   I normally just click “My SocialMoms Rewards Points” on the right hand column under the “Join My SocialMoms Rewards” banner.

   For some reason going directly to the app from Facebook doesn’t work for me, but when I click the link Megan posted I arrive at the correct Loyalty Plus page.

   If you log on to Facebook on your home page under apps there will be an app that says “Loyalty Plus” you can click that and check them out there too.

   Sorry for hijacking the thread, I didn’t know it would post the question under an article. I thought it would do more like a search and then send me to a faq section or something lol.
   I do find the site confusing & a bit hard to navigate back to sections after leaving but I’m catching on. lol. Thanks for the reply.
