No one can really help, we can give ideas, but it all boils down to self motivation, which can be hard to come by at times!
What I do that works for me, is to actually sleep in my workout clothes. That way, when I wake up I am already dressed and just slip on my shoes and stumble sleepily out the door. But one I start walking, I start to wake up and by then it would be silly to go back into the house because I’m already walking so I don’t have the time to talk myself out of it.
Staying motivated for me is a simple look in the mirror, hop on the scale or trying on an old belt from when I was 22! ( no, it doesn’t fit ) .
Working out can be as simple as a brisk walk around the block or park for 30 minutes and 15 minutes of light weights or yoga. Get the kids involved too!
I also have a nice variety of Dvd’s so I don’t get bored when inside or I hop on my stepper with a good show on or my ipod. Switch it up as much as you can! Good Luck!
I hate exercising and I have the same problem as you… staying motivated. Ugh.
Id say try a wii fit or wii balance board or if u dont have a wii try kinect adventures its fun too and its for xbox 360
I purchased Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and although intense, only takes about 20-30 min. a day to complete. Might be a place to start?
jut start out very easy going for a walk 5 minutes, then progress up to 10 etc. You can also take your kids to the park and walk in circles around the playground.
GUESS I COULD USE SOME IDEAS TOO.
MY GRANDBABIES LIVE WITH ME.BEEN RASING THEM FOR 3 YEARS.
WELL I CAN NEVER GET A ROUTINE STARTED.I CHSE BABIES ALL DAY LONG.CONSTANLY COOKING AND CLEANING.GUESS THAT IS MY EXERCISE.
