Yard sales are great. However, they can create parking nightmares! Any suggestions?

Just have to try to have it at a better place if possible, otherwise you just have to make do!
Put up signs telling folks to carpool… LOL
I’ve seen that too and always think ” they should have it a friend’s house”…Though I know that is not always feasible. Hard to have a sale on a narrow street or worse, main road.
I just witnessed a garage sale induced driving nightmare. I was backed up in traffic for 15 minutes because of it! I am not a happy camper. >:-(
Good question because yes, some streets can become parking nightmares. I like the suggestion of parking down the road and walking, if safe.
THATS A GREAT IDEA.WHO COULDN’T USE A LIL EXTRA EXERCISE.
THAT IS A GOOD IDEA.ROUND HERE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THEIR SALES IN A STORE YARD OR VACANT LOT.
put up parking signs maybe
Maybe put signs up or if u live next to a big parking lot direct ppl to park there its easier
Park down the street and get some exercise by walking. If you buy something large you can move your car to pick it up.
