    Keep a fan going for constant air circulation. Do not sleep with your door closed. Wear loose fitting clothing and a light sheet for comfort. If affordable get a digital thermometer to track the room temperature.

    MidNite makes a supplement with melatonin, soy & herbs that is supposed to help with night sweats (& hot flashes, if that’s a problem too!)

    Have you thought about having tests run to see why it’s happening? There are lots of causes for them. I would Sleep in less clothes and with a fan on.

    I can’t gee you the best advice, but I do get them too. I always have to sleep in shorts no matter how cold it is.
