I have been trying different brands of reasonably priced circular needles and find I am really enjoying the Prym needles. I love the smooth, snag free cord. I wasn’t sure I would like the plastic material that is used for the needles, but it is just fine.

It adds a little texture, so is not as slippery as metal needles. The triangular shape of the needle is very comfortable to hold, and the unusual shape of the needle tip is easy to use and doesnt split the yarn.

After using them for just a bit, I actually bought a second pair in a different size.

These needles may look funny with their round tips but they are really nice to knit with. I am a huge fan of very pointy needles but sometimes you need a “softer” needle and these are perfect. The new knitter will appreciate them because the stitches are not flying off as they do with slick metal needles.

The experienced knitter should like them for cable and color work. Please carry more sizes of circular needles and double pointed needles. I am knitting Plotulopi with them (single strand-not twisted).

I’m using Pryms for the first time and so far, I like how they feel in my hands. They’re lightweight and the rounded needle points don’t snag or split the yarn. My go-to needles are metal with the sharp lace points which I love but my hands and fingers tire especially, when knitting long stretches of stockinette or garter.

The reasons for the 4 star rating: 1) the ink (where the needle size is printed) is rubbing off. I put a dab of clear nail polish on the spot and hope it stays on. 2) the packaging could be improved by using a cellophane bag instead of the boxes.

My guess is that paper is environmentally friendly but bulky for storage and 3) the Pryms don’t come in sizes US 3, 5, 9. These are minor annoyances compared to the comfort using these needles. Overall, I like them!.

The blades that come with Stanley knives are very good. It doesn’t have the wobble that some cheaper ones will have. Older models had a much nicer extend/retract button, but it still has the prevent retract feature that works well.

Would have 5 stars if Stanley brought back the very smooth extend/retract button the older model used to have.

This is a pretty sturdy utility knife for its size, works great even on the thicker cardboard. I haven’t even needed to snap off a blade yet, and it has been used quite a bit.

These items were purchased as a gift for my wife. I’m happy because she was delighted with the necklace when it arrived – in good time – because it looked exactly as she had expected. Additionally the packaging was of a quality commensurate with the quality product, and the information provided was above and beyond what was expected.

A nice touch was the little packet of rejected pearls to demonstrate the selection process for high quality pearls.

This is a decent holster at a fair price, but not comparable to my other Crossbreed holsters. It is made of only nylon, elastic and velcro. It’s similar to something you’d buy from Uncle Mikes or Active Pro Gear.

Both are even less expensive. It clearly won’t last for a year of EDC. The velcro must be used every time to put it on and take it off. That will wear out the velcro. If instead Crossbreed were to incorporate a durable buckle or two, and use the velcro only for adjustment, this could be a real winner.

This holster also lacks sufficient stiffness in the back plate to prevent a revolver cylinder from pushing into your ankle uncomfortably. As it is, I’m still searching for a more durable ankle holster to replace this one when it wears out.

Which I’d estimate at about 6 months of EDC.

I’ve carried a m&p shield. 45 in the crossbreed ankle rig six days a week for the last 3+years. This thing is well made! The design is well thought out. It could fit several different models satisfactorily.

With a crimson trace weapon light/laser installed it fits the shield exactly, and retention is so good that I’ve chosen to remove all but the main horizontal strap. The craftsmanship and materials are miles above the cheap spandex ankle holsters you see out there.

After rubbing the top of my work boots all this time, it is just barely starting to show some wear around the edges. I’m not someone who’s easy on stuff, and this holster has already outlasted 3 pairs of redwing boots.

I just bought two more while they were on sale because even under hard use, that’s probably enough to last me the rest of my life.

I like the holster BUT. The design might be better if the calf strap had some means to not leave exposed velcro hooks to get caught up into my pant legs. In other words, unless you tighten the calf all the way (which is not possible for all leg types) there WILL be exposed hooks that could interfere with your wardrobe.

I ordered some extra ‘loop side’ to place on the part of the strap that was left exposed. Also, the ankle reinforcement strap is starting to break down and may not last more than a year or so. Other than that, the holster stays in place well and has given me some great service.

Works like it ought to. Nice clicky sound, swell chromium plating. Fits on both bolt heads and nuts of the. 5 inch persuasion. I really like this wrench and it is proud to take its place in my array of mechanical tools because there was a void where its forbear was before it failed miserably and ended up part of a whimsical sculpture which has yet to find a permanent home because we already have a few of them.

Quite a few. Lots in fact, and somewhere along the way we have reached near-total saturation of sculptures in relation to the permanence of the marital bonds which I value much more highly than the number or quality of sculptures.

I recently bought a new (to me) motorcycle that had a heel shifter installed, and I wanted to remove it since I’m not used to heel/toe and it’s not comfortable for me to have it, I’d rather have extra room to rest my heel.

Anyway, it required removing two 10mm bolts, a process that looked to be straightforward until I discovered that one of the two bolts was not being gripped well by my 12-pointed wrench and was rounding the bolt.

Turning to YouTube for guidance as I usually do in these situations, the simplest suggestion was to try a 6-point wrench. Seemed like the easiest, most cost effective solution – and it was. Really that simple.

It did its job. I can now enjoy my rides more!.

This is a very thin wrench, and it is nice to use in tight spaces. However, the thinness of the lever is tough on the hands causing pain when loosening a very tight fastener. On the positive side, the finish is nice, and the ratcheting mechanism is quite good.

I plan on using this wrench only to remove already loosened fasteners, because the ability to quickly ractchet in close quarters is a very desireable feature (and use another tool for loosening very tight fasteners).

As of early 2020, I will update this review if the tool fails to hold up to use (and that may or may not happen).

The watch disappointed me so much, I can not believe what I saw. I opened the boxed and kept looking for the watch. It was there all along. That watch is so small that my 10 year old can’t wear it! The picture is deceiving.

Aside from the size, that watch is beautiful, though, after one 3 hour wear the bracelet does not seem right, will probably break soon. Returning it. Very sad, I have dreamed about that watch as a kid and really wanted one.

I have bought this exact watch 5 times. Initially they would last about 2-3 years with battery replacements. The last 2 I bought have died within 2-3 months, so it was not a fluke. The watch will fog up if you sweat at all while wearing it.

After a couple times of it overheating it quits running and a new battery doesn’t fix it. I am so disappointed as I loved this little watch but will now have to look for this in a different brand.

I initially bought this watch for work because it’s water resistant and I wash my hands a lot. Upon receiving it, in its original Casio box, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it to wear for outside of work also.

Watch face is smaller, 25mm as stated and the band is thin; I’m gonna guess about half an inch. I have small wrists and petite hands and have no problems with this watch fitting because the band is adjustable.

It’s a smaller watch but I prefer that. I saw where a buyer left bad feedback over the size claiming it was “a child’s watch. ” It’s exactly as described at 25mm. The picture is blown up to show you the detail of the face and watch overall, so as long as you use common sense with your purchasing and read the ad, you should be very happy with your purchase if you prefer a less bulky watch like I do.

It’s very light weight and feels nice on my wrist. I typically wear a every day silver bracelet style watch for my normal outfits when I’m not at work but not anymore, this watch will be my go to. Couldn’t be happier with this watch.

Some of the finest quality reversible wrenches. Pros- thin head profile, great fit, best warranty, great service life. Cons- only comes in 12 sizes 8mm-19mm, slightly short so less leverage on high torque applications.

If only they had larger sets I would only buy these for.

This cart ended up being more heavy duty than I had anticipated. It’s consist of fairly thick steel and has hard casters. This is great for smooth flors, but becomes a bit noisy on rough surfaces. Overall it’s a great product, but wasn’t able to use it for my intended purpose due to noise.

I use it in my garage instead and really enjoy it due to its strength and height.

This cart seems to be very sturdy and well-made! It is easy to move around and the lower shelf has lots of room. I turned the upper shelf over to have a flat surface on which to put my lapidary saw. This may be why I had some problems lining up the holes to attach the upper shelf to the legs.

I did ultimately get everything put together. It was good value for the money and the Acme folks were good at communicating with me!.

Do yourself a favor; buy the right tool for the job, and buy the nicest tool(s) you can afford. It may hurt a little up front, but you’ll have the tools for the rest of your life, and you won’t damage what you’re working on.

Few things are more expensive than cheap tools! This wrench set it top quality, and I would compare it to Snap-On. Worth every penny. The service and people at Cambria Bicycle Outfitters are fantastic.

Strong and comfortable and right sized in hand to component. Excellent when needed to tighten two bolts on opposite sides especially with ratchet and with other side a fixed bolt or screw which of course necessitates another Park wrench/driver.

Wrench set very compatible to other high/industrial grade wrenches and again, worth the expenditure.

The tool is what you expect in a larger sized good quality combination wrench. Like the latest tool designs in its class, it has an anti-slip design on the open end. This may not be as critical in larger sizes, but it has it for those who cannot live without it.

The tool is a bit bulky where it may not need to be or I would have given it 5 stars. It still has a good feel to it. I think Wright made a good decision to flatten the sides of what were previously round handles on these larger wrenches.

For some reason Home Essentials Direct has an image of a small flair-nut wrench to suggest what this particular product looks like. I went by the product and national stock numbers and did receive what I expected.

Purchased simply to add a smaller size to the tool wrap, and found that it was one of the first I needed. I used it to remove an instrument cluster from an antique boat. A task that would have been nearly impossible without the correct tool.

i love these wrenches. i have had the Snap On flank drive. And Wrights are just better. They are stronger, fell better in the hand. and don’t dent as easy. Only knock i would have is the Snap On has a slightly better Finnish.

I purchased a 9mm cosmos disk and the corresponding chain then added on two 13mm disks (cherry blossom and poppy). I chose this order because I wanted the shorter chain that came with the smaller discs.

The pieces are all absolutely gorgeous. The chain is dainty but feels sturdy and the disks are simply stunning. The gold fill looks so shiny and the designs are so delicate but very visible at the same time.
