It is nearly March and many of us who jumped into New Year’s Resolutions with gusto are finding that we have run out of gas. Or maybe we even left our resolutions to die by the roadside. How do we get back on track?

The first step is to reevaluate your resolutions. Were they too vague? Were they too broad? Did they lack a reward system? Were they unrealistic? Did you make too many? These are common problems, but can be easily remedied simply by refining your resolution or creating steps to reach larger resolutions.

I have a treadmill, and it has been  quite some time since i have been on it. I have gained a lot of weight and can't seem to get motivated to get it off. It is depressing just knowing i have outgrown all my nice church dresses and have to wear pants to church. I have started walking with my daughter outside for about 20 minutes  every day, trying to get myself built back up physically to get back on my treadmill. About a year ago, i used to walk 3 miles 6 days a week on it, but some how lost interest. So, hope to start walking more and get some weight off and just start feeling better again.Laugh

I used to use my treadmill quite a bit too and then it fell to the wayside for some reason, I've now gotten back to it and have committed myself so deeply to a half marathon that there is no way to get out of it lol, it's the push I needed to actually get back to walking/running because after paying out all that money I HAVE to go and I don't want to suck at it once I get there  lol.

I'm curious does anyone know if there are any kind of weight loss/health support boards here?  Thanks  :)
