I used this product for a few weeks before I decided that I cannot live without it. I didn’t think it was really doing anything at first but I did notice that I had more energy, was not hungry as much and felt more upbeat and in a much better mood.

I only take one a day but I also take another product from another company at the same time. The two products together are the bomb! I get up in the morning and drink my coffee, take one of these and two of another diet pill from Irwin Natural.

Then I have another cup of coffee and do a fat burning workout for 1 hour. I get on my stair stepper for 30 minutes then on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I always make sure my workout is finished before noon.

These pills out eating but instead make me full of energy and not hungry all day! I think I could go all day without eating but instead I have just one meal a day. I have whatever I want and I try to make it healthy but eating just once a day like this, I really enjoy what I eat and know that I have earned it.

I normally eat anytime between 1-4 pm. I ran out of these pills and thought I would just take the two from the other company and substitute a green tea diet pill. It didn’t work! I have to have one of these pills.

Whenever I first started going through menopause I experienced some frustrating weight gain in my stomach region and around my lower back. No matter what fad diet or crazy workout class I tried, nothing helped the issue and they just weren’t easy to sustain in my day to day life.

What a great product to have. First of all the name alone is helpful. Bedtime Burn! Love it! I put on the quarantine weight and it is time for it to come off. In addition, as a teacher, I am under a lot of stress right now teaching both remotely and in person.

I haven’t been sleeping well and was hopeful that this product would be of assistance. It did not disappoint. I take two pills at bedtime to help with my sleep. I haven’t taken it long enough to know if the “Burn” part will actually work, but I do notice cravings the following morning are fewer and further between.

They have been making me relax my mind enough to help me sleep better, which benefits myself, my family and my students! 🙂 I am not too fond of any after taste if I burp or whatnot after taking them.

I’m on my third day of superbeets and it appears my BP is a few points lower. But what cracks me up is that their tv advertisement guy who is saying all these wonderful benefits throws in there that it taste great then it lends discredit to everything he just said.

That is a flat out lie. Not that it’s grotesque, but it definitely does not “taste great. ” Whoever wrote this and approved on that should be talked too. Why not just be honest about it? Not everything has to taste great.

It insults our intelligence and is fake. Besides my rant on how they run their advertising dept, I will continue using it to see how the long term effects are; hopefully positive.

Ive used the SuperBeets powder in the past with great results, however really couldnt stomach the taste. I mixed it in my first cup of coffee to get it down. Then I quit coffee(because of recurring headaches) & ultimately couldnt find a suitable mixer.

I was skeptical with HeartChews, but the allure of the benefits drew me back. Ive been pleasantly surprised with the taste & it seems the effects are almost immediate. Something I dont recall from the powder, but the caffeine probably masked some of it.

I work out 5-6 days a week and have been supplementing my fitness and nutrition for years. this is seriously the 1st fat burner that has worked for me. I stack it with a “nootropic” in the morning that has caffeine (hence why I chose LeanXT – no caffeine).

I take 1 in the morning with my other supplements, and then 2 before lunch, since that’s usually when my appetite is highest. I am still hungry, but don’t have that super hunger I usually have on workout days feeling very hungry, and I have to say, I don’t feel that “craving” feeling for food – haha, hard to explain.

Everyone is different, but for me this was the perfect addition to my routine. I will say that if you have anxiety or sensitivities to B-vitamins, this WILL WORK for you. I often can’t use other fat burners because of the B-vitamins that tend to make me irritable.

Also, if this helps anyone: My other supplements throughout day contain a total of 300mg of caffeine, and taking 3 LeanXT pills a day does not cause any problems for me. Start with one a day first though, and see how you feel since everyone is different.

Lean XT is very effective. I was on a different fat burner with the same diet and exercise program for 2 months and didn’t notice any change. I switched to Lean XT stacked with Lean PM and within a week and a half I was able to lose about 5 pounds.

The ab muscles are clearly more pronounced with minimum overall skeletal muscle loss. The only downside is if you take it twice a day per the directions you’ll run out of the full bottle in just 2 weeks.

overall, using paraburn wasn’t too bad. I definitely felt the metabolic effects as it increased my body temperature more than other products have. I’m somewhat immune to the effects of most thermogenics that rely on caffiene , so to feel it doing it’s thing is promising.

having a slower metabolism kind of gives me a gauge when it comes to this stuff, and interestingly, if I’m doing physical labor, I can suddenly break out into a sweat on this stuff, where other products I don’t have that issue with.

I’m sure it would work even better were I doing more structured cardio and will try this later. no perceptible crash, and it seems to taper off energy wise as opposed to all of a sudden nothing.

I’ve purchased this before when it was labeled as Cobra 6p. I was worried this would be less effective with a new formula however this is almost exactly the same! The only difference I’ve noticed is paraburn seems to hit more smoothly than cobra did.

I’d find myself planning meticulously when to take cobra or else I would feel light headed and overly caffeinated but paraburn seems to release smoothly and I’ve yet to have any similar reactions (I am a little stim sensitive).

AWESOME! Fastin is very effective at curbing my appetite. It doesn’t make me shaky or take away my sleep like other diet pills have done in the past. I take one pill a day and so far have dropped 10 pounds.
