I’m posting this here because I still haven’t figured out an easy and direct way to ask questions about this site. I love it but I find it very confusing to navigate. I’m getting ready to cash in points but the only option I see is for a spa gift card for 9000 points. Am I missing something? I see people writing about $20 paypal rewards and I just don’t see that being offered on my rewards page.

I just got a response to an email I sent to the company. This is what they said:
Amazon and PayPal rewards are currently not available. Please bear with us as we have discovered suspicious activity in the points system and are working with our vendor to remedy the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
THE AMAZON AND PAYPAL WILL BE AVAILIABLE AGAIN SOON.THEY GO QUICK BUT BECOME AVAILIABLE QUICK TOO.
I used to get more in the beginning. I just come on every so often now to read and share. Maybe I get 2,000 a month?
Me. too! I am working vacation funds and was bummed when it disappeared. I’m almost at my goal so hopefully it will be back soon. Good luck!
I think you just have to hold onto your points and keep checking back.

This is the best way to ask your questions. Rewards change very often so just hold your points and check back every few days.
As they all say, the cards come and go, you just have to check back every day or you might miss them!

yes,i asked about the rewards on twitter and got a responce saying they were working on putting the rewards back on i check a few times a day nothing yet at 2:45 pm pacific time not that i’m keeping track but well yes i am.they’ll be back
I am glad I came to respond here because I was shocked when the paypal offer disappeared that I was working toward…it was going to help buy school supplies. I am glad it restocks. thanks for letting me know so I won’t have to pull out my hair… there is no spa even close to where I live in the boonies of KY..
Make sure to check back daily. They restock them but they dont always offer the exact same amounts.
I agree with everyone else hang on to your points and wait for what you want.

Just keep checking back. They restock them frequently so just keep your eye for the one you want.

Yes, it changes all the time and it’s really frustrating when it was there that morning and it’s gone when you go to cash out haha. They always come back, though. This is the longest I’ve seen it with just the one thing offered…

They change the rewards a few times a month. Just hold on to your points and check back every few days. I just cashed in for 20 in pay pal last week. It was gone within 3 days. As soon as you see what you want cash in so you can take advantage of it because they change quick.
I concur with this answer! Just hang on to your points… the rewards will be back! But make sure you check back periodically so that they don’t all get used up before you get a chance to redeem!
Rewards come and go. I think they run out and have to restock. The most popular ones are Amazon and Paypal! Just check back every few days and you’ll see them again. Once it took two weeks for me to cash out my points I was saving for Amazon. But it always comes back!
