A 4 channel amp for harley is an amplifier that can deliver four channels of audio output. It is typically used to power two pairs of speakers, with each pair receiving its own dedicated channel. This allows for a more powerful and immersive sound experience than what can be achieved with a 2 channel amp.
Additionally, a 4 channel amp gives you the flexibility to configure your speaker setup in a variety of different ways. For example, you could use two channels to power a pair of full-range speakers and use the remaining two channels to power a pair of subwoofers.
Or, you could use all four channels to power a quadraphonic speaker setup. The possibilities are endless!.
The P400X4 is perfect for 4-way front-stage/rear-fill or 3-way front-stage/subwoofer systems. Simply drop a pair of component speakers on the front channels and subs on the rear and BOOM – you got “The PUNCH”.
With its flexible design, the P400X4 is an excellent amplifier choice for virtually any vehicle.
I purchased this amp to run (4) RockFord p1683 6×8 speakers. When I un-boxed the amp the birth sheet stated 429w RMS (which is well over the 300w RMS that is stated!) I ran an 8 guage amp power kit, 16 guage speaker wire, and (2) Kicker RCA cables to the amp and my music has never sounded better.
I would have bought this same amp for double what I paid. It truly is in a class of its own when you evaluate based on clean power for the price paid (around $130 at time of review).
Ive been a fan of Rockford fosgate since I was a teenager Im 43 always the best bang for the buck. This 300×4 amps birth sheet said 426. Its push 4 infinity 6x9s and and pair of infinity 3. 5s with ease.
The Punch PBR400X4D is a full-range amp designed for compact systems. This efficient 4-channel amp packs a Punch in motorcycles, ATVs and hybrid-electric vehicles without sucking a lot of juice from your electrical system.
This is my second RF Punch (1st – 300wx2 / 2nd 400wx4). They both preform awesomely and because of their size are perfect for motorcycles. My 1st was placed on top of the stereo head of an aftermarket fairing of my 2005 RK Classic with pushed 2 x 6×9 Polk Audios.
My 2nd is bolted to the front fairing mounts of my 2012 RG Custom which pushes 2 – 6. 5 Marine Polk Audios in the fairing & 2 – 6x9s Marine Polk Audios in the world speaker lids of my saddlebags. The sound is great quality and no problems hearing everything now at 80+ MPH.
Definitely worth the investment for their solid craftsmanship and reliability. I highly recommend either one given your application for what you needs are! Plus you cant beat the price for such a powerful little amp to make your style / preference of music sound phenomenal! Hope this helps!.
I bought the Rockford Fosgate element ready 6x9s along with this 4 channel amp and for the amount of money that I have invested I am disappointed. I don’t believe that the amp is the issue I think it’s the 6x9s.
The magnet is the size of a Oreo. I’m sending to them back And ordering some different 6x9s and I will update this review after a different evaluation.
The dB45 is a class AB 4 channel high power amplifier with 3,200 watts peak output, 1,600 watts RMS output, and 800 watts CEA-2006 rated power. You should use this rating when comparing with ratings from brands such as Hifonics, Earthquake, DB Drive, etc.
This peak power is the amount of power the amp puts out at the loudest moments during a particular song. This amp has a fully adjustable 12dB/Octave crossover with differential circuitry. Other features include a subsonic filter, a fully adjustable bass equalizer, and mute and delay soft start technology.
The dB45 is protected by a full IC controlled circuit and has professional peak limiter circuitry guaranteeing distortion free music playback at all levels. The dB amps by Rockville use the top parts and components recommended by Rockville’s very own engineer.
They perform more efficiently resulting in even dB of sound.
Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 Power 600 Watt 4-Channel Amplifier The Power T600-4 is a 4-channel amplifier capable of producing 150 Watts into each of its four channels at 2-Ohms. The T600-4 can run a 4-way full-range system or use component speakers on the front with subwoofers on the rear.
24dB/octave crossover 2/4 channel input switch MOSFET power supply MOSFET output stage 4 Gauge power/ground connectors Audiophile grade speaker connections RCA pass-thru outputs The T600-4 amplifier offers the perfect balance of power output and compact design required for high performance audio systems.
The 4-channel configuration allows fine tuning adjustments between front stage component systems and rear surround speakers. The built-in crossover also allows the rear channels to be configured for running one or two subwoofers.
Amazing amplifier!!! It puts out more than enough power. I’m powering my T1692-S components and T1693 6x9s with this and it gets plenty loud! Also, it is the same size as the Rockford T1500-1bdCP so it’s easy to have an all around system that looks symmetrical.
It keeps up to my T1d215, that’s for sure! Gets slightly warm at 4 ohms but nowhere near dangerously hot @ 4 ohms. This product outdoes a lot of other amplifier, hands down. It puts out closer to 900 watts than 600.
The amp is nicely designed and quality built. its very powerful i had it powering focal k2p 6. 5 components and a pair of 6x9s in the back. My only complaint was the high end sounded a little too bright and overwhelming, sounds smashed together.
Especially on songs heavy on the high notes. I couldn’t crank those songs like because it was too much treble and it sound kinda swooshed together. i turned the punch eq all the way down and had my alpine deck treble set at -7.
I know it was the amp and not my speakers because i. didn’t have this problem with the amp i had before which was a alpine pdx150. 4 The T600 was a little but louder than the pdx but not much. I current replaced the t600 with a jl 450/4.
My highs now sound like i like the, natural and warm. my apline deck is now at -1 o or 1. some people will not notice the treble as a issue like i did, im just very particular on how my setup sounds.
Out of the box the spec sheet included said this amp was rated at 133 watts RMS at 4 ohms, tested in Dec of 2010. Awesome. more power just like that! Get some good speakers that can handle the juice.
I have Rockford Fosgate T2652-S components in my front doors and I bridged the rear channel to power my 10 JL Audio sub in the trunk. I couldnt be happier with how great everything sounds. Nice, clean stable power is what you get with this amp.
I also got the Punch remote hooked up to this amp so I can make adjustments from the front seat. The adjustments this remote makes is more like a fine tuning. This amp feels heavy and actually smaller than I imagined for getting so much power out of it.
Ds18 Genx amplifiers are a. 08 total harmonic distortion 98 decibel signal to noise ratio D class and AB class group of high quality electronics not widely known but very well designed and excellently manufactured by bass enthusiasts who understand sound quality always equals better performance, come standard usually with fan cooling, LPL and wire included, and have all the basic attributes necessary to exceed and Excel all expectations.
You can by amps and be loud, but buying these guarantees that you are loud, clean, and staying in business long after every other system has overheated or started to sound hot. The small form factor is wonderful to work with, and the terminals are clean, strong, solid, and give every necessary element to deliver current at excellent speed and without loss.
These amps are designed to be high impact with low demand: I have three on a stock alternator and dual group 65 battery setup, and no dimming of electrical at full volume pushing combined total demand from 2000 rms and more flat out operation for over 40 minutes.
They have the perfect spec set for car audio enthusiasts who know what it takes to get professional level performance at entry level prices. IMO, these amplifiers alone are a special breed memorializing some of the most fundamental andessential product requirements that I have found since 1990 to be a consistent recurring theme in the pursuit of sound quality SPL and sound off levels of demonstrable power and function.
Ds18 could easily ask more for them, and I feel like it’s a tribute to their company that they comprehend what these specifications represent in car audio, and officer them at entry level price points, which is a GIFT to car stereo buffs, and I know it confuses many people to see something of this obvious quality priced so good: you assume that it’s too good to be true, based on decades of flea market disappointments.
I am saying a lot to say that I heartily endorse these amplifiers in particular and the many other high quality devestatingly powerful goodies Ds18 makes with excellent comprehension of our needs and practicacreationsl concerns in building extraordinary bass creations.
You can be sure that these and the other electronic products of this company are all outstanding, from budget, to insanity levels, I have spent over a year purchasing, using, and evaluating from single din CsomethingD players, to equalizers, to double din multimedia player with MirrorLink to my phone, to full range D class sub amps(PRO FRX1-3.
5K mono blocks) to capacitor and batteries: everything is ROCK SOLID, and it’s not cheaply made, despite how cheap it is to BUY.
The T1000-4ad combines sound quality characteristics of Class-A designs with efficiency of a Class-D in one remarkable package. Superior sound quality is possible through the implementation dynamic switching frequency control.
The addition of Constant Power circuitry produces optimized output at a range of impedances. Rockford Fosgate created Class-bd for brute power to run low frequency subwoofers, and now Class-ad offers high fidelity in a full-range configuration.
One of the trickiest things in upgrading the audio system of a modern vehicle is the lack of space in the rear. Upgrading an Infiniti G37 is not that easy when you want to save the spare tyre. Thanks to class D topology, these (smaller) amps match their big brothers in power and rival them in quality.
My ears still demand the sweet sound of a class A amp but when you’re in a motor vehicle surrounded by road noise and annoying passengers, it makes it a little difficult to enjoy that smooth audio. This amp replaces my old Rockford Fosgate Punch P850.
4, a class AB beast, whose total harmonic distortion is 0. 08%. Quite the workhorse but since I now have a car with a backseat that folds down, the amp is just too big to mount anywhere if I don’t want to lose any boot/trunk space.
So enter the T800-4ad, which is the modern day class AD equivalent, only smaller. The total harmonic distortion is rated at 0. 1% so it’s not a hell of a lot dirtier than my old amp. Its more compact design makes it possible to mount it in an inconspicuous place and given the efficiency of the amp’s class D topology, less heat is produced and that makes it a little more forgiving in terms of installation space.
Of course, it’s ideal to have at least one inch of space from every side of the amp where possible but even so, that’s more forgiving than what the old class AB amps would allow for before they’d start to overheat at high volumes.
Don’t let the small size of this amp fool you though. It produces a rated 800WRMS total into 1 ohm loads and that’s a guaranteed minimum. Mine arrived with a birthsheet quoting 939WRMS – not that I’ll need to use THAT much power.
In fact, I’m still driving 4 ohm Boston Acoustic speakers (ProSeries and SPZ series) which means I get a rated 100WRMS per channel and that’s plenty. Quality is more than just what’s on paper though.
That’s just the first step in the right direction. The proof of the pudding is always in the tasting and I can safely say that since installing this guy, it has proven itself to definitely have a cleaner power supply given the lack of alternator buzz I used to get from the old P850.
4. My previous Sony XM-754HX 4-channel only had 75WRMS to give in each of its 4-channels but I never needed to add any external filtering components. The old RF P850. 4 did need some modification on my part to correct this and as an engineer, I can say I was disappointed in this one area.
Once modified though, the amp always did me proud. So it could be inherent of the class D topology that RF have vastly improved their product’s power supply. All I know is, to the ears, it’s one very clean amplifier, packs a mean hit of power and has quite the transparent sound, meaning you can flavour your music the way you want to hear it.
I flavour mine with a JBL MS-8 DSP, for what it’s worth. Whatever your intentions are for this amp, it can and will do what you hope it to. I’ll grant you, there are much better amps out there but they cost a hell of a lot more, are a hell of a lot larger and unless you’re planning on winning trophies with them in the next competition or you drive an S-class Mercedes or Rolls Royce with an ultra-quiet cabin, they’re a waste of money.
Great value, great sound and a great size makes this amp ideal for an upgrade in any modern vehicle.
This piece of equipment produces a sound that can be best described as “white noise” at a constant volume at all input gain settings with or without the motor running. The noise is such that, to mask it, the receiver volume must be raised to the point that people cannot speak to each other and is so objectionable that this equipment is not useable.
Testing has confirmed that this equipment is the source of the noise, not the receiver. This equipment is being sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If not resolved, this equipment will be discarded.
Rockford Fosgate’s Prime Series R2-500X4 amplifier can power four speakers with 75 watts RMS each, so you’ll hear your music loud and clear over the noises of the wind and road. You could also use this amp in bridged, 2-channel mode to power a couple of subwoofers with 250 watts RMS each.
High- and low-pass filters help you get maximum performance from the speakers in your vehicle.
I bought this little amp to replace a Prime r400 4d that sounds ok but with a bad output neg terminal wasnt doing the job, bought it as a open box item and I just installed it, what a huge difference it made, I am very satisfied with the sound quality and the size its perfect if youre dealing with limited space.
Introducing the VADM4An Unbelievable Amount of Power for its Compact Size Introducing the new VAD M-line of amplifiers. This new line of revolutionarily compact and surprisingly powerful amps will blow you away.
This specific VADM4 amplifier has a total RMS power output of 400W all in a chassis not much larger than a dollar bill. Big Power From A Small Body. Introducing the NVX VAD M-line – the smallest amplifiers in the VAD Series – but don’t let their size fool you, this amplifier is capable of sending up to 400W of true RMS power to four speaker locations.
Not half bad for an amp roughly the size of a dollar bill. Water & Weather Resistant. The VAD M-Line includes a conformally coated, marine-grade circuit board. This allows this amplifier to be installed in nearly any application.
They are great for any car, motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or boat. Product Details:Marine Certified 4-Channel Class D Car Amplifier RMS Power Handling:4 ohms: 75 watts x 4 chan. 2 ohms: 100 watts x 4 chan. Bridged, 4 ohms: 200 watts x 2 chan.
Cutting edge Micro Class D technology allows amplifier to be extremely compact LED power (blue) and protect (red) indicators. Conformal Coated Marine grade circuit board2 or 4 channel operation. Balanced Differential Inputs, to eliminate noise picked up by signal cables.
Decided on this amp for our soft top Jeep due to price point and the fact that it is marine certified. Installed easily under the front passenger seat. Pushing Focal components in front, Focal coaxes in soundbar, and a 12 sub in a sealed box.
Plays loud and clear once tuned correctly. Running off 4 AWG power/ground and signal is from Amppro 4 AP4-CH41 with factory HU. Only issue I found was that the rear gain (CH 3/4) had to be turned way down so it did not over power the front channels.
Could possibly be the placement of the rear soundbar speakers (right at the back of your head). Jeep is a 2021 with the 7 Uconnect. I would imagine that amp would perform ever better with a good aftermarket head unit.
Highly recommend this amp. Disclaimer: Pic was initial install and testing. Wiring has since been cleaned up.
Great Amp. Paired to Nvx 6. 5in component in front doors and Rockford t2 6. 5 in components on rear deck. 12inch Nvx sub in sealed box. Comparing this amp to my previous setup of Jl slash 300. 4 powering infinity kappa components and jl slash 500.
1 powering 2 10 inch w6s. Sound quality is excellent. Found the slash series to have a warmer, and slightly better sound quality. To be expected comparing an ab class amp to a class d amp. Overall this is an amazing amp.
No issues so far after a year of use. Kudos to Sonic Electronics on recommending NVX as a great alternative to JL and other more costly brands! Pair this amp to a good set of components and you wont be disappointed.
This amp is great, it drives my whole system in my Jeep. It runs four 6. 5 JBL component speakers and one 10 alpine sub. Will I win any sound competitions, nope but can I rock out and make my kids complain about 80-90s thrash and heavy metal on the interstate with the top down and doors off, definitely.
It has a small footprint and does not produce hardly any heat. I was worried about over heating it bc it is mounted tucked way up under my driver seat were it is barely visible. It barely gets warm. The build quality is better than I expected and the cross over and adjustability works great for me.
This is How You Build a Really Cool Amplifier The PA D4000. 4 amplifier is capable of bridging two full-range channels into a single full range channel with higher output power. For instance, one front and one rear channel will increase the output power from 125W per channel to 400W per channel (for a 4 ohm load).
The most common hookups for the PA D4000. 4 would be four full-range channels, two full-range channels and a bridged sub, or two bridged subwoofers.

Reviews From Real Customers
Small footprint class D amp runs cool and put out clean powerful sound. This is a great amp. I have used many amps and this one is in the top bracket for mids and highs. They have come a long way with getting class D amps to put out good sound quality for the upper frequencies, This one is definantely one!.
Sounds amazing when paired with my Polk MM speakers. Compact size allowed me to hide this away where it cant be seen. Starting to seem a bit dated compared to features offered by other amp manufactures.
Seems to be somewhat picky about your input source.
This amplifier is a must have!!! The sound quality is unmatched. a friend of mine who does car audio installation and use only Phoenix Gold Titanium and Mmats amplifiers for his mids, was most impress with the clarity of music produced by this amplifier.
I am so impress that I will be getting the PAD1000. 1 mono block to play my L7 subwoofer. I have a 95 Honda prelude so you know that I have very limited trunk space. not a problem with this amp as it mounted beautifully on the rear seat that folds down!! All in all, one of the best piece of equipment in my car.
!!! It does get warm but never goes into protect!! Well done polk audio. well done.
I got this for my new F-150. I was told by the installer that it would take my stock RMS 20-watt system and make it RMS 45_watt system. Since the truck was almost loud enough, I decided to get it since it would more than double the volume and should have increased the quality of the sound overall.
When I picked up the unit, there was no bass. I mean, the stock setup had a great, full sound, but now there was no low end and sounded terrible. I adjusted the stock EQ to full bass, but noticed and crackling sound whenever anything with good bass played (like RUSH, or TOOL).
It sounded like it was struggling to play anything with bass. The bass that does play, fades in and out at anything over 2/3 volume. I have since been told this is caused by an amp that is too weak. Also, the installers also did not install the amp where I said I wanted it, behind the rear drivers seat, something I told two separate salesman.
they installed it behind the head unit, so I have no access to gain or filter controls. When I complained they said this amp was designed to go behind the HU and putting behind the seat would require a special harness, but nobody told me this beforehand.
And since they put it behind the HU, the wires got in the way of the console tray under the dash which then efused to stay open. I ended up buying new speakers for front and back – something I was going to do anyway – hoping the sound would get better (and they could fix the above issues at the same time).
Still soudns terrible and they goofed up that install too (I’ll review the speakers separately). Also,I also ignition pop, which happens at every stop light/sign becuase I have auto start/stop in my truck, and a nice high-pitch “alternator whine” which are some pretty rookie install issues.
so I have to take my truck back two times to fix problems and nothing is better. there will be no third time. I instead am taking it to Ballard Audio, which has a reputation for fixing car toys’ bad installs.
This little amp is awesome. I set it up the proper way, running up the volume on the head unit to the point of distortion then backing off to clean sound. Then adding sensitivity on the amp to distortion again and backing off.
The sensitivity is only up about 1/4 but the sound is great. Very full. I have some high end Focal 6 x 9 and Focal 6 so they will take a good bit of power. Just to check things out I ran the sensitivity up with no music playing and there was a good bit of hiss starting about 60% on the dial.
Its still a five star for me since it does everything I need and more than I expected.
This little amp screws to the back of almost any Alpine head unit. The head unit I bought had 50 watts MAX, and only 14 watts RMS. With the “piggyback” amp here bolts to the bac,k of the thin double din head unit, and fits in almost any double din head unit slot.
behind the actual stereo. This little class D amp fires off 50 watts RMS. that’s right. RMS. So make sure you buy high quality 65 to 100 watt RMS door speakers. I am hoping that this amp will free up the head unit power.
The head unit will then power my dash speakers. Dash speakers are usually lower power and the base 14 watt per channel will power my two dash speakers and I can bridge the two rear channels to power my Infinity mid dash sub.
(This is a relatively difficult unit to install because of all the harnesses. but it only needs to be installed once). I also bought an 800 w rms @ 1ohm and a dual 12″ 1000 watt rms (2 x 450 RMS). This Optima Turbo is gonna ROCK.
Pump up the audio in your ride with this Alpine S-Series four-channel car amplifier. Delivering 55W per channel, or 160W to a subwoofer and 55W to two channels, this amplifier is extremely versatile.
The compact size provides mounting versatility. This Alpine S-Series four-channel car amplifier automatically reduces output when it senses overheating risks. 320W total power RMS rating of 80W x 4 @ 2 ohms, 4 channels driven for robust audio.
Variable high- and low-pass crossovers Ensure flexible operation. 4 ohms impedance Conducts power evenly to keep the speaker at an appropriate level. 83dB signal-to-noise ratio Offers crisp audio. 4-channel output Allows easy system expansion.
Class D circuitry Ensures reliable power handling.
Just installed this amplifier today, wasn’t sure if this was gonna be enough power to drive the stereo system and sound good in a convertible with the top down. Wow! This was an Awesome choice! I’ve had Alpine stereos and speakers in the past and was always happy with them, now I can say they also make great amps.
Would definately recommend this amp to anyone looking for a nice upgrade to their sound system! Have only had it installed for 1 day, but this one replaced an Infintity amp that was of the same class and power and this amp sounds alot cleaner!.
I got this to replace my bikes existing amp. Sure glad I did. This guy sounds wonderful. I am using a SONY AX7000 HeadUnit. This guy pops! I have a 8 speakers, all Rockford Fosgate and this amp has some crisp highs and thundering lows.
Crisp sounds for a compact AMP. Does not distort at relatively high volume level. Has good amount of watts to push 4 – 6x9s kicker DS series. I wish the AMP had a deep base output to push the lows on the speakers without having to buy a separate sub woofer.
Overall this is a good AMP to pair with Alpine ILX-W650 head unit. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.
The Planet Audio AC16004 4-channel car amplifier features a MAX power handling of 1600 watts and an RMS power handling of 300 watts per 4-channel at 2-ohm. This amplifier has a MOSFET power supply which means it has a higher switching speed than other transistors, making it great for power amplifiers.
Other features include a continuously variable high pass and low pass crossover and have 3-way protection.
Bought this amp brand new a little over year ago to date. I really enjoyed it, easy set up and install. Provided great sound quality for my subwoofer. Unfortunately before the year marker it became defective and goes directly into protect mode when turning it on.
I have it powering a 12” Sundown Audio sub. During peak performance I absolutely loved the product, a little disappointed to be parting ways with the amp so soon.
I didnt buy this particular amp. but I stand by Planet audio pl1200 amps. that is the one i have in my car right now. The truth is you cant use this amp as a 2 channel amp. you MUST USE IT IN BRIDGE MODE.
AS A 1 CHANNEL AMP. I’m running 2 kenwood ps3016w 12 in subs in individual potted boxes. I wired them in series on 1 bridged channel. Now I know each of my subwoofer can take 2000 watts each. and I’m only using 1200 watts for both.
but it makes my suv bump. shakes the mirror of the glass. and makes people nausea who cant handle the bass. So I’m saving up for the planet audio 5000 watt amp. As I know it’s the most bang on a budget.
And PS. my amp NEVER OVERHEATS. IF IT DOES, YOUR DOING SOMETHING WRONG. make sure it has enough air ventilation around it. you can also make a raised amp holder to make air flow above and below it. or add a fan.
Alot of people blame the equipment when you could put a little effort and thought into it and not have issues. Anyway. good luck. Planet audio is Bass on a Budget. Def QUALITY products.
Ibought tow of these amps through Amazon because they add an extra three years to the warranty, and I have to tell you, they are the ticket. I have each of them hooked up to a 12″ drive in ported enclosures.
One in my wife’s Jeep and one in my van. They both are set at about one fourth of the power available and are wired mono into 4 ohms. They are all the amp either of us need. Forget looking out your rear view mriror, because these things shake your entire vehicle.
I bought the 200 watt madel (really 550 watts RMS) because it had the best ratings of all the Planet Audio lineup. I have previously owned and still have Pymarimid, Pioneer, and MA Audio car amps. This amp is among the best I own, and was one of the least expensive.
If you are looking at sub amps, look no further. These amps will do as good as any amp out there. Spend your money on a decent driver. Most of the reviews are talking about Kick this or Fos that. this is all rebranded JUNK.
Buy a decent driver from Parts Express or Madisound, and get an enclosure which is the proper size for the driver. All drivers have an optimal internal volume they require to properly reproduce the frequency range they are designed to reproduce.
and decide if you want to go sealed or ported, and regardless, make sure your boxes are airtight. Then and only then, will you hear what this amp is capable of doing. Spend your money on a good driver and a nice ported (my favorite) box, and you will reallly hear what was intended to be heard.
Also make sure you know what you are doing in wiring the system and getting the proper impedence load for the amp you are using. I see all these people running 3 or 4 subs in their car. Tha is just plain dumb.
One good 12″ driver will run you out of your vehicle if it is properly installed. Even though an amp says it is on ohm stable, most ae designed to run a four ohm load, so make sure you run a four ohm load.
Don’t run one ohm and torment the amp and think it is all good. It is not. I’ll stop preaching now and sum up by saying that properly installed and mated with a good driver and properly constructed and sized and tuned enclosure, this amp is as good as anything else avalilable to you in the marketplace.
and I really don’t see how they can even make one for the price they charge. With discounts, etc. less than eighty dollars for an amp like this is a steal.
The Rockford PBR400X4D is a full-range 4-channel amplifier designed for stereo front/rear systems that requires little space. The BRT (Boosted Rail Technology) is an ultra efficient design that generates 400 Watts of power! The BRT also has a variable hi-level DC offset turn-on circuit for easy installation into any OEM system.

I purchased this after lots of reviews. Mainly for the CLEAN setup feature. The sound is so nice! Its very clear and with the CLEAN setup you know you can safely crank it to the set number your radio volume went to before clicking on the clip light during setup.
It has excellent protection features and is designed extremely well.
love this product sounds clean, the filtering actually works, the features this amp offers helps each individual to get the best sound out of their speaker. i have this amp powering my front (Rockford Fosgate Power T165S ) and rear(Rockford Fosgate Power T1693 ) and it provides enough power for them to be loud and clear.
Experience clear, full-range audio in your vehicle with this 4-channel AudioControl amplifier. It has six speaker-level inputs for creating an ideal car audio setup, and its wide frequency range of 30-300Hz produces accurate high and mid-range sound.
This AudioControl amplifier provides 200W of continuous power at 2 ohms for excellent sound production. 800W total power RMS rating of 200W x 4 @ 2 ohms, 4 channels driven for robust audio. Variable high- and low-pass crossovers Ensure flexible operation.
4 ohms impedance Conducts power evenly to keep the speaker at an appropriate level. 4-channel output Allows easy system expansion. Class D circuitry Ensures reliable power handling.
You’re no newbie! You’ve built sound systems before. Now you’re stretching your sound muscles with the Power 760 4 channel amplifier. It tops out at 760 watts of peak power, has a protection circuit that safeguards against short circuits, DC offset and thermal overload, a channel mode selector which allows you to switch from 4, 3 or 2.
I’ve always been a fan of Jensen for a low price alternative for reliable amplifiers. And this is actually my 5th Jensen amp I’ve bought in the past several years and was very happy with it. It is now powering a pyle red label dual 4 ohm 10 in the 1.
35 cu ft enclosure ported with the recommended round 2 inch by 6. 5 inch port. and also like Jensen a very nice low price product.
I would recommend fusion over any other stereo equipment, my buddies $7000 upgraded JBL system on his pontoon is louder than mine but it sounds like screaming tweeters that overpower the bass and rest of the music where as the fusion is clear and clean sounding at all levels.
I have an ip600 and 6 &1/2 2 ways plus a 10 in sub.
It’s worth every penny for the power and clarity it provides. Comes to life at 14. 4 volts of power, but at less it still offers a ton of wattage. i have a 20 yr old Jensen amp that i have always been pleased with.
This Power 760 does not disappoint. Great budget power.
Outfit your vehicle with quality equipment and get one step closer to the perfect sound. The Boss AR1600. 4 4-Channel car amplifier features 1600-watt max power and a RMS power of 160 watts at 4 ohms.

First I like to look for quality in car audio, yea there’s a lot of cheap stuff out there. Not sure of this unit however after hooking it up to a old sony CD player and being sure to set the input pot to minimum on the amp, slowly turn up volume, despite some used speakers the amp still sounded quite good even with some questionable speakers and CDs of past.
I like how everything is laid out very well, well thought out placement and planning went into this product both inside and outside. Offers high and low inputs, bass boost and also filters, overall has a very good beefy feel to it and about as heavy as it should be for this type of amp.
Think this amp tries to conserve on power i think. Easy to hookup with a little experience, also can be bridged. I read the instructions however the print little too small for me so had to use a magnifier.
This is a 4 channel amp so can operate up to four speakers in a car or truck vehicle or boat, overall very pleased with product also reasonably priced. Requires few turns only to get quite loud only had 2 speakers, however if had four would have double decibles on current settings.
Figured it would be nothing special due to the price but I’ve got this powering some Infinity component door speakers and its clear all the way up and will make your ears bleed. I am seriously impressed.
Bought the 2000. 1 Boss amp for 2 10s as well. Also a great amp.
The Prime R250X4 is a 250 watt 4channel amplifier capable of running 2Ohms stereo on all channels and 4Ohms bridged/mono on the rear channels. Includes onboard Punch Bass and front/rear crossover controls.
Impeccably Clear Audio. The 4-Channel Class D Full-Range Amplifier from delivers crystal-clear audio efficiently within your Wrangler YJ, TJ or JK reliably using exclusive NexD Switching Technology and differential-balanced outputs.
The 4-channel amp powers 75 watts RMS through your Jeep’s speakers with low distortion, and offers studio-grade signal processing with high- or low-pass 12 dB/octave filters per channel pair. When you want to change it up, switch to a 2-channel or 3-channel mode with the amp’s input type switches that bridge stereo output channels without any Y-adapters required.
Compact Amp. JL Audio proves that a large chassis is not a requirement for a powerhouse amp. The Class D full-range amplifier is ultra-compact, featuring all controls conveniently on the amp’s top; with its dimensions of 2.
12″h x 9. 78″w x 6. 96″d, this amp won’t take up much space in your vehicle’s interior. The amp is protected within a sleek black powder-coated casing and has a dual-color LED light on top to show condition and status at any time.
Enjoy being able to automatically turn it on too, via DC-offset sensing or signal sensing. LED Clipping Indicators. The Rd400/4 amp comes with LED clip lights, which you won’t get with just any amp. The indicators enable you to set the amp’s input sensitivity settings easily and fast, without having to break out any special tools.
Once you determine where to safely mount the amp in your Wrangler, follow the included instructions to install it, which includes running power wire from the disconnected battery to the amp. Application.
I had it installed for me, great clean sounds. I like it a lot. Using the stock speakers, JVL dash unit, stearing wheel controlled, Android Auto, DVD, and backup camera. The installer was able to decrease the power out from the JL amp, it is adjustable, to protect the speakers.
Tight power supply regulation keeps distortion down and maximizes sound quality. When using the HD750/1 or HD1200/1 to drive a subwoofer system, the HD600/4 is the ideal satellite amplifier, delivering huge dynamics with pristine resolution.
It can also be deployed on its own as a very capable 3-channel system amplifier with 150 W x 2 to the satellites and 300 W x 1 to a subwoofer system. This amplifier features a brushed aluminum finish with black powder-coated cast alloy heat sinks and bottom panel.
A black powder-coated, gasketed cover is also provided to protect the controls.
This amplifier is amazing! I love the quality sound of this amp. It’s powerful, compact, barely gets warm on heavy use of at least 3 hours straight at full non distorted volume from my head unit to the amp per day.
I am running a set of C5 653 components in the front doors of my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan and a set of C5 525 2 ways in the back that I switched from my other car to my genesis. Had those components for 3 years running them off a cheap 4 channel amp that was pushing maybe 40 watts rms if I was lucky.
Anyways I have been able to hear frequencies and other sound effects from music that I have been listening to for years and yet never heard them play that way until I got my hands on a HD600/4. I honestly have nothing negative to say as I have had this amp for about 5 months with absolutely no issues.
I have it in my car using the stock radio with an LC6I and I am very please with how loud my c6s are. I am glad I went with this amp vs the slash 300/4v3 because this hd amp is alot smaller than the slash amp but yet has double the power per channel! I tuned the amp to 24.
5 with a 1khz test tone at 0db and was able to tune them excellent. I have this amp paired with a HD750/1 and an 8w7AE and it sounds perfect for my SQ set up. I have perfect music with no distortion and whenever I want to have music with bass I can feel on my seats, both amps deliver with no struggle.
I would highly recommend this amp for your set up.
Best audiophile grade quality. Blows the slash series out of the park. I know its expensive but it actually takes the sound u put through it and corrects the signal and makes it sound studio perfect.
Blows focal, mb quarts , rockford fosgate, infinity, alpine, and diamond audio out of the park. Put it on zr or c5 orxr components and the symbols an crashes will drive u crazy how clear they are. Im a top quality (my stereos sound is #1 to me)type of person.
Put it on an alpine head unit and be prepared to show it off. Compare it to harmon kardon or onkyo or denon recievers in home stereo sound. Just buy this amp. Unless u dont want the absolute very best.
If u have a slash series amp then it doesnt even come close to comparing to the hd series amps. im not knocking the alash series cause hey r good but the hds r (night and day better in the sound part.
I’ve had this amp for 4 years and it is still pumping out premium sound. It powers my 2 sets of c5 components with ease. I also have an xd 1000/1v2 powering sealed box 12w7 and an xd 1000/5v2 running another c5 set and rear fills with sub channel powering earthquake sws subs under front seats.
The hd is the heart of the system and delivers loud clean sound. there is no distortion so it’s only when you sing and you can’t hear yourself that you realise how good this amp is! Don’t believe anybody who tells you that class D amps are inferior, maybe cheaper brands yes, not the jl range.
This particular model doesn’t suffer from radio frequency interference like some of the other hd models that can mess up your radio.
There are a few things to consider when choosing a 4 channel amp for your Harley. The first is the overall power output of the amp. You’ll want to make sure that the amp can handle the wattage output of your speakers.
The second is the size of the amp. You’ll need to make sure that the amp will fit in the space you have available on your Harley. The third is the price. You’ll want to make sure that you get the best value for your money.
The fourth is the warranty. You’ll want to make sure that the amp comes with a good warranty so that you can be covered in case of any issues.
