These rechargeable batteries are by far the best I’ve found on the market. Running 25+ feeders is a ton of work and making sure they are powered up is key. These batteries charge easily and will last an entire season in most cases.

These batteries lasted a good while. However, when it came time to recharge, only one of my two batteries would take a charge. Then the next time I tried to charge the good one, it too would not take a charge.

So I had to replace both batteries.

I ordered 2 of these to upgrade my son’s battery powered quad ride-on (upgraded from 6 to 12v). These batteries perform really well, better than the original batteries. They also hold their charge reliably and also charge up with no issues.

Form-wise they’re actually the same size as 6v/4A and 6v/4. 5A batteries so you get more capacity for the same dimensions. For the price, I would totally buy these again. Highly recommended!.

I needed this for a rechargeable scale. The battery I had no longer held a charge for more than a day or two. I ordered this battery. It arrived the next day, unbelievably. I soldiered it on (my scale did not have clips) and charged it up in less than 30 minutes.

I used this battery to replace a worn out one that was in my Stanley 2 million CP spotlight, slightly smaller but a little packing fixed it. Works/charges fine and seems to be of good quality, can’t say anything about the life or the battery as I just installed it, but for the price it was better than throwing my spotlight away or buying a new one.

The battery charges in sufficient timing but does not hold a charge

I appreciate the heavy duty line of lantern batteries. I get good life out of them without having to get the more expensive alkaline lantern batteries all the time. I also purchased the general use lantern batteries for a lower power lantern and they work fine in lower power applications.

I get all three types of batteries and use them in various applications, all of which depend on the power being drawn from the battery. I have used other brands and I find that I get the best life out of the Rayovac batteries for my money.

HAVE BEEN USING THIS TYPE OF BATTERY FOR MANY YEARS, AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD IN LASTING POWER. THATS WHY THE RAILWAY INDUSTRY USED THEM. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW LED LANTERN LIGHTS, AS THE SMALLER SIZE BATTERY JUST DO NOT LAST.

Great price for a brand name. Look on the Rayovac site to see the strength of their batteries. This is fairly good strength.

So far, having only tested two nights running anchor light, chartplotter on anchor watch and 1. 5 hr AM runs of Ebberspacher D2; the Victron BMV-700 says it’s performance is normal. It is house battery for Cape Dory 25D with Beta14.

When Covid stasis releases me to head to AK, I shall begin to really use on 6 month trip. Maybe then I shall be qualified to rate battery.

Great, this is the second set of these batteries i have purchased to set up a 2 bank system in my RV. They work great, and no maintenance.

The batteries are great, received them in timely manner, the only issue was the card we used to purchase with was compromised on the same day, not sure if it was thru the site or what, but we only used the card there.

For the past 34 years my high beam flashlight used a Sears Rechargeable AGM battery. That battery finally failed after many good years of service. Sears no longer sells the Rechargeable AGM battery so I bought the Rayovac battery as a replacement.

While the Rayovac battery dimensions, side to side, are comparable to the Sears rechargeable, the dimensions corner to corner are larger by 2 millimeters and the Rayovac battery will not fit inside my flashlight.

The Rayovac battery case will need to modified by removing a millimeter of plastic case material at each corner to fit inside my flashlight unless the case is modified.

Bought 3 of these. 2 were ok. 1 leaking in the plastic wrap. Won’t charge and DOA at 2 volts. Another defective Rayovac battery. I have had all kinds of leaking from ROV products. Ruined many lights.

Caled the manuf. and they said they were sending me coupons to buy it again. Guess I will try it again.

Almost half the price of Moultrie and works just as good. They last as long as Moultrie as well

The batteries don\’t seem to be holding a charge. they arrived at 12. 4v which seems uncharged. I believed that 12. 6 is a better resting charge. Anyway I charged them all day to 12. 9 but overnight they returned to 12.

4 with very little loading. So I recharged them to 12. 6 and again with little loadingreturned to 12. 3,. Today, no loading they dropped their charge. what do you suggest? they seem as bad as my 10year old batteries.

Batteries were perfect, all four of my old ones would no longer hold any charge and having to keep a charger permanently on the machine, but now all this has passed, battery hold a good charge with many hours of trouble free use.

4 Stars but only because it is not a direct replacement. My original BBP12-6 in my flashlight had the small size connection posts and connectors and this one has the large posts that my wire connectors won’t fit.

I was equipped to make the change to large connectors but others might not have them on hand.

I bought these batteries for a Tripplite BC PRO 675 UPS. Older model with a two 6v battery set up. They slipped right and and work fine out of the box. Up front, they seem to be a good universal battery for a good price – free shipping.

Only time will tell about life span.

So far so good however I have not had this battery very long. It is a direct replacement for the old one like the description said.

I sourced Trojan batteries as a work around but those will not fit in the custom battery tray as designed by the RV OEM. I also looked at Lithium batteries but ultimately was not interested in completely reconfiguring my battery storage and charging system, nor to the fact that my AGM batteries are rated at 300AH rather than 200AH for the lithiums.

Contacted me first thing the next day. They were out, with a shipment coming within days. Replied that “I’ll order them when I get home”. Support suggested I wait until tomorrow when a 5% off sale started, which I did.

They shipped them the next day and I received them within a week. Well packed on a pallet with just a slight scrape in the protective covering (didn’t hit battery) during shipment. They’re being installed tomorrow so I don’t know how well they’ll work, but I’m expecting good results, as they were the same already installed earlier.

I got this for my 53 belair. It fired right up. This superior to any other 6 volt battery I have used. I just wish it fit in the battery tray better. I might consider consider hiding it in the trunk.

It looks totally out of place under the hood of a 53.

Have kicked around getting one of these for 1951 Ford for years, and after fighting standard cell batteries am glad I did. Costs as much as 2 standard batteries but am hoping it will outlast them. 6 Volt batteries hard to find now.

Only battery that cranks my 49 Plymouth quickly. Had others that spun engine slower and harder cranking… this just goes ahead and spins it fast enough to start quickly!

i have been using the 12 volt solar charges for over 20 years. jan 2021 i bought a new charger with a new battery. in less than a year it was not recharging. it was great when the sun was shining but one day of clouds and it stopped working.

i am thinking this is a faulty battery since the charger worked great in the sun. bummer.

You pop the top off and carefully slide the old battery out, being careful that you don’t break the wires before removing them from the old battery. Then plug the wires back on the new battery while being sure to not reverse them on the battery posts.

Slide in the battery and replace the top and you’re ready to let it charge up before turning it on. I let ours charge a full day before turning the box on. Our old battery lasted a little over four years.

I read through the product description thinking about recharging this battery and it says supplies trickle charge to keep from over charging. Great, comes with the charger, I thought. I bought one of these since the typical alkaline batteries were not lasting very long. The newer NXT style feeders apparently need the full battery amperage and this battery definitely spins it faster and more consistently.

I did also add the solar panel to keep it well charged.

I think these batteries work well but they wouldn’t recharge for me after being installed in a Moultrie feeder for a season. They worked well for several months but I couldn’t get them to recharge after they ran down/discharged originally.

I probably should have sought a warranty replacement for them.

i needed a 6 volt battery for my 1947 plymouth specil deluxe they imediatly checked and had a higher cranking amps than the one i had i wa very happy they had that they checked the battery and charging system and found battery was failing they installed the new one and checked the system again.

Basic 6volt battery. Use it for classic tractor with 6v system. Last one I had work for 3 years before it just wouldn’t take a charge anymore. Pretty much the least expensive option for a 6volt. Also this is lead acid batt.

not a deep cycle marine, or storage batt.

The battery was very weak when we installed it in a flashlight. The date code was fresh, the safety cap was on, the battery looked new. just a flop. Exchange was made successfully at Cdn tire for a replacement.

just the thing for my old ford 8n tractor, 6V. Tried two other brand-x batteries, but this one defiantly has more cold cranking amps then you typical 6 volt in this size, something you need when you only operate at 6 volts.

Charges fast too, and does not leak acid like my brand-x battery.

My old 1950 Ford 8N had been “moth balled” for almost 15 years. Among other things needed to get it up and running was a new 6volt battery. Most places I shopped look at you like you’re crazy asking for a 6v battery.
