20 Best Aerobic Exercise For Weight Loss (2022 Updated)

It is not as good as her Fat Blasting Yoga DVD, but it is okay once a month when anybody would like to take it easy in exercise. She is all over the place – not consistent at all. It seems like she put together random exercise moves in one DVD.

But overall Okay.

I had this DVD for a few years and for some reason it did not work right anymore. I really missed the routines so I purchased it again from Walmart. The DVD is fun and you can do one or all four routines depending on how much time you want to exercise.

I like Denise’s style and her encouraging dialogue. Some people don’t but like I said I do. Overall a fun exercise DVD.

I was not disappointed in this Denise Austin DVD. It’s hard enough to make me feel like I’ve worked out but doesn’t require too much jumping. I use it at least once a week now and look forward to it each time.

She changes moves enough so that I don’t get bored, yet doesn’t make the routines so tricky that I can’t do them. I would definitely recommend this.

I love most of Denise Austin’s instructional/exercise videos, they are entertaining and helpful.

For several years I have been using Denise’s workout videos. Denise knows exactly what a woman needs to do in order to hit the trouble areas of our bodies. I have tried other instructor videos, but none have ever compared to Denise Austin.

In the past, I was able to execerise first thing in morning when she was on Lifetime TV, but I have to resort to her videos in order to continue. The Burn Fat Fast pace takes a few trys to keep up, but it is well worth the effort.

For the last couple of weeks of trying out the product, I have still yet to finish the intense program, but with time like the rest of her workouts, I will complete the exercise. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants fast results.

I am 49 and my go-to exercise routine for the past 30 years was running and going to the gym. Two years ago, I got burnt out on running and with the demands of family and work, it was difficult getting to the gym.

I first saw the Teeter LT3 on a shopping channel in Dec 2020. I was intrigued. I researched it by reading reviews and watching videos on YouTube, and decided to purchase the LT3 in Dec 2021. I am so glad I did.

My main concern was that it might not be as good of a workout since it seemed to be designed with people with joint issues or surgeries in mind, but that is not the case. Thanks to my Samsung exercise app, I compared my Teeter workouts with past workouts at the gym, including both the elliptical and the exercise bike.

I burn more calories using the Teeter than either or those for the same period of time. Customer service was excellent too. The Teeter LT3 was delivered with a week of ordering it (from Washington state to Tennessee), even during peak holiday ordering time and supply chain issues.

The seat was minimally damaged during shipping (a small crack in the cushioning), and I contacted customer service via email over the weekend after receiving it, and a new seat was shipped and received with 3 days.

I am glad I spent a little more to get the LT3 for the upgrades. I’ve not used the LT1, but the upgrades are worth it to me. It is a quality machine. Before purchasing the LT3, I did look at exercise bikes and ellipticals in local stores and they were not of the quality of the LT3.

I love the convenience of being able to work out in my home and watch what I want while I do it. The Teeter really is as silent as they say, and it is also a great investment because I know it will be equipment I can use for years to come even if I one day do develop joint issues or surgeries.

Who uses it? Both me, 80 year old male with bad knees and bad shoulders 94 year old mother-in-law with hip replacement. Packaging: Well organized but outer box could be heavier. No way to reuse it if you want to return it.

Tetter said they would send a new box if I wanted to ship it back. Items were well identified and labeled. Assembly: Forget about using the included tool, unless you want to make it a lifetime project.

I used an electric impact driver and a small offset Philips ratchet which made it easy. A hand ratchet with hex driver is minimum. All parts fit reasonably well and instructions were very good. About one hour assembly time.

(I saw one review that stated things didn’t fit well, but also said his box was damaged. Probable got dropped and bent a bit) Quality: Very good. I’m impressed with how sturdy this thing is. Well made.

Operation: Very smooth and consistent. No noise. Resistance setting is nonlinear, I. e. , increases faster the higher you go. The seat extends a bit too far under your legs and rubs a bit. The hand bar adjustments are a bit of a pain, but manageable.

the readout is okay, but you need to memorize the segments, as their labels are tiny. Use: 94 year old uses it 3 times a day. calls it her bicycle. loves it. Me; going slow so as not to irritate my shoulders.

but so far so good. stay tuned. Bottom line: Very happy and highly recommend it! :o].

I was lucky enough to find an AeroPilates Reformer at a charity shop at a much reduced price many years ago. At that time I was suffering badly with problems with my aging muscles and bones. This made life pretty miserable and everything seemed such a struggle.

Since using the Reformer, my health improved enormously, going from strength to strength. Not only that, due to the Reformer, I looked fitter, sleeker, toned and my physical health and energy levels improved immensely.

All movement became easier, carrying loads such as shopping became easier, in fact everything improved – even an old shoulder injury I had suffered from for years got better. Since then, I have encouraged many people to buy an Aeropilates Reformer and to use it regularly.

All have benefitted enormously and continue to do so. As the chart was too small for me to see clearly whilst exercising, to make using the equipment easier I photocopied and enlarged each individual exercise and instruction to fit on an A4 sheet of paper, popped each one into a poly-pocket and bound them together with treasury tags to form a booklet.

This way I could just turn over each page as I completed each exercise. It is a considerable purchase. However, even if I had to buy one for double the price QVC sell it for, due to the benefits my family, friends and I have experienced, I still would! I cannot praise it highly enough!.

I took the plunge having watched various videos which were rather inspiring, and most people who have bought the reformer seem almost evangelical about the benefits, judging by the reviews here. I would say, as others have, that it’s pretty heavy and you need a bit of space to put it together.

I think I’ll keep it open all the time, to save the faff! The instructions were not at all helpful and it took quite a few hours to figure it all out but we got there eventually. Aeropilates video on how to set it up is much better than the random ones on Youtube – one lady spent ages explaining how to get it out of the box which was annoying when you wanted her to get to the actual assembly part! Perhaps there should be a note in the box directing you to that video if you get stuck.

Also, the code you need to access the videos online is underneath the machine, so make a note of it before you set it up as it’s hard to get to it once you’re done. There’s a bit of paper that tells you this in the package and you could easily miss it.

I also bought a mat direct from Aeropilates which is durable and just the right size to protect the floor. Am excited to get started, although I need to have a little rest first after all the hard work of assembly!.

I purchased the 3 cord reformer from QVC many years ago when the rebounder and pull up bar were first introduced. It is the best purchase I have ever made! It is still going strong and I couldn’t be without it! I purchased mine when QVC were also selling the reformer metal stands which I also purchased at the same time.

The stand was essential for me as I have had extensive knee surgery and cannot kneel on the floor. The stand raises it off the floor to the height where I can sit down comfortably without having to get down to floor level.

I would love to replace my old 3 cord reformer for this 4 cord reformer but my 3 cord stand I’m pretty sure won’t fit the 4 cord reformer. Please QVC offer customers the reformer stands for those of us that cannot easily exercise at ground level.

If your knees are ok and you have no problems getting down on the floor this is a purchase that your body will thank you for!!.

I needed a large step that is adjustable with different heights. Good if you want to use it for workout or just for a high bed mattress. I only use it to get on my high bed. It arrived fast no complaints.

I use it on carpet too. Like I said I don’t use it on wood or tile floors for work out. I have work out pads which is what I would recommend to work out on anyway to avoid slippage.

Sturdy. Larger platform stepper working surface. Commercial gym size allows for more ease in more advanced exercises. Risers are stackable for storage but don’t stay attached while moving to new location.

Very stable. Simply lay risers in the new location and match platform to sit in place (clearly defined sense of connection). Love it. Using it at lowest level for muscle rehab. I think you’ll enjoy, especially if you use large sneaker size or like to do advanced routines.

The risers do not fit The Step® Original Platform. I bought two sets, which equaled four risers. They are a little smaller than “The Step® Original platform risers; therefore, the platform is wobbly and not safe.

Arrive a full day ahead of estimate. Opened the box and everything was well packed. All the nuts, bolts and tools securely wrapped on a card. Parts bubble wrapped. Easy to assemble just following the instructions.

Tells you what bolts and washers are needed and where. Took about 20 minutes and it was ready for exercise. Some have said that the tension is low but I felt it increase as I went through the numbers.

Plugged the wires together and the monitor started to register. It is primarily to help with mobility so in the first instance tension and details from the monitor are immaterial. Don’t know about durability but it seems to be a good purchase.

I don’t usually shop on-line. The process was NOT intimidating – it was EASY. The EXERCIZE BIKE came within 2 days of ordering!!! (It was easy to assemble; however, a few washers were too small = minor inconvenience – not much of a problem).

So, overall, I’m *VERY PLEASED* with the entire experience, and with the exercise bike. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE – WHO MAY HAVE DOUBTS WHEN IT COMES TO ORDERING, HERE – *GO AHEAD AND MAKE THAT LEAP*. (I would’ve rated DOUBLE 5 STARS, if it were possible).

1st of 2 bikes ordered. When the bike arrived the monitor was missing; however, customer service `shipped the missing part within a few days. Nice ride, perfect for low impact exercise; and folds up great for storage.

I bought this for my girlfriend and got a great deal here on eBay. She uses it on her own and also brings it to her gathering of exercise friends. The exercises work for a wide range of people, not too easy and not too hard.

She recommends the video to people who are newer to exercise or maybe getting to the age where they cant move like they used to. Good fillet too though between heavy workouts.

I received my product on time. The dvd works wonderfully in my player. The workouts are perfect to get something quick done when you are short on time. Also can be used to jumpstart a new program for beginners.

This arrived at our house a day early so our helper was not available. The box weighed 104 lbs. We brought the device upstairs by opening the box downstairs and taking out pieces. Instructions and included tools made it easy to assemble, but good to have two people share the load.

All parts were in the box, yay. Included were two good training DVDs. So far, everything including the rebounder works. Our only complaint is the movement is somewhat rougher than we’d like. We exoect we can use oil or graphite to improve sliding.

The reformer adjusts for both of us at 5’4″ and 5’9″. The owner’s manual says a user can weigh up to 300 lbs. That seems a lot for this size system. If we put the reformer on the floor instead of using the stand, we could fold up the device when not in use.

We like the stand but it cannot be folded. Overall, this is a good deal that soon pays for itself if one goes to Pilates twice a week as we did. Comment: the last time we were in a Pilates gym, the woman huffing next to me said she felt sick but believed she needed to use the gym anyway.

Having had a few relatives catch Covid, we didn’t agree, and for now we prefer working out at home.

This machine (Premier 700 model) is an excellent starter machine for those on a budget and who are do not want to spend a small fortune on a pilates machine (like myself). It’s a great value and performs very well.

It’s all mechanical and easy to figure out (plus you can replace most of the parts if needed). So far so good. I love the instructional videos that come with it. The instructor is very user-friendly and i really like her teaching style.

Explains concepts very well. I purchased the pull-up bar a few days later. The entire unit was easy to assemble, and i’m 65 years old. Again, this model is a great bargain for those starting out and those who cannot afford to spend a small fortune on a machine that may end up as a clothes drying rack later on (for those who lose interest in learning pilates).

I wanted something that was easy on my joints and can use well into my golden years. I think i’ve fount it!.

I love the machine. Or, I thought I did, for a short while. It is great for some of the (very) basic exercises, and I thought it was a good value because of the add-ons to customize to my (advancing) fitness needs /levels.

(and one of the key reasons I decided against the Total Gym was because I wanted a more pilates focused machine, that permitted the pull up bar or other such addons / upgrades. stronger cords, etc, oops).

My rating reflects that this 55-4266 is not compatible with the pull up bar. Not in any of the descriptions from many of the big sellers of this product (that I saw) , was this disclaimer ever made visible.

It was not until I tried in vain to figure out how to attach the bar, that I found out that it doesn’t fit. (Even on this website, the pull up bar purchase description indicates that it does not fit 55-5556 and the 55-5557.

I made a silly deduction, therefore, that it would attach to the 55-4266A). It was not until looking into the questions specifically about the 266, (55-4266A), on this website, (again, hoping to see if anyone else asked how to attach the pull up bar) did I see that the pull up bar is not compatible).

Sadly, I did not read that before I bought this machine (and the pull up bar, that is now useless). If you are looking to add any of the extra options, then understand that this machine is very limited! (Ironically, on the exercise guide inserts that delivered with this machine, the pull up bar is shown in more than half of the diagrams!!).

Consider what you want out of the machine and understand what you are buying for the price. (Regardless of the seller). Be careful not to advance in your fitness levels unless you have the money to buy a better machine within the next year because the lack of attachments / upgrades available on this model.

An injured knee and much difficulty taking stairs made me decide to get this stepper. So far its working perfectly helping me to rebuild the muscle around my knee. Very sturdy and it’s great that it has adjustable heights, since I couldn’t take a full step up on it when I first started using this.

I am now at full height of stepper and I’m hoping I’m able to take my stairs soon. Regular stairs are a bit higher of a step than this stepper is. Overall it’s a good sturdy product, perfect to do exercises on without overextending your knee and doing any damage.

Having one of these steps have changed my at home workouts! I love doing step classes as they are much more run and upbeat than some of the other classes you can do. Adding this into the routine on the highest level really makes a huge difference.

So versatile too and can be used for some many more workouts!.

I used this for a workout and was more concerned about keeping my balance than actually focusing on the workout. I found this particular one to be a bit unstable. It moved a little when doing intense step aerobics.

This may be better for people to use as a stepping stool to get in bed but not for working out. I went ahead and spent a little over twenty-dollars more and love it. It’s called the workout system. This is the link and can be found on the Wal Mart site.

Really enjoy this workout, not hard on the knees. has a lot of kicking, and squating, feels great. I can get through this whole workout without wanting to quit. I havent worked out for years, and I’m over 50, this is the perfect workout for me.

This is an excellent workout! One of my favorites, and I have a lot of workout dvds! You will definitely see results with this one!

Size is fine, I received all the parts, and its quality is expected for the price. This greenhouse is equivalent to putting an umbrella in the wind. I have used centerblocks to weigh it down, rebar clamped over the 2 side on the ground, landscape staples all around it, put gorilla glue tape at every joint as the pipes come apart way too easy.

I will report back if this all works in the wind as I refuse to put my seeds in until I’m sure. Expect to put alot of work into stabilizing it.

This little greenhouse took about 45 minutes to put together and is so cute. I bought some zip ties for the shelves to secure them and extra tie downs and stakes to secure the greenhouse itself. It’s very lightweight and small but great for seed starting and keeping my plants out of bad weather.

I’m happy with my purchase.

Over all this is a good bike. It took my husband maybe 30 minutes total to put together and it’s very easy to move. The seat is the only reason for 4 stars as it’s terribly uncomfortable. We did order a different seat and that was easy to swap out.

It’s also very quiet as stationary bikes go.

I love this bench. It is versatile, and has so many options to incorporate other home equipment to really maximize function and minimize space/different equipment items. This bench paired with a good set of resistance tubes can help you get a really solid full body strength workout in at home.

One thing to be aware of, is the bench IS plastic. If you lay back on it, it isn’t too uncomfortable. But, if you have to adjust (bracing your head on the bench and lifting your back a bit off the bench) while you’re under some wight liks DBs, its rough on your head.

Put a folded towel on the end and it’s fine again. Other thing to note – I’m 5’4″, and feel like this bench is *just* long enough to comfortable fits my hips through my head on the bench when it’s flat for DBs/chest exercises.

If you’re tall, you may have to hang your hips off the end to be able to comfortable rest your head while laying back.

I think this is a great addition to a home gym setup. The multi-functionality makes it well worth the price. I use it for aerobics as well as strength training. I have used it both inside my house as well as outside.

The clips for resistance bands on the ends of the decks are a really cool feature. I have the gorilla bow, and I have used it to do bench presses as well as hip thrusts. I have also done box jumps onto it, although I think it depends on the persons size.

I recommend this for people under 5’5. I am 5’3. This setup may be a little uncomfortable for anyone taller, both because of the height and length of the deck. Overall, I would recommend. I have not found any fatal flaws in the deck.

This bench is sturdy but light enough to move around. I love that it has two height settings (perfect for both box squats and deficit pushups) and three seated elevations. It’s the same bench that Orangetheory Fitness uses, so I knew I’ve wanted this bench for years.

The “cargo space” in the bench mostly holds resistance bands (I can’t fit my dumbbells in there). If you can only have one bench in your home gym, I’d recommend this one.

I love, love this recumbent cross trainer so much. After I started Physical therapy from a broken elbow I realized I needed something better for me to use at home. We already have treadmill and elliptical trainer but because I have a really bad back, both of these hurt me so much.

Now that we have purchased the recumbent trainer, no more extreme back aches from exercising. I am just so happy we were able to purchase this. I had used a similar one at my PT so we decided we couldn’t afford not to have one.

We got great service from HealthCare International and they were having a sweet sale at the time so that was great too. They are so good to do business with.

Although the Cardio Recumbent Cross-Trainer was difficult to get into the house, it was easy to assemble. The equipment is of high qualilty and makes getting the kind of exercise the a 79 year old needs very pleasant.

It works a lot better for my purposes than a standard eliptical. My wife’s need for a way to re-habilitate after knee surgery was the initial incentive to look for and purchase a recumbent eliptcal exercise machine.

The HCI equipment has given her the means to rehabilitate her knee and continue to exercise her knees and legs. It is an excellent piece of the exercise equipment.

Have only had it a week but we love it, extremely well built, display is even bigger than we thought, smooth operation of seat, leg adjustment for peddles and of the hand angle/length adjustments. Installation took about 40 minutes after reading the directions, only issue was the wire running up the display neck, we had to take our time getting through the narrow opening about halfway up, but that was very minor.

Still trying to figure out the best program and at what resistance to use. otherwise we are VERY VERY pleased with this equipment.

Very important before you buy: I bought this recently; it’s great for using at the computer or while watching TV BUT- it is very very light! In order to use this, you *MUST* have some kind of no-slip mat at the very absolute minimum.

It cannot be used without one. Even with a no slip mat, the action of your pedaling will repeatedly lift it off the floor, causing it to constantly slide, bang and rock against the surface. To counteract this, I took some wires, and tied the corners down to a rug.

I stuck the edges of the rug under furniture and only then was I able to comfortably use this. This is good for cardio and will make your thighs burn! You will sweat and get tired. But, even though resistance is advertised, there is almost none.

Pedaling a tiny child bike is more difficult than pedaling Tunturi m30 on the highest setting. Because of this, you will have to pedal very very fast. Buy this for the quietness, convenience and accessibility! Buy it for injury rehabilitation, if you are very old, very weak or have limited movement.

DON’T buy this for a workout! It is a little better than just walking the neighborhood for exercise, but not much, and be ready for some DIY to get it to stay in one place on the floor. Pros: Compact Not expensive at all Great for ”trial” to see if you want/would use a pedal machine before spending a lot of money on a good one.

No exaggeration at all. Absolutely cannot be used without fixing it to the floor yourself, and there’s no easy way to do it, no holes for screws, no weights, etc. Overall, after you have read this, I absolutely recommend buying! Burning no calories is better than burning none, and it’s easy on your wallet.

Since the pandemic has come, I have not been able to go to the gym and work. I am 50 yrs old, 5’8” 175 lbs. assembly comes with pictures only. Pay attention to the 3 wires that come from digital screen.

If it doesn’t work, it’s because you got it backwards. Came faster than expected. I have used many bikes in the gym and usually get a great workout and I can say the same with this bike. Very easy to adjust settings.

In the gym I usually start on 7. On this bike I had to start on a 3. It’s a great workout and can be adjusted for beginners or expert. I love everything about this bike with one exception. The pedal strap seems flimsy and looks like they would have to be replaced with more wear but otherwise an awesome piece of equipment for a great price.

Not bad if you just want basic cardio exercise. Easy to assemble. It gives me all the information I need for a good workout; heart/pulse, calories, distance. Tension is adjustable. The seat is my only disappointment.

It is a little uncomfortable, (hard) but I made a cushion top for it. It’s easy to move around. Great deal for the price.

We purchased 4 of these for our small fitness studio. We’ve had them for 4-5 months and we use them maybe once/twice per week. One arrive with the plastic leg cracked and another cracked right in the middle when a client was on the step.

The details said holds up to 550 lbs. this client was no where close to that weight. Skip this and spend the money to get a better, more durable product.

This is well made. It’s a little narrower than I wanted, but for a stepper, it’s a nice product.

It is sturdy and good quality, but it is not wide or long. I bought it to do Bodypump and it works ok, but not much room to lay on it. I wish I had spent the extra money to get the bigger one.

you don’t need the iphone or subscription, to use it, you just have to use that to enact warranty process. it takes 4 d batteries to make the heart monitor work. it works without it, just no resistence without the batteries.

the directions are straightforward. i’m of very frail health and i put it together by myself. it’s a really nice bike. you can’t adjust the height of the seat, just the length, for the pedals. so i have no clue what i’m missing in terms of features up there on the tall screen, but i can listen to my music and i can work out and it’s got a fan positioned perfectly to cool me down as i go.

it’s a smooth flywheel, i’m extremely pleased with the purchase.

DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR THAT IFIT SERVICE. Hold down the bluetooth/iFit button until the screen clears the “hello” and it will bring up the manual screen, 30 seconds or so. Then you can manually use it.

I love to use the bike, but had to make a few adjustments. The seat was very hard, so I use a cushion. The seat adjustment screw needs to be tightened really tight, because twice it became loose while riding, and my legs were struggling to reach.

Also, having the attached fan is great, but needs to be up higher. My arms are feeling the air from the fan, it seems like its blowing sideways, not up and forward.

I was very impressed with the unit, easy to assemble and finish on product is very good. Adjustments are very flexible and the fact that there are no electronics is a bonus. The heavy flywheel definitely gives a sense of a real bike, certainly an improvement on my last exercise bike.
