DIY Beauty with Seasonal Blueberries
July 16, 2014
Take hold of what the earth is offering you this summer and create some of your very own at-home skincare remedies with blueberries. From May to October, blueberries are in season and can be found fresh and ready to use in your local grocery store or farmer’s market. Scoop up a bushel, peck or basket to exfoliate, fight the signs of aging and more. Use any extras for some weekend blueberry pancakes.
Loaded with antioxidants to fight free radicals and environmental damage, blueberries also pack a punch with Vitamin C and A. You can repair your skin, scrub away dead skin cells and even whip up a refreshing eye mask.
