triple what is paid for these good quality injectors.

There is such a long warranty on the DW injectors, which says enough about them NOT being something that would wear out quickly. Upgrading the injectors is one of the fuel mapping things to do for boost applications, it won’t increase the power of my car on its own.

When I pay the extra money for these injectors I’m really paying for the piece of mind knowing that I don’t have to just take them out in 3 months. Thanks AM for making this more affordable for me.

Im not gonna lie, these are pretty beast if youve got some mods. I threw these bad boys on my 2007 v6. Had an intake and was running lean so thought i would need some more fuel. These were definetly the right choice! The bama x4tuner really does compliment these injectors.

With your ratios running right youll be making stock v8 owners cry. The install was a little time consuming (about 2 1/2hrs) as they are slightly longer than the stock injectors. They will fit with the stock fuel rail and they will bolt all the way down.

Make sure you get a tune for the 50lb fuel injectors???? If you don’t get a tune you’re vehicle will go into limp mode. At the moment I’m waiting till Friday to get my tune then I’ll come back and write a review.

DDP had the real OEM injectors in stock and they are half the cost of going through a dealership. Their service people are great and will help you order or return cores. no matter how many time you have to call them back.

This injectors were great felt the difference immediately and they worked well with cobb AP contrary to what everyone’s been saying it’s really just about the tune, my tuner @powerambitions did the tuning and they worked great felt more power instantly.

if you are looking for injectors for your na 2v these are the ones. instant change in driving style. even if you do plan on going boosted i believe these still would play a significant role. all in all i will definitely keeping looking towards american muscle for my build!.
